The hotel is conveniently located about 10 to 15 mins walk across parklands from East Terrace in the city which is where most of the popular restaurants and cafes are. During our stay, the preparation for the V8 car races was ongoing and many of the roads were blocked off. But finding a detour was easy enough. The hotel has limited onsite parking but there are plenty of spaces in the quiet residential streets behind the hotel. The hotel’s reception also manages the Econo Lodge Hotel which is located across the street and has its own parking. We only stayed for 1 night and did not get to try the restaurant onsite. The rooms layouts were not exactly rectangular but they were big enough to accommodate a king and a single bed and a pull out bed from under the single bed. A good and unusual feature was a power point built into the bed side cabjnet which works well for those with a need to use CPAP machines or for charging devices. There was a study/work table in the room that is useful for business travellers.

Excellent all round and staff offer and provide terrific service. Dining areas SO clean which continues ongoing throughout the day and food very well done ✅. Cappuccino R very tasty. Extra hot H2O, hugh thanks. Undercover 🅿️ parking, grateful and secure. Free water 💦 in corridor a fine touch. Dining Room open for long periods, delightful.

Es war ok, aber nicht mehr. Die beiden wichtigsten Dinge für mich in jedem Hotel sind ein komfortables Bett und eine gute Dusche. Das Bett war groß, aber der Wasserdruck in der Dusche war sehr schlecht. Darüber hinaus gab es andere Fragen, die ich von einem Hotel dieser Standard nicht erwarten würde, die die Preise tragen, die es tut. Der Fernseh-Knopf funktionierte nicht, noch machte er die oberen Knopfe auf der Fernsehsendung. Als ich das Fernsehen auf dem GPO wechselte und dann auf dem eigentlichen Fernsehen selbst, konnte ich nicht den angeschlossenen DVD-Player verwenden, da die Tasten, um es auf dem Fernsehen zu schalten, nicht funktionierte. Frühstück war ziemlich schlecht. Im Grunde Getreide oder Eier geschrotet mit einigen anderen Optionen wie Obstkuppen, Joghurt und Kuchen. Es diente mir, nahe dem Konventszentrum zu sein, aber ich bezweifle, dass ich noch einmal dort bleiben würde.

We stayed at the hotel for my husband's birthday and had a great time. Loved the heated pool and jacuzzi. Room was very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was a bit disappointing, very cramped and staff were struggling to keep up, did not feel like a five star experience. Balcony really tiny with no view, so not one you could actually use. Service was excellent and staff were very friendly.

Es war ein schöner 2-night Aufenthalt im Oceanview Twin Room. Wir wurden für nur $20 pro Tag eine Upgrade angeboten, um einen Balkon zu genießen, definitiv wert! Liebe die Lage, so nah zu Geschäften mit viel Nahrungsmittel und Getränke Optionen. Die Kinder und ich hatten auch eine tolle Zeit in der erwärmten Pool und Spa, auch im kalten Wetter. - Ja.

It was a good stay. The room is spacious and exceptionally clean. Their amenities are above average. The hotel is quite new and I hope they can maintain the cleanliness in the next few years. In terms of customer service, I think they can do better if they want to live up the name as “luxury escape” in Murray Bridge. The room is quite hot for us and adjusting it manually is prohibited as the A/C can only go down to 20 degrees celsius “auto”. We kept asking the front desk to make our room a bit cooler. Some staff are tremendously helpful but some of them don’t know how to operate it in their end. One staff even promised to ask for assistance from their colleagues but they never did and nothing happened. The view in our room is impressive but the sliding glass doors are quite dirty which defeats the purpose why we paid extra dollars to have a nice view. The cleaner said that they have a professional cleaner who does it twice a year only. In the lounge bar, we decided to have a coffee after we checked out and were fortunate to enjoy live music every last Sunday of the month. The waiter promptly delivered our orders to our table. However, no napkins provided and he even spilled the coffee in our table and didn’t even bother to say anything or even clean it. The breakfast buffet was depressing, we had to eat exactly the same thing during our entire stay. For me, luxury experience is all about the small details, and they would benefit from improving on the small details that they may have overlooked in their service. Overall, I would still recommend it to others and happy to stay again in the future.

Sauberes, modernes Zimmer. Das Frühstück hat uns leider nicht überzeugt, da es nur warm war und uns Käse und Aufschnitt gefehlt hat. Allerdings ist dies hier gängig und somit gibt es keinen Abzug in der Bewertung. Parken im Parkhaus nebenan war auch problemlos.

This hotel has an absolutely excellent location. It is very close to the airport bus stop, making the trip to the airport incredibly convenient. Since the hotel opened in 2004, the overall facilities are a bit dated, but everything is well-maintained and in good working order. A nice bonus is that the bathroom is very spacious.

Safe enviroment for solo traveller..a little tired and needing an upgrade  but handy location in good area. Gardens and grounds need tidying. Always enjoy my stay here

Das Hotel ist auf King William Street, der Hauptbahnhof Nord-Süd in Adelaide CBD, gelegen. Es ist auch sehr nahe China Town, die nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß zum Nordwesten im Zentrum der Gouger Street entfernt ist. Das Hotel verfügt über moderne Zimmer mit angemessenem Badezimmer und Toiletten. Ein beschränkter sicherer Parkplatz ist kostenfrei von $25, aber ist drei Straßen unten in Sydney Place gelegen. Alternativ kann man über Nacht auf der Straße parken.
