"Wir waren während des Frühlingsfestes im Kempinski. Das Zimmer lag zum Stadtplatz und hatte eine sehr schöne Aussicht. Der Service an der Rezeption war auch sehr gut, es gab ein kostenloses Frühstück. Joy Zhong war besonders aufmerksam. Das Gepäck wurde aufs Zimmer gebracht und als wir abreisten, ergriff er die Initiative und half uns, das Gepäck ins Auto zu verstauen. Wenn ich das nächste Mal nach Yinchuan komme, werde ich dieses Hotel wieder wählen."

"Very clean room, good location, friendly and helpfull staff. We were given free buffet breakfast voucher when checked. Both staff miss 邢 and 小宋 service are very good. There is a self service laundry room, very convenient. Water dispenser, free flow of tea, fruits, snacks at lobby area. Thank you hotel mamagement, we had wonderful 2 days stay. We were given breakfast pack the third day when we checked out early."

"The hotel building itself was very nice and the staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and spacious - highly recommended In terms of amenities, the gym was small but adequate. They also have a Chess and Card room although the rate per hour was somewhat high. Yinchuan is rather spaced out but even so, the location of the hotel was good. Only a short ride away from the main city center."

The hotel staff is very efficient and helped us order taxis, and upgadred us for free in order to have access to air conditioning, which thoroughly improved our stay. They also provide a wide range of activities in order to explore the desert, and a restaurant is available with a variety of choices. Overall, we would recommend this hotel and will definitely come back on our next trip to China!"

"If you are coming to this resort for the experience of sleeping in the desert, it delivers reasonably well. The tent I booked was simple but adequate, with a heating blanket provided for colder nights. Go with the mindset of seeking an experience rather than hotel-level comfort. The activities are sold as packages, the most expensive being 400 RMB for 90–120 minutes. They are fun but short and tourist-oriented, still worthwhile if you’ve made the trip. You can also take a quiet stroll into the desert. On the downside, although the resort is marketed for stargazing, there is too much light pollution to see the stars. The Wi-Fi is unreliable, which matters since reception in the area is poor. Snacks are limited, and while a set menu is proposed, individual dishes can be requested, but no prices are displayed for these, which feels lacking in transparency. Cleanliness of the shared bathrooms was also disappointing, as they were not serviced often enough. Overall, while not perfect, the stay is still a unique experience. I recommend it for just one night, enough to enjoy the activities and the desert atmosphere!"

"Very clean hotel located in strategic area in the middle of the city. The view is breathtaking. I can see the whole city from my room. Spacious room and very comfortable. Breakfast is ok. But still i prefer the meal outside the hotel. The hospitality service could have been better. Yinchuan has great potential to be a tourism destination. And hospitality service is a game changer."

"對比多家中衞沙漠營地選了這家新開業的。本以為沙漠難免積沙，沒想到帳篷內外打理得挺乾淨的，公共衞生間、淋浴間定時打掃消殺，無異味、無積水，一次性洗漱用品配備完整。營地環境整潔有序，每個帳篷間距充足，安靜不嘈雜，日出日落景觀一覽無餘。帳篷設施齊全耐用，防風支架穩固，夜間保暖電熱毯、穩定WiFi、多口充電插座全都有，過夜舒適度很高。服務特別貼心，工作人員主動幫忙清理身上沙塵，有小問題幾分鐘就上門處理，搬行李、拿熱水全程主動幫忙，乾淨舒適服務到位。"

"Der Campingplatz liegt im Impression Tengger Scenic Area. Es gibt überall Campingplätze in der Umgebung (ich habe nachgeschaut und festgestellt, dass fast alle, die kostenlose Tengger-Tickets anbieten, in der Nähe sind). Sandstorm bietet das beste Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. 😁 Der Service war ausgezeichnet. Herr Li hat mich direkt nach der Buchung kontaktiert, um mir die Anfahrt zum Campingplatz zu bestätigen. (Mit dem Auto kommt man nur bis zum Eingang des Scenic Area; drinnen ist alles Wüste, und man muss umsteigen. Es gibt keinen Führer, und man kennt den Weg nicht. 😂) Tengger-Aktivitäten finden direkt daneben statt. Das Hotel bietet ein Lagerfeuer, die Möglichkeit, Eisenblumen zu flechten, Feuerwerk und eine Karaoke-Bar. Es ist alles ziemlich lebhaft. Nach 17 oder 18 Uhr, wenn die Sonne nicht mehr so ​​stark scheint, ist es wunderbar, zwei oder drei Stunden entlang der Sanddünen zu spazieren. Es ist erfrischend und man kann sogar den Sonnenuntergang beobachten. Die Gemeinschaftsbäder sind ebenfalls recht geräumig und verfügen über Schließfächer und Bänke zur Aufbewahrung von Kleidung. Ein Tipp für euch Mädels: Wascht euch und zieht eure normalen Schuhe an, bevor ihr ins Zelt zurückkehrt (auch in Hausschuhen werdet ihr sandig. 😂) Da es diesmal geregnet hat, konnte ich leider die Sterne nicht sehen, aber es war ein besonderes Erlebnis. Trotz des starken Windes und des heftigen Regens ist kein Sand ins Zelt gekommen, was super war. 😀"
