Das Zimmer war frisch renoviert und roch stark nach Formaldehyd. Ich kam um 4:30 Uhr morgens an und checkte gegen 5:00 Uhr ein, musste aber bereits um 11:00 Uhr wieder auschecken. Ich zahlte 860 RMB für nur fünfeinhalb Stunden; der Service und die Ausstattung waren den Preis nicht wert.

Overall a beautiful property. The rooms are lovely, breakfast is great and the daily housekeeping service is very good. There was one gentleman who was really very nice and helped us figure out the bus to the airport. He even drove us to the bus stop to show us where it was. It was just a few minutes away but really nice of him. Some cons and things to take note of: 1. Most staff DO NOT speak English. They use google translate which is effective for the most part, but tough if you need to have a discussion. 2. The hotel page mentions airport drop of free. The hotel claims it’s not included and impossible to have a discussion so couldn’t do much. Not sure if this is a trip.com issue or a hotel issue. 3. Breakfast really is very good. But it’s a fixed Turkish breakfast so if you have dietaries this may be tough. The staff would casually ask “tea,coffee, juice?” as though it was all included and then when we were checking out we get a bill of £40 for a few coffees. Seems only the tea was included. When we told them no one informed us if it was chargeable, all they did was offer us 2 coffees in the morning to compensate. Really not okay. 4. LOUD MUSIC. There is music playing loudly till 1am. The first 2 nights it was a bit quieter and shut off by 12. But the last night it went on till 1am. When we complained around 12 they said oh this is normal but now since some guests have complained we’ll reduce the volume. Really didn’t make much of a difference. Last night there, completely spoilt the lovely few days we had there.

Location: The location of the hotel is really good. It is in the center of Alacati, easy access to the attractions around. The hotel has the only Michelin guide restaurant in the town, they have live music in the evening, It can be heard in the room. But do not be afraid, the music is really chill. Alacati is really lively at night, you can find a lot of bars and restaurants with live music. But you do not need to be afraid to be bothered in the hotel, the loud music did not reach to our room at least. We really enjoyed to take a walk in the city center after diner, doing so every night during our stay. Enjoying the lively city, walking around then back to hotel to chill afterwards. Cleanliness: The room is really clean and the staff is really friendly. Services: We have breakfast included, the buffet option is relatively limited comparing to other hotels we had. BUT it has freshly cooked turkish beef bacon with Turkish Fried Bread (Pisi) served to your table with a list of other things, vegetable, cheese, butter, jams, olives etc. Start a lovely day with fresh made traditional Turkish breakfast, it was great. Facilities: The pool is not really big, but good for relaxing. Next to the pool there are benches and a lime tree. You can chose to stay under the sun or under the shadow. We really love the hotel building itself, it looks great, really beautiful building and the decoration in the hotel also looks lovely.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Wir hatten unser Kind dabei und konnten kostenlos ein Einzelbett dazustellen. Der Pool und der Strand waren wunderschön!

Wir hatten einen ausgezeichneten aufenthalt. Das Personal war unglaublich zuvorkommend und herzlich, uns wurde immer geholfen und man wurde sehr nett empfangen, wie als auch verabschiedet. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und der ausblick aus dem Zimmer einfach wundervoll, direkt auf das Meer. Man sollte während seines aufenthalts definitiv auf den Rooftop, man hat eine einzigartige aussicht über Izmir. Den Spa bereich haben wir auch genutzt und auch da war alles sauber, die Massage die wir gebucht haben, kann ich nur weiterempfehlen, sie war unglaublich. Alles in einem sind wir mehr als zufrieden und hatten einen tollen aufenthalt. Immer wieder gerne.

I had such a lovely stay at this boutique hotel — it truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I felt incredibly welcome. The staff, who are part of the family that runs the hotel, were so friendly and kind. Their warmth really added a personal touch to the whole experience. I was immediately struck by how beautifully the space was designed. The decor was modern but with a tasteful Turkish influence that made it feel both elegant and authentic. My room was cool and comfortable thanks to great air conditioning, and the bed was one of the comfiest I’ve slept in during my travels. One of my favourite parts of each day was sitting by the pool and watching the sunset — the view was just stunning and made the whole place feel so peaceful and special. It’s an intimate space, never crowded, and perfect for relaxing. The location was also really convenient. I found it easy to visit Ephesus and the Temple of Artemis, and the staff were full of helpful suggestions for places to eat, local sights, and travel tips. Overall, I had an excellent experience. I felt truly looked after, and the hotel itself was beautiful and restful. I’d absolutely stay again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a charming, peaceful stay with a personal touch!

Positive Points: 1. The hotel is located in the best central area of Alaçatı. 2. There are plenty of parking spots just a few steps away from the hotel. 3. Free breakfast is provided. 4. The hotel is clean. 5. The view and interior design of the hotel are very beautiful and appealing. Negative Points: 1. Consider increasing the variety of the breakfast buffet and offering coffee as well. The breakfast selection, especially the hot menu, is limited. 2. Since the airport is quite far from the hotel (1.5 hours), there is no transfer service, or the cost is quite high. I suggest subsidizing part of the transfer cost for your guests. 3. There is no heated pool. It would be great to have warm water in the pool during the colder seasons. 4. The outdoor seating area by the pool is unusable during the colder months. I suggest adding heating equipment near the tables and chairs by the pool. 5. No special slippers are provided in the bathroom and toilet. The available foam slippers are not suitable for wet areas and get soaked. 6. There is no welcome drink or anything similar. I suggest offering a welcome drink to guests. all in all I will choose it again.

Wir waren im Doubletree weil wir am Tag vor unserem Föug unseren Mietwagen ohne Stress abgeben wollten. Direkt neben dem Hotel ist eine sehr gute Autowäsche. Am nächsten Morgen sind wir dann mit dem Taxi zum Flughafen. Mit dem Taxi waren es ca. 5 Minuten zum Flughafen. Das Hotel ist modern und gemütlich. Unser Zimmer hatte eine Terrasse mit Blick auf einen Pool. Das Frühstücksbuffet war vielfältig und wir waren sehr zufrieden. Lediglich den Shuttleservice zum Flughafen scheint es nicht mehr zu geben. Als wir buchten war auf der Website des DoubleTrees die Rede von einem Shuttleservice zum Flughafen. Allgemein fanden wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr angenehm und würden das Hotel weiter empfehlen.

Mein Gepäck ging bei Pegasus Airlines fast verloren, also bat ich sie, es abzuholen und zum Hotel zu schicken. Das Hotel war sehr verantwortungsbewusst und hat ein Auge auf mein Gepäck geworfen und sich auch sehr bemüht, uns bei der Kontaktaufnahme mit der Fluggesellschaft zu helfen. Der Preis für das Buffetrestaurant des Hotels ähnelt dem in inländischen Fünf-Sterne-Hotels. Die Gerichte sind sehr reichhaltig, einschließlich lokaler Spezialitäten und europäischem Frühstück. Der Privatstrand im Erdgeschoss des Hotels ist sehr schön und einen Urlaub wert. Die Fotos im Internet sind nicht so schön wie das, was Sie persönlich sehen. Die Lobby und die Zimmer sind sehr stilvoll und hochwertig.

Die Lage ist gut, in der Nähe des Industrieparks. Der Service an der Rezeption ist herzlich, das Frühstück reichhaltig und die Öffnungszeiten zum Abendessen lang. Das Abendessen ist sehr kostengünstig. Wenn Sie geschäftlich unterwegs sind, können Sie dieses Hotel als Ihre erste Wahl wählen.
