ممتاز جداً ولاكن يحتاج الى توفير خدمة الغسيل والكي للملابس بالاضافه الى توفير مواقف اضافيه تناسب حجم الوحدات بالمفتدق

Good for money. Reasoble price witg breakfast. The location is good. Everything near you. You can walk around cafes and restaurants. Plenty of parking lot near the hotel entrance.

لله يشهد إنه من أفضل و أنظف وأرقى الفنادق والشقق في الخبر سكنت في جونيور سويت بسعر جداً ممتاز مقابل الفخامة والنظافة الخدمه الملكية والترتيب و التعامل الطيب الراقي المحترم من جميع طاقم العمل في الفندق كانت إقامه ممتعه جداً لدرجة إني كل يوم أقوم بتمديد الحجز من الراحة النفسيه التي وجدتها والهدوء والتعامل الطيب من موظفين الاستقبال اللي كانو خدومين بشوشين وفي منتهى الذوق والأخلاق الله يسعدهم . الفندق ماشاء الله جديد ونظيف وفخم ومن وجهة نظري اعطيه فوق الخمس نجوم لأن لاحظت جودة كل المرفقات بأعلى المقاييس ومن البراندات المعروفه في السوق بجودتها وواضح جداً أن صاحب المكان الله يرزقه ويبارك له في رزقه لديه الاهتمام بأدق التفاصيل و عنده ذمه وضمير الله يبارك له ويزيده من فضله ويرزقنا جميع يارب بالرزق الحلال الوفير ويبارك لنا أجمعين اللهم آمين يارب العالمين.

I don’t mind paying for another day if I arrive early but I couldn’t understand why they lied to me. I came to the hotel at 3:30 in the morning of the day I booked for check-in. I was told to pay in full and didn’t get a breakfast. The guy at the front desk said I should come downstairs to check in again at 12:00 for another room because they didn’t have the type of none smoking room I booked. It was all fine. You didn’t allow me spend several hours in the sofa in the lobby “because we are are five star hotel!”(although during the coming several days I have seen people including myself and my colleagues staying in the sofas all the time without paying for any coffee or snacks). The pain I had is they told me to wait until 3pm for changing rooms. I called the front desk several times and in the end called back to China to talk to Ctrip. The guy who changed me full day for less than 7 hours stay has seen my Ctrip booking in my cellphone. The lady at front counter told me they didn’t know I had another booking! Don’t understand what system they were using to manage the hotel. Eventually I carried my luggage out to lunch and then got my other room at 1:30pm. Regarding hardware I want to complain about the bench in front of the bed. It was a hard and heavy thing that would break your knees if you hit it during the night if you go t bathroom or come back for sleep. Couldn’t understand why in such a small room they want to squeeze everything in. The lattice for salad in breakfast had sands. Maybe I was unlucky? Anyway as a guy who stays in five stars all the time I would not come back to this hotel in the future.

The room is very nice and very good size . Yet power outlets were horrible both next to the beds were broken and only one working on the desk The towels provided are veeeeery old and sides were worn out!! The pool was out of service for the hole 3 nights i spent without any notice while booking ,although that was the main reason to book this hotel.

so erstaunliches Hotel und Service, die einzige Kommentare, dass wir eine Firmenversammlung, die zwischen dem Hotel und unserem Unternehmen koordiniert haben . und wir haben zusätzliche Gäste, so es war so betonend, dass sie gebeten, die Extras zu zahlen, wenn manchmal wir nicht haben Genug Bargeld oder Grenzen in unserer persönlichen Kreditkarte müssen sie weg müssen, um Vorauszahlungen oder Online-Zahlungen zu erhalten, um diesen Prozess zu erleichtern, besonders am Wochenende. 

All staff were very nice fron front desk to housekeeping staff, bed were very clean and comfortable. Thanks to all

Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber und sehr gut. Es ist ein Drei-Zimmer-Ferienhaus reserviert. Es gibt zu wenig Spielplatz für Kinder. Es gibt keine Unterhaltungseinrichtungen. Der Pool ist nicht groß und um sieben Uhr und halb ist der Platz frei.

Der Raum ist groß und verdient den Markennamen Laoshi. Allerdings ist die Dekoration relativ alt und es sind nicht viele Leute dort. Der Weg vor der Tür ist nicht hygienisch und hat viel Staub. Da Ramadan ist, gibt es zum Frühstück nicht viel zu essen
