The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High-quality room and high-quality service. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bogor. Keep it up.

Crowne Plaza Bandung war ein angenehmer Aufenthalt für ein paar Nächte. Das Zimmer war ok, aber es fühlte sich ziemlich laut mit den ubiquitous lauten Motorrad-Mufflern, die in das Zimmer filtern die ganze Nacht. Doppelt Glas / Lärmreduktion Glas scheint fehlen. Die Fenster brauchen eine gründliche saubere und die Zimmerkarten sehen ziemlich schmutzig in Teilen. Auf einer positiven Note ist das Bett bequem, die Lage ist günstig und alle Hotelpersonalinteraktionen waren freundlich, hilfreich und freundlich. Besondere Erwähnung an den Restaurantmanager, der gratuliert bei der Angebot und Lieferung eines besonderen leckeren gesunden Safts an meinen Tisch zum Frühstück über mehrere Tage unterstützt. Das Frühstück im Restaurant hatte eine frische und umfangreiche Vielfalt an leckeren lokalen indonesischen Gerichten sowie die üblichen westlichen Stapel. Unser Zimmer war bequem im Executive Lounge Stock, das eine geräumige und relativ ruhige Unterkunft war, um die Abendsänge und Getränke zu genießen. Ein weiteres besonderes Vermerk an Faisal für seine freundliche Unterstützung mit unseren Zugkarten und all dem pflichtigen Personal im Lounge, das meinen vielfältigen Kaffee- und Getränkeanfragen erfüllt. Der Pool auf Ebene 5 war einladend für ein Schwimmbad mit angenehmer Aussicht auf die Stadt und auf die Berge. Alle Betreuer und Türbetreuer waren sehr hilfreich, und der besondere Service, der die besetzte Straße außerhalb des Hotels zu überqueren, wurde geschätzt.

The hotel room, staffs, and its service were very outstanding. We were lucky to move into an updgraded room for free, mason executive. The room was very clean and had wonderful ambience. After check in at 3 PM we got complimentary buffet such as tea, coffee and snacks in the restaurant. Thank you Pak Bani for the complimentary breakfast for our kids. We’ll come back for sure, in syaAllah 😇

The hotel provides excellent service in every aspect. All the staff are being very nice, friendly, and helpful from the very start we came until we left the hotel. In addition, I took a note about the water when having a breakfast, the next day the representative approached me and showed some gratitude for filling the survey and gave me complimentary cake. It was the cake I love that I mentioned before. Thank you to Mr. Lucky & all the F&B staff for the nice gesture. And for the hotel itself, the atmosphere, location, food - everything was great! Will definitely come back another day. Keep up the good work! 😊

The hotel is in a really good area on busy Braga Street. There's a lot to do and see in the area. The hotel pool is also a plus and a fun place to hang out and see the sunset. However the rooms are a bit dated and cleanliness could be improved a bit. There's also a problem with noise as many guests like to be loud in the hallways very early in the morning. Overall a good place to stay although a bit on the expensive side.

We had a wonderful stay at Swiss-Belresort Dago Heritage with our family. The location is excellent, offering beautiful views and fresh mountain air. The room and all hotel facilities were clean and well maintained. The amenities are great, especially for families with children. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options. Overall, it was a comfortable and memorable stay, and we would definitely love to come back🤍

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️☆ (4/5) I recently stayed at this hotel and had a generally pleasant experience. The location is very convenient, close to major attractions and easy to access. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with comfortable bedding. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially at check-in and when we needed assistance. The breakfast options were decent, though there could be more variety. One downside was that the Wi-Fi was a bit slow at times, and there was some noise from outside at night. Overall, it’s a good value for the price and I would consider staying here again

Everything is good in this hotel. Really love it a lot and strongly recommend everyone to give it a stay. Though we encountered pillow casing not clean but it was changed promptly. We stayed at Four Points by Sheraton Bandung for 5 days and 4 nights while exploring Bandung. The hotel’s breakfast service began at 6.00 a.m., which was especially convenient and thoughtful for early-rising guests like us. We would like to specifically compliment the restaurant manager, Mr Niwan, for his exceptional service. From the second day onwards, he remembered us and thoughtfully brewed milk tea for my husband every morning without being asked. His friendliness, attentiveness and genuine effort to meet our requests—or recommend special breakfast items on the menu—made our dining experience truly a memorable and unforgettable ones. Having stayed at several five-star hotels across Indonesia, we can confidently say that Mr Niwan stood out. He made us feel sincerely welcomed and delivered excellent and outstanding service throughout our breakfast experiences. His professionalism and warm hospitality reflect the high standards of Four Points by Sheraton. While all staff members were pleasant and helpful, Mr Niwan was exceptional in going the extra mile and greeting guests with a sincere smile consistently. He is definitely a credit to your team and a good example of how well Four Points Sheraton Bandung has trained and developed its staff. Thank you for making our stay at Four Points by Sheraton Bandung feel like a home away from home. Thank you Mr Niwan for always delivering your EXCELLENT SERVICES with a smile.
