Wir haben in der Hilltop Tudu Suite übernachtet – sie war sehr groß und sauber. Unser Baby mochte auch die kleinen Panda-Stofftiere darin. Der Nachteil war, dass sie im obersten Stockwerk lag, es war sehr heiß und die Klimaanlage brauchte lange, um den Raum abzukühlen. Und selbst nachts wurde es mit der Klimaanlage wieder sehr heiß. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön! Kinder können hier Tiere wirklich hautnah erleben. Und die Tiere sehen alle sehr gesund und glücklich aus. Die meisten laufen frei herum. Wir haben sogar gesehen, wie Mandschurenkraniche von hoch oben herabgeschwebt sind, das war so beeindruckend. Ich liebe diesen Ort! Wenn wir die Gelegenheit haben, werden wir wiederkommen!

Das Zimmer mit Seeblick hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Jeden Morgen durften wir die atemberaubende Berg- und Seenlandschaft genießen – die Aussicht war einfach malerisch. Das InterContinental zeichnet sich durch seine erstklassige Lage aus. **Umgebung:** Die Umgebung ist wunderschön, die Aussicht erstklassig; man fühlt sich hier wirklich inmitten der Natur. **Service:** Alle Mitarbeiter, denen wir im Hotel begegneten, waren stets höflich und äußerst zuvorkommend, was einen hervorragenden Eindruck hinterlassen hat. **Ausstattung:** Die Ausstattung war sehr umfassend und durchdacht, was unseren Aufenthalt überaus angenehm und komfortabel gemacht hat. **Hygiene:** Der Hygienestatus war sehr zufriedenstellend. Das Reinigungspersonal war äußerst fleißig, reagierte schnell auf Anfragen und bot einen ausgezeichneten Service. Vielen Dank dafür. **Besonderer Dank an den Reisefotografen:** Ein besonderer Dank geht an den Reisefotografen. Obwohl es zum vereinbarten Termin stark regnete und wir die geplanten externen Sehenswürdigkeiten nicht besuchen konnten, war der Fotograf technisch sehr versiert und zeigte ein großes Engagement. Die entstandenen Aufnahmen sind äußerst zufriedenstellend. Herzlichen Dank!

Die Umgebung des Hotels ist sehr ruhig und eignet sich zum Ausruhen und Entspannen. Service: Jindus Service ist so gut wie eh und je. Aufgrund der Akklimatisierung hatten wir an diesem Tag einen Luftbefeuchter und Honiglimonade für uns vorbereitet, wodurch wir die Wärme eines fremden Landes spüren konnten. Lage: Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage, direkt im Zentrum von Yiwu, in der Nähe beliebter Geschäftsviertel. Essen: Auch das Frühstück gefällt mir, es ist sehr international, die Gerichte sind exquisit, die Umgebung ist sehr gut und auch der Service ist sehr feinfühlig. Ausstattung: Es sieht sehr neu aus. Man sagt, dass es sich um ein etabliertes lokales Hotel handelt, das seit mehr als 20 Jahren geöffnet ist und letztes Jahr renoviert wurde. Wir sehen uns wieder!

Die letzte Minute-Änderung der Pläne führte mich zurück, da die Wahl einfach ist aufgrund der hervorragenden Kundenservice, Komfort und Reinigkeit.

Travelers beware! The photos advertising Ke Gamer do not resemble to actual room and the food is horrible. I opted to upgrade to the private hot spring villa for close to 4000rmb a night expecting a high class experience but was instead highly disappointed! We arrived on a Saturday and reserved a table at the restaurant, famished from traveling and expecting a wonderful meal. They did not mention that this was a set menu (only for the package that was included with the room) so there was no option to select my dishes nor to explain our gluten free diet. First bread came (couldn’t eat it, gluten) then a mushroom chicken soup that was difficult to swallow. Over salted and the chicken was rubbery. Then came there version of a kimchi that was ok. Shrimp next that was battered (gluten) and smothered in mayonnaise, and then an over salted spicy beef dish and inedible veggies dish.At this point we decided to leave and opted instead to pay for food delivery. When we shared this information with the assistant helping us he messaged me saying you are a foreigner would you prefer chicken wings or a steak. I’ve been living in China 10 years and never spoken to so rudely. My gf then wanted to have a soak in the hot spring and have a fire because the rain had stopped but she was told no they could not do this for us that night. That’s when I added the wechat and she deleted him so she would no longer have to talk to someone so rude. We did find it strange that even though I was now in communication with him he still attempted to friend my gf several times, very disrespectful!! After I explained how unsatisfactory the service was to that point he made more of an effort and we did get to enjoy a relaxing evening outside. The next day we stayed away from the restaurant not wanting to have that experience again so ordered delivery service again, decent food for delivery. We did attempt the on site restaurant one more time before checking out for breakfast and this was awful as well. Cold eggs, bacon and sausage. They did have a nice assortment of breads which we could not eat (gluten) so we had a yogurt container and coffee before leaving. One part of the stay was an assistant driving us into town to a nice tea shop. He took us tot he location and offered to help us select a shop. He was very friendly and helpful inside the shop to explain the differences in teas and get us a good deal. We ended up purchasing 2 boxes of tea to take home. Overall I did not enjoy the stay at this overpriced and falsely advertised hotel. This is certainly one case when we did not get what we paid for. Wishing you better luck than we had.

Wir hatten während unseres Aufenthalts keine Probleme. Die Einrichtungen waren sauber und gemütlich. Das Frühstück mit Buffet war ziemlich gut, mit zufriedenstellender Vielfalt und Qualität.

I read reviews of this place before choosing it for my partners’ birthday. I asked if they could decorate the room and they said no. Ok no problem, but they didn’t even go out their way to give a birthday cupcake to say the least. Only upon check out they said “oh happy birthday.” I have stayed at many five star hotels and this sort of don’t care treatment we have never experienced. This hotel is not exactly five star quality or fashion designer level in my opinion. Some things were included in the stay and I wasn’t given any details upon arrival which was a bit disappointing. The phone in the room doesn’t work for outgoing calls so I had to reach out to trip everytime I needed to get in touch with someone within the hotel about a query. Also since when a welcome fruit is given after 7pm? It should already be in the room to welcome me, that’s the point. The cocktail set was terrible, minus the fries. Displayed were wings, fries and drinks. We were told two drinks and fries. Only when I showed what was displayed on trip then we were asked “you want wings?” At this point, I figured it can only be either or, but to our surprise we received both, the wings were terrible, no wonder he was pushing strictly for fries. Also I asked for a few minutes to choose our drinks he brought a menu and basically had us choose from a handful of drinks compared to the list on the QR code. The aesthetics of the dining area is cute but when you are trying to enjoy a cocktail set you will be blinded by flashing lights and people hovering over you to get their most instagrammable shot, so you can’t really enjoy the ambiance. And the music is played extremely loud you can barely have a conversation. It was pretty annoying to be honest. The hotel offered western and Chinese breakfast. I guess western to them means USA and a USA breakfast means cereal. As there was nothing else there categorized as western breakfast. So, the breakfast was a very disappointing, all the Chinese food was room temperature or cold. The room might be my favourite part of the entire stay although the bathtub was not washed out after the previous guest. The bed in itself was perfect. A minibar was included and it was strictly two bottles of water (which can be found in the hallways of the hotel) and one can of Coca Cola and a sprite. Not quite what I was expecting when I read minibar included. Overall, this hotel can work on a few things. The price isn’t bad but even for such a price, and lower, I have received better quality of service.

We recently stayed at Club Med Hangzhou with our family of five (three young kids), and I honestly cannot recommend it enough. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. First, the All-Inclusive package is an absolute lifesaver when traveling with kids. Not having to worry about every single meal, snack, or drink made the trip so much more relaxing. The kids could grab a juice or a treat whenever they wanted, and we parents could actually sit back and enjoy a meal without constant interruptions. It truly takes the stress out of family travel. The Mini Club was a huge highlight. Our children absolutely loved it and begged to go back every single morning. A special shout-out to the incredible kids club helpers – Gilang, Candy, Rita, Ella, and Aurora. Their energy is absolutely infectious! They kept the children entertained, active, and smiling the whole time. You can tell they genuinely love what they do. Our kids made little friends, did arts and crafts, and came back to us each evening exhausted but happy. The venue itself is brand new and absolutely beautiful. The architecture is stunning, the grounds are immaculate, and everything feels fresh and modern. It overlooks the lake and the scenery is just breathtaking. There are plenty of spaces for kids to run around, and the whole resort feels very safe and family-friendly. We also have to give a massive mention to Cindy. She was incredibly nice and welcoming to our whole family. Her English is still improving, but she makes such a genuine effort to connect. She came up to us and with the sweetest smile said, ”I love you guys.” It was so unexpected and genuinely cute. That small moment really touched us and made us feel so valued as guests. For the adults – the bar is excellent. Daniel the bartender makes amazing drinks. Grabbing a cocktail from him was the perfect way to wind down. Really good quality and great service. And finally, a huge thank you to Maggie, the yoga instructor. Her classes were fantastic – just the right balance of relaxing and challenging. But what really stood out was how much she also loved playing with our kids. She would stop to chat with them, make them laugh. It's rare to find an instructor who is both professional with adults and so naturally warm with children. Overall, Club Med Hangzhou is an absolute gem for families. New facilities, amazing food, nonstop activities, and a team of staff who genuinely care. We will definitely be back.

Ich war kürzlich im Oakwood Hotel in Hangzhou und war wirklich beeindruckt – vor allem wenn Sie jemand sind, der Komfort und Komfort über nur ein anderes allgemeines Zimmer wert. Das Vollgröße-Kühlschrank im Zimmer war ein Spielwechsel. Nicht der kleine Minibar-Typ, sondern ein echtes Kühlschrank, wo ich Gemüse, Getränke und Reststücke ohne Tetris speichern konnte. Und die Waschmaschine im Zimmer? Absolute Lebenssparen, vor allem während feuchtem Hangzhou Wetter, wenn Sie durch Kleidung schneller als erwartet. Es war ganz anders, ohne eine Wäscherei zu jagen und zu trocken. Aber der wahre Stand war Connie auf dem Frontdesk. Von der Eincheckung bis zu zufälligen Fragen über nahegelegene Supermärkte (für diesen Kühlschrank, natürlich!) und Waschbecken ging sie oben und darüber hinaus. Warm, effizient und wirklich hilfreich – Sie half mir sogar herausfinden, was die Waschmaschine-Einstellungen, als ich verwirrt wurde. Es ist selten, diese Art von persönlicher Aufmerksamkeit zu finden. Die Lage ist auch fest – nahe genug zum West Lake ohne von den Menschen geschluckt zu werden. Das Zimmer war sauber, ruhig, und hatte eine kleine Kücheneinrichtung, die verlängerte Aufenthalte wie sehr empfehlen für Familien, Fernbedienstete, oder jemand müde von Hotel Waschgebühren!

Die Wahl von [Hotelname] hat meine Erwartungen bei Weitem übertroffen! Vom Check-in bis zum Check-out fühlte ich mich durch den gesamten Service warmherzig willkommen. Die Dame an der Rezeption war freundlich und professionell, informierte mich proaktiv über Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung und hat mir sogar ein kostenloses Zimmer-Upgrade angeboten. Das Zimmer war gemütlich und sauber, die Bettwäsche weich und bequem, und die nächtliche Aussicht auf die Stadt war einfach atemberaubend. Das Badezimmer hatte eine getrennte Nass- und Trockenzone, und die Pflegeprodukte waren von meiner Lieblingsmarke – die Liebe zum Detail war überall spürbar. 【Ausstattung und Ambiente】 Der Fitnessraum war komplett ausgestattet, mit nagelneuen Laufbändern, Hanteln und anderen Geräten. Nach dem Morgenlauf konnte ich in der Lounge kostenlosen frisch gebrühten Kaffee genießen. Die Wassertemperatur im Pool war angenehm, und nach dem Schwimmen auf einem Liegestuhl in der Sonne zu entspannen, löste sofort meine Reisemüdigkeit. Die Grünpflanzen und künstlerischen Dekorationen in den öffentlichen Bereichen trugen zur angenehmen Atmosphäre bei, und der Duft in den Aufzügen hob die Stimmung. 【Gastronomieservice】 Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig, besonders lecker waren die frisch zubereiteten Reissnudeln und Spiegeleier. Die kantonesischen Dim Sum im chinesischen Restaurant waren exquisit und schmackhaft, und die Kellner fragten proaktiv nach etwaigen Unverträglichkeiten – der Service war tadellos. Abends genoss ich in der Bar einen Signature-Cocktail, den der Barkeeper empfohlen hatte. Er war einzigartig im Geschmack und passte perfekt zu den Snacks. 【Lage und Verkehrsanbindung】 Das Hotel liegt im Stadtzentrum, nur 10 Gehminuten von der U-Bahn-Station entfernt. In der Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche Einkaufszentren und Restaurants. Taxifahrten zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten waren ebenfalls sehr praktisch; die Taxifahrer sagten alle, dass die Lage gut ist und es keinen Stau gibt. 【Besondere Pluspunkte】 Jeden Tag wurde mein Zimmer tadellos aufgeräumt, und auf dem Nachttisch fand ich eine handgeschriebene Willkommenskarte und Obst. Beim Check-out half mir die Rezeption proaktiv beim Aufbewahren meines Gepäcks, sodass ich den letzten Tag entspannt verbringen konnte, bevor ich es abholte.
