Ich habe 3 Tage und 2 Nächte eingecheckt. In der ersten Nacht ist alles gut, aber am nächsten Tag gibt es kein Wasser. Ich rief den Agenten an und dann sagten sie, es gäbe ein technisches Problem und warteten 30 Minuten. Nach 30 Minuten gab es immer noch kein Wasser, bis ich auscheckte. Also? Ich warte von 14 Uhr bis morgen.  Ich habe 3/4 Mal angerufen, um sicherzugehen, aber der Agent hat keine Lösung gegeben und es so sein lassen💁🏻♀️. Ich muss so Wasser sammeln und sogar 4/5 Stunden warten, weil ich die Toilette benutzen möchte. Suchen Sie sich also das nächste Mal besser einen anderen guten Agenten

I stayed at Birkin International Hotel in Melaka from Tuesday to Thursday. As the hotel is still new, I understand that some facilities and security features may not yet be fully operational—for example, access control requiring a room card to enter guest floors. I also understand that, as a newly opened hotel, some rooms may not have undergone complete inspections. Upon check-in, the first room assigned to us had several defects: the toilet basin was choked, and the basin handle in the small kitchen area had come off. We contacted the front desk for assistance regarding the choked basin, and they offered us a room change. A staff member whom I believe was the hotel manager came up personally, escorted us to another room, and informed us that we had been upgraded. We truly appreciated this gesture and the prompt service provided. We checked in around 3:00 p.m. and were feeling hungry, so we decided to try the hotel food. We ordered two slices of cake, fish and chips, and pizza. The food was nice and delicious, and we genuinely enjoyed it. However, I would like to highlight a concern regarding the breakfast experience. As this is a five-star hotel, I expected a high standard of hygiene with zero tolerance for flies in the dining area. Unfortunately, I noticed several flies during breakfast. On one occasion, during the nasi lemak service, I saw a fly land on a bowl of eggs. I pointed this out to the staff, but they only removed the piece of egg that the fly had landed on. This was quite alarming, and as a result, I did not dare to try the nasi lemak at all. Later, I noticed one of the staff attempting to smash a fly while wearing gloves. This made me wonder whether the gloves would be changed afterward if the fly was successfully killed. This raised further concerns about food hygiene. Because of this, I became worried and chose to eat only items that were freshly cooked on the spot, such as curry noodles. Overall, I felt disappointed with the breakfast hygiene standards and sincerely hope the hotel will take this matter more seriously. I believe Birkin International Hotel has great potential, and with improved attention to cleanliness and food safety, it can offer a much better experience for guests. Das Hotel ist sehr schön und das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig. Ich habe an zwei aufeinanderfolgenden Tagen gefrühstückt. Mir gefällt der Swimmingpool oben sehr gut. Es ist sehr bequem, dort zu sitzen und sich auszuruhen. Das Hotel ist auch sehr sauber. Die Serviceeinstellung ist gut, das einzige Problem ist, dass es zu weit von der Jonker Street entfernt ist. . Es ist schwierig, von der Jonker Street aus ein Taxi zu bekommen, also bin ich den ganzen Weg 2,8 km zurückgelaufen

The stay was really worth the price! The house is spacious, clean, and fully equipped with various amenities. The sea view is absolutely beautiful. it made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. The host also provided 4 extra mattresses, which was very helpful since we came as a big group. The air conditioning in every room was cold and worked perfectly, making it very comfortable to sleep. Everything promised in the listing was provided, and all the facilities were in good condition. The location is also strategic, easy to find food and close to many attractions. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy a vacation with family or friends while taking in the gorgeous sea view. Thank you to the host for the great hospitality and the comfortable home. God willing, we’ll choose this place again next time!

Das Einchecken per Telefon mit Fernbedienung draußen und den Schließfächern für den Schlüssel war neu für mich und fühlte sich etwas seltsam an. Mein Zimmer (Nr. 9) hatte ein Fenster mit Blick auf eine offene Grünfläche – herrlich. Die kombinierte Dusche/Toilette war gleich neben meiner Tür – so praktisch. Ich hatte sogar ein Waschbecken mit fließendem Wasser in meinem Zimmer. Das Bett war Queensize – etwas weich, aber bequem.

Die Lage ist gut, die zentrale Lage der touristischen Attraktionen ist, dass der Parkplatz nicht gut für die Leiter des Halls finden kann 😂, das Hotel hat eine gute Frühstücksposition, es gibt Sonnenlicht und Landschaft, es ist sehr gut für den Autofahren geeignet, das Dach des Weingebäudes hat eine gute Sicherheit und eine bemerkenswerte Schönheit der Stadt
