Location was perfect to our needs and all staff extremely pleasant and couldn’t be more helpful (Only very slight negative was that TV in our room had no reception - we didn’t advise staff since we were only staying the one night so had minimal impact)

We enjoyed are stay at Mercure in Perth It was central, yet quiet. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff were pleasant and helpful. We also liked the hotel bar, a nice cosy atmosphere. We would definitely stay there again.

Das ist eine Überraschung. Dieser Laden hat über 300 Jahre geschichtet. Eine Silber-Familie aus allen acht Seiten. Ich habe drei Nächte gelebt. Ich habe gutes Leben mit Großmuttern. Der Preis ist angemessen. Es ist eine sehr gute Erfahrung. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, sehr nahe dem Fluss und dem Museum...

This venue is really a hidden gem up to a point , the Chef and kitchen ( paticularly the Haddock and Poached Eggs at Breakfast which is Michelin Star level ) the spa and swimming pool are kept to a good standard of hygene , however there is a serious problem with service which is evident from the staff behind the bar ( Saturday 4th May to be specific ) where it was plainly evident for all of the guests seated in the lounge to witness the grief that was being given to the Restaurant Host and other waiting staff by the two individulas behind the bar who were making their life's a misery by poor attitude and unhelpfulness when rightfully they were chasing restaurant drink orders which were painfully slow on deliverance attributed totally to the ineptness of the bar staff . Its about time that Providence Hotels boss Mr Neil Hughes and Blantyre Capital and Fairtree Alternative Real Estate were made aware of this as it is not fair on the efforts made by the other staff who are being dragged down needlessly by the bar staffs under performance , ineptness and demeanour .

Bei der Ankunft waren wir sehr klein, gingen zurück zur Rezeption und das wurde sortiert. Meine Grippe ist jetzt £10.00 pro Tag Parkgebühr. Allerdings können Sie an anderer Stelle kostenlos parken. Dies wird nun die Wahl des Angus Hotels als nicht die erste Option machen, da der Hauptgrund für den Abflug leider die Spa-Anlagen sind, die jetzt müde werden und in der Notwendigkeit von TLC wie das Hotel.

Wir hatten ein kleines, schönes, komfortables, ruhiges altes Zimmer. Gut geschlafen. Alles war schön und sauber. Service war ausgezeichnet und freundlich. Frühstück war lecker und großartig Familienservice. Holzbuch wieder. Danke

Cosy Hotel just outside Perth with some nice local walks.

Nicht die einfachste zu finden, wenn nicht mit Satnav, sondern in einer sehr ruhigen Lage. Großer Parkplatz. Sehr nahe gelegene Geschäfte ca. 8 Minuten Fahrt entfernt. Sehr schönes Hotel, aber Zimmer könnten modernisiert werden. Bett ein wenig zu fest für uns. Sehr willkommenes Personal. Sehr gutes Frühstück mit einer guten Wahl und gemacht, um warmes Essen zu bestellen. Hat nicht Abendessen. Kann für einen ruhigen Spaziergang entlang des Flusses gehen.

What a lovely weekend stay at this most characterful resort hotel. A great vibe among the team leading to a friendly, professional and courteous guest experience from arrival and check-in, to dining, evening of drinks around the real fire and a beautiful breakfast following a comfortable restful night in a clean room and lovely freshen up shower in the morning.
