There is no USB or universal plug in the room and unable to loan from the hotel too. the amenities are too old. Temperature in the room was so cold and unable to adjust

Umgebung: Die geografische Lage ist gut, es gibt viele lokale Restaurants um den Laden, das ist, dass die Tür vor dem Tiefenturm schwerer ist. Dienst: Das Serviceniveau ist sehr hoch, es gibt keinen Provokator.

During my stay at Sleep in Guarulhos in São Paulo, Brazil, booked through Trip.com, I encountered exceptional service from start to finish. The reception staff demonstrated impeccable customer service, promptly addressing a small issue with my booking without any hassle on my part. Their efficiency and professionalism ensured that my stay got off to a smooth start, allowing me to relax and enjoy my time at the hotel. As a parent travelling with my 4-month-old, I was particularly impressed by the thoughtful amenities provided by the hotel. They provided a cot for my baby, which was not only of excellent size but also incredibly comfortable. It's always a relief to find accommodations that cater to the needs of families and Sleep in Guarulhos exceeded my expectations in this regard. Of course, one of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast buffet, which offered an impressive array of options to suit every palate. From continental favourites to hearty breakfast dishes, there was something for everyone, and the quality of the food was outstanding. Overall, my experience at Sleep in Guarulhos booked through Trip.com was nothing short of excellent. From the exemplary customer service at the reception to the comfortable accommodations and delicious breakfast options, every aspect of my stay was memorable and enjoyable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to fellow travellers looking for a wonderful experience in São Paulo.

Das beste Hotel erlebt während der Reise nach Brasilien. Die Rezeption wird Englisch sprechen. Das Hotel hat einen großen Handelsplatz auf der anderen Seite. Es ist sehr bequem zu essen und zu essen. Das Frühstück im Hotel ist auch sehr gut 👍👍👍

A basic hotel with basic service, basic breakfast, basic creature comforts at a very good price. My expectations were adjusted accordingly, so no disappointment there. The situation with the key cards for entry into rooms seriously needs to scrapped. It does not work. It puts an added load of stress on the front counter staff (who have to put up and work with the system,  in a hotel with a busy  flow of guests, because l suspect management won´t upgrade the door entry system to something little more modern. Poor attitude from management  for allowing this to happen, knowing what front line staff have to deal with and clearly knowing what guests have to ensure. It is extremely irritating to arrive at your room, only to go back down to reception to re-program the cards, sometimes with considerable wait times at both the reception queues and then again waiting for elevator, and then having to repeat the process a second , as has happened to me. It really builds up your blood pressure and makes you release a few profanities!  Upper management, l really hope you take heed of this feedback for everyone´s  sake. It´s 2025. Most hotels have stopped using this out-dated technology that's cheap and unreliable. High time to update.

very pleasure experience with Allure Moema Apartment. I am here for the Sao Paulo Expo, and THIS APARTMENT HOTEL IS AMAZING. First, the location is very great, the neighborhood is very quiet and clean, you can easily shop within 5 minutes of walking to a very big shopping mall. Second, the room and hotel are super professional. they have a gym and working zone that can quietly work inside. and all hotel are very clean and no noise during my trip. Third, I love the staff here. and they are sooo patient and soooo nice. If I can back to Sao Paulo again, I definitely will choose this hotel again. At first, as foreigners, we don't have local currency to pay the bill and they are willing to give us time and solutions to solve the problems. And, unfortunately, my backpack was stolen in a restaurant and I lost all my belongings. They were very concerned about my condition and comforted me thoughtfully. They even helped the kind people find my passport and help me return to my country as soon as possible. I am so grateful I chose this hotel and I am so grateful that I met all these great people in Sao Paulo. Definitely, a Great choice if you want to visit Sao Paulo Expo!

Die allgemeine Umgebung ist sauber und klar, die Dekoration ist einfach und hat ein gutes Gefühl, die Sound-Effizienz ist gut, die grüne Pflanze und die weiche Dekoration sind sehr herzlich, die Atmosphäre ist voll und bequem und ruhig.

The hotel was nice, to he breakfast was delicious. However, we tried to contact the hotel prior to our arrival asking about the shuttle from the airport but we didn't get a response about the timing so we ended up taking a taxi! The hotel gave us extra time to check out because of this inconvenience so I am thankful for that.

Das Hotel hat eine gute Struktur, aber es ist nicht mehr im Dienst der Mitarbeiter. Der Empfänger informiert nicht, wo die Umgebung bei der Check-in ist... keine Konferenz bei der Check-out. Das Restaurant am Abendessen war sehr schlecht für den Garten. A.comida Der Preis ist nicht wert. Der Pool war schmutzig und es gab keine Beamten, die sie anrufen konnten. Parkplatz im Dritten, niemand nimmt den Koffer, wenn er ankommt.

Der Verkehr ist bequem, es gibt einen großen Geschäft in der Nähe, der Einkauf ist sehr bequem, der erste Stock ist zu essen, das Frühstück im Hotel, das Mittagessen und das Abendessen im anderen Geschäft, es gibt verschiedene Geschmackrestaurants.
