I am how genuinely happy my recent stay was at The Loom. From the moment I arrived, everything felt thoughtful, welcoming, and exceptionally well-run. Check-in was smooth and professional, and the front desk team immediately set the tone—warm, efficient, and genuinely hospitable. After a long day of travel, it was refreshing to be greeted by people who clearly care about guest experience.  Throughout my stay, every interaction felt consistent: friendly, attentive, and proactive without being intrusive. Whether it was a quick question, a request, or simply passing staff in the hallway, the level of professionalism and kindness was noticeable. It’s rare to see that kind of consistency across an entire team, and it made the stay feel effortless. My room was spotless, quiet, and extremely comfortable. The bed and linens were excellent, and I slept better than I expected. I also appreciated the small details—well-maintained amenities, a clean bathroom, strong water pressure, and a layout that felt functional and relaxing. It’s clear that housekeeping takes pride in their work.Fully maintained and had a calm, polished feel. Common areas were clean and inviting, and the overall atmosphere felt both upscale and comfortable. I also appreciated how safe and organized everything felt, especially during busy periods. The breakfast/restaurant experience was excellent—fresh, well-presented, and a great start to the day. The service was just as strong as the rest of the property.The location was also a major plus—convenient and easy to navigate, with everything I needed close by. It made the entire trip smoother. Overall, this was one of the better hotel experiences I’ve had in a long time. Thank you for delivering a stay that felt genuinely high-quality from start to finish. I’ll absolutely be returning the next time I’m in Providence

Die Lage des Hotels war großartig. Es war direkt am Strand. Aber als wir ins Zimmer setzten, bemerkten wir mehrere Bugs, die wir töten mussten. Das Badezimmer war nicht so gut gereinigt, da es Haare im Badezimmer, Badewanne und Toilette gab. Beim Einchecken wusste ich nicht, dass eine ”Bestimmungsentgelt” ein zusätzlicher $80 war. Das war nicht an irgendwo auf der Reisebescheinigungs-E-Mail oder in meinem digitalen Empfang vom Hotel aufgelistet. Wir waren ein wenig enttäuscht über diese Faktoren, Aber insgesamt hatten wir noch eine gute Reise. Nur mehr als erwartet verbrachte und wünschte, sauberere Einrichtungen.

Pros: The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Complimentary tea and coffee were a nice touch. The breakfast was delicious, and interestingly, it worked like a regular restaurant where you get a bill and hand over the voucher you received at check-in. The location was great. Cons: They said construction noise would only continue until 5 PM, but I heard several loud, machine-like noises well past 8 PM. I almost asked to change rooms, but the noise eventually died down so I let it go. Also, there were two bottles of water in the room, but unless you’re a Hilton Silver member or above, they charge $3 each. If I had other options, I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Das Zimmer ist groß und die Umgebung ist schön, das ist, dass die Klimaanlage im Zimmer etwas groß ist, aber in vielen Hotels in den USA das Problem ist. Da das Hotel nach dem langen Flug nach Mittag angekommen ist, habe ich die Rezeption im Voraus angerufen und versprach, dass ich im Voraus geblieben werden kann. Das ist großartig!

The a/c in the room was not working, and I had to get ready for an event. It was in the 80's that day and room located on top floor so very hot. Maintenance did come and fix, but it took quite some time for it to kick in and cool the room down. That night when I got back, I turned the tv on. Apparently remote batteries died, and I could not change channel or turn tv back off. Had to call maintenance again around midnight. They had to go behind tv to turn it off (tv was hung on wall and I was not able to reach the plug to do it myself). There is NO water pressure; my daughter did not wash her hair for the 2 nights we were there because it would have taken forever. I also rented a second room for my son and his wife; they arrived from out of state to also get ready for an event, and their room had no outlets that worked. They too had to call maintenance so they could get ready. They were late for the event. The hotel is not located in the downtown location, so do not expect to walk anywhere except the casino which is across the street. Very overpriced.

This “boutique” hotel was NOT inexpensive. The front desk staff was welcoming and helpful. Unfortunately the building itself lacked everything needed for a comfortable stay. The room was so dark it was impossible to read. There was no room for two people to place toiletries in the bathroom. There was no closet or dresser, so if one is staying for more than one night it would be difficult to store clothing. There were exactly two hooks on the wall and four hangers! Worst of all….. the mattress was so uncomfortably soft that my husband slept sitting up on a hard chair. Perhaps some would find this hotel charming, ……not us.

Ein Freund und ich blieben im Newport Harbor und Marina Hotel. Wir wählen ein Zimmer mit Blick auf das Wasser und die Marine. Was für eine schöne Aussicht. Wirklich hilfreich mit den Winterblues. Die Lage ist wunderschön, so nahe an Tonnen von Geschäften, Restaurants und einfach zu Fuß. Der Pool war so erfrischend. Wünschen Sie, das Restaurant und die Lounge für Abendessen geöffnet, aber hoffentlich wird sich in naher Zukunft ändern. Alles in allem würde ich hier ganz sicher wieder gehen.

Das ist schlimm! Es ist schwer vorstellbar, dass die Gäste ohne eine andere Broschüre bleiben. Das ist ein ***, verdammt, je mehr ich will, desto böser! Das ist schrecklich, bis ich es am nächsten Morgen erkannte. Wenn Sie hier sind, müssen Sie die Kontrolle vorausnehmen. Die Rezeption sagt entschuldigung, dass diese Situation wirklich nicht bezahlt werden kann und auch wenn Sie es bezahlen! Die Unterkunftskosten von mehr als 1000 RMB sind so schlechtes Hotel, guter Schatten ist auch in der Kette

房間寬敞舒適，停車方便，早餐比較簡單。全天候提供飲用冷熱水、咖啡、茶。前台服務熱情周到，有問必答。酒店邊上有幾個餐廳。距離newport主要景點有點距離，需開車過去，走廊有點黴味。

Zuerst einmal, das Hotel bietet einen Shuttle in die Stadt, obwohl es sehr nahe ist, aber es ist nicht einfach, den Parkplatz selbst zu bedienen. Der Hotelfahrer hat einen sehr herzlichen Service und das empfohlene Hemingway Restaurant ist sehr gut. Das Hotel hat die Zimmergebühr wiederholt, wenn es sich aufhält, hat es gefunden und ausgehandelt, aber es hat nicht zurückgekehrt. Bitte kontaktieren Sie Trip.com und loben Sie Trip.com.
