Besonders angetan war ich vom Zitronengrasöl; ich kaufte es für über 1000 Yuan und erhielt 30 % Rabatt – ein echtes Schnäppchen! Ausstattung: Beheiztes Massagebad im Freien mit privater Badewanne. Vom Zimmer aus hat man einen herrlichen Blick auf den Sonnenaufgang über dem Goldenen Berg. Service: Butler Luna bot einen exzellenten Service. Er half mir, im Voraus ein Reisefotoshooting zu buchen, organisierte den Zimmerservice inklusive Reinigung, beantwortete meine Fragen, arrangierte den Flughafentransfer, stellte mir eine kleine Plüschschildkröte und Mineralwasser zur Verfügung. Absolut empfehlenswert! Der abendliche Aufdeckservice war einzigartig: Am ersten Abend gab es ein Fußbad mit Rosenmilch in einem Kupferbecken, am zweiten Abend ein Fußbad mit grobem Salz, ebenfalls in einem Kupferbecken. Auch das Frühstück war gut und bot eine tolle Aussicht. Ein einfacher Flughafentransfer vom Hotel zum Flughafen Lijiang Sanyi: Der Transfer war gut. Ein Fotoshooting in traditioneller Tracht im Hotel (Reservierung mindestens 1 Tag im Voraus erforderlich): Ich hatte vor einigen Tagen bereits Fotos in tibetischer und Yi-Tracht machen lassen und habe nun hier meine Miao-Tracht anfertigen lassen, um etwas von der ethnischen Kultur zu erleben. 5 Fotos, keine weiteren. Saisonales Obst zur Begrüßung: An beiden Tagen stehen kleine Obstkörbe bereit, abends gibt es frischen Saft und kleine Kuchen, darunter Drachenfrucht- und Orangensaft. Im Kühlschrank befinden sich außerdem große Kuchen.

Another wonderful stay at this Airbnb. Although this room doesn’t have a direct view of Yulong Snow Mountain, the overall experience was still excellent. The breakfast was delicious and thoughtfully prepared, and we really appreciated the free drinks—such a nice and generous touch. The host was, as always, very friendly and attentive, making our stay comfortable and relaxing. A great place to stay with warm hospitality and good service. Highly recommended!

Great location near Napahai, very beautiful and peaceful environment with many cute animals (dogs, sheep, deer, donkeys) on the property. Easy to call Didi to and from, highly recommend to stay if you’re going to Shangrila— totally worth it to stay outside of Dukezong old town. Staff are super nice and attentive, very available via WeChat. Special shoutout to Alan who was especially helpful and kind! 🥰 Lots of amenities— transport from train station/airport, breakfast, afternoon tea, morning yoga, carrots to feed the animals, ******* clothing rental and picture service on site. Overall a fantastic and lovely stay in Shangrila!

Weiches Fluffy Handtücher und Bettwäsche, ein Deck-Schaumtube, Qualitätsausstattung. Unser persönlicher Concierge Rui Rui ist eine schöne und süße lokale Naxi-Freundin, die alles von der pick-up, zeigen Tickets, Abendessen Empfehlungen, und Tipps für wohin gehen etc. etc. arrangiert. Amy, der Restaurantmanager, hat einen erstaunlichen Service und leckere Nahrungsmittel und Getränke, und macht den besten Kaffee in ganz Yunnan. Der Nachmittagsthee ist ein Muss zu tun. Der Garten ist ein Haustier. Es gibt auch eine spezielle Friseur auf der Rezeption, um Sie beim Ankunft zu begrüßen. Auch Sie erhalten die beste Aussicht auf die alte Stadt vom Restaurant . Wir werden sicher bald wiederkommen!

Das Zimmer ist extrem schön! Die Landschaft ist großartig! Sie können auch den Berg Rizhao Jinshan sehen! Die Ausstattung ist auch sehr gut, der Luftbefeuchter wird dringend benötigt! Absolut das Zentrum vom Zentrum Kunmings. Unten ist die Fußgängerzone, direkt daneben der Jinma Biji Archway (weniger als 5 Minuten zu Fuß), ein Paradies für Feinschmecker und Snacks. Es gibt auch einige lokale Hotspots (z. B. gegrillte Fleischpastete, Lu **, Qiaoxiangyuan Reispudding-Nudelsuppenrestaurant usw.). ❤️ 2. Service. Der Service ist vom Empfang bis zu den Zimmern ausgezeichnet. Wir hatten dieses Mal verschiedene Zimmertypen gebucht, und um uns auf derselben Etage unterzubringen, haben sie uns extra ein Upgrade gegeben, vielen Dank! ☕ 3. Frühstück. Die Auswahl beim Hotelfrühstück ist ziemlich groß und entspricht weitgehend unseren Bedürfnissen. Es gibt aber noch Raum für Verbesserungen. 👏 4. Da ein Familienmitglied am dritten Morgen einen Zug erreichen musste, haben sie uns sogar das Frühstück eingepackt und an der Rezeption deponiert. 5 Sterne dafür. 🙏 5. Wir ließen alte Kleidung im Zimmer liegen, die wir nicht mehr brauchten, und das Hotel kam extra, um zu überprüfen, ob es sich um vergessene Gegenstände handelte oder ob wir sie tatsächlich nicht mehr wollten. Ernsthaft und verantwortungsbewusst 👏 👌 6. Die Lobby ist etwas klein. Die Zimmer scheinen sich in der 23. bis 28. Etage zu befinden, von wo aus man die gesamte Umgebung überblicken kann, wirklich schön. 🤝 Empfehlung: Der bereitgestellte Kleiderdampfer erzeugt sofort Dampf, wenn er eingeschaltet wird, was leicht zu Verletzungen führen kann. Dies wurde dem Hotel bereits mitgeteilt. Fazit: In der Hochsaison etwas teuer, aber in der Nebensaison eine gute Wahl. Wenn ich Noten geben müsste, würde ich 90 Punkte geben.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel gerade beendet und waren rundum zufrieden. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir Amelia, unsere Butlerdame, für ihren hervorragenden Service. Sie hat uns vor dem Check-in proaktiv über WeChat kontaktiert, was die Kommunikation sehr angenehm gestaltete. Sie organisierte sogar unseren Flughafentransfer für die Abreise, was äußerst praktisch war. Die Atmosphäre im Hotel war ruhiger als erwartet. Der Innenhof und die öffentlichen Bereiche waren sehr gepflegt, und auch die Ausstattung war in einem tadellosen Zustand, was unseren Aufenthalt sehr komfortabel machte. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt war der etwas laute Minikühlschrank im Zimmer. Ich möchte Amelia besonders loben; sie war unglaublich herzlich und aufmerksam. Wir wollten den Sonnenaufgang über den schneebedeckten Bergen erleben, und sie informierte uns umgehend über die beste Zeit und den besten Ort dafür und reagierte sehr schnell. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und bot viel Platz zum Genießen. Die Auswahl war zwar nicht riesig, aber das Essen war exquisit, insbesondere der Kaffee, der unsere Erwartungen übertraf. Eine größere Vielfalt hätte das Frühstück noch perfekter gemacht. Insgesamt war der Service aufmerksam, die Atmosphäre ruhig, und wir würden beim nächsten Mal auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten.

With its grey-tiled roofs, white walls, and beautifully carved wooden structures, the space carries a quiet sense of history and elegance. The courtyard features water elements, stone paths, and blue and yellow lanterns that create beautiful layers of light and shadow during the day. At night, the soft lighting outlines the architecture and gives the entire space a warm, cinematic atmosphere. The common areas are equally charming, with a stone-built fireplace, vintage furniture, and art pieces thoughtfully placed throughout. The design blends traditional Eastern aesthetics with modern touches, creating a space that feels both timeless and refined. Comfort with thoughtful details Our room was spacious, bright, and very comfortable. A stone feature wall behind the bed, paired with soft bedding and warm lighting, created a subtle sense of “wild luxury” while still feeling cosy and relaxed. Opening the window reveals the courtyard view — waking up to birdsong in the morning and watching the lanterns glow in the evening adds a special charm to the stay. Warm and attentive service From booking to check-out, the hosts were welcoming and attentive. Upon arrival, they introduced the history of the house and highlighted the design features of the property, and were happy to recommend nearby restaurants and local spots to explore. The afternoon tea was beautifully presented, with fresh fruit and delicate snacks — perfect for enjoying a slow afternoon in the courtyard. Breakfast included some local Bai-style flavours, simple yet delicious, and a lovely way to start the day. A peaceful location near the old town The guesthouse is tucked away in Zhongyin Village at the foot of Cangshan Mountain, about a 15-minute drive from Dali Ancient Town. It offers a quiet retreat away from the crowds while still being conveniently close to the main attractions. Surrounded by village life and forested hills, the air feels fresh and full of the scent of nature. More than just a place to stay, Mutian Time feels like a living piece of art. It brought a sense of calm and poetry to our trip to Dali. Cleanliness: room was slightly dusty. Spiders and insects in the room, but expected because it has many oriental decorations that require constant cleaning to prevent dust accummulation. Location: convenient, it’s of walking distance to the north gate, easy to stroll around to different parts of the ancient town. Service: I have never given a bad review for the service attitude of any accomodations which I’ve stayed at in China, but I honestly think that the service here is mediocre and more reactive than proactive. They fulfil the basics of bringing your luggage up to your room, giving directions to the laundry and breakfast areas and arranging for pick up from the station to the hotel for a stay of at least three consecutive nights. I cannot speak for all the service staff, but the service staff that mainly tended to me during the stay definitely needs to be improved. He was helpful when I needed help for the laundry setting. However, when I needed help with booking tickets to snow mountain (I’m a foreigner and do not have a local number), it was a rather frustrating experience. He shared that the booking of tickets to Yulong Snow Mountain can be done 3-4 days in advance, and he could help me when I arrive at the accommodations. When I arrived, it was 4 days in advance but he was rather nonchalent and did not manage to help me secure tickets for my intended date of visit and had to eventually rely on the tour group to help change dates. The night before the tour visit, I had to reach out on wechat to ask about when and where the meeting point is for the tour. Even after the tour, I even had to ask several times to pay for the tour tickets as he had helped me to secure the ticket to the glacier park cablecar eventually. I had already shared that I could not transfer money on wechat and could only do via scanning his wechat/alipay qr code or vice versa. I feel that given that you guys are located in Lijiang and located near to Jade Snow Mountain, you should have encountered other customers who need help with the booking and this shouldn’t have been such a stressful tour booking experience. Amenities: they have two all-in-1 washing machine and drying amenities which was rather helpful. In the original room which i had booked, the air con leaked at around 10pm+. I texted the service staff on wechat and another staff came 5-10minutes later to check. This staff said it’s normal for the air con to leak at times especially if it’s blocked. After checking, he offered to change rooms for me. He helped me to move my luggage to the new room. There was no form of apology by any of the staff on the day itself when the incident happened. It was only on the next day when I requested for check-out transportation services to the railway station for the following day, where the staff who mainly tended to be apologised for the aircon leakage and offered complimentary transport services to the railway station. I’ve stayed in many accomodations in Yunnan but this was the most disappointing stay thus far and I will definitely not be back again.
