Hotels mit Bar in Marrakesch-Safi, Marokko

Insgesamt hatten wir einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Der einzige große Nachteil auf meiner Seite ist die Tatsache, dass es an Schallisolierung mangelt. In den drei Nächten, die wir verbrachten, wurden wir zu unterschiedlichen Zeiten (1 Uhr morgens, 2 Uhr morgens usw.) von anderen Leuten im Hotel (Touristen und Teampersonal) geweckt, die sich auf den Fluren unterhielten und uns nichts ausmachten absolut nichts zu tun! Das Gleiche galt beim Auschecken, eine Person aus dem Team ging, um unser Zimmer zu überprüfen. Es fehlten die 2 kleinen Handtücher, die die Mitarbeiter nicht hätten zurückgeben sollen. Wir hatten ziemlich unangenehme Gedanken, als hätten wir sie gestohlen!

Das Hotel liegt in der Neustadt von Marrakech an einer sehr stark befahrenen Hauptstraße. Entsprechend laut ist es. Wir hatten daher ein Zimmer nach hinten raus genommen. Das war deutlich ruhiger, aber da hörte man die ganze Zeit ein Brummen von den Generatoren der Klimaanlage. Wirklich Ruhe hat man da nie, aber es ging, hätte auch noch schlimmer sein können. Die Lage ist nicht schlecht. Man kann in die Altstadt laufen, was aber etwa eine halbe Stunde dauert. In der Nähe sich auch Restaurants, ein Park und der Bahnhof. Das Frühstück war okay. Der Pool ist winzig, eher Dekoration.

Sorry for the long review, but I wanted to be as informative as possible and share the information I would have liked to know before booking. This was my 5th trip to Marrakesh and my first stay at Savoy Le Grand. I was quite nervous booking after reading some negative reviews, but overall I had a very pleasant experience. From the moment we stepped out of the taxi, we were warmly welcomed by Salah (concierge) and the Moroccan tea man in reception. From check-in to check-out (4 days later), all staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Everyone we encountered spoke Arabic, French, and English, which made communication very easy. The foyer is beautiful, and the grounds are extremely well cared for—even more beautiful than expected. That said, there is ongoing construction and upgrades, which are not mentioned on the website. This is currently their quiet season, and the main construction is above the reception building, which is being extended upwards. Noise started daily around 9:15am, drilling around 9:38am, and finished around 6:30pm. Estimated completion is 1 May 2026. If you request a room near the second smaller pool, the noise is much less noticeable. The noise is louder and echoes more around the main pool due to the square layout. The hotel has four pools: two outdoor and two indoor. One indoor pool is heated and includes jacuzzi jets. There is also an additional indoor jacuzzi at the spa, charged at MAD 250 per person for one hour. There are three à la carte restaurants on site: Moroccan, International, and Italian. Directly outside the hotel are a supermarket, Paul, Chilli’s, and Papa John’s. Please note that outside food is not allowed inside the hotel. There is an ATM in reception and direct access to Menara Mall, which closes at 10pm. Special thanks to Nabil at reception, who did an excellent job checking us in. He listened carefully to my needs and arranged early check-in to a ground-floor room close to the restaurants, spa, and gym, with a garden and pool view. Soundproofing from the pool area was good, although hallway noise does travel. The grounds are beautiful, but the ground-floor rooms occasionally had a sewage smell, which I’ve also experienced at other Moroccan hotels. We did experience a few issues with our first room (heating not working, leaking fridge, slow-draining sink). Without us needing to complain, Soukayna from guest relations came first thing the next morning and immediately arranged for us to move to a beautiful suite. This level of customer service, care, and attentiveness is exactly what you expect from a 5-star hotel. In the evening there’s live entertainment music in the bar and outside a light & water fountain display. The suite was stunning—very spacious, with a separate living area, two balconies, lots of storage, mini fridge, large sofa, king-size bed, two TVs, kettle, coffee machine, safe, bathrobes and slippers. The bathroom had two sinks (standard rooms have one), plenty of toiletries (no washcloths), a large shower with both handheld and waterfall options, and excellent water pressure. There wasn’t much space to hang items, and there is a bidet hose beside the toilet. Thank you to the head cleaning lady for the final touches and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness. I’d like to thank all the staff for providing us with a wonderful stay. I love the Moroccan people—they are humble, kind, and always willing to help. Despite the construction, I achieved my goal of relaxation and a short break. This is now my new favourite hotel in Marrakesh, and I will definitely return and recommend it to friends and family

Das Hotel liegt in einem Hotelkreis mit schöner Umgebung, allerdings ist es vom Fenster aus laut. Insgesamt ist es für Geschäftsreisen sehr gut geeignet. Das Restaurantambiente ist ausgezeichnet, aber die Raumbeleuchtung ist nicht hell genug.

Die Dame an der Hotelrezeption war nicht hilfsbereit. Als ich das Hotel buchte und vor 10 Tagen einen Sonderwunsch für einen frühen Check-in hatte, antwortete das Hotel nicht auf alle Nachrichten. Das ist ein unangemessener Service. Ich verstehe, dass manchmal kein früherer Check-in möglich ist, aber das Hotel sagte mir, ich könne ein anderes Hotel buchen. Und als ich zuletzt an der Hotelrezeption ankam, beschwerte sich eine Dame, dass die Badewanne im Zimmer kaputt sei und die Toilettentür nicht abschließen lasse. Mir wurde klar, dass sie mir dasselbe Zimmer gaben und ich drei Stunden warten musste. 😡😡😡😡😡 Hierfür kann ich eine Bewertung abgeben. Keine Antwort.

Very nice stay. Helpful and kind staff. Beautiful riad! Included average breakfast: many types of bread, a yogurt, coffee. The bed was a bit too firm for my liking and the shower had water pressure and hot water but was difficult to regulate. The location is very close to the main market streets in the Medina, but a bit separated and down a quiet alley. The location felt safe, but also a bit strange to walk there in the dark.

Es war ok. nichts besonderes für ein “5 Start” Resort. Ankunft nach 3pm und wurde nicht bis nach 4pm angemeldet

Ich habe dieses Hotel gebucht wegen meiner Weiterreise mit dem Zug. Deshalb die Lage zum Bahnhof ist perfekt. Hotel ist sehr schön und die Zimmer sind geräumig. Die Scharniere meiner Zimmerer waren extrem am quietschen was evtl. kurzzeitigen Lärm verursacht. Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Es war gut für den Preis. Große Lage in Gueliz, sehr nahe dem Einkaufszentrum etc und leicht zu erreichen die Medina entweder über den Bus oder zu Fuß. Es gab ein wenig Unstimmigkeit mit Frühstück. Es wurde Ihnen auf einem Taschentuch gekauft, statt ein Buffet zu sein. Sie werden nicht gefragt, was Sie wollen, es ist mehr von einem Get, was Sie erhalten haben eine Art Sache. Mehrere Male habe ich Menschen gehört, die auf anderen Tischen ein Pancake oder Brot angeboten werden, und ich war nicht. Aber die Weidereien waren wirklich schön. Ich ging einmal am Pool sitzen, während ich auf meinen Flughafentransfer wartete, gab es insgesamt 3 Sonnenlounge, aber viele Tische für Leute, die ins Restaurant zu essen kamen. Einige Männer kamen und saßen an den Tischen, bestellten einen Drink und waren rauchen; es ist nicht ein massives Gebiet, so dass es alles, was Sie stinken und atmen konnten. Der Poolbereich ist meist in der Schatten. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und ich wurde frühzeitig überprüft. Als ein einzelner Reisende wurde ein Doppelzimmer statt ein Doppelzimmer, das auf den Bildern gezeigt wurde, als ich als einzelne Zimmer reservierte. Es war aber gut. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert gut, die Betten sind komfortabel und es war ruhig. Ich LOVE Marrakesch!
