Sauberkeit war selbstverständlich, aber auch die Aussicht, der Service und der Preis waren hervorragend – es gab absolut nichts zu beanstanden. Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit privatem Pool gebucht, und das war die beste Entscheidung. Man kann Santorini bequem mit den vom Hotel bereitgestellten Elektrofahrzeugen erkunden. Diese stehen rund um die Uhr kostenlos zur Verfügung. Im Zimmerpreis sind Frühstück, fünf kostenlose Fotos, Nachmittagstee und eine Suppe zum Abendessen enthalten – alles inklusive. Einfach spitze! Manager Qiu Feng kümmerte sich um unseren Aufenthalt und war überaus zuvorkommend. Wir kommunizierten über WeChat, und er antwortete prompt und erfüllte uns jeden Wunsch. Eines der besten Hotels, die ich auf!! Suye hat wirklich einen tollen Service, sie haben sogar einen kostenlosen Transport zum und von der Bahnhof arrangiert. Ich habe auch Zayatusi über sie gebucht, und sie haben dort und zurück auch Transport geliefert. Der Kundenservice war wirklich erstaunlich, und ich liebte alle komplimentären Toiletten. Die Hotelausstattung war auch sehr gut, vor allem die Kohler Dusche Kopf und Laifen Haartrockner, die den Aufenthalt super angenehm und komfortabel machten. Das Zimmer war auch sehr technisch, und ich liebe, dass sie VIP-Zugang für Filme/Dramas bieten, so dass wir tatsächlich eine Filmnacht im Hotelzimmer haben 🥹

Am Tag des Aufenthalts ging ich zum Hotel und sah die Lage des Zimmers und des Hotels bequem, das Zimmer ist sauber und sauber, die Betten sind komfortabel und gut abgeschirmt. Ambiente: Ruhig und abgeschieden, fernab vom Trubel, mit einer einzigartigen chinesischen Ästhetik. Der Duft von Räucherstäbchen erfüllte das gesamte Zimmer und wirkte sehr beruhigend. Besonders angetan war ich vom Zitronengrasöl; ich kaufte es für über 1000 Yuan und erhielt 30 % Rabatt – ein echtes Schnäppchen! Ausstattung: Beheiztes Massagebad im Freien mit privater Badewanne. Vom Zimmer aus hat man einen herrlichen Blick auf den Sonnenaufgang über dem Goldenen Berg. Service: Butler Luna bot einen exzellenten Service. Er half mir, im Voraus ein Reisefotoshooting zu buchen, organisierte den Zimmerservice inklusive Reinigung, beantwortete meine Fragen, arrangierte den Flughafentransfer, stellte mir eine kleine Plüschschildkröte und Mineralwasser zur Verfügung. Absolut empfehlenswert! Der abendliche Aufdeckservice war einzigartig: Am ersten Abend gab es ein Fußbad mit Rosenmilch in einem Kupferbecken, am zweiten Abend ein Fußbad mit grobem Salz, ebenfalls in einem Kupferbecken. Auch das Frühstück war gut und bot eine tolle Aussicht. Ein einfacher Flughafentransfer vom Hotel zum Flughafen Lijiang Sanyi: Der Transfer war gut. Ein Fotoshooting in traditioneller Tracht im Hotel (Reservierung mindestens 1 Tag im Voraus erforderlich): Ich hatte vor einigen Tagen bereits Fotos in tibetischer und Yi-Tracht machen lassen und habe nun hier meine Miao-Tracht anfertigen lassen, um etwas von der ethnischen Kultur zu erleben. 5 Fotos, keine weiteren. Saisonales Obst zur Begrüßung: An beiden Tagen stehen kleine Obstkörbe bereit, abends gibt es frischen Saft und kleine Kuchen, darunter Drachenfrucht- und Orangensaft. Im Kühlschrank befinden sich außerdem große Kuchen.

Another wonderful stay at this Airbnb. Although this room doesn’t have a direct view of Yulong Snow Mountain, the overall experience was still excellent. The breakfast was delicious and thoughtfully prepared, and we really appreciated the free drinks—such a nice and generous touch. The host was, as always, very friendly and attentive, making our stay comfortable and relaxing. A great place to stay with warm hospitality and good service. Highly recommended!

Ein echtes Zuhause in der Ferne. Am Tag vor dem Check-in bestätigte der Butler die Abholzeit über WeChat. Bei unserer Ankunft wartete er bereits und half uns proaktiv mit dem Gepäck auf unser Zimmer. Anfangs war die Raumtemperatur nicht ausreichend. Nachdem wir den Butler kontaktiert hatten, brachte er sofort zwei Heizgeräte zur Unterstützung. Beim Einschlafen am Abend war die Fußbodenheizung dann sehr angenehm. Der Butler fragte auch sehr herzlich, ob wir Ingwertee zum Aufwärmen bräuchten. Der Nachmittagskuchen auf dem Dach war auch sehr lecker, und es gab viele Optionen, selbst wenn man keinen Kaffee trank. Die Aussicht vom Dach war auch sehr schön, man konnte verschiedene kleine Tiere auf der Weide und ein Stück Meer sehen. Um 20 Uhr klopfte der Butler an die Tür und brachte Yak-Milch, und um 20:30 Uhr gab es auf dem Dach eine Buttertee- und Tsampa-Erfahrung. Das Anwesen bietet viele Fotomöglichkeiten, Fotobegeisterte könnten einen ganzen Nachmittag fotografieren. Abends konnten wir uns im Zimmer gut ausruhen (das Bett war auch sehr bequem). Das Frühstück am Morgen war sehr frisch, die Shaomai waren sehr lecker und konnten kostenlos nachbestellt werden.

The staff at Lisman are all hospitable and welcoming especially Xiao Gang, our dedicated butler who took care of our needs expeditiously. We love the deers and dogs roaming freely at the big grassland. It was such an amazing view with no awful smell. Wish we had stayed there longer.

Although Xi Shuang Ban Na UrCove claims they are a smoke-free hotel, from what I have seen this is not really true. I suggest People who are allergic to cigarette smoke or have health issues related to cigarette smoke definitely go somewhere else. I saw guests as well as hotel employees openly smoking in the front lobby of this hotel. Front desk clerks and supervisor saw this but not only said nothing to the offenders but when I complained about this, the front desk clerk ignored me and glared at me for complaining. Bedroom: very spacious and clean. beddings and sheets were very clean and comfortable. Toilet: was a very new style and with a temperature toilet seat Shower area: It was a disaster. The glass panel dividing the toilet and the shower area was poorly installed, so water from the shower area leaked everywhere. It was quite dangerous because the floor outside the shower was a smooth piece of floor tile. My wife almost slipped and fell down. We immediately told the front desk that night, and all they did was send someone to wipe up the water that's all. There was no follow-up after that. Breakfast: This has got to be the worst hotel I have ever been to regarding breakfast. The majority of the breakfast items were Chinese food which I have no complaints about, although I do not eat Chinese breakfast. The biggest problem was, when we went for breakfast after 9:15 am there were lots of emptied food containers and plates which was used to hold breakfast food items. Breakfast was supposed to end at 10:00 am. 9:15 am NO croissant, Not even a simple slice of bread which I can make toast with. I also checked the Chinese food items and lots of containers were emptied as well. I then went to ask a staff where I could at least get a piece of bread. Her answer was, there isn't anymore sliced bread and what you see is what you get. There was hardly anything to eat?!?!?! I was furious and I demanded to have a couple of pieces of sliced bread. In the end, kitchen staff Mr. Wang came to my rescue and cooked me and my wife each two fried eggs. On top of it, Mr. Wang went out to get me sliced bread from outside the hotel so that my wife will at least have something to eat for breakfast. On the second day of breakfast, there was no coffee after 9:15 am as the coffee machine went into cleaning mode for at least half an hour. The chief of Chef did end up helping me to get a cup of coffee but from what I can see, this hotel is NOT ready to receive international guests. Totally disappointed in the Urcove Xi Shuang Ban Na. Totally not the Hyatt standard at all. I really believe Hyatt management in Texas really should not take the risk of damaging their great brand by letting this hotel be branded with Hyatt's Name.  The way this Xi Shuang Ban Na Urcove is operating, they are worse than locally managed/owned hotels. 尽管西双版纳景洪告荘星光夜市逸扉酒店称他们是一家无烟酒店，但就我所见，事实并非如此。我建议对香烟过敏或对香烟烟雾有健康问题的人一定不能入住。我亲眼看到客人和酒店员工在这家酒店的大堂公开吸烟。前台工作人员和主管看到了这一幕，不但没有对违规者劝喻或警告，而当我对此提出投诉时，前台工作人员不答理我，还瞪了我一眼！！！ 评价酒店已下部门： 卧室：非常宽敞干净。床上用品和床单非常干净舒适。 厕所：非常新式，配有恒温马桶座 淋浴区：简直是一场灾难。分隔厕所和淋浴区的玻璃板安装不当，所以淋浴区的水到处漏水。这是非常危险的事，因为淋浴外的地板是一块光滑的地砖。我的妻子差点滑倒。我们当晚立即告诉前台，他们所做的只是派人擦干水而已。之后就没再跟进。 早餐：这是我住过最差的酒店。大部分早餐都是中餐，虽然我不吃中式早餐，但我也没有抱怨。最大的问题是，我们早上 9:15 之后去吃早餐，有很多空的食物容器和盘子，早餐盘很多是空的。早餐应该在 10:00 结束。9:15 已经没有羊角包，甚至连一片可以用来烤土司的面包都没有。我还检查了中餐食物，发现很多容器也被清空了。然后我去问工作人员，我可以在哪里找到一片面包。她的回答是，没有切片方包了，你看到的就只这些。没有其他的可以食！！！！我非常生气，重新要求几片切片面包。最后，厨房工作人员王先生给我们帮忙，他给我和我妻子每人煎了两个鸡蛋。王先生还从酒店外面帮我拿了切片面包，这样我和妻子至有点早餐可以食。第二天早餐时，早上 9:15 之后就没有咖啡了，因为咖啡机进行自动清洗，至少半个小时处于清洁模式。主厨最终帮我拿了一杯咖啡，但在我看来，这家酒店根本没有准备好接待国际旅客。 这次景洪告荘星光夜市逸扉酒店入住经验非常差。完全不符合凯悦的标准。我真的认为凯悦管理层不应该冒险让这家酒店打上凯悦的名字，从而损害他们的品牌形象。这家 西双版纳景洪告荘星光夜市逸扉酒店 的经营及管理模式，比当地管理/当地投资的酒店还远远不如。凯悦Hyatt 总公司真应该尽快管理好这家酒店免得影响Hyatt 品牌。

When I started planning our itinerary for our 15 day Yunnan holiday, I plotted out our path to go all the way up to Shangri-la, back down to Kunming and then to Jiaozi Snow Mountain and Dongchuan Red Land. Then I chanced upon a video of Aini Garden and fell in love! The only reason we came to Pu'er was to get to Aini. This was the first place I booked, and I really took a chance because it has a no cancellation policy and I really had to stick to the date once it was made. The initial pre-arrival experience was less than pleasant. I didn't know how we were going to get to the manor and my WeChat messages went unanswered. The hotel we stayed at in Pu'er finally got in touch with someone and got them to message me. I asked how we could get there and the answer was a curt ”take a taxi or charter a car”. No pleasantries of ”we look forward to seeing you” or offering to arrange a car. When we arrived, no one was at reception and no one came out. Our driver was so perplexed he wondered if we were in the right place and if the place was open. Finally a young girl came out and registered us in. There was an air of aloofness from everyone else. However, once we were checked in, things warmed up quickly. We were offered coffee and freshly cut papaya and had a nice introduction chat with the lady staff. The bedroom and bathroom is well appointed, spacious and comfortable. We would have enjoyed sitting on the balcony if the chairs were more comfortable. I love the floor to ceiling glass windows but the panel above the door should also be glass (it is just netting) so traffic sounds from the road actually comes through at night. I actually wanted to book the cottage in the hills but opted for the standard room in the main house because I was worried it would be cold. Big regret as it is actually magnificently located with stunning views. However take note that you will need to call for a buggy ride or make a 1km hike every time you want to eat or get to the main house. If you are self driving, no issues as you can park right next to the cottage. Anyway it's a small price to pay for an unlimited view of the milky way and seclusion. This is as close to a Ryokan experience as you can get in China, minus the hot springs. 3 days 2 nights of blissful, carefree living is not quite enough. They make sure they feed you well, with the freshest produce available for hotpot dinner and home-cooked Yunnanese dishes for lunch. There are so many activities organised, from taking you up the mountain for a glimpse of sunrise (with mountain goats for company ❤️) to coffee plantation education tour to horseback riding along the mountain ridges (the view is spectacular!) to scavenging for wild vegetables and fruits to drinking, dancing and singing around the campfire! So much to do, so little time! One area of improvement I personally would like to see is the coffee serving. They tend to be quite snobbish about how their coffee is taken. Neat, with nothing else. Asking for sugar or milk feels nearly scorned upon. Coffee is a versatile drink and can be savoured in a huge variety of ways. How else is Starbucks so successful? I felt kind of stifled and deprived because I love a good latte and had looked forward to enjoying an unlimited indulgence of coffee throughout our stay. Anyhow, I love the ecotourism efforts here. It feels natural and unpretentious. I love the people and the camaraderie they cultivate. I especially enjoyed talking to their consultant 敬梅, a beautiful lady with extensive knowledge in Yunnan culture and ecological progress. Also thank you to 徐芳 for arranging transport back to town and giving helpful recommendations. We hope to return again.
