Nicht sehr zufrieden mit der Zimmergröße und anderen Dienstleistungen. Ich habe mein Zimmer inklusive Frühstück und Abendessen gebucht. Stellen Sie das Frühstück mit minimalem Aufstrich ein. Das Abendessen war auch mit nur drei Optionen zur Auswahl.

It is near to Antalya centre, where you can visit The Sealife zoo, walk through long streets of bazaar, big market and plenty of nice cafes and restaurants, feel the touch of Turkish life. there is also show of dolphins in Antalya and Kemer. You can book any tour with the Pegus travel agent at Crystal Flora hotel or arrange the trip yourself. You can use a public transport or taxi, depends on your choice. You can visit The Land of Legends, another beautiful place you shall visit with your children and teenagers. The hotel and all facilities are very clean, the staff is very polite, kind and helpful, cleaning is conducted and maintained constantly inside and outside. The facilities are very clean, the rooms and bedding are changed every day, so the fridge inside the room is refilled every day. Staff speaks in three or more languages and if needed a guidance or help, you will get it straightaway. The food and drinks are served non stop. Variety of food and desserts is great, beyond the expectations. Everything from the meal and drinks is fresh and delicious, started with domestic meals, burgers, pizza, lachmachun, kebabs, barbecue, and different fish, including Mexican dinner, you can enjoy in the outside restaurant near the sea, prebooked option. For those who are awaken till the sunrise, have the option to have meal on the beach bar, late night or early morning like 1-3AM. you can choose burger with chips, spaghetti, salad and any drinks of your wish, including nice tea with biscuits. there are different activities arranged by staff in the morning and day time for adults and children, every evening there is show and live performance, and you can dance while watching the band performance on the stage, the songs are in a different languages and different time, to entertain every audience. You prefer disco, there is another facility for dancing near the reception, a bit hidden and inside. We would like to have a disco outside on the same place where the band was, but we presume disco place is arranged inside to avoid disruption for the hotel residents at night. I think, disco would be better outside, the near building could be sound insulated and hosted by young generation, who loves dancing and the loud music, but I believe this option probably been checked, but have many obstacles to make disco outside. You will not have time to be bored in Crystal Flora Resort. There is a big market outside the hotel which works till midnight. If its too hot walking in the day, you can go shopping after 8PM and enjoy walking around and do shopping of clothes or food, pakhlava, Turkish delight, different type of tea and many other things. The place is very good indeed and I myself and all my family are going to visit Crystal Flora again. I recommend this place out of other places in that area, as it has facilities, including massive water slides for children that no other have, food and drinks are served 24 hours, that you will not find in other places, the amount of food and drinks is great and more important that everything is fresh and tasty, tea lovers can enjoy tea time in café inside and outside, with different type of desserts and plenty of ice creams for children. I truly enjoyed my holiday and so my children and relatives from other country. Crystal Flora is perfect place for holiday.

Keine schlechte Lage im Stadtzentrum. 24-Stunden-Rezeption. Hilfsbereites Personal. ABER! Alles im Zimmer ist veraltet! Die Möbel und die Sanitäranlagen sind abgenutzt. Reparaturen sind nötig. Es gibt einen Haartrockner, aber sein Gehäuse besteht aus mehreren Teilen mit hervorstehenden Kabeln (jemand hat ihn einmal zerbrochen – er hängt da und wartet auf seine Zeit). Der Preis, die Lage und die flexiblen Check-in-Zeiten machen das alles wieder wett.

Wir hatten All-inclusive gebucht. Das Hotel bietet unzählige Unterhaltungs- und Freizeitmöglichkeiten sowie eine große Auswahl an Restaurants und Bars. Die Auswahl war fast schon zu groß; anfangs war ich etwas überwältigt. Ich vertrage kein Gluten und keine Laktose, und selbst in den glutenfreien Bereichen gab es separate Desserttische. Die Zimmer selbst waren sauber und schön. Die Aussicht war atemberaubend. Zum Hotelgelände gehören Swimmingpools, Tennisplätze, ein Strand, ein Garten und viele weitere Annehmlichkeiten, die alle in gutem Zustand sind. Der Service war ebenfalls ausgezeichnet.

Sehr gutes Hotel. Da es die Herbstsaison ist, gibt es nicht viele Leute, der Laden gab dem Zimmer in einem Einzelzimmer, sehr ruhig. Es gibt auch einen Waschmaschine Kühlschrank. Das Personal des Restaurants ist auch enthusiastisch und das Essen ist sehr frisch. Es ist sehr komfortabel zu bleiben.

Was mir nicht gefallen hat: 1. **Das Buffet** ist für ein 5-Sterne-Hotel absolut nicht angemessen. Ehrlich gesagt war es sehr enttäuschend; es gab kaum türkische Spezialitäten und die Desserts bestanden größtenteils nur aus Zucker. Der Kaffee war extrem enttäuschend; es war im Grunde nur heißes Wasser mit einem leichten, erdigen Kaffeegeschmack. Sehr enttäuschend für ein Land, das für seinen starken Kaffee bekannt ist! Die Slush-Eis-Maschinen in den Snackbars waren nie sauber, und das Slush-Eis schmeckte überhaupt nicht. Das im Hotel servierte Eis war im Grunde wie Gummi. Als Türke war ich selbst sehr schockiert, da unser Land für solch fantastische Köstlichkeiten bekannt ist. Der einzige wirklich gute Abend am Buffet war die „Türkische Nacht“ mittwochs, die jede Woche stattfindet. Den Rest der Woche gab es nur Standardgerichte. 2. Das Personal, das Gästen bei der Buchung von Ausflügen und Taxis „hilft“, betreibt **reine Abzocke an ausländischen Gästen**. Ich bat einen Mitarbeiter um Hilfe bei der Buchung eines Bootsausflugs nach Suluada, und er nannte mir einen Preis von 60 € pro Person. Da er nicht wusste, dass ich selbst Türke bin, sah er mich an, schrieb einfach 60 € pro Person auf einen Zettel und blickte mich erwartungsvoll an 🤣. Ich sagte ihm daraufhin, dass ich die Tickets in der Klook-App für 25 € pro Person gesehen hatte, woraufhin er mir vorlog, ich müsste am Boot einen Aufpreis zahlen. Als ich gehen wollte, hielt er mich auf und meinte, er könne den Preis auf 38 € pro Person senken 😂. Ich habe die Tickets dann bei Klook gekauft und einen wunderbaren Tag ohne Abzocke erlebt haha. Bitte glauben Sie den Preisen des Mannes neben der Rezeption nicht. 3. Das Spa, der Außenpool und das Fitnesscenter schließen alle um 20 Uhr. Danach gibt es im Hotel praktisch nichts mehr zu tun 😅. 4. Die Hotelgäste bestehen zu etwa **90 % aus russischsprachigen Personen** haha. Ich habe noch nie in meinem Leben so viele Russen gesehen. Das ist an sich nichts Schlechtes, soll Sie nur darauf vorbereiten, dass das Hotel versucht, die russische Klientel so gut wie möglich zu bedienen 😅. **Was mir gut gefallen hat:** 1. Vielleicht lag es daran, dass ich Türkisch sprach: Das Personal (abgesehen von dem lügenden Verkäufer haha) war sehr freundlich und strahlte die typische türkische Herzlichkeit und Gastfreundschaft aus. Das wusste ich sehr zu schätzen. 2. Für Alkoholliebhaber ist die Bar bei Buchung des All-Inclusive-Pakets unbegrenzt nutzbar. 3. Der Außenpool ist schön. 4. Der Check-in und Check-out verliefen sehr unkompliziert, was aber auch daran liegen könnte, dass ich Türkisch spreche. 5. Es gibt ein paar kleine Supermärkte, falls man Snacks wie Eis kaufen möchte, sowie schöne Spazierwege entlang des Strandes.

Crystal Family Resort – Not What We Expected, But Tours Were Fantastic! We spent our holiday this year at Crystal Family Resort & Spa. The hotel’s location and facilities for children were nice. The indoor pool was sufficient, and the animation team did their best. However, the hotel as a whole didn’t quite meet our expectations. Our biggest disappointment was definitely the food. It felt like we were eating the same things every day: beef liver, chicken, chicken, fish once or twice… and then back to chicken and liver again. It was as if no other types of meat existed! There was almost no red meat, and most of the food was dry and lacked flavor. Our kids also struggled with the meals, as there wasn’t much variety or a special corner catering to their tastes. The buffet looked big but the content was poor. Desserts looked good visually but were quite tasteless. From a five-star hotel, we expected much more care and quality. Room cleaning was okay – it was done daily – but there were occasional misses. Sometimes the minibar wasn’t restocked, towels were forgotten. The reception staff were generally helpful, but during busy hours responses were slow. The spa area was nice, but prices were a bit high. Now to the best part of our vacation: the tours! Instead of staying inside the hotel all day, going out was the best decision we made. As we had done before, we booked two tours from Sputnikturkey.com, and both were excellent: 1. Super Combo Tour – rafting, zipline, buggy… All in one and full of adrenaline! Even though the weather was cold, it was still super fun. 2. Green Canyon Tour – A calm and peaceful boat trip in nature. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking. Both tours were very well organized, and the price was much more reasonable compared to what the hotel’s in-house tour desk offered. We had a great time and the tours helped us forget the hotel’s shortcomings. In summary: Crystal Family was just “so-so” for us. We really didn’t enjoy the food — the constant liver and chicken dishes became annoying. But thanks to the amazing tours we booked outside, our holiday turned out great in the end. We wouldn’t return to this hotel, but for tours, our go-to will always be SputnikTurKey.com!

Die Lage ist gut, die Zimmer sind schön und die Ausstattung ist ziemlich neu. Das Schlafsofa ist auch von guter Qualität. Da wir das Abendessen beim Check-in verpasst hatten, wurde uns proaktiv eine Mahlzeit zubereitet 👍. Es war im Februar ziemlich kalt und regnerisch, und wir konnten die Klimaanlage nachts nicht zum Laufen bringen. Wir dachten, es gäbe keine, und haben zwei Nächte gefroren. Erst beim Check-out erfuhren wir, dass es eine Heizfunktion gab und man uns bei einer Reklamation ein anderes Zimmer gegeben hätte. Das Essen ist hier das größte Highlight; die drei Mahlzeiten am Tag sind wirklich preiswert und vielfältig. Angesichts der aktuell stark steigenden Preise in der Türkei war es super preiswert, obwohl wir die Freizeiteinrichtungen überhaupt nicht genutzt haben. Außerdem gab es am Valentinstag Rosen 🌹, vielen Dank 😍.
