Ich genossen meinen Aufenthalt. Ein Gebäude mit einer Geschichte, Victorian Ära. Personal war freundlich und die Gemälde um die Wände sind schön. Das Zimmer war sauber, groß und das Bett war gerade, nicht zu weich. Große Lage, nur über den Bahnhof und bequem zu Fuß in die Stadt und andere interessante Orte. Ich würde dort nochmal bleiben.

Fab hotel 🏨 with Fabulous Staff,who go out of thier way to accommodate ur every need.I do not understand why people post negative comments about this hotel,takin pictures of any mark they may find in the room.This is a historical hotel that charges as little as £41 a nite for 2 people.These people who complain need to get a life ,stop taking pics of a fly on the wall,get a grip it's a bed to sleep in at the end of the day,if u want the Lowry then go n pay the Lowry Prices.This pool is also better than the RADDISON, next to the Airport, if ur goin on holiday it's ideal,or even if u are goin into Manchester the public transport, trains,buses,are easy to get too.The staff are amazing from the cleaners,barstaff right up to the Manager,bar and food prices are very reasonable,they accommodate families,pets etc.so please 🙏 stop complaint n enjoy ur holiday etc 5 🌟 all the way thanks to u all and I will definatley be back Christina Ireland 🇮🇪 crazy 🤪 Lady ❤️ 😍 💖 ❣️ 💕 💘

Nice hotel with excellent location (5minute walk into town) We had a business class room. Good size with nice bathroom and bed, could do with redecorating though. Breakfast was of a very good standard with loads to choose from. Pool area is quite small but sauna/steam room were nice. Parking is £12 per day.

The location of this hotel is great, very close to Chester and all the attractions around. In terms of the room, our room was very spacious and the bed was very big. However it was two singles joined together, so a gap between the two. This is probably where the good bits end. The size of the room and bathroom really was a positive though, especially travelling with a baby. We had to pay £5 to hire a travel cot and in the end we didn’t use it. The cot mattress appears to have never been replace and was very thin and lumpy, making it redundant. The wooden slates at the bottom of the crib could be felt very dominantly through what was left of the mattress, meaning our baby was waking up uncomfortable and we had to transfer him to the bed. In terms of things that could do with improvement: Cleanliness The room floor was very dirty and could have benefited from an additional vacuum. Initially I put this down to arriving on New Year’s Day and then having a lot of people check out that day, but the whole hotel appeared a little bit grubby on closer inspection. The spa pool was exceptionally dirty. The floor coming out of the changing room covered in hair and general dirt. The showers looked like they hadn’t had a good scrub in months, with yellow build up all over the floor and walls. Not what you expect from a spa! To top it off after swimming I have contracted the Norovirus. Service Our first encounter with the reception staff was great the lady very welcoming and friendly. We met the cleaner as well who was also lovely. The rest of the staff we encountered were not so great. Either rude or disinterested, I get that it might not be your dream job but service with a smile goes a long way. Facilities The hot water takes a while to come through at busier times, this is signposted in the room. However, the water does not get very water at all. It does come through at a pleasant temperature, but not great if you like a bath or shower on the warmer side. There are three times a day when you can go swimming with children. It would be great if these times were restricted to children/families only, as there were quite a few adults sitting around the poolside and in the hot tub. Breakfast was ok, but a lot of the time left uncovered. Overall not a great stay and would be unlikely to stay again.

Asked for housekeeping to be done when we left the hotel. The only thing done was new teabags were placed in the room and new towels were put in. The bed was not made, the room was not tidied, new mugs and glasses were not put in the room. Very disappointing. Called twice but reception was busy, so we settled for a room that had not been attended to properly. Disappointing.

Rein , komfortable , gutes Frühstück & in der Nähe aller Einrichtungen . Da Zimmer 126 denken für leichten Schlafer als das nächste Zimmer der besetzten Straße, störte uns nicht, da wir genügend Getränke zum Schlafen hatten, große Aussicht auf den Rennenbruch auf der anderen Seite. Parkplatz war 10 £ auf der Hotelseite daher leicht zu erreichen und zu entfernen .

Die Eincheckung war schnell und einfach, obwohl keine Informationen über das Hotel gegeben, z. B. Pool öffnungszeiten außer zum Abendessen kann wegen mehrerer Coach Partys betätigt werden. Das Zimmer war sauber und gemütlich und es gab eine nette Handschrift, die uns neben 1 Einzelserverpackung von Verdauungsküchen begrüßte, obwohl die Buchung für 2 Personen war. Das Badezimmer hatte 2 große Spender für Schampoanele und Duschegel, aber die Schampoanele waren leer und das wurde nur einmal im Zimmer entdeckt. Es gab Klimaanlage, die aufgrund des seltenen Aussehens der britischen Sonne an diesem Tag geschätzt wurde, aber leider war die Einheit selbst sehr laut, während sie so laufen musste, um über Nacht ausgeschaltet werden. Die Betten waren komfortable und es gab die Möglichkeit, zusätzliche Pilze von der Rezeption zu bestellen, die nicht nötig war. Die Auscheckung war schnell und einfach und das Personal versuchte uns zu helfen, eine Frage zu einer lokalen Busroute zu beantworten, um uns auf unserem Weg zu helfen, aber leider hatten sie nicht diese lokalen Kenntnisse.

Arrived at reception to a 30min wait due lots of people trying to book in and only two receptionists at the desk and one of these was dealing with problems. Which spoilt the start to our break. Once we arrived in our room which was above the restaurant we found the room 4133 outdated with veneer on the wardrobe peeling off. This is not what we would have expected from the reviews we had read. reference the leisure complex swimming pool. which was clean but we found no instructions on how to operate the lockers and had to wait until someone came in. The breakfast and bar area are excellent. generally Very disappointed.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut ausgestattet, aber es ist sehr gut. Ich habe nicht die Bar oder das Restaurant besucht, wie es mit meinem 12-jährigen Sohn war, aber das Menü sah ausgezeichnet aus und die Bar-Bereich sah angenehm aus. Viel schöne Flachwagenparkplätze. Ich würde sicherlich wieder besuchen!

Die Zimmergröße war angemessen mit komfortablem Bett und Qualitätsstühlen, die eine gute Ruhe sichern. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet, nur unten ist die Lage, dass es nicht zu Fuß vom Stadtzentrum entfernt ist, aber dies ist kein Deal-breaker, weil das Hotel am Rande des Stadtzentrums viel einfacher ist.

Ein anständiges und neu errichtetes Hotel. Auf einer bequemen Lage, in der Nähe eines Waitrose, das Stadtzentrum und Chester Eisenbahnstation. Empfohlen für diejenigen, die in Chester bleiben möchten. Das einzige Problem ist, einige der Lichtblasen ist gebrochen. Und ich möchte sagen, Chester ist eine große Stadt mit vielen historischen Gebäuden.

Great Hotel, with lovely rooms ( I tad dated for some tastes). Service was first class, with a lovely meal in the brasserie eaten. Breakfast is high standard with good old table service, the brasserie is a lovely room for meals. Wife had a massage in the spa, which was one of the best she had had! Car park near Hotel, cases taken to room, staff very friendly and more than happy to help. Location right in the middle of Chester for close access to shops, Bars and restaurants Only Negative, Breakfast could have been hotter. And added service charges to bill automatically. Drinks are very expensive, but to be expected for a 5 start Hotel

Das Hotel befindet sich in einer wunderbaren Lage und das Personal war ausgezeichnet. Aber als ich das Zimmer reservierte, hatte es ein Bild von einem kleinen Doppelbett. Als ich ankam, erwies es sich als ein kleines Einzelbett mit einem Einzelbett in ihm. Die Fenster waren überhaupt nicht geöffnet, und das Bett war zu weich. Ich schlief überhaupt nicht. Ich habe dem Empfänger bei 4.30am und wieder beim Frühstückszeitpunkt gesagt. Sie beide entschuldigten sich, aber nichts darüber. Ich fühle mich nur, dass £ 102.00 viel für keinen Schlaf zu bezahlen ist.

Clean, quiet environment, nice restaurant. Helpful front desk. Reasonable rate. Just only very few wall power socket in the room is bit not convenient.

Es war einfach richtig, ich habe 1 Tag in Crewe gearbeitet und das Ibis war perfekt, das Zimmer war schön und warm? und sauber, und das Frühstück war großartig, viel Auswahl

Das Hotel ist in einem Golfplatz, die Umgebung ist von erster Klasse, die Dekoration ist sehr modern und der Service ist sehr gut!

Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber, sie können andere Geschäftsaktivitäten haben, wenn Sie auf dem Weg sind. Super Dog, es gibt über 180. Das Frühstück hat die beliebtesten Rinderbeutel 🥐 Die Umgebung ist sehr gut, und es gibt Pool und Fitnesszimmer

Me and my family had a wonderful stay. Rooms were comfortable and well equipped. Staff was friendly and helpful. It was a nice experience staying here.

The hotel was in a great spot to visit Keele umiversity and reasonably priced compared to other hotels in the area. The room was clean, a good size and very quiet. A nice touch to have bottles of water provided in the fridge too! Breakfast was cooked to order with a good choice of options every day. I would recommend this hotel to friends and definitely stay here again when visiting the area!
