The hotel is conveniently located about 10 to 15 mins walk across parklands from East Terrace in the city which is where most of the popular restaurants and cafes are. During our stay, the preparation for the V8 car races was ongoing and many of the roads were blocked off. But finding a detour was easy enough. The hotel has limited onsite parking but there are plenty of spaces in the quiet residential streets behind the hotel. The hotel’s reception also manages the Econo Lodge Hotel which is located across the street and has its own parking. We only stayed for 1 night and did not get to try the restaurant onsite. The rooms layouts were not exactly rectangular but they were big enough to accommodate a king and a single bed and a pull out bed from under the single bed. A good and unusual feature was a power point built into the bed side cabjnet which works well for those with a need to use CPAP machines or for charging devices. There was a study/work table in the room that is useful for business travellers.

Das Hotel selbst war fantastischclean, komfortabel, und das Personal war freundlich und professionell. Ich genossen wirklich meinen Aufenthalt in der Immobilie. Die Umgebung war jedoch am Wochenende sehr laut. Es gab viele betrunkene Menschen, schreien und machen viel Lärm, was die allgemeine Erfahrung beeinflusste, vor allem beim Versuch, zu ruhen. Wenn Sie hier bleiben planen, empfehle ich Ihnen, ein ruhigeres Zimmer zu beantragen oder für ein Wochenende Nachtlärm vorzubereiten.

No car park attached to hotel, have to drive to car park yourself or pay $55 for a chauffeur to drive it. Room service menu was fancy stuff from the downstairs restaurant. Nothing simple. Not even room service breakfast available. On the note of the restaurant downstairs this is where the “buffet” breakfast was and I use that term loosely. Shocking variety. Even have to do our own coffees right in a tiny corner of the the room. One coffee at a time while the line gets bigger. We have to get a special order for eggs because the scrambled eggs are just mush. At least the toaster worked. And the space fits maybe 20 which is fine for a B&B but not for a 16 floor hotel. We had to have breakfast at 8 to avoid the crowds waiting at 9 and later. In the room itself (we had a suite), there were light switches EVERYWHERE. And they were all so confusing as you couldn’t see what they said. Then the one in the bathroom you had to walk in and close the door to access it. No fan ventilation for showers. Bath mats being so thin gets immediately soaked after one shower. No face washers. Bench was too low for a bathroom. Hand towels way too low. The size of the bathroom was nice though and the shower pressure was good. TV remote didn’t work properly, could not find all amenities like coffee, tea, fridge even etc. No nice hotel guide folder to help us out. The “desk” was the tv cabinet when there was plenty of space in the lounge area to have a desk. Then we had a balcony with no chairs or table to sit at (can easily have some out there and bolt them down for safety). The temperature stuff don’t even get me started. Uncomfy beds and flat pillows. I ended up sleeping on the lounger as it was more comfortable. I don’t think I’ll be back anytime soon. Wasn’t horrible but wasn’t great. The staff were nice though which was a nice change

Erstaunliche Lage. Wir blieben zwei Nächte und haben unseren Aufenthalt durch Zahlung extra aktualisiert. Hatten wir einen entspannenden Aufenthalt, wollten wir unseren Aufenthalt ausdehnen, aber das Hotelpersonal half uns nicht wirklich, einen guten Preis anzubieten. Das war die einzige Enttäuschung Ruhe alles war perfekt.

It was a good stay. The room is spacious and exceptionally clean. Their amenities are above average. The hotel is quite new and I hope they can maintain the cleanliness in the next few years. In terms of customer service, I think they can do better if they want to live up the name as “luxury escape” in Murray Bridge. The room is quite hot for us and adjusting it manually is prohibited as the A/C can only go down to 20 degrees celsius “auto”. We kept asking the front desk to make our room a bit cooler. Some staff are tremendously helpful but some of them don’t know how to operate it in their end. One staff even promised to ask for assistance from their colleagues but they never did and nothing happened. The view in our room is impressive but the sliding glass doors are quite dirty which defeats the purpose why we paid extra dollars to have a nice view. The cleaner said that they have a professional cleaner who does it twice a year only. In the lounge bar, we decided to have a coffee after we checked out and were fortunate to enjoy live music every last Sunday of the month. The waiter promptly delivered our orders to our table. However, no napkins provided and he even spilled the coffee in our table and didn’t even bother to say anything or even clean it. The breakfast buffet was depressing, we had to eat exactly the same thing during our entire stay. For me, luxury experience is all about the small details, and they would benefit from improving on the small details that they may have overlooked in their service. Overall, I would still recommend it to others and happy to stay again in the future.

Really good location in Adelaide CBD. Complimentary breakfast and zip tap in the lobby was convenient. Only downside is no complimentary hotel slippers in the room. Would stay here again on my next visit to ADL

Dies ist eine tolle Lage und ich genossen mein Aufenthalt trotz einiger Nigger. Die Form des Zimmers bedeutete, dass der TV so weit vom Bett entfernt war. Es schien perfekt platziert, um TV aus dem Badezimmer zu sehen, aber id eher eine komfortable Aussicht aus dem Bett. Es bedeutete auch zwei von uns auf einer Seite der b Das Bett war auch unkomfortabel und braucht eindeutig eine Ersetzung. Es lief auf einer Seite und hatte einen großen Schlag im Zentrum. Das Hotel ist insgesamt gut, aber ich würde nicht wieder in diesem speziellen Zimmer bleiben.

The hotel is situated near China Town. There are quite a lot if restaurants nearby. Public transport is available to get to the CBD.

Die Lage war wirklich super. Viele Orte in der Umgebung waren in 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Schade, dass das Schwimmbad nicht warm war … es gab zwar einen Whirlpool, der allerdings recht klein war. Das Zimmer war hübsch.

Hier im Weihnachtsjahr. Das Zimmer verfügte über eine Küche - Geschirrspüler, Backofen + Mikrowelle + Waschmaschine + Balkon über das Aussichtskonventzentrum. Schön bleiben, komfortable Bett, ruhig - die Toilette klingt wie eine Wasserpumpe, wenn sie füllt. Badezimmer/Dusche ist ein wenig datiert, aber funktional. Parkplatz kostet 30$ pro Tag (vernünftig bezahlt - unbegrenzte Einreise während des Aufenthalts) Insgesamt ein toller Aufenthalt!! Wird sicher zurückkommen!!!!
