"I had a good stay with my girlfriend at The Tytherington. The only thing we were unhappy with was the food. It took about 1 hour to receive our food, and we were also told different information about the Kitchen closure time. Likely, we could give our order on time, but someone who was served after us was not able to. It seemed that on the day we visited, the kitchen staff was either short-staffed or had other issues. The staff behind the counter looked inexperienced, with only 1 or 2 who knew what to do, though they had too much to do already and couldn't assist. The view from their garden was great, over their golf pitch."

The picturesque setting truly enhances the overall experience. **Arrival and Service:** Unfortunately, my arrival experience was somewhat disappointing. The service upon check-in felt slow and not particularly welcoming. There was no offer of assistance with my luggage or guidance on where I could take Stanley, which left me feeling a bit lost. I expected a more hospitable reception, especially given the hotel’s reputation. **Room Quality:** On a positive note, the room was clean and well-appointed, featuring a lovely spacious bathroom that included a plush robe and complimentary toiletries such as shampoo and soap. I appreciated the mini bar, which had complimentary water, adding a nice touch to my stay. **Room Service:** One downside was the room service hours, which ended at 10 PM. I arrived at 8:15 PM and was informed of this limitation, which felt a bit early for a hotel of this caliber. It would have been nice to have more flexible dining options during my stay. **Dining:** The hotel itself is stunning, and the grounds are a joy to explore. I had breakfast at the brasserie restaurant, where the attentive staff made a significant difference. The breakfast was wonderful, with a variety of delicious options that set a positive tone for my day. **Overall Impression:** While my stay had its ups and downs, the beautiful setting and the quality of the accommodations were highlights. I hope that the service experience can be improved for future guests, as that would truly elevate the stay. I would consider returning, especially for the lovely grounds and excellent breakfast, but I would hope for a more welcoming atmosphere next time."

"Ideal location to where I needed to be. The staff from Reception to the Restaurant have been absolutely lovely. The hotel looks and feels super new (and I've received confirmation it has been recently refurbished). The double room has plenty of room, 2 chairs with a small coffee table, 2 bedside tables (consisting of 3 drawers) a dresser (with 6 drawers, a chair and plenty of room for your personal belongings even after the kettle/cups and condiments are sitting on top of the dresser). The bathroom is basic whilst super clean without wear and tear (although do wish they had a holder for your own toiletries in the shower cubicle as it only contains a 2 in 1 shampoo/bodywash, no room or shelf for anything else."

"Das Zimmer war sauber, obwohl das Zimmer eine Menge Schrottmarken auf den Wänden etc hatte, schmelz das Badezimmer wie Abwasser, als wir zuerst gingen, aber die Mitarbeiter waren wirklich freundlich."

"Das Zimmer war brillant und sehr geräumig mit fantastischen Luftkoni für die Sommernachten, die auch nicht zu laut waren. Das Hotel liegt perfekt neben dem Bahnhof für einen einfachen Zugang und das Personal war angenehmen und untergebracht, sogar mit einem kostenlosen Getränk im Haus für einfache Buchung dort. Das Bett war super komfortable und geräumig und die Dusche war auch perfekt."

"Ich war schon zweimal hier und war zufrieden. Leider musste ich dieses Mal das Zimmer wechseln, da die Vorhänge herunterfielen und sich nicht schließen ließen. Das Ersatzzimmer, das sie mir gaben, roch nach Schweiß und Urin. Ansonsten ist das Hotel schön und die Preise angemessen. Die Parkmöglichkeiten sind gut. Um das Erlebnis zu verbessern, muss die Reinigung priorisiert werden."

"Really lovely surrounding of the old boating houses and Boat Museum Easy to get to and a 5 min drive to Cheshire Oaks and only 30mins to Liverpool Centre The hotel is clean and up to date with a proper leisure facility too. Breakfast was all you could want and quality was excellent too A great hotel for a bargain price through Trip.com"

"Really loved this hotel from the moment we got there. Clean and great vibe !   lovely venue, room and super comfy bed and pillows.  Excellent facilities and swimming pool. Great bar and restaurant area. Only thing was little slow to clear the table and to remind the bar staff both nights about bringing the kids menu ice cream.  Apart from that, it was fabulous, and definitely will come back 😀"
