"Das Personal war herzlich und freundlich und stets hilfsbereit, wodurch ich mich sehr willkommen fühlte. Besonders die Rezeptionistin war zuvorkommend, und die Lobby hatte abends eine sehr einladende Atmosphäre. Nach einem langen Tag tat mir dieser hervorragende Service richtig gut und meine schlechte Laune verflog. Das Hotelfrühstück bot eine große Auswahl an köstlichen Speisen und stimmte mich perfekt auf den Tag ein. Insgesamt war es ein fantastischer Aufenthalt, und ich werde dieses Hotel bei meinem nächsten Besuch in dieser Stadt definitiv wieder wählen."

"Ich hatte einen längeren Zwischenstopp am Flughafen Ürümqi – zum ersten Mal – und habe dieses Hotel am Abend zuvor gebucht. Es war sehr leicht zu finden; man muss den Flughafen nicht einmal verlassen. Es ist nur etwa 10 Gehminuten vom Ausgang entfernt.
Der Check-in verlief schnell und reibungslos. Das Zimmer war geräumig, sauber und schien sich in einem Neubau oder einem kürzlich renovierten Hotel zu befinden. Die Angestellten waren während meines kurzen Aufenthalts freundlich, höflich und hilfsbereit.
Das Frühstück war im Preis inbegriffen, was ein netter Bonus war. Ich konnte ganze 8 Stunden wunderbar schlafen – genau das, was ich während meines Zwischenstopps brauchte. Insgesamt ist dies eine ausgezeichnete Wahl für einen Zwischenstopp mit Übernachtung in Ürümqi. Komfortabel, sauber und erholsam."

"Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet. Man ist nah am „Wassertor“ und gelangt von hier aus sehr bequem in die Altstadt. Von der Dachterrasse aus hat man einen tollen Blick auf den Kunlun-Turm, dessen abendliche Aussicht fantastisch ist. Direkt gegenüber befindet sich das Aufführungszentrum „Kashgar begegnet“, und daneben liegt auch ein beliebter Fotospot am Kunlun-Turm.
Der Gastgeber war sehr aufmerksam. Im Zimmer waren nicht nur Plastik-Zahnputzbecher, sondern auch Einwegbecher vorhanden. Da wir bei der Buchung nicht darauf geachtet hatten, dass das Zimmer keine Klimaanlage besitzt, hat der Gastgeber uns, da freie Zimmer verfügbar waren, netterweise ein kostenloses Upgrade auf ein besseres Zimmer gegeben."

"Really good experience. Amazing breakfast options and the hotel room is nice and decent, the location is great. The hotel staffs are really nice. They helped me picked up a lost item in the hotel when I checked out.
The only thing that can be improved is the number of elevators. Two is a bit too few for the rush-hour demand for the breakfast."

"The hotel is in a generally good location Turpan, a 5 minute walk from bezeklik street, which made it a convenient base for exploring. The staff were very kind and welcoming, and we really appreciated how accommodating they were, they even let us change rooms when something wasn’t quite right, which we thought was great service.
Overall, the service was excellent and staff genuinely tried to help whenever possible. Breakfast was good and offered a nice start to the day.
One thing worth noting is that although the hotel advertises a gym and a laundry room, the gym was not available during our stay as the hotel is still new and parts of it were under construction. There was also no on-site laundry room, but the hotel did offer to take our laundry and have it done at another hotel, which was actually a very helpful and well-handled solution.
Despite these points, the hotel offers very good value for money, and the positive service really made a difference to our stay."

"非常驚喜的一次入住體驗，逛完賽里木湖抵達伊寧，一眼就看到了這家新開業的酒店，裝修大氣上檔次，設計感十足，而且設施很新，很智能，用品配備也很全，入住體驗拉滿！前台小姐姐和老闆都很熱情，幫我們辦入住，還送我們果盤，保安大叔也很熱情的，主動幫忙拿行李，深深體會到了新疆的風土人情！早餐也非常豐盛，關鍵是沒有預製菜，全都是手工現做的，菜品也很新鮮，我們吃的時候老闆也在吃，説明真的乾淨啊！而且酒店位置非常好，旁邊就是伊犁河風景區，玩完就能入住，晚上附近還有夜市，菜品豐富！這個性價比，寶子們放手沖！！！"

She helped me order the Didi and helped me set the locations to come back the hotel on my phone. The rooms are clean with beautiful views, all amenities are available with a pillow menu! The restaurant serves extremely fresh fish(as they have a live fish tank) & delicious dishes. A must in Altay !

GGastnutzerEin großes Lob an den Chef und das gesamte Personal für den herzlichen Service. Der Koch kommt aus Guang'an, was perfekt für meinen Sichuan-Gaumen war. Meiner Meinung nach waren die Bedingungen für diese Gegend wirklich gut. Ich habe den Reitsport des Hotels und den Ausritt ins Flusstal genossen – es war toll, zum ersten Mal selbst zu reiten. Morgens gab es frische Milch und hausgemachtes Gebäck, das der Chef mir zum Probieren anbot – überraschend lecker!

Yy3nch1ngHat eine weitere Nacht hier bleiben, bevor ich zurück ging, und nur hinzuzufügen zu meiner früheren Bewertungstill eine konsequent gute Erfahrung insgesamt.
Eines, was ich vorher vergessen habe, war, dass wir unsere Gepäck tatsächlich für etwa 10 Tage im Hotel gelagert haben, während wir umgereist waren. Xiao Mi hat uns geholfen, alles in einem Schrank sicher zu arrangieren und zu lagern, was uns während der Reise einen wahren Frieden verleiht.
Insgesamt ist es noch ein sehr reibungsloser und zuverlässiger Aufenthalt mit einem bedenklichen Service des Teams.

This place is near the OLD airport. They offer free transfers from and to the current airport. You need to contact them to agree timing. A taxi was 10 minutes.
The lobby looks shambolic and the poor reception was rushed off her feet. Guests constantly interrupted while she tried to check us in.
The room was completely unexpected !
Large clean double room, with the most comfortable bed ever. Well appointed bathroom. It was quiet and just what we needed to catch up on some sleep .
Great value for money for the price we paid!

Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig, chinesisch-westlich gepflegte Speisen, warme Gerichte, Teewaren, Brot, Obst, Getränke sind frisch und lecker, und lokale Spezialitäten, Geschmack online, Ergänzungsenergie ist sehr gut. Das Gesamterlebnis ist voll, die Einrichtungen sind intim, der Service ist aufmerksam, Reiseziel ist die erste Wahl, stark empfohlen!

ZZhiaishipipidaxianEine etwas verspätete Rezension. Ich hatte es überprüft, bevor ich das Hotel verließ. Dann habe ich wieder hier übernachtet und das Hotel hat mir nette Services wie ein Upgrade geboten. Dies ist ein großartiges Hotel, in jeder Hinsicht sehr gut, und die Details zeugen von Sorgfalt und Aufrichtigkeit.
Jetzt sind wir wieder zu Hause, aber wenn wir uns die Fotos ansehen, können wir immer noch die schöne Zeit spüren, die wir vor nicht allzu langer Zeit im Hotel hatten.
Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, viele Orte in Urumqi sind bequem zu erreichen und auch die umliegenden Einrichtungen sind in Ordnung. Das Hotel verfügt über hervorragende Hard- und Software und sein Dekorationsstil ist sehr charakteristisch.
Meiner Freundin geht es genauso. Der Buchladen in der Hotellobby ist sehr interessant. Das Frühstück im Hotel war auch recht gut.
Vielen Dank an Xiao Dou und die anderen Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption für ihren aufmerksamen Service und vielen Dank an den Zimmerservice.
