Das ist unser Lieblingshotel in Nürnberg!! Achtung zu jedem Schritt der Erfahrung, ihre Crew waren einfach erstaunlich! Sie sind froh, Ihnen zu dienen, nicht eine Person, sondern jedes Personal, das ich getroffen habe. Ich habe einen Überraschungsgeburtstagsküche in meinem Zimmer mit einem Handschriftsnotizen, ich bin wirklich dankbar und herzlich. Danke, Karl August Ihr Nachbarschaftshotel. 5 Sterne und darüber hinaus. Wir werden sicher wieder zurück sein!

Das Zimmer war sauber und hatte eine Küche. Der Schreibtisch war groß und bot viel Platz zum Essen. Es lag etwas außerhalb des Stadtzentrums, aber das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war gut. Handtücher können mitgebracht werden.

Das Zimmer war etwas klein und die Schalldämmung mangelhaft. Der Zimmerschlüssel war eine Nacht unbrauchbar, und auch mehrere andere Gäste hatten dasselbe Problem. Die grundlegende Sauberkeit war jedoch einwandfrei, und die Lage direkt neben dem Hauptbahnhof war sehr praktisch. Auch der Marientplaz ist abends in angenehmen 20 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Super Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis! Schöne Hotelzimmer, Frühstück mit großer Auswahl und sehr schönem Welness-/ Saunabereich! Das Personal ist auch sehr freundlich. Einziges ”Manko”: je nachdem, was auf dem Tagesplan steht, ist das Hotel etwas weit von der Innenstadt entfernt. (Kann von Vor- oder Nachteil sein!) Ich würde es wieder buchen!

Unser Aufenthalt im Schlosshotel Kitzbühel war rundum hervorragend. Das gesamte Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich, herzlich und zuvorkommend. Man wurde jederzeit mit einem Lächeln empfangen und hatte das Gefühl, dass einem jeder Wunsch bereits von den Augen abgelesen wird. Das Frühstück sowie das Abendessen waren ausgezeichnet und boten eine sehr große Auswahl an frischen und hochwertigen Speisen – hier findet wirklich jeder etwas nach seinem Geschmack. Der Wellnessbereich ist wunderschön gestaltet und lädt zum Entspannen und Wohlfühlen ein. Alles war sehr gepflegt und trug zu einem erholsamen Aufenthalt bei. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für den erstklassigen Service. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Absolute Weiterempfehlung!

Hotelteams sind sehr freundlich und bereit, Ihre Anfragen zu beantworten. Das Essen ist perfekt und lecker. Das Hotel ist neu und sauber. Die Lage ist etwas weit vom Zentrum von München entfernt, aber es ist sehr bequem für die Reise. Auch sehr sauber und sicher. Das Hotel ist nur 1-2 Min. Wandern entfernt.

The overall stay experience was excellent. The front desk staff were professional, friendly, and efficient during both check-in and check-out. Requests were handled promptly and with great hospitality. The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Facilities were in good condition and provided a pleasant environment for guests. Breakfast and dining options were fresh, well-organized, and offered a good variety of choices. Replenishment was timely and the dining area was clean and comfortable. Great value for money. I would definitely choose this hotel again in the future.

Kiva hotelli lähellä juna-asemaa ja vanhaa kaupunkia. Huone oli kivasti sisustettu ja hiljainen, joskin hieman lämmin. Vedenpaine suihkussa aika matala. Aamiaisella riittävän monipuolisesti vaihtoehtoja.

I felt very anxious and scared. This hotel definitely needs to state on their website that their location changes during the winter. My actual accommodation was at Nature Hotel Walde sruhe, located in the mountains. The original hotel was dark and only the intercom was working, so I was really worried when they asked me to call a taxi to come to another hotel. I was confused and didn't know what to do, but a local woman happened to be passing by and helped me out. Don't get misunderstand, the hotel I stayed at was great, the rooms, the food and the staff were great. When I arrived that hotel by taxi and I said this is so bad experience, they said me No problem. It was probably a better grade than the original hotel. But the problem is not there. The location I booked is different from the actual location, that's the big problem! The visitors who come here in winter are probably mostly people who travel by car. If I had booked this place just to relax and enjoy a holiday, I would have been very happy, but I had a schedule that needed to be on time. I chose a place within walking distance to Oberstdorf Station and the ice rink, and booked it. That was my selection criteria. No matter how nice the hotel is, if it's in the mountains I wouldn't choose it. Luckily, there was no snow for a few days after my arrival, so I made the 40 minute walk to the ice rink in the morning. However, it was dark at night and the road was steep, so I couldn't walk there. My friends were worried and sent me the hotel. On the third day, the slope in front of the hotel was frozen and I slipped and hurt my hand. I had been negotiating with Trip.com for a long time, but I couldn't get in touch with them and they told me I couldn't change the hotel. However, due to an injury to my hand, I was unable to continue and was able to cancel the remaining days of my stay after speaking with the Trip.com representative and the front desk staff over mu phone. I had planned to stay somewhere that was easy to walk to, but the time spent negotiating left me exhausted. You are too careless about people who are not used to steep snowy roads. Please think more about the importance of location. Please be sure to write any changes in hotel location!
