Es war ein wunderbares Wochenende. Ich gab meiner Frau eine sehr dankbare Überraschung, sie mitzubringen.
Was mich überrascht hat, war die Dekoration der Wohnräume. Ich hatte etwas mehr erwartet, das dem Ort entspricht.
Es schien ein Zimmer in jedem anderen Hotel.
Das Restaurant und der Service sind ausgezeichnet. Sehr empfehlenswert.
Abschließend möchte ich sagen, daß wir eine sehr umfassende und zufriedenstellende Erfahrung haben!

Neben dem Bahnhof Sants sind es 2 Minuten zu Fuß zum Bahnhof und die umliegenden Verkehrsmittel sind sehr praktisch.
Das Zimmer ist groß genug und die Dekoration ist relativ neu. Der Schlüssel ist, dass die Betten bequem sind und das Hotel insgesamt den lokalen Fünf-Sterne-Standards entspricht.

Das Zimmer ist relativ groß, die Einrichtungen sind etwas alt, die Klimaanlage kann nicht die Windgeschwindigkeit einstellen, einige sind scharf. Die Hotelumgebung ist gut, der Garten ist sehr groß, der Pool ist auch relativ zufrieden. Das Hotel befindet sich in einer warmen Stadt und produziert viele Marken von Bergwasser, der berühmtesten ist Vichy Catalony, das Hotel gehört zur Wasserfabrikengruppe.
Das Hotel hat seine eigene kleine Kirche, die Aktivitäten organisieren kann.
Das Frühstück ist nicht sehr gut, es gibt wenige Wahlen.

Das Hotel war sauber und das Zimmer in Ordnung. Barcelona ist gut erreichbar, eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor der Tür. Die Rezeption ist rund um die Uhr besetzt, obwohl dies auf der Website nicht angegeben ist. Die beiden Einzelbetten waren nicht zusammengebunden und rutschten daher immer wieder auseinander, was etwas unpraktisch war. Das Hotel liegt in einem Industriegebiet, daher gibt es in der Umgebung nicht viel, aber direkt gegenüber dem Parkplatz befindet sich ein Supermarkt. Wenn Sie eine günstigere Unterkunft als im Stadtzentrum suchen, ist dies eine gute Wahl.

Ein Schloss auf einem Hügel im Stadtzentrum, sympathisch in ein angenehmes Hotel umgewandelt. Sehr schöne Lounge-Area, und der Schwimmbad hat auch große Aussichten auf Tortosa. Check-in ist langsam, und Zimmer ein wenig altmodisch, aber sonst ein sehr schöner Ort, um für Nächte 1-3 zu bleiben.

A/c is not working so you have to open the window. And outside the noise from the construction is insane!! So you have to choose if you want to sleep or the air to breathe. I stayed in a nice large room on the second floor and had zero sleep because of the noise.
The breakfast for 28€ is quite low quality, really looks bad and tastes like if they are using cheap ingredients.
Overall - very nice location, good property but very disappointing

Das Hotel war gut, kein Problem, es hat ein Restaurant im Hotel. Ein Einkaufszentrum ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Das einzige Problem ist, dass man, wenn man nach Barcelona muss, entweder direkt ein Taxi buchen oder dann zum Bahnhof fahren muss. Von Barbera del Valles.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen dreitägigen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Die Lage war günstig, mit guten öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu den touristischen Zielen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war wunderbar und bot eine große Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken. Unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig und die Gastfreundschaft freundlich und hilfsbereit.

¡ Wie wunderschön sind die Aussichten! Sowohl aus dem Zimmer als auch aus dem Essen, die Landschaft hypnotisiert Sie von Anfang an. In diesem Sinne, denke ich, ist es der beste Halter, den ich je hatte. Die Zimmer sind auch ziemlich gut, ohne ausgezeichnet zu sein. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist vielfältig und von guter Qualität, mit lokalen Produkten, wie es die Politik dieser Einrichtungen ist. Das Restaurant ist auch ziemlich gut. Wir haben zwei Nächte gegessen und beides gebeten. Was wir am meisten gefallen hatten, war das Kalbsohle, obwohl die übrigen Gerichte auf einem guten Niveau waren. Die Pflege des gesamten Personals ist sehr freundlich und überraschend schnell im Essen und Frühstück. Der Außenparkplatz ist kostenfrei und verfügt über 6 Ladepunkte für Elektroautos zu 11kwh. Es ist sehr glücklich, diesen Paradies für unseren Aufenthalt im Aarontal zu wählen.

GGastnutzerOn arrival the holiday centre was as photographed on the website, fresh, bright, airy and modernised. Apartments are spacious with 2 wide single beds pushed together in the main room which leads off on to an exceptionally generous size balcony. Plenty of room for kids to play, loungers and table and chairs etc. the bed in the hallway (pull down from wall) was comfy and great for my 9 year old son. The livingroom couches were also single beds and of good quality and wide enough, seem some very slim, thin ones before - these were very comfy although never slept in by us as my daughter had a cot.
Check in and out was seamless but be aware a deposit is taken (around £10 per night and given back at end of apartment is left satisfactory) so factor this in to your spends needed initially.
The thing that stood out for us as a family was the lovely man and his assistants who ran the kids club, entertainment, pool games and really engaged with the children despite his obviously long days. They are a credit to the hotel and I don’t think it would attract as many families if this small but important team weren’t on board - my son Jacob loved kids club and made some great friends for the week.
Now is still recommend this hotel with given some recommendations to change things. The hotel caters to very large, roudy crowds of preteens/teens on school holiday stays. They are chaotic and woke our toddler several times, running through corridors screaming, taking up lift where pushchairs and wheelchair users should have priority and teens/groups managed more carefully as they would be if from anywhere else. Called to reception to complain and inform but was pretty much brushed off as they’re excited. Just not great for the rest of us also wanting to enjoy our apartment, sleep and have children. We waited an incredibly long time with 20-30 teens in front of us. I called down to reception one evening as they were shouting, banging and screaming in the halls. Some hotels do not cater to exceptionally large groups for this reason, especially when catering to family holidays also - I’d only stay again if I knew there was no large groups such as this booked to stay. We only ate breakfast the last morning as we preferred to go out to dinners etc as a social thing in the evenings with the children as we don’t drink alcohol much when have young children with us. Food was as expected in hotels, nothing bad to note and plenty of options which are the norm.
If you like quiet this hotel might not be for you. Po. Kew is loud due to entertainment although this didn’t bother us with it stopping at 11pm but the ‘quieter’ side facing out to the road/side was filled with already mentioned large groups of teens shouting back and forth to each other continually. Highly recommend checking if these school trips are on when booking if you like a quiet, relaxed family holiday (most of us do when we have young children).
All in all the hotel is great location, good sized rooms and entertainment for much younger children but would be put off returning due to the issues mentioned.

GGastnutzerA short stay for of 2 days was booked with Triip.com for one adult and 2 children under 10, to join us who were booked in a day earlier for three days. Our three day booking was direct with the hotel, half board. The hotel is marked 'adults recommended' and they sure discourage children, by seeking to charge per occupancy rather than simply on a cost per room. The Trip site quite fairly offered the room at the rate for two adults, with children under 12 free, so this is what was paid. Half board was added but at the rate for two adults, which would be greater than the actual hotel rate for one adult and two children, but I was happy to have reserved restaurant secured.
Things got messy at check in, the hotel insisting that the room was occupied by three 'persons' as they put it and should therefore be 50% extra, though the room was the same type as the twin we had for two adults. The Hotel also insisted that only breakfast was provided, and tried to argue that the B2B rate from the third party (Trip) was insufficient. I politely pointed out that the discounts provided to third party agents was no concern of the customer, and referred to my booking voucher which clearly stated I had booked a twin room, into which was going 1 adult, two very small children, and that breakfast and dinner was paid for, with the rate for 1 adult being greater than twice the local charge for a child. They were impossible to deal with, and I left the reception angry and upset. I contacted the Trip representative and by that evening it was sorted. Full marks to Trip, zero to the hotel.
As for our stay, the hotel is excellent, but with room to improve. Dinner in the Buffet only commences at 8.00, resulting in quite the bunfight if the restaurant is busy. It was on that Thursday, a national holiday, and it was impossible to order wine and beverages after we seated, with a single service person taking orders. We ate our food dry, and finally placed an order for wine and water while eating dessert, some 40 minutes after seating. The same bottleneck occurred the next morning at breakfast, with the four snail paced Nespresso machines totally incapable of dealing with the coffee demands. Worse, all 4 machines overheated and went into 'service mode'. Worse again, these obviously unsuitable barista machines were the only source of hot water for Tea or infusions, but with no seperate hot water dispenser faucet. You had to stand for almost 2 minutes while the machine slowly dispensed through the coffee outlet, a single mug of hot water, to the frustration of the queue behind. This needs sorting, it took ages to get a breakfast beverage every morning, and on the second day I had to return 4 floors to my room and fill my cup from the in room Nespresso maker. I'd advise to bring a travel kettle with you.
Otherwise, a fine hotel, but the restaurant problems and discriminatory pricing for children are an issue, so not a hotel for children.

GGastnutzerAbsolutely loved my stay there, the staff was so nice and welcoming. My room was small but I didn't need more space - the bed was double and very comfy and I had my own bathroom (pretty big in comparison) with lots of towels, fresh soap and tubes of showering gel (I travelled lightly so it was welcomed) so what else can one need. I loved the included breakfasts and the breakfast timeslot (from 8 to 12 - take notes all you other hotels out there!). There was a lot of variety for the price so IMO the food should satisfy most of the folks - I liked chorizo and cured ham, the wide selection of vegetables, the bread and croissants, and last but not least, the coffee was, pardon my expression, pretty damn good for a two star hotel. Tea was very ordinary in comparison but still okay. Having a kettle and a fridge in my room was super convenient. Wifi and tv quality was great. The walls aren't thick so when there's more guests it can get noisy - which didn't happen often to me but I can imagine how it can be during the high season - but that's a problem in most hotels all over the world. People are noisy animals, most of them. So if you are easily irritated etc consider taking & using earplugs, I guess. There were only two real downsides, let's say one and a half because only one was serious. My room was a bit too warm for my taste and when I realized that opening the window doesn't help, I tried using the air conditioning - which didn't work. I tried all the options, and the cooling mode made the room warmer instead of cooler. Which was a bummer. I didn't report that to the staff, since it wasn't a big issue for me at the moment - I spent most of my time outside the hotel anyway and came back at night when it was much cooler. But I can imagine it becoming a serious problem during the regular season in the summer or later in the spring. Air conditioning in a place like Tossa is essential, so yeah, better fix that ASAP, Turissa. Another thing, very minor this time, was that the cleaning lady who goes in to your room every day has a habit of straightening out the sheets on the bed every time. Yeah, like she did that every single day, lol. I mean I'm not that picky... Are you guys that picky (whoever reads this) ? Just leave it be and save yourself the work, lady, because you know it's gonna be a mess the next day, and the next, and the next - so it's like fighting windmills - unless your name is Donna Quixote, this is something uncalled for. But you know guys, if that's the only complaint one can make about the hotel, then you know Turissa is more than alright. Amiright or amiright guys;) Wish I could stay longer. PS: Oh and there's a pool for the guests, too. I didn't really have time to use (we were more excited dipping our toes in the sea anyway) it but I could watch it every day from the cantina when having my breakfast. Nice!

AAishuilanyangyudemeishixiaogeDas Hotel ist in Ordnung und die Lage ist sehr gut. Ich gehe jeden Morgen auf den Ramblas joggen. Auch der Michelin im zweiten Stock des Hotels ist köstlich. Ein Stern wurde abgezogen, weil es verständlich ist, dass bei früher Ankunft kein Platz zum Einchecken vorhanden ist, es aber keine anderen Lösungen gibt (z. B. eine Aufwertung des Zimmers, um einen frühen Check-in zu ermöglichen, oder die Organisation einer Kaffeepause). Als letzten Ausweg blieb mir nichts anderes übrig, als mich in den Kaffee- und Dessertladen nebenan zu setzen. Das Ergebnis war, dass mir innerhalb von zehn Minuten, nachdem ich mich hingesetzt hatte, meine Tasche gestohlen wurde ... Über die anschließende Erfahrung werde ich aber nicht sprechen Ich fand es jedenfalls unangenehm. Da ich oft nach Spanien komme und meine Flüge immer morgens ankommen, werde ich mich auch in Zukunft für das Grand Palace Hotel entscheiden. Sicherheit geht vor.

GGastnutzerDas Hotel ist von Lage her perfekt, Strand in der Nähe, gut ausgestattet. Service war optimal. Personal sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Frühstück war gut, aber nicht auswahlreichdas Essen hat aber geschmeckt. Das Hotel ist sauber und gepflegt. Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit privatem Pool, das tgl. Gereinigt wurde. Ich würde das Hotel weiterempfehlen und werde sicherlich noch mehrmals in dieses Hotel kommen.

GGastnutzerEine der besten Lage in Barcelona. Es ist das Zentrum von vielen touristischen Spots und es gibt viele Restaurants, Cafés, Geschäfte in der Nähe des Hotels.
Das Hotel war sehr sauber und gut gepflegt. Der Poolbereich war auch sehr entspannt und die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett, vor allem ein Mann in der Bar.

La entrada y llegada a la recepción un poco lenta. Grandes grupos que dificultan el check in y únicamente 2 personas en recepción.
El acceso al parking estrecho y poco señalizado. El coste es de 18€ la noche, algo excesivo, pero las plazas son amplias

We had a short break in Barcelona this week and were looking for a clean, well-located room, and that’s exactly what we got. The Park Hotel was a pleasant surprise and definitely shouldn’t be judged by its facade—we were truly impressed.
Room:
Our room on the sixth floor was spacious for a city hotel and had all the amenities you’d expect. The bed was particularly comfortable, and the pillows were firm and supportive—none of those mushy, overly soft ones you often find in hotels. The bathroom was well-equipped, though it might be a bit tight for larger guests.
Cleanliness:
The room was cleaned regularly, and any requests we had were promptly addressed. The pool area was also well-maintained, and the shower room available on our departure day was spotless, making our stay even more comfortable.
Service:
The service was reasonable overall. The staff managed multiple tasks at once, and although they sometimes appeared a bit stressed, they were always prompt, polite, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.
Location:
The location is perfect for exploring Barcelona. It’s within easy walking distance of Barceloneta, Port Vell, and the El Born district. Plus, the hotel is directly opposite the train station, which made our day trip to Sitges incredibly convenient.
Facilities:
The hotel’s rooftop pool is a nice feature, with about 14 chairs available for sunbathing. The area gets busy in the mid-afternoon, especially when the summer sun is at its peak. The pool itself is a perfect size for a quick cool-down after exploring the city.
Food and Drink:
We had breakfast included with our booking, which offered all the basics you’d expect from a hotel breakfast. It was a good way to start the day and provided enough variety to fuel up before heading out.
Value for Money:
The Park Hotel offered excellent value for money, given its location, comfort, and amenities.
Tips/Recommendations:
This hotel is ideal if you enjoy a trendy food and cocktail scene combined with the bustling beach atmosphere. It’s a great base for exploring the best of what Barcelona has to offer.
We would definitely return to the Park Hotel on our next visit to Barcelona.

Nehmen Sie vom Flughafen Barcelona den Airport Express zum Terminal und steigen Sie dann in einen Bus direkt vor die Tür des Hotels. Die Lage ist sehr ideal.
Der Raum verfügt über eine ausreichende Klimaanlage, starkes Warmwasser und viel Platz.

Aber ich habe eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung gemacht. Nach 2 Tagen Aufenthalt wollte ich das Zimmer wechseln, um meinen Aufenthalt fortzusetzen (von einem Einzelzimmer in ein Dreibettzimmer). Ich habe zwei Tage im Voraus mit der Rezeption kommuniziert und gehofft, eine nahtlose Verbindung herzustellen in ein anderes Zimmer. Uns wurde gesagt, dass wir noch nicht wechseln könnten und wenn um 12 Uhr keine Zimmer mehr frei wären, müssten wir gehen und auf ein Zimmer warten. . Ich hatte vorher auf der Website nachgesehen und das Hotel hatte Zimmer frei. . Danach teilte das Hotel mit, dass ein Zimmer frei sei und bat darum, die Zimmerkarte hochzuschicken, damit wir das Zimmer wechseln könnten. Aber sie sagten tatsächlich, ich müsse runtergehen und persönlich unterschreiben, um den Schlüssel zu bekommen. Als ich runterging, nachgefragt, wurde mir gesagt, dass dies die Vorgehensweise des Hotels sei. . Das war sehr enttäuschend und ich habe beschlossen, nicht zu bleiben.
Ich hoffe, dass das Hotelmanagement dieses Problem zur Kenntnis nimmt. Hotels sind heutzutage klug, geben Sie uns nicht einfach eine Entschuldigung, denn das wird das Hotel-Branding ruinieren.
Insgesamt war mein Aufenthalt perfekt, aber aufgrund dieses Falls denke ich, dass ich dem Service ein schlechtes Feedback geben sollte. Das ist vielleicht nicht fair gegenüber den meisten guten Servicemitarbeitern des Hotels, aber es ist uns wichtig, Sie über diese hervorragenden schlechten Erfahrungen zu informieren.
