Our stay was actually nice. The only frustrating part is we had to come a day early for our stay due to bad weather coming Saturday night where we live & we had to be sure we could get home by Sunday. I spoke with the Trip.com gentleman and with me on the line he called the Delta hotel because I wanted to switch Saturday night to Thursday night due to bad weather coming. We were there to meet our new born granddaughter. After he spoke with Crystal, a customer service representative at Delta, he said everything will be fine, but I will need to make Thursday’s reservation directly with Delta reservations so he transferred me. Before he transferred me, I asked him if Saturday will be canceled and we will not have to pay. He said Delta Customerservice will take care of that so as I spoke to Crystal about it, she said you need to talk to Trip.com to get that taken care of because Trip.com does not refund, I told her I did talk to Trip.com and they told me that Delta will take care of it. And she said she would look into it so she transferred me to the reservation line and I made the reservation for Thursday, March 12. As we checked in, I brought this situation up and the gentleman at the front desk said to ask about it Friday morning because I had to check out then check back in. So Friday morning I went to the desk to discuss the situation and to check in again because this booking was through Trip.com. The manager was there and she explained to me that they don’t give a refund, but I explained to her that I talked to Trip.com and Crystal, from Delta and she said she would take care of it. To me taking care of it was canceling, and we would not have to pay for that extra day so the manager stated she would look into it. Saturday morning, as I checked out, Crystal was at the front desk and I went through the hole discussion again, and she did have something written down that she looked at, and she said we need to cancel through Trip.com the third-party reservation and that Delta will not refund us for Saturday night. I do understand the rules, but also as customer service from both Trip.com and Delta I would think because we’ve stayed Thursday night that we should not have to pay for Saturday night being that it was the same amount of nights. In the end we paid for a night that we did not stay therefore I feel either Delta or Trip.com got paid twice for that night cause I’m sure that room was taken by another customer, my hope is that we can be refunded for the Saturday night we were charged for and did not stay on top of this. We ended up paying more which I was fine to do being that we had to book through Delta for Thursday night, which I will always book directly with a hotel, and no longer a third-party since they do not consider blizzard weather a reason to get home. Please consider a refund for Saturday night. Thank you, Mindy Kottke.

This is my second time to stay here. I have a service dog who is an ESA, which I had informed the hotel of when I made the booking. I had stayed there the previous weekend and when I checked in, there weren’t any issues with any of the staff with my having an ESA staying there. I only had an incident with the night manager who complained about the dog being in the hotel. This is when I was on the way to eat at the restaurant. The host & the server had no issues with the dog being there and they commented that she was actually more behaved than many small children that come the food was amazing btw. I twice had the dog near me as well in the pool area tethered while I was swimming & while I was in the hot tub & there were no issues with the staff then. However, the next time I stayed, they would not let me have the dog with me in the pool area tethered. They then ended up kicking me out of the hotel as I would not leave the pool as I felt this to be unjust as the dog wasn’t bothering anyone. Also, she cannot be in the room by herself as she will cry & bark which would bother our neighbors. I also will not leave her in the car. Basically because of my ESA dog-a Pomski of 14lbs, I was kicked out of the hotel at 10:30 at night escorted by 3 policemen on a Saturday with nowhere to stay. I had to sleep on my friends couch for a few hours, and find another place to stay the next day which excepted my ESA dog without any issues. I will not be staying at this resort again because of this horrific experience.

Our stay was short because we were just in town for a wedding, but you get what you pay for. Especially for only 62$ a night. It was decent cleanliness, i mainly marked it down because we found and killed 3 bugs, which bugs are like my worst enemy. We checked for bed bugs, there weren’t any. we also marked it down because of the little smell that wasn’t quite right and on one of the bed sheets there was a brown stain. a tip for the staff if they are reading this, the plug in wall scent thing needs to go upright, you put it upside down and it leaked all over the nightstand! Also to maybe even the owner, bug traps are so cheap, just some sticky ones behind the fridge and dressers would do you wonders. It would prevent from your customers having to see the bugs as well as having to kill them. The amenities are marked low because the pool was closed, and the restaurant that’s attached seems to not be in business. there was no signs that we could see saying that the business was closed but it looked that way. The location is good, 10 minutes away from downtown! it’s a little bit of a rural area but it worked well for us as the wedding venue was only 10 minutes away. So any future customers, if you are expecting a holiday inn or better, you aren’t gonna get it! This feels more like a mix between motel 6 and a super 8. Lower your expectations if you come here. it’s a doable place for a cheap stay.

The hotel has a swimming pool, but I didn't use it, which is why I cannot comment on it in more detail. However, I have seen some people using it. There was breakfast served every morning, but the selection was basic. I wish they had regular corn flakes for cereals in addition to the three other types. However, bagels, muffins, sausages and fried egg discs plus different juices are enough to give you strength for the start of the day. Here are the positives and negatives of this hotel: ++ Conveniently located near the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, CVTC and Marshfield Clinic. There are many restaurants and fast-food places around, and there is a bus stop close by, as well as a Kwik Trip gas station. + The room was cozy and clean. + The room had a futon and a good desk. - Wifi did not always work reliably; sometimes, I had to enter the credentials repeatedly after some time went by. -- Poor sound insulation: When someone walked above my room, it felt like that person was tramping. Fortunately, the guest above me moved out, but if you want silence, insist on a room on the second floor. Overall, I had a good time at the hotel, and the staff was friendly. I feel like it provides good value for money.

Lage, Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und Ausstattung waren großartig, aber leider ging es nach dem Einchecken ein wenig bergab. Das Einchecken verlief reibungslos und das Zimmer war sauber und einladend. Am nächsten Tag, als ich nachmittags zurück war, öffnete das Zimmermädchen jedoch die Räume, an denen gearbeitet wurde, und der Riegel verhinderte das Schließen der Türen. Sie würde die Türen aufhalten, selbst wenn sie sich am anderen Ende des Flurs befand. Dadurch schwingt und knallt die Tür zum Zimmer neben mir laut. Ständig, was hart war, da ich morgens auf einem Zoom-Call war und mich danach wegen meiner Abendveranstaltung ausruhen wollte. Dann, am Morgen des Check-outs, ging ich zu meinem Auto, um mein Gepäck vor dem Check-out zu verstauen, und der Shuttle-Fahrer hat mich fast erwischt, als ich in die Lobby ging, weil er sehr schnell fuhr und versuchte, auf einen Parkplatz zu schwingen Platz vor den Lobbytüren. Er schrie mich von seinem Sitzplatz aus an und gestikulierte wild mit seinen Händen, ich war mir nicht sicher, aber ich dachte, er hätte mir den Finger gegeben. Schließlich war die Frau beim Auschecken sehr knapp und unhöflich, als ich versuchte, Fragen zu stellen, weil ich eine zusätzliche Gebühr auf meinem Konto hatte - was, wie sie sagte, die Sperre für die Tage war, die mir blieben, aber mir wurden 3 Mal für 2 Tage berechnet? bleibe. Erst als ich später am Abend anrief (da sie nicht die Geduld zu haben schien, meine Fragen zu beantworten), erfuhr ich, dass meine Karte fälschlicherweise für ein anderes Zimmer belastet wurde (auf der Rechnung steht sogar ”falsche Karte”). Bis zum zweiten Tag war alles super. Ich würde wahrscheinlich wegen der Bequemlichkeit und des Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnisses wieder hier übernachten, aber versuchen, meine Interaktionen auf ein Minimum mit dem Personal zu beschränken.

Kein Frills Hotel, erfüllt die grundlegenden Bedürfnisse. Erst nachts auf dem Teppich in unserem Zimmer Barfoot zu Fuß zu Fuß und das Teppich schien zu Dampf, wie sie es vielleicht dampften. Ich habe den Couch für meine 5 Jahre gebraucht, als ich ihn aufstellte, habe ich einen schwer weichen Ort im Teppich durch den Mini-Kühlschrank bemerkt, der Couch ist gut für Kinder, die auf alles schlafen können, aber ich fand ihn zu dünn, um sogar komfortablen auf sitzen. Am Morgen war der nasse Ort am Kühlschrank noch größere, wir informierten das Front Desk & sie sagten, dass sie Wartung wissen lassen, um zu prüfen, nach unserem Wissen, dass sie nie gemacht haben. Der Pool war schön und wärmlich, sie verwenden Salzwasser, das ist schöner als der chemische Geruch von Chlor. Das inbegriffen Frühstücksbuffet ist ok. Der Waffelmaker ist immer ein Schlag mit Kindern. Wir empfehlen, die Eier und Sauce zu verschwinden, sie gab uns tummige Probleme. Kaffee war schrecklich nach meinem Mann & Tee ist nur einfach Lipton. Die Lage direkt am Autobahn ist großartig, Reisen nach Stadtzentrum Veranstaltungen war weniger als 15 Minuten entfernt. Viele Geschäfte und Restaurants in der Nähe. Für einen voll reservierten Wochenende war es sehr ruhig. Wir würden hier nochmals für den Preis, Pool & Lage in Betracht ziehen.

Came here with my husband to visit my hometown so I know the area very well. Best location to stay and explore and with all the new changes to downtown. However, even though location is good I will never stay again. I wouldn’t call it a hotel but more motel. It was on the better side though (cute) I would say. Definitely the hotel cost way more than is should. There’s an additional $20 that they say is for wifi/renting bikes/24 hr lobby/yoga mats/indoor and outdoor games/live music/gym/parking/discounts at certain stores of downtown in which they don’t even know of or which ones they are. However, I didn’t use any of that so I pretty much used up $20 ok nothing. If it was part of the hotel price itself then ok I understand but a separate charge for these amenities is ridiculous. When you look at the hotel photos you’ll also find that there aren’t photos of the bathrooms and kind of understandable. Bathroom wasn’t too bad but also not in the best condition (definitely could use remodeling).

My adult son and I had to travel up to Rhinelander on the weekend for a funeral. There was also a sports convention going on , so all the hotels were pretty pricey including Cobblestone. Once I got over the price shock, we enjoyed the hotel very much. It was new, so clean, and beds were very comfortable. We had a room that had 2 queen beds, plus another area with a sectional sofa and another tv. I think any group with small children would have loved that room and the tv channels catered to kids! We didn't understand how the tv remote worked, so when I called the front desk a very pleasant young woman came up and showed us how it worked. Although that was wonderful, I think printed instructions by the tv would have worked and saved them some time! The breakfast was good....powdered scrambled eggs, but lots of other voices to go with it. There was a family restaurant right next door, but was only open for breakfast and lunch. I would definitely stay there again!

Das ist vielleicht eines der schönsten Hotels, das wir während unserer Reisen in den USA erlebt haben. Das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich, beginnend mit dem Zeitpunkt, zu dem wir das Hotel eintraten. Frau Stephanie, wir sind unglaublich dankbar für Ihre freundliche Hilfe und Verständnis. Sie erkannten, wie erschöpft wir von unseren Abenteuern auf der bemerkenswerten Sturgis Motorcycle Rally waren, so dass sie unsere Eincheckung beschleunigt und uns mit verschiedenen Ressourcen zur Verfügung gestellt haben, um uns unsere Energie wiederherzustellen. Sie haben wirklich auf unsere Bedürfnisse aufmerksam gemacht und schnell reagiert. Wir schätzen es ganz ehrlich. Das Zimmer ist sauber und gemütlich, und die Aussicht vom 23. Stock ist fantastisch. Das Essen ist ausgezeichnet. Das Harley-Davidson Museum liegt nur wenige Meilen vom Hotel entfernt und wir konnten viele faszinierende Orte in der Nähe von Fußgängern erreichen. Die Stadtblicke sind atemberaubend. Wir hoffen, irgendwann wieder nach Milwaukee zurückzukehren, und wenn wir das tun, werden wir sicherlich das Pfister Hotel wieder wählen. Vielen Dank!

Lake Lawn ist ein schönes Resort mit so viel zu tun, ohne das Resort zu verlassen. Die Seenblicke sind erstaunlich, es gibt 3 verschiedene Orte zu essen, ein riesiger Innenpool und Heißräder zusammen mit zwei großen Außenpools, die wir nicht wegen des Aprils verwendet haben. In heißerem Wetter können Sie Kayaks, Paddelblätter und sogar Boote mieten. Wir kommen sicher zurück, um die Sommeraktivitäten zu genießen, aber es ist auch erstaunlich für kalteres Wetter, da das Resort so groß ist mit einem Spielraum, Innenpool und Restaurants, können Sie die Kinder ausziehen, ohne das Resort zu verlassen. Es ist auch nur 15 Minuten vom Zentrum des Genfer Sees, um mehr Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants zu genießen und nur 3-4 Minuten bis zur Stadt Delavan, die alle grundlegenden Bedürfnisse wie Walmart, Kohls, Flotte Farm und viele mehr Restaurants hat. Es ist wirklich ein wunderbarer Ort.
