Hotel is well maintained and a great location if you’re heading to the Paycom Center! We had a couple of glitches getting in as the line for dropping off cars for valet was stopped for 20 minutes. Once we were able to pull in, the attendant was quick. Only one computer was working at check in, then only one elevator was working- in a large hotel with 15 floors. That caused a long wait after the concert when everyone got back to the hotel. Room was very clean but the bathroom wallpaper is coming off the wall AND the toilet did not flush 50% of the time. We realized it at 11 pm, so we didn't report it until we checked out. I will say they sent a couple of texts to check in- that was a nice touch!

Bei der Ankunft gab es keinen Bellboy-Service, so dass wir alle unsere Gepäck selbst verwalten mussten. Das war kein Dealer, aber es legte einen etwas anderen Ton als das, was einige erwarten könnten. Auf der positiven Seite gibt es bedenkliche Einrichtungen wie eine Mikrowelle im Lobby und den täglichen Kaffee für die Gäste. Das Zimmer selbst war komfortabel und im Allgemeinen gut gepflegt. Aber Hausaufbewahrung könnte mehr aufmerksam sein373.My Glas und die Dusche drainfläche wurden nicht konsequent gereinigt, und die Drinnung wurde schließlich während meines Aufenthalts verschlossen, was ich selbst zu klären hatte. Das war definitiv unerwartet. Für den Preispunkt hätte ich gern mehr Aufmerksamkeit auf diese kleineren Details erwartet. Das heißt, der Gesamtaufenthalt war immer noch angenehm. Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe des Oaks-Bereichs, das schön ist, und ich habe die künstlerischen Elemente um das Gebäude wirklich geschätzt. Jedes Stück Kunstwerk hat seine eigene Geschichte, und Sie können mehr über sie lernen durch ein Buch, das in der Lobbya schön und einzigartig berührt ist. Insgesamt ist es eine gute Option, wenn Sie auf der Suche nach einem komfortablen Aufenthalt in der Umgebung, obwohl es Raum für Verbesserungen in der Servicekonsistenz und Hauspflege Aufmerksamkeit.

Die Klimaanlage war zu laut und störte den Schlaf, da sie ständig ein- und ausgeschaltet wurde. Am wichtigsten ist mir eine gute Nachtruhe. Es ist nicht passiert. Alles andere war super. Buffet war heiß und gut zum Frühstück.

Staff was good...resettled us in a new room when sports teams moved in and we were left with banging and thudding from above and loud noise from the adjoining room that made it seem like they were IN our room. Elevator was straight across the hall and they had to let EVERYONE know their comings and goings. Door lock kept deactivating...had to have the xard re keyed a few times. Pain in the neck. Roll in shower had the shower head on the long part of the wall and held in place by a HAIRCLIP. Either had to cram into a corner where it SHOULD have been or turn it to face outward and flood the room, which had no drain. Even turned to the corner, the room still flooded. Rooms are tired looking...so is the lobby. I remember when Holiday Inn used to be THE brand. Not so anymore. Won't go back. But staff was accommodating and appreciated their help

Holiday Inn Express downtown Tulsa was an excellent location to stay for attending a concert at the BOK. About a 15 minute walk and they also had a small shuttle. We chose not to ride the shuttle back to the hotel because the line was too long. Our rooms were updated and very clean with ample towels and comfortable beds. The breakfast in the morning was fantastic with a wide selection of food including scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, sweet rolls, cereals, fruit, yoghurt, waffles and more. There was ample seating and everything was clean. The pool was very large and warm but no pool towels. I would definitely stay here again. They charge $19 for parking in the garage behind the hotel with easy access.

I had an excellent stay at Golden Mesa Casino and Hotel. From the moment I arrived, everything was welcoming, clean, and well taken care of. The staff was friendly, professional, and made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. The hotel room was comfortable, quiet, and very clean, which made it a great place to relax. The casino added a fun atmosphere without taking away from the comfort of the hotel stay. Everything felt convenient, well-managed, and enjoyable from start to finish. Golden Mesa Casino and Hotel exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, comfortable, and relaxing place to stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Sauberes Hotel. Es hat einige Gebrauchsspuren, beeinträchtigt jedoch nicht den Komfort des Aufenthalts. Ich habe mein warmes Frühstück genossen. Die Eier waren lecker. Das Personal war sehr nett. Gut gelaunt

Excellent hotel and restaurants for breakfast and dinner. Front desk staff friendly, courteous and helpful. Room very clean, morning coffee with real coffee cups (OSUOrange- very nice), beds were comfortable, basically everything was great! As alumni from 50 years ago and my son of 20 years ago, we were both very satisfied with the staff and hotel improvements. A little expensive than expected but worth every penny and it will be the only hotel we will stay when in Stillwater!

Service was so bad I had to wait 30 minutes just to get my key fixed that quit working every day, and just to find out they didn’t even know I was in my room so they booked others for the same room and they walked in while I was luckily there and didn’t get robbed.
