This is the first time I've had an absolutely 10/10 experience with any hotel. This particular hotel also outranks every other Marriott I've ever stayed at. I genuinely could not think of a single negative point. I was only in Nanjing for 2 nights, in town for a meeting, and I'm so glad I chose to stay here. Firstly, the room is exactly as advertised. Marriott hotels always have the fluffiest pillows, but this particular hotel had the most HEAVENLY pillows. The bed was so comfy that I ended up postponing my day plans just so I could sleep in! I didn't realise how desperately I needed that rest and recuperation, and am glad I chose to stay here and get what I needed. Also, this hotel does not skimp on the water - most hotels will only give you 2 tiny bottles a day, which if it's blazing hot outside, can be frustrating, especially if you want to boil water for tea/coffee in the morning. This hotel provides 4-5 complimentary bottles of water per day. In many ways, I felt like they anticipated what I'd need and would provide it before I even had the chance to ask. There is also an ironing board stowed in the room, which for me was a lifesaver as I had an important meeting. As other reviewers have mentioned, the location is indeed fantastic. I was so relieved to find that after a long train journey, I only needed to hop on the subway for 1 stop - I didn't even need to exit the building, as the hotel is located inside the mall connected to the subway station. The breakfast spread is not too bad either, with the highlight for me being the espresso machines. When I tell you this machine delivers the most divine coffee in 10 seconds, I am not kidding. It was one of my favourite things and a great way to kickstart a busy day. At check-in, the reception staff ensured they gave me all the info I needed. I noticed this is often skipped at other hotels as staff are shy or reluctant to speak in English, which results in foreign guests missing out on relevant info or complimentary perks - but the Marriott team refused to let language be an obstacle. I was glad to learn free snacks and coffee were available in the executive lounge each evening. While I was there, the executive lounge manager - I think her name is Sheila, apologies if I've gotten this wrong - took the time to introduce herself and ask if I needed anything. She was so polite and genuinely seemed to want to improve the experience for guests. To me, these small touches are what set a service-oriented luxury hotel apart from others. On my first night, I'd arrived pretty exhausted after having sat on a delayed train for hours, and I wanted to order takeaway as I didn't have the energy to go out. They have ******* lockers positioned right at the hotel entrance, which you can unlock with your phone and collect your deliveries. Being a foreigner who doesn't understand Chinese very well, I wasn't sure how to navigate this, but the reception staff went out of their way to help me, ensuring they stayed with me until I'd collected my parcel - it was not at all necessary for them to help me so much, but they did, and I'm very grateful for that :) I spent the entire month traveling in China and so, looking back, am able to compare all of the hotels and experiences from this trip. This particular hotel ranks 10/10 for me not only because of the location, but also because of the kindness and professionalism of staff. Things can sometimes be confusing or overwhelming for foreigners, and this was the only hotel where staff didn't hesitate to rush in and offer to help, no matter how small the issue. Even the gentleman at the coffee bar in the lobby was so kind and polite - and might I add, everyone at this hotel speaks English, so they really do cater to an international crowd. Housekeeping staff too were very sweet, always greeting you and asking if you needed extra bottles of water. Thank you for a relaxing, delightful stay! I hope to come again and stay longer next time.

Ausstattung: Sehr gut. Das Zimmer ist groß, die Matratze sehr bequem und es gibt einen kleinen Balkon. Die Trocken- und Nassbereiche sind schön und die Einrichtung sehr gemütlich. Sauberkeit: Sehr sauber, das Zimmer hat frische Luft. Lage: Direkt an der Pingjiang Road gelegen, sehr praktisch zum Einkaufen, allerdings etwas weit vom U-Bahn-Eingang entfernt, sodass man etwas laufen muss. Service: Sehr gut, die Rezeption war sehr hilfsbereit.

Wir reisten von Peking nach Nanjing und wählten diese Pension. Sie verfügte über eine Tiefgarage, die Vermieterin war sehr herzlich, das Zimmer sauber, hell und ordentlich, das Badezimmer geruchsfrei und die Toilette modern. Wir wohnten im ersten Stock mit einem Balkon, auf dem wir gemütlich Tee trinken konnten. Die Pension lag ganz in der Nähe von Laomendong und dem Qinhuai-Fluss; abends waren es nur wenige Gehminuten zu den lebhaften Gassen, und ehe wir uns versahen, waren wir am Qinhuai-Fluss, in der Wuyi-Gasse und beim Konfuziustempel. Die Betten waren bequem, und wir haben gut geschlafen. Ich habe schon in vielen Pensionen übernachtet, aber in dieser merkte man, dass sie mit viel Herzblut geführt wurde. Auch das Frühstück war gut organisiert, nahrhaft und lecker.

Ein besonders gutes Hotel 🏨 Zumindest für Leute, die mit Kindern reisen, ist es definitiv die unkomplizierteste Wahl. Es ist kostengünstig und der Hauptgrund ist, dass die Lage sehr praktisch ist. Es liegt sehr nahe an der Guanqian Street und der Pingjiang Road Es liegt auch in der Nähe der U-Bahn. 🚇 Überall, wo ich hingehe, ist das Hotelpersonal sehr gut. Tatsächlich sind viele Hotels möglicherweise nicht sauber, egal wie teuer sie sind, aber es kommt auch darauf an Die Qualität der Leute, die dort übernachten, entfernt auch die Stromkarte, aber dieses Hotel hat immer die Stromkarte, und als wir ins Hotel zurückkehrten, war es übrigens extrem heiß Trotzdem denke ich, dass dieses Hotel aufgrund seines Preises und seiner Erfahrung empfehlenswert ist. Das Hotel ist auch nicht laut. Sonnencreme 🧴, Masken 😷, Desinfektionstücher usw. sind an der Rezeption erhältlich. Wenn Sie ausgehen, müssen Sie sich keine Sorgen machen, dass Sie nach dem Einkaufen nach Hause zurückkehren mitten in der Nacht.

Der Eintritt in den Hotelhall ist bald vor Augen, die Rezeption ist sehr enthusiastisch! Das Zimmer ist super sauber und sauber und gibt den Menschen ein warmes Gefühl nach Hause! Die Tante ist auch sehr enthusiastisch und kann nichts von ihrer besorgten Erfüllung meiner Forderungen erfreuen! Sehr zufrieden mit einer Unterkunft! Die Auswahl von Wanda Beauty ist später als ein Ausflug!

Mein Aufenthalt im Indigo Suzhou Jinji Lake hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen! Das Hotel liegt im Herzen des Jinji Lake-Gebiets, direkt neben dem Suzhou Eye Riesenrad und dem Museum für Zeitgenössische Kunst. Es ist direkt mit der U-Bahn erreichbar und nur einen kurzen Spaziergang von der Eslite Buchhandlung und dem Yuanrong Business District entfernt, was es äußerst praktisch für Erkundungen, Einkäufe und Essen macht. Das Gesamtdesign verbindet den Charme der Jiangnan-Region mit modernem Flair und schafft eine großartige Atmosphäre, besonders in den öffentlichen Bereichen, die sich hervorragend für Fotos eignen. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, die Ausstattung ist brandneu, mit Dyson-Haartrocknern und hochwertigen Pflegeprodukten. Die kostenlose Erstbefüllung der Minibar ist eine nette Geste. Das Personal war herzlich, aufmerksam und reagierte prompt. Das Frühstücksangebot war reichhaltig und lecker, und Annehmlichkeiten wie der beheizte Pool und das Fitnessstudio waren ebenfalls komplett vorhanden. Abends am See entlang zu spazieren und den Blick auf den See und die nächtliche Stadt zu genießen, war besonders angenehm. Es ist perfekt sowohl für Reisen als auch für einen Kurzurlaub. Ich würde bei meinem nächsten Besuch in Suzhou wieder hier übernachten.

Ich verbrachte ein Wochenende in Suzhou zwischen zwei Fabrikbesuchen. Ich suchte eine Unterkunft im touristischen Zentrum von Gusu Yard. Das DongHuaLi Hotel gefiel mir auf Anhieb und ich wurde nicht enttäuscht. Es liegt nur einen kurzen Spaziergang (200 Meter) von der Straße entfernt, direkt auf der anderen Seite des Kanals, fernab der Touristenmassen auf der Pingjiang Lu. Vom Hotel aus merkt man davon nichts, da es angenehm ruhig ist. Man kann das Gebiet auch verlassen, ohne auf die Touristen zu treffen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit Balkon im dritten Stock. Klein, aber fein. Die Wäschemöglichkeiten waren gut. Der Frühstücksbereich/die Rezeption im Erdgeschoss war sauber und hell. Ich hatte zwar Frühstück gebucht, bin aber nie früh genug aufgestanden, um es zu probieren. Ich würde definitiv wieder hier übernachten. Ein wirklich schönes Hotel.

Insgesamt zufrieden, besonders mit dem Service und der Atmosphäre! Obwohl es in der Nähe der U-Bahn liegt und das Hotel leicht zu finden ist, muss man, wenn man mit der U-Bahn kommt, den Koffer mehrere hundert Meter weit ziehen, was ziemlich anstrengend ist! Ich empfehle, ein Taxi zu nehmen. Vor dem Hotel gibt es auch Portiers, die beim Öffnen der Autotür und beim Tragen des Gepäcks helfen, die Einstellung war super!!! 👍 Nach dem Check-in ging ich den Korridor entlang, die Hotelumgebung ist wirklich schön 👍 Im Zimmer sah ich dann, dass vor dem Glasfenster ein Parkplatz war und nicht die anfänglich angezeigte Gartenansicht, was etwas enttäuschend war. Hier mein Tipp: Fragen Sie an der Rezeption im Voraus nach der Aussicht aus dem Zimmerfenster, um ein besseres Aufenthaltserlebnis zu haben. Die Toilette war luxuriös, aber die Bettdecke war etwas hart, mein Begleiter sagte, das Bett sei etwas weich. Als wir morgens rausgingen, um ein Taxi zu nehmen, half uns der Portier vor der Tür wieder, die Autotür zu öffnen. Der Taxifahrer sagte auch, dass der Service in diesem Hotel gut sei! Am Nachmittag, als es regnete, spielten wir im Panmen-Garten neben dem Hotel, sehr praktisch, man konnte direkt vom Hoteleingang hineingehen, und der Eintritt war frei! 👍 In der Nebensaison waren wenige Leute da und die Gartenlandschaft war wunderschön! Es gab auch viele kleine Tiere!! 🐱 Vor dem Auschecken haben wir unser Gepäck aufbewahrt, die Einstellung war sehr gut! Daumen hoch 👍 Ich empfehle dieses Hotel, es ist sehr preiswert! Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist sehr hoch, ich empfehle, ein Zimmer zwischen 500-700 RMB zu nehmen! Am besten ein Zimmer im 2. Stock, das nach innen gerichtet ist! Ich wünsche allen viel Spaß in Suzhou 🥳 eine schöne und herzliche Stadt 🌆

I booked Hanyuan because it is within walking distance to my folks home. And my grandma used to work at Nanjing Agricultural University, which the hotel is affiliated with. I read others’ reviews and knew it is an old facility. I did not have unrealistic expectations. We arrived late at night. Taxi driver dropped us off at the side entrance that has numerous stairs to the door. We had lots of luggage. As we got out of the cab, we saw some staff member in the lobby looking out. Instead of coming out to help us, he walked away. My husband, myself and our seven year old all carried/dragged multiple items up the stairs to get into the hotel lobby. We checked in and decided that we would need to add a bed for the kid. House keeping came quickly to set up the bed but was reluctant to provide pillows for the additional bed. I had to repeatedly ask before they agreed to bring an extra pillow. Don’t understand why there is such resistance to equip the additional bed with pillow- after all, we did pay for the additional bed. Everything else was pretty good during our first three-day-stay. We then went away to visit families elsewhere for a week before coming back to this hotel. This time, our car drove onto the ramp at the front entrance. As soon as we entered the building, lobby manager came to offer us help. He helped us deliver luggage to our room. We are very appreciative of his assistance. We ran into some issues at the front desk this time. They asked for our passports again and took our pictures for a second time. When I mentioned that we were just here a week ago and all information was taken already, we were told that all information has been erased as we checked out. When we checked in/out the first time, we informed front desk that we were making the hotel our base camp and will be coming in and out a few times. It’s strange that they would delete our information and redo everything all over again. Again we need to add a bed. House keeping brought a roller bed which has a stained mattress pad. I asked them to bring a clean one, they said they could not. They said they didn’t have any clean pads. They said the only option is to remove the pad and put the sheets directly on the mattress. They further suggested that since the sheet is clean, dirty pad doesn’t matter and that every mattress pad under bed sheets has urine stains. His words made my stomach turn but I was too tired to fight so they went ahead put sheets on top of the mattress pad that has a big yellow stain. Again I asked for pillows for the additional bed, they refused at first, upon my insistence, they agreed to bring pillows. They also took out a blanket from the cabinets under television and put it on the bed. When the seven year old was ready for bed, I opened the blanket and realized it’s cover is dirty. It’s dusty and has multiple stings of hair on it. I called house keeping, a lady quickly bought over a clean duvet cover for the blanket but refused to take away the dirty one. She insisted that we keep the dirty duvet in the closet. I did not understand her rationale but there isn’t anything I can do. So that dirty duvet cover stayed in the closet. Maybe I should not have come back to this hotel.

很驚喜發現這樣的小眾非標酒店 空間設計得非常好，房間有一種温馨的包裹感，讓人很安心 公區更不用説了，處處都能出片，很有鬆弛感 早餐帶半自助式，品類可以説是照顧到了男女老少，甚至是糖尿病人（有蒸紅薯和玉米），中西餐都有，那個咖喱配餅和班尼迪蛋是我最愛，真的非常好吃 餐盤精緻，同樣隨手拍都能出片的程度 咖啡比很多五星級酒店的都要好喝，美中不足是好像服務員不會拉花（不過這不重要） 房間裏的紙巾充足，且質感很好，類似紙巾愛馬仕tempo的品質 洗浴備品香味宜人，有種少女體香的錯覺，好評+1 燈光調控得很温馨，不刺眼也不會太暗，好評+2 床品好，枕頭鬆軟，入夜後很安靜 好評+3 吹風機是萊芬，馬桶坐墊帶加熱，且每天配有一次性馬桶墊 好評+4 房內提供4瓶水，其中兩瓶是voss 好評+5 酒店自帶洗衣房，洗衣烘乾各兩台，可以通往咖啡店，這個咖啡店的飲料好喝又出片，蛋糕沒吃，但每一個都充滿誘人的外表 好評+678 服務員的制服很好看，不諂媚但充滿活力和青春氣息，本身就使人心情愉悦 有停車場並且可免費停車，步行到酒店不超過5分鐘 退房時會送麪包，重點是這送的麪包很好吃，連包裝袋也很好看，做足了情緒價值 美中不足是服務員培訓不是很到位，她們謹小慎微很想讓客人都滿意，但實際工作中還是比較欠缺，不過看着都長得好看的份上，我願意包容
