Building and its facilities are old but it was very clean. Comfy bed and pillows, bathroom no bad smell and not moldy. Friendly front desk and breakfast server. Breakfast is mid but the pork sausage is thumbs up.

Super amazing and clean room. Pretty good view too. No complaints. I got a room with 2 beds so being a solo traveler, I loved the huge space. Beds were so comfy I could fall asleep so easily. Location is meh. It's walking distance to the outlets and restaurants (In N Out is the closest one, Krispy Kreme and Buffalo Wings not far). But other than those, not much else. Had to take an Uber everywhere I go. There's bus stop right at the hotel front going to Disneyland but the arrival times are unreliable.

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage, nahe am Meer, und die Landschaft ist großartig. Der kostenlose Flughafenbus fährt alle halbe Stunde und ist sehr praktisch. Die Hoteleinrichtungen sind gut gepflegt und die Zimmer sind nicht recht traditionell Schlecht Obwohl das Frühstück im Zimmerpreis inbegriffen ist, wird für das eigentliche Restaurant ein zusätzliches Trinkgeld verlangt. Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt gut.

The air-conditioning in the room was so load that we had to change rooms. But other than this, all good. But definitely a good 3-4 star hotel, not a 5 star hotel.

The lady at the front desk was not very nice nor helpful. We arrived at 1:30pm, which I know is before the 3pm check in, but it's usually never a problem to check in early. We were informed that our room was not ready yet and that we would have to pay $30 more for another room that was ready. This place has over 300+ rooms, and not a single room was ready unless I paid more?!?! We worked til 5:30 am and just wanted to lay down and sleep, so we agreed. We asked for a quiet room since we needed to sleep and was working the grave yard again. When we got room our room it was right next to the elevator!!!! Not a quiet room at all as you can constantly hear the binging of the elevator, and here it going up and down no stop. We called the front desk, and the lady said we could vacant the room and wait 1 1/2 for our room to be ready. We asked how another room could not be available, especially after you charged us an additional $30. She said we asked to be upgraded to a bay view, and that's why she charged us $30 more, which was a totally lie.. All I cared about was sleeping, so I didn't care what room we were in or what view we had, I just wanted a quiet room to get some sleep. We explained to her that we work graveyard and desperately needed to sleep before our next 12 hour shift, but she refused to move us and said we could vacant the room. I begrudgingly said we would keep the room, but it was hard to sleep with the noise of the elevator. Same with the following morning, we got back from work around 6am and I had to drive back to Sacramento and didn't get much sleep listening to the elevator all morning. Worst customer service I ever had from a Hilton and will never stay again. I'm so disappointed they would not work with us.

Ich lebte im ersten Stock, so dass es eine Art Laut war. Am ersten Abend gab es etwas Motorstunde außerhalb des Zimmers, so dass ich einen Lärm hören konnte und es war schwer zu schlafen. Danke, das Front Desk konnte mich am nächsten Tag in ein anderes Zimmer wechseln.

We are staying on holiday it was so happy with the service. The trip is so good better than cheap Onair. I have more than 1700 usd points on Cheaponair but I can’t used it to buy tickets…

Die Lage ist perfekt und bequem, und ein großer Supermarkt ist auf der anderen Seite der Straße. Diversitätsrestaurants sind in der Nähe. Der Raum ist groß, aber der Luftraum scheint nicht kontrollierbar, noch funktionierend. Insgesamt, von CP-Wert, ist es wert.

I had a wonderful stay at the Maple Tree Inn for over ten days. The experience was consistently pleasant—from the clean, comfortable rooms to the friendly and attentive staff. One of the highlights was the fresh, great-tasting coffee available every day, which became part of my morning routine. Overall, the hotel provided a welcoming and reliable environment, making my extended stay both enjoyable and hassle-free. I would gladly return in the future.
