"Great trip, close to ” mansions” and Newport music festival...Staff was very helpful, kind. Room was clean. Plenty of parking. There were certain fees for amenities Etc; I wish they would give US the option as to whether WE WANTED THE ” amenities” and accordingly adjust the bill :) Our access to Internet was non existent for one day...as, apparently, bad weather plays havoc on Internet/ wifi. Also wish they had more options for breakfast....I may have overlooked, but do they have a brochure re local restaurants/ activities. We were there for brothers birthday and concert so additional activities were not a requisite. We' d stay there again but further discuss the ” upcharge” for ” stuff” we were either not going to use ."

"This “boutique” hotel was NOT inexpensive. The front desk staff was welcoming and helpful. Unfortunately the building itself lacked everything needed for a comfortable stay. The room was so dark it was impossible to read. There was no room for two people to place toiletries in the bathroom. There was no closet or dresser, so if one is staying for more than one night it would be difficult to store clothing. There were exactly two hooks on the wall and four hangers! Worst of all….. the mattress was so uncomfortably soft that my husband slept sitting up on a hard chair. Perhaps some would find this hotel charming, ……not us."

"I am how genuinely happy my recent stay was at The Loom. From the moment I arrived, everything felt thoughtful, welcoming, and exceptionally well-run. Check-in was smooth and professional, and the front desk team immediately set the tone—warm, efficient, and genuinely hospitable. After a long day of travel, it was refreshing to be greeted by people who clearly care about guest experience.  Throughout my stay, every interaction felt consistent: friendly, attentive, and proactive without being intrusive. Whether it was a quick question, a request, or simply passing staff in the hallway, the level of professionalism and kindness was noticeable. It’s rare to see that kind of consistency across an entire team, and it made the stay feel effortless. My room was spotless, quiet, and extremely comfortable. The bed and linens were excellent, and I slept better than I expected. I also appreciated the small details—well-maintained amenities, a clean bathroom, strong water pressure, and a layout that felt functional and relaxing. It’s clear that housekeeping takes pride in their work.Fully maintained and had a calm, polished feel. Common areas were clean and inviting, and the overall atmosphere felt both upscale and comfortable. I also appreciated how safe and organized everything felt, especially during busy periods. The breakfast/restaurant experience was excellent—fresh, well-presented, and a great start to the day. The service was just as strong as the rest of the property.The location was also a major plus—convenient and easy to navigate, with everything I needed close by. It made the entire trip smoother. Overall, this was one of the better hotel experiences I’ve had in a long time. Thank you for delivering a stay that felt genuinely high-quality from start to finish. I’ll absolutely be returning the next time I’m in Providence"

"Pros: The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Complimentary tea and coffee were a nice touch. The breakfast was delicious, and interestingly, it worked like a regular restaurant where you get a bill and hand over the voucher you received at check-in. The location was great. Cons: They said construction noise would only continue until 5 PM, but I heard several loud, machine-like noises well past 8 PM. I almost asked to change rooms, but the noise eventually died down so I let it go. Also, there were two bottles of water in the room, but unless you’re a Hilton Silver member or above, they charge $3 each. If I had other options, I probably wouldn’t stay here again."

"Im Zentrum des Hotels können Sie das Kongresshaus Rode Island sehen, die Parkgebühren sind teuer, die Umgebung ist schön und komfortabel, die Zimmerausstattung ist perfekt, der Raum ist groß, die Umgebung ist viel ausgestattet, nahe der Brown University."

"Ein Freund und ich blieben im Newport Harbor und Marina Hotel. Wir wählen ein Zimmer mit Blick auf das Wasser und die Marine. Was für eine schöne Aussicht. Wirklich hilfreich mit den Winterblues. Die Lage ist wunderschön, so nahe an Tonnen von Geschäften, Restaurants und einfach zu Fuß. Der Pool war so erfrischend. Wünschen Sie, das Restaurant und die Lounge für Abendessen geöffnet, aber hoffentlich wird sich in naher Zukunft ändern. Alles in allem würde ich hier ganz sicher wieder gehen."

"酒店的地理位置不錯，步行即可到達布朗大學、羅德島設計學院及博物館、普羅維登斯市中心、火車站等。我們訂了景觀房真是名副其實的“看得見風景的房間”，每天看晨曦、看夕陽、看飛鳥翱翔、看貨船進出港口……酒店面對的India Point Park可以健身散步。客房內部所提供的物品都很好用，美式早餐紮實，酒店內有餐廳、酒吧，但我們居住期間可能因住客不多，餐廳營業與否比較隨意。"

"Das Zimmer gehört zu einer Wohnung, mit einem Wohnzimmer, einem Badewanne, einem Kühlschrank und allen Kochen. Es gibt einen japanischen Supermarkt, Reis, bequeme Gemüse und Zubereitungen. Das Frühstück im Hotel ist großartig, Sandwich, Mais, Kaffee, Milch, Joghurt, Brot, Fleischsaft, Eier usw., es ist sehr bequem und zwei Tage eine Hygiene zu räumen. Die geografische Lage ist sehr gut, neben CVS und Handelsplatz, im Gegenteil ist die Busbahnhof."

"Das Zimmer ist groß und die Umgebung ist schön, das ist, dass die Klimaanlage im Zimmer etwas groß ist, aber in vielen Hotels in den USA das Problem ist. Da das Hotel nach dem langen Flug nach Mittag angekommen ist, habe ich die Rezeption im Voraus angerufen und versprach, dass ich im Voraus geblieben werden kann. Das ist großartig!"
