Had some visible dust on the bedside lamp in the middle which triggered my daughter's allergy, didnt need to use her epipen because other meds worked so we cleaned the lights with wetwipes and was ok after a couple of hours. We got confined to our room until she was ok so didnt get to enjoy the other amenities. The toiletries in the bathroom were open and not refilled but doesnt matter cause we didnt even need it. Other than these, it could have been a great time. The room was large and good view.

Hotel itself is new and looks good. The location is great. But: 1. There was no water in the fridge. 5 star hotel? 2. Coffee at breakfast is for extra payment 3. The sheets on the bed were dirty. 4. When you book a king size bed be ready for 2 twin beds just standing next to each other. And they are not held together. I fell in between during the night.

Nicht weit vom Flughafen gelegen und daher optimal für die erste oder letzte Nacht bei Ankunft/Abflug. Zimmer zweckmäßig ausgestattet und von Föhn bis Kühlschrank alles vorhanden. Das angebotene Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig, abwechslungsreich und suuuuperlecker!!!

Schön und gemütlich - freundlich hilfreiches Personal. Ich vermisste Abendessen, aber Glück, dass einige wirklich feine Sandwiches in ihrem Snackkühlschrank hat war sehr dankbar. Es ist nicht am billigeren Ende, so dass ich nur bleiben, wenn sie Geschäfte haben, aber es ist ein guter Qualitätsgefüge und immer ein guter Nachtschlaf.

Die Lage und die Verkehrsanbindung sind sehr praktisch, nur wenige Gehminuten von einem großen Einkaufszentrum entfernt; der Service des Personals ist sehr freundlich und rücksichtsvoll, das Zimmer ist sauber und das Zimmer ist auch mit verschiedenen Wasserbechern, Kaffeetassen und Wein ausgestattet Egal, ob Sie auf Reisen oder bei der Arbeit sind, Sie können in Ihrer Freizeit entspannen. We had a wonderful stay at Oaks Perth Hotel, and the biggest highlight was definitely the location. It’s only about a 3-minute walk to Perth Underground Station, which connects directly to Perth Station, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city and travel to places like Fremantle and beyond. The hotel is also within walking distance of plenty of shopping, including Kmart, Woolworths, Sephora, and many other stores, so everything we needed was close by. As Muslim travellers, we also appreciated that there was a Malaysian restaurant serving halal food just a short walk away, along with several other halal dining options nearby. The room itself was comfortable, although it is a little dated. It was spacious enough for our family, and the largest room could comfortably accommodate up to six adults with one main bed and two sofa beds. The kids especially loved having their own little space in front of the TV. The pillows were very comfortable, and while our booking didn’t include housekeeping, it wasn’t an issue since we were only staying for a few days. My only suggestions for improvement would be to provide a sponge holder in the kitchenette and a little more dishwashing liquid, as only two small packets were provided. We also noticed that a few of the pots and some dishware still had stains on them, so a little more attention to the cleanliness of the kitchen utensils would make the stay even better. I didn’t manage to take many photos during our stay (just this one!), but I can say that the hotel’s listing photos are an accurate representation of the rooms. What you see is truly what you get, which we really appreciated. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The unbeatable location made getting around Perth so easy, and we’d definitely consider staying here again on our next visit.

Perfect location for us. Close to cafes/eateries, St. Mary Cathedral, quiet at night... Staff is very friendly and helpful. Would be much better if the lighting in the corridor is brighter, also in the room. We found it a bit too dark. We did not have any meals at the hotel. What I find disappointing about Marriott Bonvoy's hotels : internet. the message that it is insecure and the complicated process to get access have been quite annoying. I tried to book via Marriott Bonvoy's apps, but rate is significantly higher than OTA. Love Westin's architecture and surrounding (spacious walkway). Could be better with heated pool.

Dienst ist über dem Durchschnitt, eine junge Mandarin-Lady bei der Rezeption wirklich hilfreich. F&B gut gemacht, insbesondere bf. Das Zimmer ist gut gepflegt und behält Hygiene, zeigt die Estetik des Minimalismus.

Karri Valley Resort offers a truly serene escape, set amidst the stunning natural beauty of Western Australia. This destination is undoubtedly one of the most relaxing places you can visit, with breathtaking views and a tranquil atmosphere that invites you to unwind. The accommodations, especially the lakefront rooms, are fantastic. They provide a perfect vantage point to soak in the picturesque scenery. However, there are areas that need attention, particularly regarding the cleaning service. On our two-day stay, the cleaners arrived quite late, and unfortunately, their work did not meet expectations. The bed wasn't properly made, the pillowcases were not changed, and the floors were not vacuumed, which was quite disappointing. This aspect highlights the need for improved management of the housekeeping team to ensure a consistently high standard of cleanliness. The resort's restaurant, however, is a highlight. It boasts a beautiful ambiance and a menu that delivers a perfect balance of flavors. The food was expertly prepared, but we did find the portion size of the duck leg ordered for our 12-year-old to be a bit small. While the presentation and taste were exceptional, a larger portion would enhance the overall dining experience. Another minor concern was the noise levels in the rooms. With some soundproofing measures, particularly on walls shared with other rooms, the overall comfort could be significantly improved. On a positive note, the staff were friendly and helpful, contributing to the warm atmosphere of the resort. I would highly recommend visiting Karri Valley Resort for its heavenly lake views and relaxing environment. With a few adjustments, it has the potential to be an unparalleled getaway in WA.
