Das Hotel hat eine hervorragende Lage, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt und mit der Stadtbahn direkt im Erdgeschoss, sodass alles bequem zu erreichen ist. Mein Zimmer lag im 16. Stock, und ich habe, wie in den Bewertungen erwähnt, keine Kakerlaken gesehen. Das Zimmer war geräumig, gut ausgestattet und recht sauber. Meine einzige Beschwerde war, dass das Frühstück à la carte serviert wurde und die Preise auf der Speisekarte standen. Das Frühstückslimit lag bei 30 Dollar pro Person, jeder darüber hinausgehende Betrag wurde separat berechnet. Dies war bei der Buchung nicht klar angegeben, und ich hoffe, dass dies in Zukunft behoben wird.

Excellent location, lovely apartment, and great facilities. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again. Highly recommended!

The hotel is in a very convenient location, making it easy to travel around and access nearby attractions. The atmosphere is really pleasant and relaxing, perfect for a comfortable stay. The rooms and facilities are very clean and well maintained, which made me feel at ease throughout my visit. Overall, it was a great experience.

Location-wise it's a great place to be in. Great balcony views towards the slingshot. I personally felt the toilets could have been better. Especially the glass in the bath tub doesn't make sense at all.

Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe des Hafens, hinter dem Keynes ist der einzige chinesische Restaurant, ein Shampoo und ein Supermarkt. Im Gegenteil ist das Hotel ein öffentliches Schwimmbad. Die Suite des Hotels ist ziemlich gut, die Fläche ist auch groß genug, die Küchengeräte und die Speisegeräte sind auch relativ komplett, sie sind mit Waschmaschine und Trockner ausgestattet. Der einzige Mangel des Hotels ist, die Toilette zu nehmen und eine zusätzliche Gebühr zu zahlen.

Beautiful location, clean and thoughtfully designed room and bathroom. The amenities are all provided and the team is very professional. Nearby Esplanade, cafes, Woolworths. Parking spots are often available in front of the property on the street.

Beautiful gorgeous apartment. We booked the beachfront view and it was absolutely perfect. Unobstructed view of the ocean + tennis courts. Pool was warm, clean and refreshing. Beautful long walk by the beach to Surfers Paradise. Bus stop a minute away to go anywhere in GC. Service by Luke, the young blonde guy at reception was a 2/5. We were given a room that didn't have a working dishwasher & dryer. Luke didn't even attempt to make any suggestions to help us. We had to return the next day to ask the older lady if we could use another dryer as we had a lot of wet clothes from being at the beach daily and at the pool. Our first day, we loaded the dishwasher and left for town only to come back to a flooded kitchen. We cleaned up without making a fuss. Service needs to be better.

This was not our first stay and in the main it was good. We stayed twice on this trip with a stint on Magnetic Island in between. Service on our departure stay was while not bad was marred by the gentleman who was abrupt and less than enthusiastic about being helpful. We arrived in the morning knowing we couldn’t get in until later and were greeted by a friendly and helpful reception attendant. Who said we would let us know by text as soon as a room was available for us. We took that to mean if we could enter our room before the scheduled check in time we would get a message. We never got a message. In fact we had ran out of ways to entertain ourselves and keep cool with just under an hour to check in time. So we went to the reception to assign the room was ready and were grumpily informed our room wasn’t ready and that is why we had not had a text. We understood this could be the case but the summary dismissal was far from reasonable customer service. No apology given we had patiently waited for over four hours already. We waited in the lobby and watched as others were given rooms. Why we had to wait while others did not was given no explanation and made no senseh to us. When check in time came and went is when I had to contain myself. One thing for us to be shunned for being early but for them to tell our room was not available at the time the business had committed to was very frustrating. It showed they had no system and were unprepared to provide reasonable customer service. We waited patiently and thankfully not for much longer and maintained our positive countenance. Thank goodness the room was,while only on the first floor, the better of rooms we had stayed in and worth the wait had it been managed better. If it weren’t for the grumpy reception we would have rated this trip more highly. Hopefully this business can get its cleaning process and attitude to customers of male staff improved the location value and room would be highly recommended as is a little work to do.

Its best feature is its location, steps from the beach. However, it's a hotel that has been downgraded; some rooms and hallways are in dire need of maintenance. I didn't realise the pool area no longer belonged to the hotel, which was a disappointment. I feel the price is high compared to other places with more amenities and more modern facilities. Breakfast was average as well.

Dies ist ein fabelhafter Ort zum Verweilen. Wir haben uns für ein Studiozimmer mit Meerblick entschieden und es hat sich wirklich gelohnt. Obwohl wir spät ankamen, kontaktierten wir die Mitarbeiter an der Tür und sie sprachen uns durch den Check-in-Prozess. Der Service war durchweg nett und aufmerksam. Der einzige kleine Nachteil war, dass die Zimmer nur alle 8 Tage gereinigt werden. Als wir jedoch nach frischen Handtüchern fragten, wurden diese gerne zur Verfügung gestellt. Der Poolkomplex ist sehr schön - der Pool ist im Winter etwas kalt, aber der Wellnessbereich war komfortabel und wir haben die Sauna wirklich genossen. Das Frühstück war im Preis inbegriffen, und wir hatten die Wahl zwischen drei Cafés in der Anlage, mit leckerem Essen in allen dreien. Wir können es kaum erwarten, zurückzukehren!
