The front staff were not friendly, and there was very little warmth or hospitality. Even though our room was already ready, they were very strict about only allowing check-in after 3pm, which made things inconvenient—especially for families travelling with children or elderly. 🏨 Room Condition The hotel is quite old, and it shows. • The room had a noticeable old smell when we entered. • The toilet wasn’t very clean, and water leaked out into the room area, which was uncomfortable and unsafe for kids. • Overall, the upkeep and cleanliness were not at the standard we expected. 🏊 Facilities We went to the pool area but found no staff at the pool counter, which made it difficult to request towels or assistance. Sieht alles toll aus auf Bildern. Hat angeblich 5 Sterne. In Realität ist es ein in die Jahre gebratenes Mittelklasse Hotel für einen zu hohen Preis. Lage ist gut. Person und Sauberkeit auch. Frühstück gerade für Ramadan Zeit überdurchschnittlich

Ich habe im Hotel Dafam Pekanbaru in einem Superior Zimmer geblieben, und der Aufenthalt war insgesamt ziemlich komfortabel. Das Zimmer war ursprünglich ein Doppelbett, das dann in ein großes Bett kombiniert wurde, um meine Anfrage für ein King-Size-Bett zu befriedigen. Die Zimmergröße fühlte sich gerade rechtnicht zu klein und nicht zu geräumig. Ich konnte beten komfortabel in dem Zimmer ausführen, und es gab noch ein Sofa zur Entspannung, was das Zimmer praktisch und gemütlich machte. Ich blieb in einem Nichtraucherzimmer, so dass die Atmosphäre sauber und angenehm war. Das Frühstück war ziemlich verschieden, mit lokalen traditionellen Snacks aus Pekanbaru sowie langen Sahara, einem bekannten lokalen Gericht. Alles geschmackvoll und bietet eine schöne Einführung an lokale Geschmacksarten. Ein weiterer großer Vorteil ist, dass das Hotel in der Nähe einer Moschee liegt, was es sehr bequem macht, an den Gebetsbeten teilzunehmen. Das Hotel Dafam Pekanbaru ist insgesamt eine gute Wahl für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt mit komfortablen Einrichtungen und einfachen Zugang zu den angrenzenden Anbetungsorten.

Basic hotel for one night stay. Friendly staff, clean, nice room! Walking distance to Masjid Agung. Travelling around - you can opt for GRAB Bike if you are too lazy to walk, otherwise, no issue to walk around exploring the streets and alleys.

The location is very strategic, with comfortable and well-maintained accommodation. The room was very clean, and the staff gave us a warm and friendly welcome. Thank you for the great hospitality 😊

Die Lage ist einfach super bequem, mit einem Mall bridged. Wanderweite bis Alfromart & Indomart, gegenüber Novotel, der voll war, dass wir nach Fox Harris resortiert. Aber keine Bedauern. Es gab Überraschungen bei der Froschleistung während des Frühstücks, und kostenlose Kuchendekoration für Kinder während des Frühstücks.

Das Hotel ist angemessen, sauber genug, komfie, das Personal ist freundlich, aber leider ist der Einkaufszentrum neben der Tür nicht das beste. Wandern Entfernung zum Living World Einkaufszentrum.

Comfortable hotel about 30 minutes from the airport, located near a park and government buildings. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Iman, the petite morning-shift concierge staff (unfortunately I didn’t get his name), and the housekeeping staff who assisted with the extra bed and recommended great places to visit. Check-in by Mr. Agung was smooth. Breakfast was good. Overall, this was my first stay at The Premiere Pekanbaru, and it was a pleasant experience. Highly recommended.
