Das Hotel verfügt über mehrere Shuttlebusse, die Gäste jederzeit zur Rezeption, zum Restaurant, zum Haustierpark usw. bringen können, was sehr effizient ist. Es gibt einen 24-Stunden-Minimarkt im Hotel, in dem man auch nachts Snacks und Getränke kaufen kann, was sehr praktisch ist.
Sauberkeit: Die Hygiene im Hotel ist top. Es scheint, dass die meisten Zimmer Suiten mit großen Terrassen sind, die sehr geräumig sind und eine gut funktionierende Klimaanlage haben.
Umgebung: Die Zimmer sind in einem Bambuswald verteilt, was sie ruhig und privat macht. Vor den Fenstern erstreckt sich ein Bambuswald, der eine Wohltat für Augen und Lungen ist. Das Highlight ist das Frühstücksrestaurant, wo man Giraffen aus nächster Nähe füttern kann. Zu Stoßzeiten ist es etwas voll. Es wäre wünschenswert, einen speziellen Fütterungsbereich einzurichten, um Gäste zum Füttern und Fotografieren anzuleiten. So könnten auch Gäste, die nicht am Fenster sitzen, Giraffen füttern, ohne andere Gäste beim Essen zu stören.
Service: Der Shuttlebus ist 24 Stunden in Betrieb, das Personal ist höflich und herzlich ❤️, Daumen hoch 👍.
Willkommensfrüchte: Neben Obst und einem Snack-Geschenkkorb auf dem Zimmer gab es beim Check-in auch Getränke und Eis am Stiel, was bei der Sommerhitze sehr aufmerksam ist.
Eintrittskarten für zwei Erwachsene und ein Kind zum Giraffenhof: Dieses Hotel gehört zur gleichen Gruppe wie der Kleine Panda-Hof in Xishuangbanna. Schon beim Besuch des Kleinen Panda-Hofs während des Drachenbootfestes spürte man die Fürsorge für die Tiere, und es ist einer der Tierparks mit den besten interaktiven Erlebnissen. Auch im Giraffenhof werden die Tiere sehr sorgfältig betreut, und es gibt viele interaktive Erlebnisse mit den Tieren, was die Erfahrung sehr angenehm macht. Auch die Rutschbahn war ein gutes Erlebnis."

Egal wie schlecht es ist, es ist immer noch besser als die Umgebung auf der Insel... Ich Ich habe empfindliche Haut und reagiere empfindlicher auf Feuchtigkeit, und die Wahl, für die ich mich letztendlich entschieden habe, hat mich nicht enttäuscht. "Dieses Mal übernachteten wir in einem Zweibettzimmer im Rammed Earth Cottage. Das Zimmer war geräumig und verfügte über einen großen Balkon, umgeben von üppigem Grün. Morgens das Fenster zu öffnen und ins Grüne zu blicken, war unglaublich erfrischend. Das Zimmer selbst ist ein freistehendes Gebäude und bietet viel Privatsphäre und einen ruhigen Schlaf. Es verfügt über eine Bar, einen kleinen Tisch, eine Badewanne und einen Duschkopf im Zimmer und auf dem Balkon. Ein kleiner Tipp wäre ein größerer Fernseher und ein größeres Bett.
Der Service war ausgezeichnet. Unser Butler war dieses Mal Xiao Tu, der prompt reagierte, geduldig meine Fragen beantwortete und mir die Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten des Tals vorstellte. Ich hatte sogar meine Wasserflasche während der Fahrt verloren, und er fand sie sogar auf einem Golfwagen für mich. Es war ein wahres Vergnügen!
Das Tal ist wunderschön und bietet viele Aktivitäten, die wir jedoch aufgrund unseres Zeitplans nicht genießen konnten, was etwas enttäuschend war. Man kann auch mit dem Shuttlebus zum atemberaubenden Naked Castle fahren. Sobald ich mehr Geld habe, werde ich auf jeden Fall einen Schlossaufenthalt buchen.
Die Restaurants im Tal waren alle sehr lecker. Kikaboni konnte ich leider nicht ausprobieren, Naked Taste hingegen schon. Ich bestellte ein Ribeye-Steak und ein Tomaten-Nudelgericht, beides war köstlich. Das Vorspeisenbrot wurde mit drei verschiedenen Soßen serviert, was ziemlich ungewöhnlich war, und jede einzelne war köstlich.
Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig, viel mehr als in den meisten Fünf-Sterne-Restaurants. Es gab einen leckeren weißen Schokoladen-Lolli, den Mochi-Kuchen und das Obst war süß, aber auch sonst war alles sehr gut.
Die Welpen in der Lobby waren so süß: ein Corgi und ein Dackel. Der Corgi hieß anscheinend Chuan Chuan. Sie hatten keine Angst vor Menschen und waren angenehm zu halten. Sie schienen sich kaum zu bewegen, lagen einfach nur da und sonnten sich auf einem großen Vollkornbrot.
Kurz gesagt: Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Es ist zwar etwas teuer, aber es lohnt sich! Ich komme beim nächsten Mal auf jeden Fall wieder."

"Beim Check-in im Shaoxing Hotel war das Personal an der Rezeption sehr effizient. Man sagte mir sogar, ich hätte ein Upgrade auf Zimmer 5203 im Gebäude 5, ein Deluxe-Zimmer mit Gartenblick, erhalten. Das Zimmer war sehr klein, es gab nicht einmal Platz für meinen Koffer. Auf dem Tisch stand ein Raumduft, aber das ganze Zimmer roch nach einer Rückströmung aus dem Badezimmer. Ich musste sofort das Fenster öffnen. Nach dem Mittagessen kam ich zurück und der Gestank war immer noch stark, vermischt mit dem Raumduft – diese Mischung aus Gestank und Duft war wirklich unerträglich. Die Zimmermädchen tauschten das Zimmer jedoch schnell aus. Während meines dreitägigen Aufenthalts im Shaoxing Hotel war das Personal sehr freundlich und das Frühstücksangebot war reichlich. Aber der starke Geruch auf dem Flur jedes Mal, wenn ich das Zimmer betrat oder verließ, beeinträchtigte das Erlebnis erheblich. Wenn das Hotel wusste, dass es einen Rückflussgeruch aus dem Abfluss in diesem Zimmer gab und trotzdem einen Raumduft aufstellte, um es zu vermarkten, würde das dem Ruf eines Staatshotels wirklich schaden."

"Normally book hotels which have opened within 6 months. This hotel states it opened in 2025 , but upon checking in there is no way it was opened in 2025.
The finishes are worn, and it was cleanish but the bathroom just felt dirty with the black mould build up. Around it . It also felt somewhat mis-matched. The lobby is beautiful tho. And the free ice cream was delicious.
The bedding was clean and comfy. But the first room I was given the bath mat had a stain what looked like blood. The second room reeked of old cigarette smoke I don’t know how in 2025 we are still allowing smoking in public establishments! The bedding smelt .
Also the cleaning staff were quite rude when I asked for the bedding to be changed after waking up and realising there was a stain. Made me think there were bedbugs. She said no and then found ways to justify the stain and at its normal: that left a bad taste in my mouth.
The breakfast was terrible for a westerner and a vegetarian, no cofeee no toast , no yoghurt"

"Der Sommerurlaub ist bald vorbei, ich möchte Yuan-sen-Pull-Spielwasser öffnen. Für diesen Berglandschaftspool und den Café in den Höhlen kommen Sie auch zu einem Außenseiter. Besorgt über den Geschmack des neuen Öffnens des Yuan-sen-Pull-Ferienhotels. Zum ersten Abend ging ich zum Berg-Sen-Pull-Show mit dem roten Licht.
Miss Sister Xiao Hu hat zuvor einen Mikrobrief hinzugefügt, um zu essen und zu spielen. Da ich nicht in einem Sternen- und Kopierzimmer gebucht habe, habe ich einen astronomischen Teleskop zuvor mitgebracht, hochgehoben und den Mondstar beobachtet. Der große Schlafzimmer des Baums Burger ist tief geliebt, kann ich im Baumhaus leben! Der Chef Xiaohu hilft uns auch intim, die Gepäckstücke zu packen und die Obst und Mini-Getränke zu begrüßen. Das Hotel gewinnt, wenn es das Herz des Kindes gewinnt.
Der Siebzehnte Lange Pool Tuppy Pool ist im Dezember geöffnet und es fühlt sich noch einmal an. Die Sisterin konnte nicht versuchen, die Tafeln zu zerstören. Die Älteren von Yuan-Shan-Shu sind sehr geeignet für Urlaubswasser. Der Außenpool ist von 6 bis 6:30 Uhr täglich und es gibt einen großen Kampf, die Kinder spielen nicht sehr gerne.
Das Restaurant im Hotel ist auch jetzt fertig, die Zeit ist ok. Probieren Sie morgen früh einen Frühstückszuschuss mit dem Hotelpaket. Die Küche ist immer noch sehr lecker, neben dem Staatsgebäude gebaut und am Abend ist es gestoppt. Die Zimmerart der Sterne, der Hügel und andere sind gut."

Das Zimmer mit Seeblick hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Jeden Morgen durften wir die atemberaubende Berg- und Seenlandschaft genießen – die Aussicht war einfach malerisch. Das InterContinental zeichnet sich durch seine erstklassige Lage aus.
**Umgebung:** Die Umgebung ist wunderschön, die Aussicht erstklassig; man fühlt sich hier wirklich inmitten der Natur.
**Service:** Alle Mitarbeiter, denen wir im Hotel begegneten, waren stets höflich und äußerst zuvorkommend, was einen hervorragenden Eindruck hinterlassen hat.
**Ausstattung:** Die Ausstattung war sehr umfassend und durchdacht, was unseren Aufenthalt überaus angenehm und komfortabel gemacht hat.
**Hygiene:** Der Hygienestatus war sehr zufriedenstellend. Das Reinigungspersonal war äußerst fleißig, reagierte schnell auf Anfragen und bot einen ausgezeichneten Service. Vielen Dank dafür.
**Besonderer Dank an den Reisefotografen:** Ein besonderer Dank geht an den Reisefotografen. Obwohl es zum vereinbarten Termin stark regnete und wir die geplanten externen Sehenswürdigkeiten nicht besuchen konnten, war der Fotograf technisch sehr versiert und zeigte ein großes Engagement. Die entstandenen Aufnahmen sind äußerst zufriedenstellend. Herzlichen Dank!

Die Menschen waren von aller Unterstützung und super freundlich.
Es fühlte sich wie zu Hause.
Selbst einige Innenräume sind einfach, funktionell, sauber und super komfortable.
Ich habe Nahrung verpasst, da ich über zweimal geschlafen ... und etwas als Geste von den Leuten aus dem Rechner bekam, auch ich habe nicht gefragt.
Sie können mit Englisch sprechenden Gästen umgehen und ich komme zurück ... sicher

We booked this hotel because we had seen a lengthy review from another guest who seemed to enjoy their stay.
For starters check in was quick, the staff are friendly. Manager CiCi/Sisi (经理) and her team are the best.
滑索(Zipline)
What attracted us to the hotel was their zipline experience however it turns out the equipment was broken. Though a day before we had inquired about being able to zip line and we were not informed about this, so we were quite sad.
Amenities
The amenities aren’t many, probably because the hotel is undergoing maintenance however what’s available is still satisfactory, though it does get quite boring especially in the summer heat when outdoor activities aren’t ideal.

Breakfast is satisfactory,nothing too fancy
If you need a change of scenery or access to other amenities, I recommend going to JW Marriott it’s 5 minutes away. We had our buffet dinner there, as Anji Treasure Island Nautical hotel (VOCO) doesn’t provide any other meals apart from breakfast.
By the way, this hotel is apparently becoming an IHG so I hope our next experience will match IHG standards.
Additionally one of the other guests was smoking in the hallway indoor, and entered the elevator with a lit cigarette. Even the staff hadn’t paid attention to it. I hope, as a future IHG hotel they pay close attention to such issues, otherwise it loses credibility. It’s very quiet, rooms are sound proofed. The exterior environment is very refreshing especially if you came with a purpose of relaxation.
Service
No complaints, they are amazing . The chefs, waiters, waitresses, receptionist, manager , 保安 all good
I hope in the next months when renovations are complete we visit again. We missed our zipline experience and we want to come back for it 😭

Expat EDventuresA Comfortable, Pet-Friendly Stay with a Few Areas for Improvement
The hotel can be difficult to identify when you first arrive because there is no sign directly on the building. Instead, the sign is attached to a gate that usually remains open, so it becomes partially folded and easy to miss. The hotel also does not have on-site parking. Guests park across the street at the restaurant where breakfast is served each morning.
Breakfast was traditional Chinese and included steamed buns, sweet potato, a hard-boiled egg, watermelon, tea, and milk. Everything was very tasty. Coffee was also available, but it cost extra.
The people looking after the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. When we arrived, they were filling the swimming pool after cleaning it and told us it would be ready later that day. Although the pool was one of the main reasons we booked the hotel, it did not quite meet our cleanliness standards because the deeper areas still appeared slightly cloudy. However, many other guests were comfortable using it, and we saw people enjoying the pool every day.
The library area was absolutely gorgeous, but unfortunately, there was a strong smell of mildew that made it difficult to spend much time there. These were the main drawbacks of our stay.
Our room, however, was lovely. It smelled fresh, the bed was firm and very comfortable, and the sheets were clean. The staff emptied the rubbish and replenished our drinking water every day. The bathroom products were high quality, and toothbrushes were provided upon arrival. The room would have been even better if there had been enough towels for everyone staying in it and if the water had been slightly hotter.
The hotel is located directly beside the river, with access to a peaceful riverside walk through beautiful gardens. There is also an elevated walkway farther down the road that looked interesting, although we did not have the opportunity to explore it. The river area was especially relaxing, and if I return, I would bring folding chairs and a small folding table so we could sit in the shallow water, relax, and play games.
Most attractions and restaurants are approximately a 20-minute drive from the hotel. The receptionist tried to help us with maps and itineraries. Unfortunately, even after attempting to find the same hike on three different days, we were unable to locate the trailhead. It seemed that even local residents were not very familiar with the exact route.
One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is that it is pet-friendly and does not charge an additional pet fee, which was an important reason we chose it. The gentleman at reception also helped us secure a dinner reservation at Naked Ranch, where we had a wonderful evening.
Moganshan is a beautiful destination, and overall, this hotel provided a comfortable stay. There is certainly some room for improvement, but I would return because I slept incredibly well and appreciated the warm, helpful service. Thank you again to the staff for all their assistance.

I enjoyed my stay at the Bali hotel. The location is great, very close to the district 2 of the Futian Market. The room was clean and very comfortable. There is a coffee bar downstairs with many foreigners, the most I ever seen in China. The vibes of the place is very good. I will stay at this hotel when I return to Yiwu.

GastnutzerTravelers beware! The photos advertising Ke Gamer do not resemble to actual room and the food is horrible. I opted to upgrade to the private hot spring villa for close to 4000rmb a night expecting a high class experience but was instead highly disappointed!
We arrived on a Saturday and reserved a table at the restaurant, famished from traveling and expecting a wonderful meal. They did not mention that this was a set menu (only for the package that was included with the room) so there was no option to select my dishes nor to explain our gluten free diet. First bread came (couldn’t eat it, gluten) then a mushroom chicken soup that was difficult to swallow. Over salted and the chicken was rubbery. Then came there version of a kimchi that was ok. Shrimp next that was battered (gluten) and smothered in mayonnaise, and then an over salted spicy beef dish and inedible veggies dish.At this point we decided to leave and opted instead to pay for food delivery. When we shared this information with the assistant helping us he messaged me saying you are a foreigner would you prefer chicken wings or a steak. I’ve been living in China 10 years and never spoken to so rudely. My gf then wanted to have a soak in the hot spring and have a fire because the rain had stopped but she was told no they could not do this for us that night. That’s when I added the wechat and she deleted him so she would no longer have to talk to someone so rude. We did find it strange that even though I was now in communication with him he still attempted to friend my gf several times, very disrespectful!! After I explained how unsatisfactory the service was to that point he made more of an effort and we did get to enjoy a relaxing evening outside. The next day we stayed away from the restaurant not wanting to have that experience again so ordered delivery service again, decent food for delivery. We did attempt the on site restaurant one more time before checking out for breakfast and this was awful as well. Cold eggs, bacon and sausage. They did have a nice assortment of breads which we could not eat (gluten) so we had a yogurt container and coffee before leaving.
One part of the stay was an assistant driving us into town to a nice tea shop. He took us tot he location and offered to help us select a shop. He was very friendly and helpful inside the shop to explain the differences in teas and get us a good deal. We ended up purchasing 2 boxes of tea to take home.
Overall I did not enjoy the stay at this overpriced and falsely advertised hotel. This is certainly one case when we did not get what we paid for. Wishing you better luck than we had.

We booked our stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel in Jiaxing, to celebrate my wife's Birthday, and to enjoy Dragon Boat Festival.
The initial impact when entering the Hotel is good, the fragrance is pleasant, and the decor is modern and sleek.
During the online booking process, I had some Special Requests ”Romantic Theme” for the room, the request, was promptly approved.
Upon entering the Hotel, we were greeted by Sandy, at the front of House / Reception area.
Her service was prompt and professional.
She was friendly and informed us, that my wife would be receiving a cake for her Birthday.
The check in process was efficient.
We had the opportunity to briefly meet Edith, the Manager on duty.
She was friendly and welcoming.
The Birthday Cake and Fruit Platter, was delivered to our room, shortly after we checked in.
In my experience, the ”Restaurant” is the ”heartbeat” of any successful Hotel.
A restaurant with poor service and / or bad food, will surely lead to the demise of the business.
Fortunately, that's not the case for the ”Eatery Restaurant” at the ”Four Points by Sheraton” in Jiaxing.
The Restaurant's Staff are all very professional, and take pride in what they do.
The Buffet Dinner is available, during the weekends, and is very reasonably priced (great value for money).
The variety and quality of the cusine, is on International standard.
Western and Chinese dishes, are professionally prepared, and served at this Restaurant.
If I were to single out on special dish, it would most definitely be the ”Beef Wellington”, it was perfectly cooked and presented (the Best I have eaten, to date).
Compliments to the chef/s in this regard.
Special thanks to Tina, whom is always courteous, when I / we, visit the Restaurant.
Infact, Tina is the reason for my return and stay at the Hotel, this time around.
As she was most courteous and professional, during another visit to the Restaurant some time back.

We would also like to thank Gary, whom provided superb service and courtesy, during the Dinner service.
I could not help but notice, that Housekeeping were cleaning the rooms thoroughly.
Their service should not be overlooked, as their hard work, ensure that the facilities remain on standard.
Breakfast was excellent, with a superior variety of quality dishes and ingredients available.
We can recommend the ”Four Points by Sheraton” Jiaxing, to all guests, foreign and domestic.
We look forward to our next stay, and hope to enjoy many more special moments at this Hotel.

Anonymer BenutzerEin Hotel mit einem vergleichsweise guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.
Das Hotel liegt günstig direkt neben der U-Bahn-Station und ist daher sehr verkehrsgünstig gelegen. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und bieten eine schöne Aussicht. Rezeption und Restaurant eignen sich hervorragend zum Fotografieren. Der Check-in verlief reibungslos; ich kam gegen 12:00 Uhr mittags an und wurde bereits eingecheckt.
Die Sauberkeit war gut, allerdings wirkte die Einrichtung teilweise etwas abgenutzt, und die Auswahl beim Frühstück war begrenzt.

JoryinThe resort is beautiful, spacious and peaceful, with a lovely traditional Chinese architectural style. Our Mushroom Family Room was comfortable and well suited for a family stay.
The staff were friendly and helpful, and there were plenty of facilities and activities to keep everyone entertained. We especially enjoyed the relaxing environment and the overall resort experience. The location is a little away from central Hangzhou, but it’s a great choice if you prefer a quieter getaway rather than staying in the busy city centre.
