This was the second time we stayed in this hotel, and the experience was always awesome. We really liked the room that we booked this time, and the vibes the view and the experience was good. Unfortunately I find the dishes during breakfast were quite bland and the choice was so limited, but we really like the relocations on the top floors, got really good views, and made the whole breakfast quite enjoyable. Regardless we will always recommend this hotel and definitely will stay here again in the future, 😁

Room bit small and bit noisy but perfect location, inside the airport with food court downstairs, for early flight. Good internet and international tv chanels. Will come back every time i fly from Surabaya.

Room very hot during the afternoon from the sun cannot open the curtain during daytime. We requested for non smoking rooms but no rooms available, staff didn’t reconfirm that they assign us in smoking floor. Avoid this hotel.

Die Situation war auch so, dass sich mein 2-jähriges Kind so lange im Wartezimmer übergeben musste, dass es nicht in den Raum ging, um sich auszuruhen, und schließlich war sofort ein anderer CS-Beamter bereit, die Spuren des Erbrochenen meines Kindes zu beseitigen. Ja, vor meiner Hochzeit war ich hier, wenn ich übernachten wollte, aber dann wurde ich wirklich enttäuscht. Es war ein gutes Preis für ein Exekutivsuite Zimmer! Es gab eine Badezimmer, großes Zimmer & Bett, Sofa, Desk, Kühlschrank, alles für rund IDR 600K für eine Nacht. Die Beleuchtung war so hell (wie ich mag) weil es 2 Fenster hatte und Sie konnten den schönen Sonnenuntergang in der Westseite sehen! Bett war komfortable und Kissen riecht überhaupt nicht. AC und Kühlschrank war genug. Aber die Ausstattung war zu standardisiert, wir haben nicht einmal eine Duschekappe oder Handsap beim Tauchen bekommen. Sie haben nur eine für alle ”Saft-Schampoon-Konditionierer” in der Dusche, die für die Umwelt schön war, und Baumwollschuhe angeboten. Das Frühstück war so standard und sie bezahlten meinen Sohn (dies ist das erste Mal in jedem anderen Hotel). Glücklicherweise war es für eine kleine Menge Geld. Insgesamt war es ein angenehmer Aufenthalt, weil mein Sohn und Mann lieben, im Bad zu baden (wir haben keine in unserem Haus). Oh und der intelligente TV bietet Ihnen Tube und Prima-Videos. Perfekt für ein Wochenende-Getaway!

I have travelled with my wife for our Anniversary. I booked this hotel because of high rating in trip.com. However, I don’t feel like its worth the price. For a 5 star resort, it lacks lot of features and amenities. I am not complaining, the stay was good. The staff were great! However, I felt not satisfied either what the resort provided. First thing, It’s not big enough for a resort. Second, The rooms looked a bit old. I stayed in Premiere room, and the wash basin area is open towards the room. Personally, i don’t like this. Either put it inside washroom dry area, or put a door between bedroom and closet space. Anyway, the toiletries were still provided in plastics tubes. For a resort like this , i hope they can go for refillable soap dispensers instead of increasing this plastic wastage. Also , going to your room is like a game of maze. You have to take two elevator and walk a lot. If you want to go to parking area, add additional one more elevator.Thats a lot!

Viele Banies-Kakerlaken nachts im Gästezimmer (Sofa, Teppich, Tische unter dem Fernseher)🫣🫣 Habe es der Rezeption gemeldet, da Die Aussicht vom 3. Stock war nicht gut, weil direkt vor dem Fenster viel Licht war. Viele Fliegen auf Süßkartoffeln und Nüssen beim Frühstück. Die Süßkartoffel war altbacken. Die Nüsse waren von guter Qualität. Bei Pecel oder Gado-Gado war die gedämpfte Kartoffel sehr hart🤭🤭 Werde in Zukunft Fotos machen

Ich war in einigen 4- und 5-Sterne-Hotels. Aber das ist es, von dem ich bisher am meisten beeindruckt bin! Die Gastfreundschaft des Personals, die Qualität des Zimmers und die Auswahl beim Frühstück sind unglaublich! My 2nd time staying here and always satisfied with the warm service!! The receptionist was really helpful and nice. I love their modern and clean look, the room is super spacious! If your’re a breakfast buffet lover you must love their breakfast! 😍 Definitely worth ittt

Service by the hotel staff was good, team was helpful and accommodating with requests. Room was mostly tidy, some slight spots of what looked like dirt on the bedsheets but nth major. Breakfast spread had enough variety and tasty Overall would recommend for business travellers or for short stays

Alles ist gut. Das Essen ist lecker und viele Wahlen. Lage ist strategischer. Zimmer war ok. Wir werden nächstes Mal wieder hier bleiben.

Wir kamen spät abends an und der Check-in verlief sehr freundlich und schnell. Konnte sich mit dem Gast unterhalten. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, allerdings war das Waschbecken in der Toilette verstopft. Feedback an die Rezeption, arrangieren Sie, dass der Techniker innerhalb einer akzeptablen Zeit von 10-15 Minuten kommt. Das Geräusch des Wasserhahns von nebenan war mitten in der Nacht etwas unangenehm, sonst hätten wir eine ruhige Nacht haben können.

Insgesamt sehr zufrieden und das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig. Es gibt eine Massage im Hotel, aber es sind nur wenige Leute da und es ist schwierig, einen Termin zu vereinbaren...

Great experience in Bumi Surabaya. We wrote a notes to inform that we celebrate anniversary there, and voila! They leave a note and give us the corner room with a city view. Nice ambience and delicious food, will come back to Bumi Surabaya soon.

Great location in the center of the city, cleanliness must be improve because i found little bug under the bed.. breakfast has varieties and taste quite good. No hairdryer in the room, but maybe should ask the staff to borrow but not sure because i didn't ask them. I booked family room with 3 bed

While i agree that the location is OK, near to Malang Station. It's not spacious even for two people. Not recommended for more than 1 because it's not spacious for travellers. Also, when i asked for Iron + board, the hotel says they don't provide it. if you want , they have service for that and you must paid for it. so much for 3 or 4 stars hotel.

Our second, and definitely not last, stay at Bobopod. The pods are extremely cozy, and the wall control panel works excellently. Bathrooms are nice and clean with good personal space.

It was a pleasant stay at Ijen suites. Matress was super comfy, amenities was excellent, breakfast was good. The hotel staff really pay attention to guest special request. And they were helpful too. Will recommend Ijen suites to friends, relatives and acquitances for sure! Terima kasih Ijen Suites!

Our stay was short but nice. Comfy bed and shower. Excellent location because it is only a walk away from mall and cinema. They also provide prayer set which is clean and fragrant. The cons is tv channels are limited and the quality of the picture was bad due to the television itself. Maybe the management should consider to replace with the new one to improve guests’ stay experience.

This hotel is like business hotel, suitable for short stay. Nothing special. The alley to the room, smell like hospital somehow. The location is cross of small mall.

Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und top ausgestattet. Das Personal sehr bemüht und freundlich. Das Fitnesscenter war gut ausgestattet inklusive Langhanteln und genug Gewichten für ein paar Deadlifts. Das Frühstück kann man sich jedoch sparen. Es gab zwar viel Auswahl, geschmacklich hat es uns jedoch nicht überzeugt. Die Skybar bietet einen netten Ausblick und das Essen war gut.
