The service at this hotel is amazing, everyone made me feel very welcome every day. The breakfast was very good, and as someone who stayed here for 2 weeks there was enough variety each day that I didn’t get very bored by the end. Housekeeping was great and provided ample amenities. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The only downside of this hotel is its location in the CBD, which is not a safe area and experiences heavy traffic almost every day, especially during rush hour. However, the hotel itself is very safe, in the sense that I was not worried that any harm would come to me once I was inside the building. Additionally, there were often glitches with the WiFi, but unfortunately that is the case in most places in Zambia and the connectivity was usually stable enough to do video calls.

Lovely rooms. But yet again, refused to refund an earlier check out. Lost two nights of stay for two rooms even though we notified the hotel days prior. We didn’t mind paying a penalty fee for making the stay shorter but that was never an option. They rejected our application for a refund. Otherwise, the hotel is nice and my guests love staying there. Hence I still book for their stay there

I had stayed at this hostal a few years and thought it was cheap and cheery then but I found it run down this time around, The rooms were not clean, there was no hot water, the rooms are not light or soundproof.

Hotel and location is perfect and central to everything. Room service for repairs is very slow to come out to check. Food was good but lacked variety during dinner and menu options could do with an improvement. Indian food was passable could do with a flavour balance. Overall great stay

Ausstattung: Alle sind sehr neu, es gibt Zahnfleisch, Schleifen, kein Windschutzscheibe. Es gibt warmes Wasser, aber es ist kaputt, und ich habe einen guten Anruf an die Rezeption wechseln. Hygiene: Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber. Das kostenlose Wasser ist in den Schalen gefüllt. Sie werden das Wasser nach dem Reinigen vergessen. Umgebung: Es gibt chinesische Restaurants und ein chinesischer Supermarkt. Dienst: Der Service ist nicht sehr bemerkenswert und nicht schlecht.

Ich habe nicht vor der Buchung bemerkt, dass das hier ein chinesisch betriebenes Hotel ist, das mir vorstellen würde, die lokale chinesische Arbeitskräfte zu beherbergen. Alle Fernsehkanäle waren in Chinesisch, Frühstück war chinesisch Essen, Kaffeemaschine Anweisungen waren in Chinesisch. Das Personal war jedoch ganz zambianisch und sehr hilfreich. Es sollte ein nichtraucherisches Hotel sein, aber es riechte stark von Zigaretten in unserem Korridor. Das Badezimmer riechte wie ein „wässiger Hund“. Keine Einrichtungen im Hotel, aber glücklicherweise eine tolle Bar und Restaurant neben der Tür.

Perfekte Lage und sauberes Hotel. Das kontinentale Frühstück war gut. Nizza Zambianischer Kaffee war auf Anfrage erhältlich. Ein wenig laut Tageszeit @ Lobby/Restaurant-Bereich, da es der Ort ist, wo die meisten Mitarbeiter des Hotels bleiben, um TV zu beobachten 😀😃😄 . Der Pool war sauber. Empfohlene Ort für einen Familienaufenthalt.

Very convenient location, opposite east park mall when you can shop most daily staff or get nice food. Staffs are very friendly and helpful too.

Das Hotel wurde aus 88 Transportbehältern gebaut und ist faszinierend. Leider war es nicht besucht während unseres Besuchs, und das führte zu knappen Personal und Mangel an Komplimentaren Frühstück.
