"Sehr praktisches Hotel für Bahnreisende. Sie waren sehr nett und haben uns um 6:30 Uhr Frühstück zum Mitnehmen zubereitet, da unser Zug abfuhr, bevor das Frühstück morgens öffnete.
In der Nähe gibt es ein gutes Restaurant namens Baifushun Teahouse, wo man mittags Nudeln und abends Barbecue essen kann. Gleich rechts vom Hotel befindet sich ein kleiner Supermarkt.
Mir haben die beiden Gemälde im Zimmer sehr gut gefallen.
Ich empfehle dieses Hotel, da es ganz in der Nähe des Bahnhofs und Busbahnhofs liegt."

"Die Lage ist sehr gut, die Ausfahrt ist Fußgängerstraße. Bequem, es gibt viele leckere Dinge, die nicht zum Verkauf benötigt werden. Die Obstgeschäfte neben ihnen sind viel billiger als Fußgängerstraßen. Die Hotelhalle hat einen Kühlschrank, der verwendet werden kann."

"In diesem Hotel haben wir uns so wohl gefühlt, dass wir etliche Nächte länger im Hotel verbrachten. Das Zimmer war gross und hell, das Bad absolut perfekt, Sicht auf den Fluss war sehr angenehm. Wir fühlten uns wie zuhause. Der Zimmerservice war sehr aufmerksam und es war immer sehr sauber. Die Rezeption ist professionell und freundlich. Die Lage vom Hotel ist ideal. Dem Nanchuan River nach zu spazieren oder zu joggen ist erholsam. Das chinesische Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig, das kontinentale Frühstück könnte etwas optimiert werden, doch ich kam nicht zu kurz. Bei einem nächsten Besuch in Xining werden wir wieder dieses Hotel wählen. Herzlichen Dank an alle Teams für den sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt.
Nicht das Hotel betreffend: Wir haben eine zweitägige Reise zum Chaka-See und Qinghai-See gebucht. Ein Reiseprospekt ist im Hotel aufgelegen (siehe Foto). Die Reise entsprach grundsätzlich dem Angebot, was wir nicht wussten ist, dass es eine Werbereise ist. Das haben wir und weitere Mitreisende nicht geschätzt. Bei der Hinfahrt gab es einen Halt, wo man Sauerstoffflaschen kaufen konnte. Wir haben uns vorbereitet und in einer Apotheke eine Flasche zu CYN 19 gekauft. Beim Stopp wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass diese nicht genüge. Praktisch alle Reisenden haben eine Flasche zu 80 CYN gekauft. Am folgenden Tag gab es eine Besichtigung eines tibetischen Dorfes. Dort wurden uns während über zwei Stunden Silberprodukte nahegelegt. Einige Reisende haben auch gekauft, viele haben sich geärgert. Kurz vor der Ankunft in Xining gab es noch einen Halt beim Tongkor-Tempel, einige Busreisende haben hier auch Geld liegen lassen. Ich empfehle der Hoteldirektion, diesen Werbeflyer zu entfernen oder aber klar beschriften zu lassen, dass es eine Werbeveranstaltungsreise ist."

"I am from Japan, and I stayed at this hotel with my wife. Before our arrival, I was in contact with the hotel manager via WeChat. The manager personally picked us up at the airport, and we were able to get into the car without any waiting time at all. He was incredibly kind, and we communicated smoothly using a mobile translator.
Since we arrived at the hotel around 10:00 PM, the manager was very thoughtful, even asking if we wanted to order food delivery for dinner. We felt a deep sense of hospitality and warmth. We stayed in a twin room on the 16th floor; the view of the mountains from the window was beautiful, and the room was so clean that my wife and I could truly relax.
Because this hotel puts its guests first, we decided to extend our stay for an additional two nights. Thank you so much for everything!

ホテルに着いてからも夜10時だったので、フードデリバリーを呼び晩御飯を食べるかなど、とても気を使って頂き、ホスピタリティが凄くとても温かさを感じました。部屋は16階の2つベッドのある部屋を選んだのですが、窓から見える山も美しく、部屋もキレイでとても妻とゆっくり過ごせました。ゲストを第一に考えて下さるホテルなので、追加で2泊することにしました。ありがとうございました！"

Das Zimmer war sehr komfortabel, und im Hinterhof gab es Ladestationen. Die Lobby war sehr schön, im Geschäftsbereich konnte man drucken, und der Partybereich war praktisch für Veranstaltungen! Die Marke Hampton by Hilton ist wirklich toll!"

"Der Fußweg vom Bahnhof zum Hotel, das ganz in der Nähe liegt, dauert etwa 15 Minuten. Es ist auch sehr praktisch, überall ein Taxi zu nehmen. Der Eingang ist sehr belebt und es herrscht reges Treiben. Unten gibt es KFC und in der Nähe gibt es viele Speisen und Getränke. Das Hotelzimmer ist schön, groß und sauber, aber meine Matratze ist nicht sehr gut und klappert laut. Vielleicht sind dort zu viele junge Paare. Das Frühstück endete um 10 Uhr, aber um 9:15 Uhr begann ich mit dem Aufräumen, aber viele Dinge waren weg, einschließlich der Rindfleischnudeln, die ich schweigend aß sehr salzig. Was das Frühstück angeht, nicht sehr gut, verbesserungswürdig. Ein Einzelzimmer ist noch in Ordnung. Am besten tauschen Sie die Matratze im 2015er Zimmer aus."

GGastnutzerDie Lobbydekoration ist etwas alt, aber beim Betreten des Zimmers herrscht keine Unzufriedenheit. Ganz zu schweigen vom Bett und den Kissen, sie dienen zum Schlafen und sind sehr bequem. Bei den Sanitärartikeln handelt es sich um einen Canon-Toilettensitz, der super einfach zu bedienen ist! Das Layout ist sehr modern und die Spiegelscheinwerfer sind schön! Worüber ich mich beschweren möchte, ist der Aufzug. Ich frage mich, warum die Lichter nicht leuchten. Ich konnte die Knöpfe nicht deutlich sehen und es lief ständig ein Zeichentrickfilm. Die Musik war sehr plötzlich und beängstigend.

Tthe_wanderlust_jellyWas told I am given a free room upgrade, but honestly I can't tell the difference. Also the room in the listing image was larger and brighter but the actual room I received was extremely rather grim looking, not to mention it doesn't even look like half the room size in the listing image. I also can't seem to adjust the aircon temp as it will remain at room temperature no matter what I set, however xining is quite cooling in general so it's still acceptable. In the room I was give, the glass panel at the washroom side had a severely cracked side which seem like it will break if I had closed the glass door too hard. I took a video immediately before using the toilet in case it really does get shattered, but luckily it did not Very unsafe nevertheless. The shower was the worst, every night I had to gamble if it will be cold or scalding hot water. I set the shower value slightly towards the warm side, and the water became scalding hot within seocnds, and if I move it to the cold side, it became freezing cold within seconds. Even if I set it exactly in the middle, it will give me either one of the extreme temperature. Had to keep adjusting from hot to cold so that it stay at a comfortable and safe temp range. The toilet bowl flush in a very stupid manner too, by first flooding the bowl from bottom up, this means that if you took a dump and it's a slightly sticky one, it's gonna stick. The electric kettle was so noisy when turned on that it sound like a train passing right beside my room. And speaking of noise, the sound proofing of the room was one of the worst of every single hotel I stayed in before. You can literally hear new occupants dragging their luggage or family chattering non stop right after they exit the lift. FYI, my room was literally the furthest away. Every time your neighbors from 3 room away turn on their tap water, you can hear it, even if that's like 4am in the night. The hairdryer is a safety hazard too. Tried to use it once and after plugging in and turning it on, smoke immediately came oozing out of it, so I immediately switched it off and remove the plug. Never used it since. Oh yes one last thing I have to say is that as a hotel PLEASE NEVER USE MOVEMENT OR VOICE CONTROLLED LIGHTINGS. While I wash up every day, I had to keep waving my hands like an ***** every few minutes in order to prevent the lights from going out. The detection is sooooo off that unless there's a huge action at the correct spot, it will not turn the lights back. This was absolutely annoyance.
However the things I mentioned above are although not welcomed, but can be tolerated.
Personally, the only thing I really love about this was the free tea. And that is also a highly recommended must try. I believe that's ******* black tea which is also a local specialty. I regret not trying earlier because at the latter of my trip, I no longer pass by stores that sells ******* black tea. Recommendation to the hotel is include a way to buy some of this tea.
Overall, I will only recommend the hotel to someone who do not have any other choice or have a lower budget in mind.

GGastnutzerDieses Hotel hat ein sehr zuvorkommendes Management. Ich hatte versehentlich ein Zimmer ohne Fenster gebucht, aber beim Einchecken an der Rezeption bemerkte das Personal meine Schwangerschaft und gab mir proaktiv und kostenlos ein Upgrade auf ein Zimmer mit Fenster. Das war wirklich sehr nett. Der Service an der Rezeption war exzellent, das Zimmer sauber und ordentlich, und die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Auch die Flure waren sehr sauber. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe; die Shuijingxiang-Imbissstraße liegt direkt gegenüber und bietet allerlei lokale Spezialitäten. Besonders der Joghurt ist sehr lecker. Die Nähe zum Flughafen und Bahnhof sorgt zudem für eine gute Anbindung. Ich kann das Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

DDushuhuanzheDas Zimmer ist groß, der Wohnraum ist komfortabel, die Erdwärme ist zu hoch und es fühlt sich besonders heiß. Das Bett ist komfortabel. Der Service des Hotels ist gut, die Rezeption ist im 21. Stock, das Frühstück im fünften Stock, das Frühstück ist immer noch gut, viele Arten und der Geschmack ist gut. Untergrund kann kostenlos parken. Sehr nahe der Station, nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß. Zum Flughafen fahren ist es auch etwa 30 Minuten.

YYufulaozhongDas Hotel verfügt über eine gute Verkehrsanbindung, die Lobby ist sehr prächtig und der Empfang an der Rezeption ist herzlich, insbesondere Chefkoch David, der vor und nach dem Laufen für aufmerksamen Service sorgt. Das Frühstück ist abwechslungsreich.

HHeaven HoNeben der Zimmeraufwertung um zwei Ebenen während dieses Aufenthalts bin ich auch Xiao Yang, dem stellvertretenden Manager in der Lobby, sehr dankbar, dass er uns an die spätabendliche Snackzeit und die Optionen erinnert hat, sonst hätten wir den Service vergessen war sehr gut und aufmerksam. Ich werde beim nächsten Mal auf jeden Fall wieder zur Grand Circle Tour kommen. Werde wieder hier buchen👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

GGastnutzerDas Zimmer war für den Preis in einem sehr guten Zustand. Es liegt ganz in der Nähe des Bahnhofs und ist in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Wenn ich die Gelegenheit habe, den Xining Wildlife Park noch einmal zu besuchen, werde ich wieder hier übernachten

XXiwangsuiyuewushang此次西北之行，從蘭州出發，一路玩兒到張掖，後來又來到西寧。看到西寧有六家希爾頓，其中五家歡朋，一家花園兒，果斷地選擇了較為高端的花園酒店，原本衹是過境歇腳，沒想到竟然被這裏的服務徹底圈粉。
前廳部經理王貴貴，是我住酒店這麼多年，遇到過最用心的酒店人之一。因為是攜程黑鑽，入住前她就主動提前聯繫我確認需求，到店後升級了全酒店衹有兩間的商務套房，房間寬敞舒適，設施很新，令人記憶猶新，不過，這些還不是最打動我的。
最讓我意外的是，入住當天的深夜凌晨一點三十七分，王經理還在微信上確認我的入住體驗。我隨口問她怎麼還不休息，她説了一句話讓我記到現在——“您不滿意，我不敢睡。”
這句話不是客套，是真誠。凌晨一點多還在關心客人住得好不好，這種敬業和用心，在我經常住的聯號酒店裡並不多見。
再來説説説地理位置，酒店對面就是吾悦廣場，旁邊還有一家很有格調的咖啡館，買東西、散步都很方便。早餐也很豐盛，客房的設計年輕時尚。
一次圓滿的西寧之旅，一個好的酒店人，值得被看見。感謝王經理，下次來西寧我一定還會選這裏。
