A shower is not simply a shower for me. A shower is a way of acclimating myself to the lucidity required to engage in everyday life. It is a way to mentally and physically prepare myself for whatever may lie ahead for me for the day. It's a routine that borders on a spiritual ritual to allow myself to function in the world at my maximum potential. I am not exaggerating, then, when I say my shower at The Inn and Spa at Loretto was one of the most uncomfortable experiences in my life. I awoke early in the morning in eager anticipation to enjoy everything Santa Fe has to offer, and as I watched the sun rise over the Sangre de Christo Mountains, marveling at the beauty of the New Mexico sunrise. All that was left for me was to take my shower and prepare for the day. Nothing could have prepared me for what happened next. I stepped into the bathroom and made my way over to the shower, and turned the knob as I always would to roughly halfway to initiate the process. As I anxiously waited to begin my shower routine, the bathroom quickly filled with steam. After the cool morning air this felt nice at first, but of course I didn't want to scald myself! I turned the faucet back towards the cool side as I stepped into the shower, expecting that I understood where I would reach a ”warm” temperature. Within seconds I was blasted with ice cold water as if straight from a glacier. Pain shot up my spine to my neck as the icy water rained upon me, and I reflexively turned the knob back towards the hot side, thinking I surely had found the ”happy medium”. Within moments I was engulfed in red hot water that felt as if it had just been boiled in a tea pot across my face and neck, stunning me yet again. Frustrated, I moved the shower head directly to the floor, spraying my feet with the same steaming water. I then carefully moved the faucet, one centimeter at a time towards the cold side, gauging the point at which the water would begin to cool. Amazingly, there was no change. After 10 or so careful movements of the knob, the water began to cool, to my great relief. However, within moments the ice cold water returned, once again sending shivers up my spine. After more experimentation and constant discomfort, it became clear that there were only two options for this shower: burning hot or ice cold. The rest of my shower was spent doing a horrible dance of moving between excessively hot and cold water, moving my body out of the water frequently to minimize the pain. I ultimately managed to do the bare minimum necessary to get myself clean, with the chance of a relaxing and revitalizing experience clearly being out of the question. This is not how I would want anyone to start their day, and I feel this should be unacceptable for a hotel with the stature and reputation of The Inn and Spa at Loretto. While the rest of my experience there was quite nice, this shower left me with an awful feeling for much of my day. I hope they are able to ensure that future guests do not have to go through an experience like this.

Insgesamt sehr gut, aber wir hätten einige mehr Handtücher verwendet, der Tischstuhl war sehr unkomfortable, nicht viel Platz für Koffer. Dekor war groß, aber die ganze Unterstützung für einzigartige Kunst ist sehr geschätzt und das Personal war groß.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Hotel El Monte Sagrada. Wir hatten falsch ein zugängliches Zimmer reserviert und wollten ein Tub in unserem Zimmer. Amy am Frontdesk war sehr hilfreich und wechselte uns in ein anderes Zimmer, brachte uns neue Schlüssel und begleitete uns in ein Zimmer mit einem wunderbaren Tub. Wir waren am letzten Abend unseres Hochzeits dort, und das Personal fügte wunderbare kleine Perken und Touchs hinzu, um unseren Hochzeitsmonat extra besondere zu machen. Als es regnete, hatte das Väterpersonal komplimentäre Schirms auf der Hand für unsere Reise in die Stadt. Kurz gesagt, The El Monte Sagrade ist ein wunderbarer Ort mit großer Service!

The customer service was initially great upon check in. Since I have been driving cross country I didn’t really have time to check the details about the parking. When arrived I was told parking was booked and I told I could Park in the side street between the convenient store and the hotel. My car got broken into that night or early morning. Now the staff was good at that moment letting me use the room a little longer to figure out what to do and make sure the police report was good a ect. They had a camera on that street facing my car. This is were the customer service falls. Its been over a week of me ask and calling to request the video footage of the incident and I keep getting pushed to the side. Apparently no one know the situation with me getting the footage but the manager and the so called security team thats in charge with the videos footage. I have sent an email requesting it and have not received nothing. No call back in regards to the video footage. This is highly unprofessional when a customer had their vehicle broken into when staying on their property. I should have gotten the footage at least a day or two after the incident but a full week is crazy and i have to wait for a manager to be on site on Tuesday to get my situation resolved! Unprofessional and unacceptable.

ダブルベッドx2のスイートを予約し、連日歩き通しのプランなので疲れを取るため事前に浴槽付きの部屋が確保できる様ホテルへ直接メールで念押し確認しておいたのですが、当日に団体客が入ったとの理由から滞在中全てシャワーのみの部屋になってしまい、残念でした。また室内にコーヒーメーカーがなく、朝11時までフロント近くのバーエリアに設置されるのを取りに行く必要があり不便でした。部屋からはすぐの距離ですが、しかたなく身なりを整えてコーヒーを取りに行ったところ、たまたまバスローブ1枚で前をはだけて、下は**・裸足の方がいて、そこまで気を使わなくて良いのだと学びました。こちらは慌てて目をそらしたので、その方が女性だったのか男性だったのかも不明です。 朝9、10時くらいから夜22時まで、サンタフェ中心地のマップ内（地図をもらえます）であれば、どこでも無料シャトルバス（チップのみ）を頼めるのは便利でした。 ホテルから出発する際はフロントに伝えて入り口で待つと1～5分程度でとてもフレンドリーなドライバーが来てくれます。また外からホテルまでのピックアップはフロントに電話で場所を伝える必要があります。今回はアメリカ国内で電話が使えなかったので、帰りは毎回Uberタクシーを使いましたが、サンタフェ市内Uberタクシーの利用は問題ありませんでした。日中に中心地まで歩くのは問題ないですが、暗くなってからの帰りは安全面のため徒歩は避けたほうがよさそうです。歩いて数分の所にあるTomasita’sというレストランは南西部料理がとてもおいしかったです。またホテルのドアを出てぐるっと駐車場エリアを回ると、裏口から土曜日朝のファーマーズマーケットまですぐです。ファーマーズマーケットと隣接して現地の生産者から直接アクセサリーやタイルアート等のお土産が買えるエリア（屋内・屋外）もあり、楽しめました。 夜になると暖炉のあるレストランエリアで生演奏が楽しめます。ネイティブアメリカンの笛の演奏はとても幻想的で素敵でした。 部屋は天井が高くゆったりした作りですが、洗面台にドアがついていないため誰かが寝ているときにドライヤ―を使うのははばかられます。ベッドが高くて日本人にとってはよじ登らないといけず、ちょっと腰かける様に座ることが出来ませんが寝心地は大変よかったです。

Wir reservierten ein Kings Zimmer, bezahlten es und erhielten eine Bestätigung. Erst nach dem Einchecken und dem Zutritt ins Zimmer fanden wir heraus, dass es 2 Doppelbetten waren. Als mein Mann ins Zimmer ging, sagte eine Person auf dem Büro, die Könige seien alle gebucht, die andere Person auf dem Büro sagte, es sei ein Modell und es gab keine King-Betten. Ich weiß nicht, was wahr ist. Sie waren eindeutig nicht daran interessiert, uns überhaupt zu helfen, und da wir bereits alle unsere Gepäck entladen hatten, blieben wir dort trotzdem. WARN, dass was Sie buchen, nicht das ist, was Sie erhalten und in der Anlage und das wurde nicht überall erklärt.

Obwohl es alt ist, ist es vernünftig aktualisiert. Das Hotel ist nicht sehr nah am Hotel, aber es ist einfach zu einem Hauptstraßen zu kommen. Als ich mich anmeldete, wurde ich durch den Prozess gehauen, als ob es viele Menschen hinter mir ... aber nicht nur mich, so dass ich nicht sicher warum der Frontdesk in so großer Drohung war. Ich wollte auch den Safe auf dem Vorderbüro verwenden, aber sie hatten nicht den 2. Schlüssel, so die setzten meine Werte in das Manager Büro, so nicht ganz genau so wie am nächsten Tag war es ein bisschen hektisch, da die Mitarbeiter darstellten, wo meine Werte waren. Schließlich wurde alles ausgearbeitet.

A nice hotel located just a block from Lensic & Georgia Okeefe musuem and just a five minute stroll to plaza. Room was spacious and bathroom appeared to be updated though wallpaper was pealing. Nice touch: most lights on dimmers! Refrigerator was missing temp control knob and in need if defrosting. Most of our items froze within 24 hours. Our workout in fitness center was interrupted by a mechanical mishap that filled the room with smoke!. Luggage racks only for use by bellhops so bring some currency to tip! No EV charger in garage.

Unser Aufenthalt im Sage in war erstaunlich. Das Personal war super freundlich und sehr hilfreich mit sowohl Eincheckung, Auscheckung und alle zusätzlichen Fragen, die wir hatten. Das Restaurant und die Bar auf der Website ist erstaunlich. Und es gibt einen tollen Salatplatz um einen 5-minute Spaziergang vom Hotel (Vinaigrette). Wir konnten auch am Samstag 10 Minuten zum Markt der Bauern gehen! Die Lage ist großartig und nahe zu allem, was Sie in Santa Fe zu tun brauchen.

Der Parkplatz ist groß, im Freien und kostenlos. Das Zimmer ist groß, aber die Dekoration ist ziemlich alt. Der Service insgesamt ist gut. Es liegt am Rande der Stadt. Es gibt viele Restaurants in der Nähe und es ist sicher.
