I’m not going to talk only about how comfortable the hotel was, how welcoming the atmosphere felt, or how incredibly helpful and attentive the staff were — especially with all the little things that make traveling with a baby so much easier. Their kindness, patience, and genuine care made our stay feel truly special. But what I really want to highlight is something that goes far beyond comfort and hospitality: the exceptional professionalism, honesty, and integrity of the people working here. During our stay, I unfortunately left my wallet at a restaurant. It contained all my important belongings, as well as a valuable gold necklace. Naturally, I was extremely worried. The hotel manager immediately took action and contacted the restaurant. And what happened next was simply incredible: within just five minutes, the restaurant owner personally came to our hotel to return everything I had forgotten. Everything was there. Nothing was missing. I have traveled to many places and stayed in many hotels, but I have honestly never experienced this level of honesty, responsibility, and genuine care. It is moments like this that truly reveal the character of a hotel and its people. Hotel Azura is not simply a comfortable place to stay — it is a place where you feel safe, respected, welcomed, and genuinely cared for. A very special thank you to the manager and the entire team for going above and beyond, for making our stay so comfortable with our baby, and for showing such incredible kindness and integrity. This is the kind of hospitality you remember. Iwould wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Azura to anyone looking for a place where exceptional service comes from the heart. Das einzige, was wir gefallen hatten, war die Lage und die Meerblicke vom Zimmer. Es ist das einzige Hotel, das direkt am Meer und mit seinem eigenen Strand liegt. Alle anderen Hotels in diesem Resort befinden sich über die Straße vom Meer. Das Standardzimmer 326, wo wir 4 Nächte geblieben waren, war schrecklich. Die Matratze wurde durchgedreht, und am Morgen fühlte es sich, als hättest du die ganze Nacht geschlagen. Der Safe war nicht in Ordnung. Die Dusche war fehlt und das Wasser überall im Badezimmerboden verbreitet. Als wir die Probleme behoben hatten, versprach der Hotelmanager nur, aber nichts. Über die fehlerhafte Sicherheit sagte sie: ”Keine Sorge, sie stehlen nicht von uns.” Am ersten Morgen unseres Frühstücksreises mussten wir Tee und Kaffee bezahlen, obwohl ich sagte, das Frühstück wurde in die Reservierung aufgenommen. Ich habe mich beim Administrator beschwert und sie sagte dem Restaurant, uns nicht mehr für Tee und Kaffee zu bezahlen. Am darauf folgenden Tag sahen die Wartepersonal im Restaurant uns an, als hätten wir etwas von ihnen gestohlen. Am dritten Tag wurde uns gesagt, dass der schwarze Tee vorbei war und sie sich nicht einmal entschuldigten. Die Atmosphäre des Hotels war uns im Allgemeinen nicht freundlich. Auf dem Strand waren einige der Deckstühle in schlechtem Zustand, die Dusche war für die ersten drei Tage unserer Ankunft nicht funktioniert. Das Hotel gibt keine Strandhandtücher aus, und das war ein Problem für uns. Das Hotelpersonal sah und informierte den Administrator, dass ich einen Gesichtstühle an den Strand genommen habe, so dass der Administrator nicht nur mich geschüttelt, sondern auch die Handtücher in unserem Zimmer die nächsten Tage für alt, gewaschen und auch ohne das Hotellogo, es scheint mir, Die Handtücher wurden uns von früheren Gästen vergessen. Leider ist das Grand Hotel Aita kein Hotel, das Sie zurückkehren möchten.

Una vera chicca con cibo e panorami fantastici. Siamo stati contentissimi di aver scelto questo hotel. È tutto nuovo, pulitissimo e c'è un'atmosfera di pace e relax fantastica. Siamo rimasti davvero contentissimi del ristorante dell'hotel. da italiani , siamo sempre un po scettici hahaha....Abbiamo cenato lì una sera e il pesce fresco era eccezionale. Anche la colazione a buffet è stata super, con un sacco di opzioni locali e fresche. Le foto della piscina sono 100% realistiche ( giustamente viene il dubbio ma sono assolutamente come da foto): cè un'incredibile piscina a sfioro con un idromassaggio proprio accanto, e tutto con vista sul mare e un'altra piscina normale che non è gigante ma è bellissima perche puoi nuotare, rilassarti e amirare il panorama e il tramonto da li. La nostra camera era spaziosa, moderna e con un balcone privato, intimo e senza alcun rumore e anche li ci siamo  goduti il panorama. Non è da meno il servizio. Lo staff è davvero gentile e professionale. Un grazie di cuore a Florian e Johana (spero di aver scritto giusto i nomi) per essere stati così disponibili dall'inizio alla fine. Ah, una nota importante: prima di prenotare avevo letto qualche recensione su Google che parlava della strada per arrivare, dicendo che era orribile e pericolosa. Onestamente, mi sembrano molto esagerate. Sì, la strada è in salita, ma è assolutamente fattibile e in cemento e bastava andare pianino. Non lasciatevi spaventare da questo, perché la vista e la tranquillità che si hanno da lassù valgono tutta la salita! Non possiamo che raccomandarlo!

Geweldig hotel! We hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad in Hotel Blue Sky. Het hotel is prachtig, de kamers zijn schoon en comfortabel en het personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Alles was tot in de puntjes verzorgd. Een echte aanrader voor iedereen die op zoek is naar een fijne en ontspannen vakantie. Wij komen zeker nog een keer terug! 💙

We spent 3 nights here in May, and honestly we will be back! Lovely hotel, and fabulous beach! Our room was lovely and clean and had everything we needed (including water in the fridge and tea/coffee). It was also cleaned every day to a high standard. The breakfast (free!) was fab, lots of choice and nice and fresh! The beach and sun bed were amazing, beautiful and right in front of the hotel!!! We ate dinner in the restaurant and the food was really good! Grilled shrimp and Mediterranean salad were a highlight for me :-) but what really makes this place is the staff - friendly, kind, helpful and really focussed on good service! Shout out to thw young chap who is also a painter and decorator (when he’s not a waiter) - so helpful and friendly the staff on reception (very helpful) and the wonderful staff in the beach bar who made it so we could watch the football :-) location is also fab - outside of town, but only 30 mins walk and so nice and peaceful! Wpuld highly recommend!

Der Strand und das Wasser sind außergewöhnlich sauber und laden zum Entspannen ein. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den hervorragenden Service. Jeder einzelne Mitarbeiter – von der Rezeption über die Restaurants bis hin zum Strandservice – begegnet den Gästen mit echter Herzlichkeit, Aufmerksamkeit und Professionalität. Man spürt in jedem Moment, dass Gastfreundschaft hier nicht nur ein Versprechen, sondern gelebte Leidenschaft ist. Ein absolutes Highlight war für uns das Frühstück. Das Buffet ist außergewöhnlich vielfältig und qualitativ auf höchstem Niveau. Darüber hinaus können zahlreiche frisch zubereitete À-la-carte-Gerichte ohne Aufpreis zusätzlich zum Buffet bestellt werden. Diese Kombination aus Auswahl, Qualität und Präsentation erinnert an die besten Luxushotels, die wir aus den Arabischen Emiraten und Asien kennen. Für uns gehört dieses Frühstück ohne Zweifel zur absoluten Spitzenklasse. Auch der Housekeeping-Service verdient ein besonderes Lob. Die Zimmer werden sogar zweimal täglich liebevoll gepflegt, und am Abend erwartet die Gäste eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit mit Snacks am Nachttisch – eine wunderschöne Geste, die den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer macht. Kostenfreies Wasser wird jederzeit in ausreichender Menge zur Verfügung gestellt, was ebenfalls zeigt, wie aufmerksam das Hotel an das Wohl seiner Gäste denkt. Das gesamte Hotel vermittelt ein Gefühl von Eleganz, Ruhe und exklusivem Komfort. Wer gehobenen Service, modernes Design, höchste Sauberkeit und eine luxuriöse Atmosphäre schätzt, wird sich hier rundum wohlfühlen. Our stay at Abi’s Hotel & Spa in Vlorë was absolutely outstanding! From the very first moment at the reception, we were welcomed with exceptional hospitality and genuine kindness — Briland and Aisha were incredibly helpful, warm, and professional, making us feel at home right away. The room offered a beautiful view of the sea, which made every morning special. Breakfast was tasty and satisfying, with plenty of good options to start the day well. The spa area is another highlight — a perfect place to relax, unwind, and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere, all while overlooking the sea. We would also like to praise the entire staff for their hard work, friendliness, and high-quality service throughout our stay. Thank you for making our visit so enjoyable — we truly appreciated every moment! Highly recommended to anyone visiting Vlorë.

A Wonderful Stay, Highly Recommend! I had such a great experience at The Olive Hotel. The hotel itself is modern, spotless, and feels brand new. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the shower was one of the best I’ve had while travelling! It’s in a perfect central location, close to everything you could need. What truly made my stay exceptional was Xhone. She was outstanding from start to finish, helping me with every enquiry I had and genuinely going above and beyond anything I expected. Her kindness, professionalism, and support made me feel safe, comfortable, and truly looked after. We’ve even become friends now, which says it all! As a lovely final touch, the owner even dropped me off for my airport transfer, which was so appreciated. I can’t recommend this hotel enough. Thank you again for everything!

What an absolutely incredible hotel ! I am blown away with how helpful the staff were and how caring , I was leaving on the last day at 4am and a manager made me breakfast to take with me , I have had the best 5 nights away , the room was incredible ,food incredible location is perfect as you are literally 8 mins walk from two of the nicest beaches in Ksamil , The staff helped with food recommendations ,and tours and places to visit , and if I needed anything they were so happy to help , I will most definitely be telling all of my friends and family to stay here if they venture here ,and I hope to come back soon I want to send a massive thank you and send my gratitude to everyone ,thank you so so much for making a solo traveller feel less alone ❤️

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 Wir haben hier 3 Nächte als Gruppe von sechs geblieben und eine wunderbare Erfahrung. Das Hotel ist modern, sauber und in einer tollen Lage mit schönen Meerblicken. Die Zimmer waren geräumig, komfortabel und täglich gereinigt. Das Personal war freundlich, willkommen und immer bereit, mit allen Fragen zu helfen. Das Frühstück war frisch und bietet jeden Morgen eine gute Auswahl. Die Lage ist hervorragend, mit einfacher Zugang zu Sarandë Stadt, Ksamil, Restaurants, Supermärkte und dem Strand. Wir fanden es sehr bequem, um die albanische Riviera zu erkunden. Insgesamt hatten wir einen entspannenden und nützlichen Aufenthalt. Ich würde das Orchids Hotel zweifellos an Paare, Familien und Gruppen empfehlen, die Sarandë besuchen, und ich würde glücklich hier wieder bleiben.
