Расположение в конце узкого и длинного переулка. Парковка на 2 машины всего. Виды на теплицы) Завтрак делают под заказ: не наешься как в привычном шведском столе. Полотенца нормальные можно попросить - принесут. Кондиционер только охлаждает, отопления нету никакого. Одну ночь было +6, нам принесли доп одеяла по просьбе.

The hotel is beautiful, historic and well maintained. Food and service quality is fantastic. I booked a luxury twin room with high ceilings and plenty of space. Built in 1922 with lush greens and floral garden right in front, antiques and ＞ 2000 pcs of art work. It is giving Bridgeton vibes. Location is perfect yet gives you the tranquil and peace. Eateries, cafes, massages can be found next door too. My little dismay is really the room, it can be refreshed a little to help travellers feel at ease, consider making it warmer and brighter.

Before I start. Let’s be clear, Apec Mandala Mui Ne is the main one that owns the buildings. However a bunch of “Condotels” use the Mandala name so “Mandala Breeze” is one of them. The communication is spot on before the trip. If you use Zalo they message you there and tell you the things you need to know. Also throughout the trip, extremely responsive to any questions I had. CHECK-IN Messaged when arrived and a girl came with the key cards (not the typical check-in style). She showed us to the room and took pictures of our passports. Also, they needed to keep one of the passports for some reason. But got it back at the end. FOOD: The Mandala Bay restaurant was for sure the main one for decent food! There are “lower level” kinds of restaurants around that offer very affordable and yummy food. (Bay Restaurant would be about 1-1.5M VND per meal on average for family of 3-4. Whereas the other more affordable places cost about 500k VND totally). AMENITIES: Swimming pools to the max. Very nicely kept pools and a nice kids playing mini water park was great. All pools have kids pools connected so it’s very family oriented. Didn’t get to check the gym out but looks good. The beach is easily accessible via exiting the hotel and asking the guard to send the golf cart to take you down. Beach is standard and nothing very special. Quite a lot of rubbish around and many crabs (which of course don’t need to worry about as they go down into their holes with any kind of movement from us.) Beach water is a little clear and at this time of the year (May) the water is warm! *Notable* - people were getting stung by what possibly are jelly fish. So, you just get lucky with that kind of thing. KIDS ACTIVITIES: They have a great kids play club. It costs extra and isn’t included in the hotel cost but it’s worth it. Unfortunately quite hot in there though! Kids also have the water park for themselves and the water slide (although the slide might rip your swimsuit a little!) *Notable* - Swimming Pools. If you are staying via one of the condotels then make sure the if your room includes the swimming pools, take the main key card pocket as you won’t be able to get towels to use or even use the pool as that is the part of the actual date you will check-out. The cards themselves have old dates and the lifeguards get confused and say you can’t use the pools so make sure you take the one that has the actual check-out date on it. CHECK-OUT: Simply message 30 minutes before the time and it will be ok. Very simple. All in all it was a great time. A couple of miscommunication issues but that’s to be expected. No real need to go out of the complex as they have everything there.

Wir verbrachten 4 Nächte hier. Gute Lage, abseits des Trubels des Nachtmarkts und doch bei kühlem Wetter nur einen kurzen, gemütlichen 10-minütigen Spaziergang entfernt. Bequemes Bett, großes Zimmer und gute Zimmerreinigung. Das Zimmer wurde täglich gründlich gereinigt. Das Personal an der Rezeption sprach fließend Englisch und beantwortete alle unsere Fragen zu den Geschäften in der Nähe kompetent. Ein großes Lob geht auch an Mui, den Sicherheitsmitarbeiter am Hoteleingang, für seine Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft. Ich kann dieses Hotel wärmstens empfehlen.

Ich bin begeistert. Wir hatten die Möglichkeit, unser Zimmer auf Premier aufzuwerten (zwar erst am dritten Tag, aber es war trotzdem ein super Angebot). Das Frühstück ist gut und normalerweise ein Buffet. Bei wenigen Gästen gibt es À-la-carte-Frühstück. Es ist das beste Hotel in der Gegend (wir haben uns einige in der Nähe angesehen, und die sind viel schlechter – Zimmerzustand, Betten usw.). Manchmal war die Kommunikation mit einigen Mitarbeitern sehr schwierig, selbst mit Dolmetscher. Es fühlte sich an, als würde ich mit einem Außerirdischen sprechen, also haben Sie Geduld.

Большой отельный комплекс с бассейнами, сауной, хаммамом и своей инфраструктурой в виде кафе, магазинов и кофеен. Очень удобно. Цены чуть выше, чем в самом Муйне, но не критично. Есть свой пляж с лежаками. Комплекс расположен на возвышенности, непосредственно до ресепшена можно подняться на эскалаторе или возит электрокар. Есть собственный пляж. До центра Муйне примерно 20 км. Без байка не удобно. С байком запаривает кататься туда) Мы 5 дней проживали. Сам номер и комплекс нам очень понравился. Уборка ежедневная, посещение сауны входило в стоимость и бассейнов тоже. Красивый вид. Удобно спать и не слышно соседей. Отдохнули хорошо! Единственное, при бронировании было указано, что есть мини кухня, но по факту плитка не работала. Приготовить минимальный завтрак не получилось. Но для нас это было не критично, мы не обращались по этому поводу к персоналу.

진짜 머물면서 단점을 찾을 수가 없던 곳, 직원분들 서비스부터 리조트 조경까지 전부 완벽했습니다,,, 이번 베트남 여행 중 아난타라 리조트가 제일 기억에 남고 좋았어요 만약 베트남에 다시 오게 되면 여기를 오기 위해 다시 오지 않을까 합니다,,, 그만큼 완벽 벌레도 객실에서 과일 먹다가 본 개미들이 전부였고 청결 상태도 깔끔했습니다,

I had a wonderful stay at APEC Mandala Hotel. The facilities were excellent, the room was beautiful, and every aspect of the hotel exceeded my expectations. However, what truly made this stay unforgettable was my butler, Dương. I arrived at the hotel feeling very unwell, and from the moment I checked in, Dương went above and beyond to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. He anticipated my needs before I even had to ask and genuinely cared about how I was feeling. His kindness, warmth, and attentiveness were unlike anything I’ve experienced at a hotel before. Not only was he incredibly professional, but he was also so friendly and funny. We were constantly laughing together, and he made me feel completely at ease despite travelling alone in a country where I didn’t speak the language. He never made me feel isolated. instead, he made me feel looked after like family. When I needed to withdraw cash, Dương personally took me to the ATM. Then, when I realised I’d need more than I’d originally withdrawn, he happily came back with me without hesitation. It was such a simple gesture, but it perfectly summed up his willingness to help with absolutely anything. The moment that really showed how exceptional he is was when he messaged to ask if I needed anything. I had fallen asleep and didn’t reply. Rather than assuming everything was fine, he actually came to my room to check on me because he was genuinely worried about my wellbeing. That level of care is incredibly rare and meant so much, especially when I wasn’t feeling my best. Dương didn’t just provide excellent service, he showed genuine compassion. His kindness, patience, and generosity transformed what could have been a difficult trip into one I’ll always remember for the right reasons. He is a true credit to APEC Mandala Hotel, and I sincerely hope the management recognises what an extraordinary employee they have. Thank you, Dương, for taking such wonderful care of me. You didn’t just make my stay better you made it unforgettable.

Sauberkeit: Sehr sauber Ambiente: Das Hotel ist groß und die Lobby mit ihrer Drachenboot-Dekoration ist wirklich einzigartig. Service: Beim Einchecken traf ich auf eine große Ausstellungsgruppe; der Check-in verlief sehr schnell.

Kein Aufzug, also wenn Sie mit großem und schwerem Gepäck reisen, müssen Sie das ihnen hervorheben.. In der Nacht waren die Lichter im gemeinwirtschaftlichen Bereich der Villa zu dunkel, vor allem die Treppe. Wenn Sie einfach ein Sensor Licht hinzufügen. Ein freundlicher Vorschlag, dass Sie einen Konzernzähler und Personal in der Nähe der Einfahrt platzieren. Bei Ankunft muss ich meine eigene Gepäcktasche auf die Treppe in die Lobby nehmen, um sich anzumelden. Danach brachten sie nur mein Gepäck zum Buggy und hinter meinem Rückengepäck im Lobby. Außerdem wird es begrüßenswerter sein, wenn uns jemand bei der Ankunft gegrüßt hat. Aber es gibt niemand da. Glücklicherweise macht das Geschmack von Lily im Lobby es auf. Frühstück war gut. Die Umgebung war schön. Bett und Kissen sind komfortabel. Erfüllen Sie die internationale Kette Standard. Das Essen im chinesischen Restaurant neben dem Hotel ist angemessen, aber nicht sehr authentisch.
