Отличный отель за очень скромные деньги! Расположен недалеко от набережной, до вокзала 20 минут неспешным шагом. Жил на 4 этаже - вид хороший, рассветы красивые. Номер прям современный, все есть, даже ванна :) Завтрак норм, голодными не уйдете. Персонал - отдельный пункт. Ребята молодцы, все расскажут, покажут, порекомендуют куда зайти на ужин. Короче, отличные впечатления от отеля ❤️

Das Zentrum und den Hafen erreichen Sie bequem mit dem Bus. Google Maps liefert keine Informationen, aber Sie können Fahrkarten in einem nahegelegenen Geschäft kaufen und an der Haltestelle in der Nähe des Kreisverkehrs den Bus nehmen. Der Zustand der Unterkunft ist ausreichend sauber und das Frühstück kann als typisches Brunchessen betrachtet werden. In der Nähe gibt es ein McDonald's, ein Sushi-Restaurant und eine Pizzeria, und ein Geschäft, in dem Sie Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs kaufen können, befindet sich in der Nähe, sodass Sie alles, was Sie brauchen, in nur wenigen Gehminuten erreichen können.

Great location just near the harbour with lots of bars and street food. Hotel is perfectly located to start the boat trip to Cinque Terre. Definitely worth to visit and stay.

The appearance of the hotel was very good. The reception area was very clean and quiet. Each floor had an automatic air freshener which meant that the hotel smelt very good. The hotel room had a lovely big bed which was very comfortable. There was a fridge and kettle in the room. The hotel was a twenty minute bus ride from the center of Genoa and once we had downloaded the app it was very easy to buy tickets. The number 1 bus is a couple of minutes walk from the hotel and the bus is every 11 minutes. We discovered a lovely area to eat on the day we left. Leave the hotel and turn right. At the traffic lights turn right . After about three minutes you will find a shopping area with restaurants. We were short of time so went to Tumbler. The staff were very friendly and we had lovely panini. On the negative side, we were woken at 6am with a male shouting very loudly in his room. Later that day, the man was shouting again. I went outside our room and the man was shouting very loudly at a lady in his room. There was a very clear domestic abuse situation with the man hitting the woman which I tried to stop and also contacted reception. Reception asked the lady if there was any problem and she said no so the receptionist left. I said to the receptionist that the man was being violent towards the woman and she said there was nothing they could do. I asked if they could put security on the floor in case anything further happened and she said no. I felt the receptionist could have done a lot more in this situation. I imagine that these situations do occur from time to time so the hotel should give staff guidance on the steps to take to safeguard clients. I felt that the staff at the hotel were not very welcoming. I saw at least four receptionist and not one of them smiled or looked happy to be working. Any time I approached them for information they gave the information but without smiling and were very unenthusiastic.. I would stay at the hotel again as it is convenient for the airport and quieter than staying in the centre. It is also very clean and I got a good night's sleep. Be aware, we booked a taxi from the airport which is 1.1 km away and we're charged 18,50 euros.

Gemütliche Struktur mit vielen Dienstleistungen; ausgezeichnetes Frühstücksbuffet. Schade für die Lage weit vom Meer entfernt, auch wenn die Struktur einen Shuttleservice bietet, der auch für die Abendmusik verstärkt werden sollte. Insgesamt positive Erfahrung.

We stayed at this beautiful hotel for the first time with our two children. We booked two rooms, both offering a stunning view of the sea. The atmosphere is charming and naturally elegant, enhanced by the historic character of the building. The staff was friendly and supportive throughout our stay. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of both international and local options. The beach is just across the street, only a two-minute walk, which was perfect for us. We also appreciated the hotel’s convenient parking, located just outside the building. The swimming pool with its bar was a highlight—an ideal spot to relax and enjoy an aperitif before dinner. Overall, it was a wonderful experience that we would be happy to repeat in the future.

Die Hotelumgebung ist sehr gut, es ist ein Villenhotel mit Garten. Ich habe ein Einzelzimmer gebucht. Auch wenn das Zimmer klein ist, ist die Aussicht ein Plus. Wenn ich nicht beruflich nach Mailand zurückkehren müsste, würde ich weiterhin bleiben. Darüber hinaus ist das Restaurantpersonal sehr freundlich. Das vom Hotel angebotene Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig. Es wird empfohlen, das Abendessen im Hotel zu buchen. Das Speiseambiente ist erstklassig. Es ist sehr zu empfehlen, wenn Sie mit dem Auto anreisen.

Chambre spacieuse et assez confortable même si nous avons dû réclamer des couvertures non fournies, pas de bouilloire. Les informations sur l'hôtel et ses équipements devraient etre mis à disposition des clients dans la chambre. Je devais appeler la réception mais aucun numéro affiché. Grosse déception pour l'accès au SPA devenu payant (les années précédentes le SPA était inclu) et cette info n'apparaît pas sur le site de l'hôtel. Et malheureusement, j'avais choisi cet hôtel pour profiter d'un moment bien-être entre amies. L'enregistrement des nouveaux arrivants est trop long ! Nous avons attendu 30 minutes (2 couples devant nous) pour passer à l'accueil. Malgré la propreté de l'établissement et le personnel accueillant, nous ne retourneront pas dans cet établissement qui demande à améliorer certains points négatifs (pas de toilettes au restaurant, il faut descendre au sous-sol...)
