Es ist ein lohnendes Übernachtungserlebnis und sehr kostengünstig! Die Hotelumgebung ist sehr gut, sauber und hygienisch, und das Kundendienstpersonal ist sehr enthusiastisch. Wenn Sie abends zurückkommen, können Sie in die heiße Quelle im Freien gehen, um Ihre Müdigkeit zu lindern, was sehr nährend ist. Das Frühstücksangebot ist ebenfalls sehr umfangreich und die gekochten Nudeln sind rechtzeitig fertig, um zum Changbai Mountain zu fahren. Es ist eine 15-minütige Fahrt Ganz in der Nähe und sehr praktisch zum Wohnen. Man kann in nahegelegenen Städten essen und ist in jeder Hinsicht sehr praktisch.

What a trip! The rooms are MASSIVE. It's essentially a full apartment. Very spacious and comfortable. The beds are extra extra large so perfect for families. For Western travellers, you may find the bed a bit hard. We were perfectly happy with it though. I personally will recommend Holiday Inn at the resort for those with kids. It's right next to the beginner tracks and that hotel hosts all the children activities and kids club. Though I don't know what the room is like. More from a location perspective. Wanda Jin Suites has 2 buildings. Best to get the 1st building as much closer to the beginner tracks and the service centre to rent ski gears. We were in the 2nd building. I will say from a location perspective, it was inconvenient for us as once you have snow boots on, it's a trek to carry your ski gears back and forth. There are lockers to put your ski gears in so we'll utilise that more next time. You do need WeChat though and if you don't have a local number, it gets difficult. If you're from Australia, just lose the 0 and add 18 at the front of your mobile number and that will get you through. But best to just get a local SIM to save you the hassle. But from a food perspective, they're right outside the building and short walk to the hot springs and the water park which is all included in the hotel fees. Including ski pass and going to the snow playground. At the snow playground, there's snowmobiles for kids to ride on amongst a lot of other activities. But that's extra money. Again, need WeChat. The hotel concierge when you check in will add you into their WeChat and you can ask them questions and they'll help you. Very convenient. It's an amazing place to come with kids. Water park is insane there and my son had a blast. The hot spring was also an amazing experience. Though very cold to get in and out of the hot springs at -20C. There are other activities outside the resort which hotel concierge will help you arrange. They can also shuttle you to the nearby village for more authentic food if you don't want to eat inside the resort. Beaware that the pharmacy at the resort does not have any ibuprofen or paracetemol. Strongly advise you get WeChat. You can book pretty much all the activities through their WeChat mini app. Including ski coaches. There are rogue ski coaches coming up to you to get business so beware. We almost got on a shuttle with a rogue coach that were gonna take us elsewhere and weren't even letting adults come (it was for the kids) and a hotel staff came up and essentially stopped them and forced them to give back the deposit. Book your coaches early. They book out quick. Particularly snowboarding. We also booked an igloo making class for our son and he had an amazing time. Though it's all in Mandarin of course. They have half day and full day camps for kids so parents can drop off and chill for the day. The staff here can barely speak English so bring your AI translator with you. We had less of a problem since I can speak Chinese but my husband often got stuck and needed me or even my son to help navigate around. Make sure you go back to the counter after returning your ski gear at the end of your stay to get your deposit back. We had an amazing time and would consider coming back.

Während meines Besuchs am Changbai-Berg hat mich das Blue View Hot Spring Hotel wirklich begeistert! Das Einchecken verlief schnell, und unsere Haushälterin Xinxin war herzlich und aufmerksam und erklärte uns ausführlich die Dienstleistungen des Hotels. Die heißen Quellen des Hotels waren ein echtes Highlight! Das Wasser aus den natürlichen heißen Quellen des Changbai-Bergs ist erstklassig, und der Rosenpool, der Rotweinpool und das Fischtherapiebecken bieten jeweils einen einzigartigen Charme. Das Hotel bietet außerdem hervorragende Annehmlichkeiten, darunter einen Shuttleservice zum Bahnhof des Hochgeschwindigkeitszugs.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, direkt am Rande des Songflower-Schrankes, der Parkplatz ist groß und der Parkplatz ist bequem. Der Servicepersonal ist sehr aufmerksam und aufmerksam. Es gibt eine Stimme außerhalb des Schlafzimmers in der Nacht. Die Rezeption hat das Zimmer sofort aktualisiert. Das Hotel hat japanische und chinesische Restaurants, die ins Zimmer gesendet werden können. Das Hotelpersonal ist auch zum Essen ermäßigt. Insgesamt ist eine Unterkunft besonders zufrieden.

Service: Der gutaussehende Mann namens Xiao Wang am Concierge war sehr aufmerksam und serviceorientiert. Obwohl ich in der Nebensaison eincheckte, spürte ich immer noch die Begeisterung des Hotels Ich hoffe, dass ich das nächste Mal noch einmal die Chance habe, zum Changbai Mountain zu kommen!

The first visit to this hotel was full of warmth and overwhelming hospitality. I still can't forget how they welcomed us the moment we arrived at the hotel. Firstly, we were overwhelmed by the staff during our arrival. They all came out to greet us and help with our luggages and belongings all the way in to the hotel. Secondly, with the seamless check in to our rooms and fruit platter, every gesture was well thought by the hosts. Thirdly, they prepared a sumptuous dinner for us. Simple local delicacies yet tasted really good. The number of ginsengs in the appetiser surprised us! From the portion to the presentation of food, we can taste the difference and feel they put in their heart to make everything better. Lady boss was generous to treat us a bottle of local rice wine during our mealtime. Tasted really good and special! We like that drink!! Additionally, we were asked for timing to eat breakfast and they would prepare that before our specific timing. They even asked us for our preference and customise breakfast for us. Breakfast was served and tasted as good as dinner! Freshly prepared and done meticulously by the kitchen. Lastly, lady boss gave us an impromptu complimentary tea session after dinner. A unique and interesting experience indeed. Never seen and tried it before. It's a heating device with net on it, put the heating pot for stirring and cooking our own tea from scratch. Meanwhile, we have the finger snacks and nuts to roast on the heating rack (as shown in the pictures) while waiting for our tea. In between, they would guide us how to prepare the tea. It was a chill and relaxing session. We enjoyed chit chatting while roasting our tea in the cafe. It felt so warmth especially when it was snowing heavily outside. The vibes were superb! I had many enquiries and the lady at the counter helped me out a lot without hesitation. She tried all her means to help us. The lady at the hot spring was very friendly and provide good services too! The staff from the hot spring, restaurant, concierge, driver and even lady boss all were very attentive, friendly and nice at any point of time during our stay. Pretty impressive indeed. Giving all credits to every single staff. Amazing team! They gave us more than we could ever imagined from services to food to hospitality. Thank you for giving us an amazing and memorable stay! Overall it was a great and enjoyable stay at this hotel. Definitely recommend everyone to visit them and feel their positive energy. Certainly can't wait for our next visit to Chang Bai Shan again!!!

I'm a british traveller with a Chinese wife. I'm mostly located in China and I speak the language. Hunchun is near to Russia and most of the guests were Russian. Some of the staff can speak a few words of Russian but not much. And no English! The Hotel itself is modern, clean and very technically equipped. The toilet seat is heated, and it flushes itself. The shower took a bit of working out, but once I had mastered it, it was possibly the best shower I'd had in years. The shower is partitioned from the rest of the toilet, which isn't always the case in China. There's an AI person who greets you in Chinese when you enter, but we couldn't work out what the purpose of this was. It didn't understand English and my wife couldn't get a lot of sense out of it in Chinese. But everything else worked, including the curtains which opened and closed remotely. The TV was large and of an excellent quality. The bed was firm, but not hard like some Chinese beds can be, and we slept very comfortably. The breakfast was OK, but nothing special. My wife and I are diabetic, so we avoid sweet things. Although there was plenty of meat, vegetables and eggs to keep us going for the day, there was only sweetened coffee, sweetened milk tea and I think sweetened soy milk, in the drinks machine. We managed to get plain hot water out of the machine, but there was only paper cups provided, which was a disappointment considering the price we'd paid and the excellent standard of everything else. I would suggest a coffee machine and milk available at breakfast, and maybe a hot water urn and some tea bags. And some proper cups! I think a place of such good quality deserves a bit more of a variety of food. It was OK, but not great. Disappointing. For people on a low budget (like we were) one should bear in mind that the location isn't very central and it's a bus ride and a 25 minute walk, from the high speed rail station. Taxis are not very expensive but we don't have much money so we got local buses which are not very frequent. So I consider the location to be the most disappointing aspect of this hotel. Everything else was either fine, or excellent. We would definitely consider going there again in the future. It was also the only hotel that has allowed us the late checkout which I've been promised by Trip.com. Thank you!

Das Hotel befindet sich in einem kleinen Resort, das neu geöffnet wird. Die Einrichtungen sind komplett und Restaurants und andere F&B sind im Resort verfügbar. Nur die Unannehmlichkeit ist, dass Autos nicht im Resort erlaubt sind, so müssen wir zum Tor gehen, um einen Fahrt zu rufen.

Das Hotel bietet ein hervorragendes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Die Zimmer verfügen über zwei Einzelbetten (je 1,2 Meter breit) und ein Etagenbett (ebenfalls 1,2 Meter breit) und sind somit geräumig genug für Familien mit Kindern. Die Einrichtung ist familienfreundlich. Obwohl das Hotel etwas weiter vom Swissôtel und den Thermalquellen entfernt liegt, steht ein Shuttlebus zur Verfügung und die Anreise mit dem Auto ist ebenfalls bequem. In der Nähe befinden sich Lagerfeuer, ein Wildgehege und eine gläserne Brücke über eine Schlucht. Das Hotel bietet viele Annehmlichkeiten im Sommer.
