Ich bin schon 2 Mal in diesem Hotel geblieben, und es scheint, als würde er es nicht mehr wünschen. Es sind Leute, die die Tür von nichts öffnen mit Vc in, und die normal wäre, in der Rezeption zumindest zu überprüfen oder die Tür zu schlagen, um zu wissen, ob das Zimmer ist Freie oder mit jemand in, oder?? Frühstücks-Kaffee, die einen Preis hat, der die Sachen aus dem Kaffee entfernen wird, ohne zu fragen, ob wir etwas mehr und schließlich... Sie löschen die Zimmerschalter ”mit der Entschuldigung, was etwas fehlt” ohne sich um jemanden in der Kamera zu kümmern, der einen TV und so.. Sehr schwierig so.. Sie haben mehr, wenn Sie MSM zerschmettern und immer mehr Kunden wie sie mich verloren haben.. Bis ich die Türen schließe.

Das Hotel ist an dem Tag, an dem ich ankam, sehr groß. Es dient als Basis für die Organisation von Gruppen. Das Zimmer, das ich gebucht habe, ist allerdings nicht sehr komfortabel Es wird Mädchen empfohlen, zu spät einzuchecken. Im Erdgeschoss des Hotels gibt es viele unordentliche Graffiti. Im Park gibt es also Vorsicht, wenn Sie reisen

O hotel em si é uma maravilha,minha única reclamação é a recepção que é bem demorada.Mas eu amei estar nesse hotel,só recomendo usar mais uber na região por ser perigosa em questão de furtos

Es ist nicht das erste Mal, dass wir in Kolumbien gehostet haben wir ihn wieder ausgewählt, weil wir das einzige, was er dieses Mal sehr zu wünschen übrig hat, war das Frühstück bis letzten Sonntag unser Kaffee war vernünftig, aber in der ersten und zweiten Tag glaube ich, dass auch wenige Gäste, was nicht rechtfertigt, weil die Qualität der unabhängigen Zahlenservice muss immer die gleiche sein, auch mein Genre war Milch zu beantragen, die Betreuer sagte, dass es nicht war, dass ist inakzeptabel für ein Hotelnetz, das erbringt einen Aufenthaltsservice und erfüllt nicht 100% hoffen Sie wieder die gleiche Qualität der Service unabhängig von der Anzahl der Gäste

Прекрасный небольшой отель в центре Сан-Паулу. Дружелюбный персонал. Хотел оставить вещи так как до заселения было еще порядка двух часов, персонал на ресепшене сказал, что мой номер готов и можно прямо сейчас заселиться 😊 Окна выходили на улицу, было немного шумно. Завтраки были очень хорошие, если что-то заканчивалось, сразу приносили еще. Мне понравилось)

GGastnutzerDer Pullman ist ein großes Zeichen, die Nähe ist auch ein Wang Hotel. Die Nähe des Blocks ist sehr sicher. Weiße Kneipe wagt sich, die Notebooks auf der Straße zu behalten. Es gibt viele Hotels in der Nähe und ein Supermarkt. Es ist sehr bequem, ein paar Minuten zu gehen. Die Hoteltür kann ein Mietwagen oder Uber Internet-Verbindungswagen genannt werden, Der Service ist sehr gut. Sie sollten zu San Paolo gehören 🤔

The reception staff demonstrated impeccable customer service, promptly addressing a small issue with my booking without any hassle on my part. Their efficiency and professionalism ensured that my stay got off to a smooth start, allowing me to relax and enjoy my time at the hotel.
As a parent travelling with my 4-month-old, I was particularly impressed by the thoughtful amenities provided by the hotel. They provided a cot for my baby, which was not only of excellent size but also incredibly comfortable. It's always a relief to find accommodations that cater to the needs of families and Sleep in Guarulhos exceeded my expectations in this regard.
Of course, one of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast buffet, which offered an impressive array of options to suit every palate. From continental favourites to hearty breakfast dishes, there was something for everyone, and the quality of the food was outstanding.
Overall, my experience at Sleep in Guarulhos booked through Trip.com was nothing short of excellent. From the exemplary customer service at the reception to the comfortable accommodations and delicious breakfast options, every aspect of my stay was memorable and enjoyable. EEmanuelA basic hotel with basic service, basic breakfast, basic creature comforts at a very good price.
My expectations were adjusted accordingly, so no disappointment there.
The situation with the key cards for entry into rooms seriously needs to scrapped. It does not work. It puts an added load of stress on the front counter staff (who have to put up and work with the system, in a hotel with a busy flow of guests, because l suspect management won´t upgrade the door entry system to something little more modern. Poor attitude from management for allowing this to happen, knowing what front line staff have to deal with and clearly knowing what guests have to ensure. It is extremely irritating to arrive at your room, only to go back down to reception to re-program the cards, sometimes with considerable wait times at both the reception queues and then again waiting for elevator, and then having to repeat the process a second , as has happened to me. It really builds up your blood pressure and makes you release a few profanities! Upper management, l really hope you take heed of this feedback for everyone´s sake. It´s 2025. Most hotels have stopped using this out-dated technology that's cheap and unreliable. High time to update.

SShenJessievery pleasure experience with Allure Moema Apartment. I am here for the Sao Paulo Expo, and THIS APARTMENT HOTEL IS AMAZING.
First, the location is very great, the neighborhood is very quiet and clean, you can easily shop within 5 minutes of walking to a very big shopping mall.
Second, the room and hotel are super professional. they have a gym and working zone that can quietly work inside. and all hotel are very clean and no noise during my trip.
Third, I love the staff here. and they are sooo patient and soooo nice. If I can back to Sao Paulo again, I definitely will choose this hotel again.
At first, as foreigners, we don't have local currency to pay the bill and they are willing to give us time and solutions to solve the problems. And, unfortunately, my backpack was stolen in a restaurant and I lost all my belongings. They were very concerned about my condition and comforted me thoughtfully. They even helped the kind people find my passport and help me return to my country as soon as possible.
I am so grateful I chose this hotel and I am so grateful that I met all these great people in Sao Paulo.
Definitely, a Great choice if you want to visit Sao Paulo Expo!

Dislike:
• the bathroom sink needs a better aerator on the faucet to control the flow so that it doesn’t spray outside of the sink.
• the water in the pool didn’t seem to be constantly filtered. There were small debris and bugs on top.

RRDaniThe hotel was nice, to he breakfast was delicious. However, we tried to contact the hotel prior to our arrival asking about the shuttle from the airport but we didn't get a response about the timing so we ended up taking a taxi! The hotel gave us extra time to check out because of this inconvenience so I am thankful for that.
