"Was eigentlich nur eine Übernachtung sein sollte, wurde dank der unglaublichen Gastfreundschaft zu zwei! Vom Check-in mit einem tollen Upgrade bis zum herzlichen Empfang mit Obst und Tipps für die Umgebung – die Mitarbeiterinnen Olivia und Lucy sorgten dafür, dass wir uns so gut aufgehoben fühlten, dass wir am nächsten Tag einfach nicht abreisen wollten.
Der Außenpool ist wunderschön (er schließt zwar um 18 Uhr, aber der Innenpool öffnet danach), und unser Zimmer war geräumig, sauber und sehr komfortabel. Das Buffet-Abendessen war ein weiteres Highlight – köstliche Meeresfrüchte, Steaks, Grillgerichte und Getränke, mit Abstand das beste Buffet, das ich seit Langem genossen habe.
Hinzu kommt das einzigartige Design des Hotels und die atemberaubende Lichtshow am See am Abend – kein Wunder also, dass wir uns entschieden haben, länger zu bleiben. Ein absolutes Muss für eine weitere Reise!"

"Mein Zimmer riecht wie Zigaretten, die für China relativ normal ist, Aber! Ich habe ein Nichtraucherzimmer gefragt, aber es gibt einen Aschenkranz, wenn ich meine eigene Waschmaschine machen wollte, sagen sie mir, dass sie es tun werden und senden es in mein Zimmer. Über 12 Stunden später wurde meine Waschmaschine noch nicht in mein Zimmer gesendet. Es dauert 1 Stunde, um einen normalen Zyklus zu laufen, und fast 2 Stunden, um mit niedriger Wärme zu trocknen. Warum hat es 3x die Menge der Zeit genommen? Und das Toilette war nicht sauber, diese braunen Spülen."

"Wir haben in der Hilltop Tudu Suite übernachtet – sie war sehr groß und sauber. Unser Baby mochte auch die kleinen Panda-Stofftiere darin. Der Nachteil war, dass sie im obersten Stockwerk lag, es war sehr heiß und die Klimaanlage brauchte lange, um den Raum abzukühlen. Und selbst nachts wurde es mit der Klimaanlage wieder sehr heiß.
Die Umgebung ist wunderschön! Kinder können hier Tiere wirklich hautnah erleben. Und die Tiere sehen alle sehr gesund und glücklich aus. Die meisten laufen frei herum. Wir haben sogar gesehen, wie Mandschurenkraniche von hoch oben herabgeschwebt sind, das war so beeindruckend. Ich liebe diesen Ort! Wenn wir die Gelegenheit haben, werden wir wiederkommen!"

"Die Lage ist sehr gut. Es liegt an der Kreuzung der Flüsse Yongjiang, Yuyao und Fenghua. Der U-Bahnhof Dongmenkou ist der Tianyi Plaza mit einer starken kommerziellen Atmosphäre und einem breiten Angebot an Speisen, Getränken und Unterhaltung. Der Hotelservice ist sehr gut, die Reinigung ist sehr sauber, das Glas im Zimmer ist auch sehr sauber und die Aussicht ist weit. An den ersten beiden Tagen gab es kein Problem, am dritten Tag jedoch nicht. Obwohl es ordnungsgemäß behoben wurde, ist ein solcher Fehler für ein Fünf-Sterne-Hotel rätselhaft."

"Normally book hotels which have opened within 6 months. This hotel states it opened in 2025 , but upon checking in there is no way it was opened in 2025.
The finishes are worn, and it was cleanish but the bathroom just felt dirty with the black mould build up. Around it . It also felt somewhat mis-matched. The lobby is beautiful tho. And the free ice cream was delicious.
The bedding was clean and comfy. But the first room I was given the bath mat had a stain what looked like blood. The second room reeked of old cigarette smoke I don’t know how in 2025 we are still allowing smoking in public establishments! The bedding smelt .
Also the cleaning staff were quite rude when I asked for the bedding to be changed after waking up and realising there was a stain. Made me think there were bedbugs. She said no and then found ways to justify the stain and at its normal: that left a bad taste in my mouth.
The breakfast was terrible for a westerner and a vegetarian, no cofeee no toast , no yoghurt"

"Das allgemeine Überleben fühlt sich wirklich gut an, der Preis ist sehr gut! Die Umgebung ist auch gut, es ist völlig richtig.
Obwohl es in der Mitte ein wenig Verdrehungen gab (kleine Probleme), war der Chef wirklich superkraftig nach dem Gesetz. Ich hielte mich schnell für ein gutes Umgehen. Das Servicebewusstsein ist besonders stark und muss ihr einen großen Lob schenken! Auf diesem Service kommt das Gefühl der Erfahrung sofort.
Ich sehe das Hotel als neues im Jahr 2026, die Einrichtungen sind sehr neu und sie sehen sich noch in der Abholzeit. Ich hoffe, dass sie den Service langsam besser durch diese Rezeption abstimmen und das nächste Mal sicherlich perfekter werden. Zusammenfassend ist es sehr zu empfehlen, das nächste Mal hierher zu kommen!"

Das Zimmer mit Seeblick hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Jeden Morgen durften wir die atemberaubende Berg- und Seenlandschaft genießen – die Aussicht war einfach malerisch. Das InterContinental zeichnet sich durch seine erstklassige Lage aus.
**Umgebung:** Die Umgebung ist wunderschön, die Aussicht erstklassig; man fühlt sich hier wirklich inmitten der Natur.
**Service:** Alle Mitarbeiter, denen wir im Hotel begegneten, waren stets höflich und äußerst zuvorkommend, was einen hervorragenden Eindruck hinterlassen hat.
**Ausstattung:** Die Ausstattung war sehr umfassend und durchdacht, was unseren Aufenthalt überaus angenehm und komfortabel gemacht hat.
**Hygiene:** Der Hygienestatus war sehr zufriedenstellend. Das Reinigungspersonal war äußerst fleißig, reagierte schnell auf Anfragen und bot einen ausgezeichneten Service. Vielen Dank dafür.
**Besonderer Dank an den Reisefotografen:** Ein besonderer Dank geht an den Reisefotografen. Obwohl es zum vereinbarten Termin stark regnete und wir die geplanten externen Sehenswürdigkeiten nicht besuchen konnten, war der Fotograf technisch sehr versiert und zeigte ein großes Engagement. Die entstandenen Aufnahmen sind äußerst zufriedenstellend. Herzlichen Dank!

GastnutzerAls ich zum ersten Mal nach Yiwu kam, entschied ich mich für ein Fünf-Sterne-Hotel mit neuer Dekoration, Kohler-Sanitärartikeln, Samsung-Fernseher und der Hardware war von hohem Standard! Zur Begrüßung gab es auch Obst!
Es ist nur so, dass das Servicebewusstsein nicht so ausgeprägt ist wie bei ausländischen Marken. Es waren nicht viele Gäste beim Frühstück da und die Köche und Kellner waren zu sehr damit beschäftigt, sich zu versammeln und zu plaudern, um einen proaktiven Service zu bieten. Was herzerwärmend war, war, dass es regnete, als wir hinausgingen, und der Portier die Initiative ergriff, einen Regenschirm hielt und ihn zum Auto brachte.
Wenn ich das nächste Mal komme, werde ich mich wieder für Jindu entscheiden, das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist gut!

GastnutzerDas Volk befindet sich in der Nähe der Mogan Mountain Sightseeing-Zone, die Umgebung ist ruhig, weil es April ist, der Pool hat kein Wasser, die Erfahrung der Bibliothek ist nicht schlecht. Es wird empfohlen, dass der Chef die Lage in dem Zimmer etwas praktischer gestalten kann, die Details etwas verbessern, Zum Beispiel nehmen die Feinde auf Mais zwei Drittel des Raumes auf dem Fenster auf, aber auf dem Fenster ist es leicht, Asche zu verlieren und ist nicht praktisch auch die beste Position im Haus. Der Fernbedienungsschalter der Fensterschalter ist ungültig, die Fensterschalter werden stark aufgehoben, und am nächsten Tag wurde sie in das erste Morgenlicht gestrahlt. Dieses Erlebnis ist wirklich eine Überraschung.
Die Umgebung der Villa ist sehr erholsam, umgeben von Grün, wie auf der kleinen Insel der Anji auf Bali.
👗Die Kellner sind sauber und höflich und legen besonderen Wert auf Service.
Vom ersten Moment an, als ich die Tür betrat, wurde ich liebevoll umsorgt, bis ich ging. Ich fühlte mich wirklich „geheilt“.
🥗Es gab auch einen Nachmittagstee am Pool! Die Erfrischungen sind leicht und exquisit, besonders geeignet, um sie an regnerischen Tagen in Ruhe zu genießen.
🛏Ein großes Lob an das Bett! So weich!

We booked our stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel in Jiaxing, to celebrate my wife's Birthday, and to enjoy Dragon Boat Festival.
The initial impact when entering the Hotel is good, the fragrance is pleasant, and the decor is modern and sleek.
During the online booking process, I had some Special Requests ”Romantic Theme” for the room, the request, was promptly approved.
Upon entering the Hotel, we were greeted by Sandy, at the front of House / Reception area.
Her service was prompt and professional.
She was friendly and informed us, that my wife would be receiving a cake for her Birthday.
The check in process was efficient.
We had the opportunity to briefly meet Edith, the Manager on duty.
She was friendly and welcoming.
The Birthday Cake and Fruit Platter, was delivered to our room, shortly after we checked in.
In my experience, the ”Restaurant” is the ”heartbeat” of any successful Hotel.
A restaurant with poor service and / or bad food, will surely lead to the demise of the business.
Fortunately, that's not the case for the ”Eatery Restaurant” at the ”Four Points by Sheraton” in Jiaxing.
The Restaurant's Staff are all very professional, and take pride in what they do.
The Buffet Dinner is available, during the weekends, and is very reasonably priced (great value for money).
The variety and quality of the cusine, is on International standard.
Western and Chinese dishes, are professionally prepared, and served at this Restaurant.
If I were to single out on special dish, it would most definitely be the ”Beef Wellington”, it was perfectly cooked and presented (the Best I have eaten, to date).
Compliments to the chef/s in this regard.
Special thanks to Tina, whom is always courteous, when I / we, visit the Restaurant.
Infact, Tina is the reason for my return and stay at the Hotel, this time around.
As she was most courteous and professional, during another visit to the Restaurant some time back.

We would also like to thank Gary, whom provided superb service and courtesy, during the Dinner service.
I could not help but notice, that Housekeeping were cleaning the rooms thoroughly.
Their service should not be overlooked, as their hard work, ensure that the facilities remain on standard.
Breakfast was excellent, with a superior variety of quality dishes and ingredients available.
We can recommend the ”Four Points by Sheraton” Jiaxing, to all guests, foreign and domestic.
We look forward to our next stay, and hope to enjoy many more special moments at this Hotel.

RrrDThis is a new hotel is a new tower so it does not feel old or dated. The decor is quite stylish and the reception desk were extremely helpful and professional with our early check in request and the switching rooms because the first two rooms we checked smelled of cigarettes. The robot delivery to your room for items such as takeout was a novelty we enjoyed.
There were however a few things which took away from it being a truly world class 5 star hotel.
Minor inconveniences:
- The shower had a small leak every time we used it. The plumbing for the whole hotel seems to have not been to a good standard as evidenced by other reviews and the amount of new plumbing sealant applied to the sink
- The amount of light switches and their placement. Some buttons didn’t work and some of the English labels did not correspond to their actual use.
Major inconveniences
- The cigarette smell in the first two rooms we checked. Cigarette smoke also leaked into our room in the mornings from neighbouring rooms. If you’re not going to enforce your no smoking policy then I suggest creating separate floors for smokers and non smokers
- The quality of the bed was not 5 star. It was way too soft and sunken and reduced our quality of sleep
- The hotel management should not pressure their staff to request guests write 5 star reviews. Chasing your guests on WeChat to ask for reviews is in no way professional
I would suggest to the hotel management that they take their staff on a “work study” trip to the IFC Residence in Shanghai to learn how to accomplish true world class 5 star professionalism. The staff there don’t bother you unless you need them and I would happily write them a good review without being prompted.

We recently stayed at Club Med Hangzhou with our family of five (three young kids), and I honestly cannot recommend it enough. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations.
First, the All-Inclusive package is an absolute lifesaver when traveling with kids. Not having to worry about every single meal, snack, or drink made the trip so much more relaxing. The kids could grab a juice or a treat whenever they wanted, and we parents could actually sit back and enjoy a meal without constant interruptions. It truly takes the stress out of family travel.
The Mini Club was a huge highlight. Our children absolutely loved it and begged to go back every single morning. A special shout-out to the incredible kids club helpers – Gilang, Candy, Rita, Ella, and Aurora. Their energy is absolutely infectious! They kept the children entertained, active, and smiling the whole time. You can tell they genuinely love what they do. Our kids made little friends, did arts and crafts, and came back to us each evening exhausted but happy.
The venue itself is brand new and absolutely beautiful. The architecture is stunning, the grounds are immaculate, and everything feels fresh and modern. It overlooks the lake and the scenery is just breathtaking. There are plenty of spaces for kids to run around, and the whole resort feels very safe and family-friendly.
We also have to give a massive mention to Cindy. She was incredibly nice and welcoming to our whole family. Her English is still improving, but she makes such a genuine effort to connect. She came up to us and with the sweetest smile said, ”I love you guys.” It was so unexpected and genuinely cute. That small moment really touched us and made us feel so valued as guests.
For the adults – the bar is excellent. Daniel the bartender makes amazing drinks. Grabbing a cocktail from him was the perfect way to wind down. Really good quality and great service.
And finally, a huge thank you to Maggie, the yoga instructor. Her classes were fantastic – just the right balance of relaxing and challenging. But what really stood out was how much she also loved playing with our kids. She would stop to chat with them, make them laugh. It's rare to find an instructor who is both professional with adults and so naturally warm with children.
Overall, Club Med Hangzhou is an absolute gem for families. New facilities, amazing food, nonstop activities, and a team of staff who genuinely care. We will definitely be back.

Nik ParksWe had an amazing stay here. The apartment is light, spacious and airy. The bed is huge and really comfortable and the shower and bathroom are also lovely. Having a kitchen with utensils, hob and microwave meant we could cook in the evenings which is a huge plus.
Breakfast was included in our stay and it was varied and tasty with some western options, fresh noodles and omelettes, fresh fruits and salads, bread, cheese, pastries and amazing coffee and fresh juices.
We used the pool several times (remember your swim caps!) and it was large and really nice for a swim.
The location is great. It's close to the West Lake area. We walked there and back which was about 45mins each way, but it's also very easy to jump in a Didi to venture further around to see the Tiger Springs or Nine Creeks and Misty Forest areas which are really beautiful.
The staff were very helpful. We arrived a little early and they checked us in straight away and very promptly answered all my questions. We asked for a late check-out and we were generously accommodated which was an added bonus.
Oh - and the lobby and hotel smell amazing too!
We will 100% stay here again when we return to Hanghzhou and would highly recommend it to other travellers if you'd like some luxury alongside home comforts.
