Ich mag immer auf diesem Hotel bleiben. Es ist sauber und komfortabel, und es kommt mit einem wunderbaren Frühstück! Personal ist freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit, wenn es nötig ist. Die Betten sind sehr komfortabel, und eine Wäsche ist warm!

Furniture was a little worn. Clean though. Close to Bass Pro, Hobby Lobby & Mardel. Several fast food and restaurants close by. We did not eat the breakfast, since a convention was going on that we were not aware of. We would stay again if we are in the Independence area.

Mein Mann und ich buchten den König Deluxe, und nach der Inspektion des Zimmers sehe ich, dass die Möbel nicht gereinigt, es war alt und staubig und hatte Farben auf sie. Das Teppich sah aus, als wäre es seit Jahren nicht gereinigt worden. Das Zimmer hatte einen schlechten Geruch, das Badezimmer war ziemlich anständig. Ich habe ein paar Mal bei Ameristar geblieben, und ich kann ehrlich sagen, das war eine der schlimmsten Erfahrungen, die ich dort geblieben hatte. Ameristar Bitte tun Sie besser!

Große komfortable gemeinsame Lounge und Spielbereich, wenn für eine Gruppe gewünscht. günstige Lage für Universitäten und Bahnhof oder Stadtausstattung mit Auto oder Spaziergang. Leider gibt es keine Parkplätze vor Ort, aber Sie können sich beraten, wo in der Stadt zu parken.

GGastnutzerThis hotel is in the area near where I needed to be this weekend and it was clean. I will be staying again as I will need to return to the area.
I did have a mishap in that housekeeping cleaned the room but didn't make the beds. I had to leave to get to my performance venue about an hour after checking in, so I went to tell the front desk. The receptionist was very accommodating in getting someone up to my room ASAP, and they were made when I later returned. Thanks!
Also, I think one of the elevators isn't working, so you might have to wait a little longer. Had I stayed longer, I would have found the stairs.

RReedPEine absolut tolle Lage, die direkt über die Straße vom neuen St. Louis Fußballstadion liegt, ist es zwei Blöcke zu Fuß vom Stadtmarkt Union Stationsbereich entfernt. Es ist einfach nur von I64 zugänglich.
Das Bett war komfortabel, das Badezimmer war sauber und ziemlich gut gelagert. Und die eine Seite wäre die im Zimmer Kühlschrank. Es war sehr klein und hatte keinen Kühlschrank, der je nach dem Besucher sie vielleicht oder vielleicht nicht benötigen. Ich komme von weit genug und mit Kindern, die ich benötigt habe, um Gefrierpackungen für Snacks zu frischen.
Das Frühstück war jeden Morgen ok. Es war geschrotet Eier oder geschrotet Eier mit Käse plus Sauce. Einen Morgen war es eine Auswahl von Türkei, Sausage-Patten oder Schweine Sausage-Patten, während am nächsten Tag eine Auswahl von Schweine sausage-Links oder Hühner sausage-Links. Links. Plus hatten sie das Standardbrett, Englisch Muffin, Bagel, Muffin, Obst. Der Nebensitz wäre der Mangel an Waffelmacher. Ich weiß nicht, warum das einen Unterschied macht, weil ich nicht wirklich Waffeln essen. Aber mein Kind liebt Waffeln und liebt es, sie zu machen. Und anstatt einen Waffelmacher zu haben, hatten sie eine heiße Platte mit vorgefertigten gefrierten Waffeln, die sie für alle vorhitzt hatten. Oh ja in meinen Bildern sehen Sie ein Bild von meiner Kindermilch. Es war nicht abgelaufen, aber die Anzeige war auf ihm und es gab mir eine ziemlich Angst, als ich es sah.
Und je nach Plan und dem, was ich in der Nähe sein muss, wenn ich es brauche, werde ich definitiv wieder hier mit meiner Familie bleiben. Die Gegend war sicher, sauber, und ich vergaß den lustigsten Teil ... direkt über die Straße vom FBI. LOL 😂🚓🚔

GGastnutzerWe seriously loved this place!! Other than the fact it just LOOKED like a cool place to stay from the pics, it actually was a really cool place to stay. My 10 and 14yr olds, my husband and I stayed for this visit. Husbands aren't that cool so he didn't really care lol ;). But me and my 2 girls absolutely loved riding in the elevator. You can pay more for a higher room and more for a room with an indoor balcony. We did neither but were lucky enough to get up on the 4th floor. The elevator is activated with your room key, and you can only go on the floor your room is, the lower level with the pool and dining and the main level (entrance), so no fun rides to the top lol. The room was clean and spacious. It didn't smell. The beds seemed clean as well as the bathroom. We LOVED the atrium feature, getting up at 6am to swim while being able to look at the sunrise and the clouds was so much fun. My girls and I decided when we come back to the area that we want to stay here EVERY TIME lol. Complaints are minimal and they are made up by how much we enjoyed the hotel.
Didn't care for having to pay to park at the hotel. There are free spots but that is very limited.
The water looked kinda cloudy... Which made me feel a little weird, but we got in anyways and had a blast. The floor of the pool is very...scratchy and easy to cut yourself on. My daughter scaped her elbow on it and when she got out it started bleeding a little. They need to refinish the lining of the pool for sure. However, the pool was heated and we appreciated that.

Ggmartin212This is a very good location for downtown K.C. The hotel lobby very nice. We ate dinner at the restaurant in the hotel and the food and service were very good. The only complaint here was that the attached bar was very loud and the restaurant ambiance could be redesigned to be more comfortable and intimate. There was a group of about eight people at a large table near us that were having load discussion that was distracting for us but dealt with it.
The room was small but the renovation was very nice, bathroom was big with a nice tub/shower that my wife enjoyed a epsom salt soak. My only complaints are that there is no fridge or microwave to heat coffee. Also, they use the old style coffee two cup coffee maker as most hotels have now gone to keurigs. The hallway noise is very noticeable and the room-to-room noise is as well. We could literally hear the conversation in the next room. One thing that I really dislike is the lack of a ”do not disturb” card for the door and as expected, the housekeeper was knocking on the door at 9:00 a.m. to clean the room even though checkout is at noon! I'm sure there are much better and newer hotels but if you are looking for a reasonable place to stay in the heart of downtown K.C. this is a good choice.

GGuest UserDie Lage in der Nähe der Stadt Attraktionen ist erstaunlich 5/5. Lage in Bezug auf die Sicherheit ist 2/5. Es gibt kein abgedecktes sicheres Geld für Ihr Auto und ich wurde von vielen Leuten näher gekommen, die mich um Geld baten, während ich um das Gebäude ging. Dienst ist geschlagen oder miss. Als ich ankam und versuchte, meine Autotür zu öffnen, wurde ich von dem Kellner geholfen, der mich anschrie und fragte, was ich versuchte zu tun. Ich sagte ihm, ich habe mich ins Hotel gemeldet. Und er war aggressiv unbehaglich, offenbar wütend, dass ich angekommen war. Umgekehrt war der Väterbetreuer am nächsten Tag freundlich und wunderbar. Das Front Desk war schön, aber es hat keine der Einrichtungen bewertet und keine Informationen über das Hotel angeboten, was eine Schande ist. Sehr schön, aber unaufmerksam und uninteressant. Der Service bei Idol Wolf und Good Press waren 5/5. Das Essen bei beiden waren 5/5. Das Hotel selbst ist wunderschön. Es ist Kunst in einem alten Fitnessraum gesetzt. Die Renovierung ist gut gemacht. Es hat es sehr genossen. Die Aussicht vom Zimmer war auch sehr nett. Das Zimmer selbst war standardmäßig mit wenig Aufmerksamkeit auf die Details, die behandelt werden müssen. Wie gebrochene Handschuhe und nicht funktionierende Badezimmer-Einrichtungen. Insgesamt würde dieses Hotel empfohlen, weil es einzigartig ist. Big plus - sie erlaubt Haustiere!!! Ja!

GGastnutzerLocation was fine. Room seemed standard level of clean. Toilet paper is ultra thin, and the soap and shampoo was very watered down, so I left the room feeling dirty. Sofa bed was so substandard that we wouldn't let our 12 year old sleep on it. The springs really dig into your back. Everything seemed clean, but felt so cheap that we felt cheap staying there. Coffee machine in the room was broken and it didn't seem worth the effort to complain about it. Ex-wife complained about the air conditioner next to the bed being too loud and coming on and off all night long that she had issues sleeping. Breakfast was solid, though. Waffle station was a hit, though the oatmeal, like the soap and shampoo, was very watery. Eggs and sausage were above average. No sliced bread, though they offered English muffins and bagels. Staff was very friendly. Best part about the stay was how amicable they all were. Makes me feel bad writing the rest of the review. Would probably avoid the hotel in the future if there were better options. It's passable, but doesn't live up to my standards and doesn't seem worth the price.

GGastnutzerWe have been to a lot of casino hotels in various states, this rates as an average basic hotel. It needs updated in a lot of ways. Still has corded phone in hotel bathroom as if the late 1990’s. I’m sure it was an awesome place over twenty years ago, but it has not changed with the times. It was clean but basic in all the ways possible. The restaurants at the casino were good just the hotel itself needs upgrades.

MMacDouggalCan’t say it’s run down per se, but dated. Great check-in guy, and a huge room, but that’s it. The place is dark and dank. I’m attaching photos which will be more descriptive.
The worst was noise in the room starting at about 1 AM lasting over two hours. The first hour and a half we experienced basically sonic booms in the room. The whole room shook, particularly the ceiling, making it impossible to sleep, in fact, waking us up. This noise repeated Every 15 to 60 seconds for the next hour and a half. Crazy loud BOOM. We were on the top floor so someone jumping above us was not an option. Maybe the noise was coming from a room next-door where someone was body slamming. The last 45 minutes we spent listening to a kid cry in the room next-door from about 2:45 to 3:30 AM.
