Mir hat das Hostel sehr gut gefallen und ich habe mich dort von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt. Besonders schön fand ich die familiäre Atmosphäre – durch die kleinere Größe wirkt das Hostel sehr persönlich und gemütlich.
Abends gab es regelmäßig Events, was eine tolle Gelegenheit war, andere Gäste kennenzulernen. Das gesamte Team ist sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit, sodass man sich jederzeit gut aufgehoben fühlt.
Ein kleines Highlight für mich war die vorhandene Wäscheleine, da ich meine Kleidung lieber an der Luft trockne als im Trockner. Auch der freundliche Hostel-Hund sorgt direkt für eine herzliche Begrüßung und trägt zur entspannten Stimmung bei.
Insgesamt kann ich das Hostel sehr empfehlen und würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

Es war ein sehr geräumiges Hotel.
Der Pool hatte eine Rutsche und ein Sprungbrett, sodass ich auch an Tagen, an denen ich früh ins Hotel zurückkam, Spaß haben konnte.
Die Zimmer waren sauber und die Bettwäsche wurde täglich gewechselt. Die Handtücher wurden nicht gewechselt, deshalb musste ich an der Rezeption danach fragen.
Die Dusche hatte einen starken Wasserdruck und ich konnte die Temperatur einstellen, was sehr angenehm war.
Von der Stadt aus benötigt man ein Taxi, das etwa 15–30 US-Dollar pro Strecke kostet.

L'arrivée s'est très bien passée, les chambres sont propres et les lits sont confortables (si vous aimez bien les matelas pas durs) pour ma part, j'ai très bien dormi.
Grande piscine avec l'eau plutôt salée, belle terrasse et de nombreux choix de plats si on a envie de manger quelque chose sans aller trop loin.
Le personnel est disponible et sympa! Merci et peut être à bientôt :)

Hotel is next to star casino and walking distance to board beach. Hotel is looking pretty new and in fact, has been opened for few years.
The only down side was the house keeping on one of the night. We booked for 3 rooms for 3 nights, on the first day, the house keeping was completely messed up. 3x Rooms did make up (partly) with soil towels (one of the room only has bed tidy up, nothing else) and etc were collected, however, no cleaned towels replaced, bin still full.
Without this drama, this hotel is good.

Schöne Lage. Nur zu laut, wenn die Leute umgeben, die Lautspiele lieben. Als ich zum Hotel kam, sagten sie mir, dass sie nicht mehr Frühstück machen, obwohl es in meiner Bestätigung enthalten ist, die mich zunächst recht schockiert machte.

Australien ist 40 Tage frei, ich habe dieses Regis Park Hotel in Trip.com in Trip.com reserviert und habe 4 Nächte gehabt. Trip.com reserviert Hotels und Attraktionen, um Tickets zu kaufen, ist wirklich bequem und praktisch!
Dies ist ein Apartment-Stil-Hotel, der auf dem öffentlichen Urlaub und in der Nacht kein Kundenservicepersonal hat, die Zimmerkarte ist in ein und aus. Die Gästezimmer sind groß, sauber und sauber, die Küchenwäsche ist komplett ausgestattet, können Sie Grünge in einem Supermarkt kaufen und zurück zum Gästezimmer selbst verarbeiten. Natürlich, bevor wir das Hotel verlassen, haben wir die Zimmer und die Küchenwächter reingewaschen und alle Teile Fotos gespeichert.
Ich gehe jeden Abend aus, um zu gehen, der Markt ist heiß und sicher. Der Turnhafen ist nicht weit entfernt, es ist einfach, zu gehen. Wir buchen und haben ein Helikopter, ein Turnboot und ein Tauchprojekt in der Außenhaut teilgenommen. Glücklicherweise hat das Dach des Hotels einen Pool. Ich habe vorab getestet, um die Tauchpackung 🤿 anzupassen.
Die Auslandsticket-Atraktionen und andere reservierte Tickets auf Trip.com sind sehr bequem und der Preis ist auch angemessen!

Ich habe alleine in einem Doppelzimmer übernachtet. Es gab keine Annehmlichkeiten wie Zahnbürsten. Auch einen Föhn gab es nicht, also musste ich mich mit dem Handtuchtrocknen begnügen.
Ich habe die Gemeinschaftsküche nicht benutzt, aber es schien, als würden alle sie gemeinsam benutzen. Überall standen Tische und Stühle, und die Leute aßen, unterhielten sich und machten Pausen. Ich glaube, der Aufenthalt wäre besser gewesen, wenn ich Englisch sprechen könnte.
Ich habe in den Bewertungen gelesen, dass es japanisches Personal gab, aber ich habe dort keines gesehen. Das Personal sprach jedoch langsam, sodass ich es verstehen konnte, indem ich Wörter aufschnappte.
Ich denke, es wäre eine tolle Unterkunft, wenn man Englisch sprechen könnte!

Super Lage und sicher, man kann sich entspannt zurücklehnen und das Wochenende genießen. Das Frühstück ist lecker, der Kaffee heiß – alles ist perfekt organisiert.

Das Beste war für mich das Zimmer 1502 mit Balkon, da es direkt an der frischen Luft liegt.
Der Zimmerservice war schnell und günstig.

일요일이라 리셉션은 닫았지만 체크인 하는데 아무 문제 없었고
방 깨끗하고 좋았습니다 주차공간도 충분했고
체크아웃할때는 직원이 친절하게 응대 해줬습니다
시간이 없어 수영장은 이용하지 못해 아쉬웠네요

KKakoeGreat location with an easy walk to the beach, central Surfers Paradise, and access to the tram to other parts of the Gold Coast. The apartment was clean with an excellent bathroom and shower. The towels were great too - new and fluffy.
The furniture in my room was dated, the mattress was old, uncomfortable, and should have been replaced a decade ago, and the apartment lacked any style or decor. I'm not sure if it was just my apt #910 but it didn't look like the online pictures.
Overall it served its purpose but was fairly uncomfortable and drab.

Ssuper fishWe stayed for four nights over the Easter holiday in a panorama sea view room in the new tower.
First of all, the location is excellent. The pool area has a sandy beach, and compared to the Hilton next door, the water was much clearer and very pleasant. The view is absolutely beautiful. However, when the tide goes out, it turns into what feels like a “panoramic mudflat view,” so I would recommend carefully considering the timing of your stay.
On the other hand, there were several issues with the room. There is no balcony, and the windows cannot be opened. There were mosquitoes in the room, and I was bitten multiple times, which caused itching and swelling. The insect repellent device in the hallway was empty, which made me question the quality of housekeeping management. When I spoke to a female staff member at reception, I was told that only body spray repellent was available, and no further assistance was offered, so I had to purchase and install my own insect repellent.
In addition, there was a sewage-like smell coming from the bathroom. The mirror and sink were not properly cleaned and appeared dirty. The room and hallway also had a moldy smell, and due to the humidity, the bed linens felt damp. The duvet was thin and not very comfortable. As I am sensitive to smells, these issues made me feel nauseous and unwell.
Later, my husband spoke to a male staff member at reception. Although the hotel was fully booked and we were unable to change rooms, he responded with sincerity, apologized thoroughly, and instructed housekeeping to carry out a deep cleaning. When we returned from going out, the bathroom had been properly cleaned and the sewage smell was gone. The moldy smell in the room did not completely disappear, but it had been masked with deodorizer, and we were able to sleep well that night.
However, the same issues returned the following day. As it was the Easter holiday and other hotels were fully booked, we had no choice but to stay until the end of our reservation. Afterward, I checked reviews and found many similar complaints about the moldy smell, which made me regret not researching more thoroughly beforehand. I had assumed that as a five-star hotel, it would be fine.
Overall, the reception staff were kind, friendly, and professional. In particular, the male staff member who assisted us was excellent. On the other hand, I felt that the quality of housekeeping needs improvement.
In my opinion, these issues are largely due to a design flaw—specifically, the building was designed with aesthetics prioritized over functionality by the construction company and architect, resulting in rooms where windows cannot be opened despite the humid tropical climate. The older tower, which has balconies and windows that can be opened, may not have the same problems.
I would not recommend this hotel to those who are sensitive to smells, but for those who are not, it can still be a wonderful place to stay given its location and facilities.

PpsouzaThe elevators are from the time that elevators were not invented yet, there is even a lovely ghost sound when it shuts the door.
The bed is small incredibly small, the room is small, the towels are small, even for me that am small.
There was no space in the parking (probably is also small), though they have 3 teenagers working there, and I was advised to park in the public parking across the street that closes at 11pm, and you cannot take you car off.
The rooftop bar doesn't exist.
The carpet has a lovely amount of hair from the time the elevators were installed (maybe belonged to the ghost)...
They couldn't link my accor accounts and none of my member benefits were provided.

Please note the lift is currently under construction so you may need to use the stairs, the stairs are not suitable for children as they have horizontal rails with large gaps. The restraunts buffet looked like it had a decent selection but we did not have it as it was $16each our two and three year olds.

GGastnutzerAn absolutely excellent place stay, would recommend, even just based on the staff and the breakfast.
I observed that great care was taken of people checking in to stay who would be going to the hospitals local to the area.
Check-in was so easy, and the reception staff was very kind. Things I loved:
* the included healthy breakfast,
* free on-site parking
*Ferrari in the reception area (no idea why it's there, and I'm no car enthusiast, but it is a classy touch)
* very friendly and kind staff
* neat and good layout of room
* comfortable bed
* good air conditioning
* friendly people throughout the building
* walking distance to Chermside shopping centre
* excellent price
Thing I didn't like as much:
* not really sound-proofed, you sometimes hear sounds from other rooms and hallways
* the balcony area did have a bit of a smell in the early evening, dissuading me from eating outside until later on - this might have just been the day I stayed. It was nice enough later to leave the door open and have a bit of a breeze while sleeping.
Highly recommended.

GGastnutzerActually Myself and my colleague booked two family cabins for three nights. That is for work and we were the only guests. As per advertised on trip.com we paid for including buffet breakfast. Following day morning when we went for the restaurant we were told they have not been provided our names and we need to pay for breakfast.. So I had to bring my booking print out and show the restaurant staff breakfast was included. Even though they let us eat there they were not convinced and were suspicious I guess.
So that day my colleague went to see the manager of the accommodation and he said to me she was not convinced about breakfast was included. My colleague said it was very unpleasant and embarrassing. She told him I need to come down too. But later when I went to see her she said everything is sorted out and problem was they didn't know anything about Trip.com and trip.com send the booking through ******* and wrongly mentioned each of our booking included three adults and the extra payment is for additional adults as they understood. So the third day morning we didn't have issue at the breakfast as our names passed on. But unfortunately last day morning restaurant staff asked us to pay for breakfast because our name was not on the list. Luckily the chef remembered us and he was very politely let us eat. Even though we paid for breakfast we were at mercy of good people. Whole experience was very inconvenient and embarrassing. I think main bungle was done by Trip.com. But management did not bother to completely sort it out.
This was my first time with Trip.com and Aaok Moondarra Accommodation Village. My colleague said he did not have issues previously with Trip.com but all those occasions were without breakfast. Other than that accommodation was really good. It had got good Wi-Fi, YouTube and Netflix.
My advise is if you book through Trip.com for an accommodation with breakfast make sure with the accommodation that it has been correctly passed on to them.

JJustinThe concierge was extremely poor, drove in with my 7 seaters rented car, and staff simply ignored my existence - didn't even bother to come out to greet us nor offer any help with the luggage, even after telling him that I'll need help - zero awareness and zero service. The luggage trolley is simply an ornament. Excuse me, it's Marriott! Never in my life have i had to experience such an unwelcoming experience.
However, the receptionist (wearing spec) was the only person who gave my family a warm welcome, likewise the staff at the buffet. 👍
