Insgesamt hatten wir einen angenehmen Aufenthalt mit guter Service. Ich bat um eine Zimmerdekoration für den Geburtstag meines Mannes, und das Hotelpersonal hielte es freundlich zu arrangieren, was wir wirklich geschätzt haben. Das Hotel verfügt auch über Wasch- und Trocknereinrichtungen, die sehr bequem waren - Ja. Das Hotel bietet einen Shuttlebusservice zum Skigebiet, was es ermöglichte, sich sehr einfach und ohne Probleme umzudrehen. Ein Nebeneffekt war, dass wir einige Parzellen an das Hotel geliefert hatten, und leider war eine Parzelle aus Gründen fehlt, die noch unklar bleiben. Das Hotelpersonal war jedoch sehr bequem und hilfreich sie teilten die CCTV-Bild und machten die Anstrengungen, uns bei der Untersuchung der Frage zu helfen. Obwohl die Parzelle nicht wiederhergestellt werden konnte, schätzten wir ihre Transparenz und Anstrengungen.

I had an unpleasant stay at this hotel at Nalati. When I arrived at this hotel, I was welcomed and recommended by the hotel staff to liaise with a travel agency if I required any transport for tour at Nalati (the hotel staff pointed at a banner which was set beside the front counter (picture is attached). As this is the recommendation by a trustworthy 5-star hotel, without hesitation I contacted the person in-charge of the travel agency (Mr *** at hp: ***********/ ***********) via WeChat . Finally, I booked a travel tour with this guy 贾 i.e a 7- seater MPV to send myself & my wife from Nanati hotel to 奎屯市via 独库公路。 I was charged ¥498 per person for the trip and I paid ¥400 for the deposit. I told 贾that I needed a good view seats for the MPV. He acknowledged . The next morning , the travel transport MPV came to my hotel to fetch us to 奎屯. When we boarded the MPV, there were already 2 customers inside the car (one seated next to the driver & the other one was seated at the middle row). Immediately I chose the empty seat at the middle row and my wife went to the back seat at the last row. To my surprise , I was shouted by the MPV driver to move back to the seat at the last row because someone had booked the seat at the middle row. Prior to fetching us on the day before , I had spoken to the MPV driver and told him that my wife & myself preferred to sit in front of the car for better view of scenery . However , the driver replied that there is a first come first serve by the company policy . We were very unhappy and upset with the arrangement made by this travel company. I spoke to both the driver and Mr 贾 over this issue . Unfortunately, my request was turned down and they even threatened to forfeit my ¥400 deposit if we refused to take the back seats . After which , Mr 賈 didn’t want to speak to me at all. To this, I got no choice but to cancel my trip with this company. My deposit was not refunded . I felt we have been cheated and unfairly treated by this travel company just because we are foreigners? Finally, I lodged a report with the local Police. The Police attended the case and took statements from me. They also spoke to the travel agency over the phone. After much persuasion from the Police, the travel agency agreed to refund me the deposit . I’m putting up this review as to praise the Nalati Police for their prominent & effectiveness in handling the case. As for the front office manager, Mr 王， please be impartial and handle the issue with responsibility . Anyway, I wished to thank Mr 王for calling the Police which he initially reluctant to do so. Ein großes Lob an den Chef und das gesamte Personal für den herzlichen Service. Der Koch kommt aus Guang'an, was perfekt für meinen Sichuan-Gaumen war. Meiner Meinung nach waren die Bedingungen für diese Gegend wirklich gut. Ich habe den Reitsport des Hotels und den Ausritt ins Flusstal genossen – es war toll, zum ersten Mal selbst zu reiten. Morgens gab es frische Milch und hausgemachtes Gebäck, das der Chef mir zum Probieren anbot – überraschend lecker!

Die Dekoration in der Lobby ist sehr warm. Es gibt einen Lesekorridor, der sich sehr gut zum Fotografieren eignet. Der Service ist super gut. Es liegt ganz in der Nähe von Dehui Wanda, was sehr praktisch ist, um Kinder zum Spielen mitzunehmen. Die Erfahrung ist wirklich gut. Die Betten sind bequem, das Zimmer ist intelligent eingerichtet, kostenloser frisch gemahlener Kaffee, kostenlose Getränke auf dem Zimmer, reichhaltiges Frühstück, chinesisches und westliches Frühstück können Sie selbst wählen, die Sojamilch ist superlecker, die Einrichtungen, Hygiene, Umgebung und der Service sind alle sehr schön. Das abendliche Fußbad sorgt für einen erholsamen Schlaf, was in anderen Fünf-Sterne-Hotels in Ürümqi nicht möglich ist. Die Dame an der Rezeption ist sehr zuvorkommend, der Hotelmanager ist freundlich und die Kommunikation mit ihm ist unkompliziert. Ich werde das Belle Hotel wählen, wenn ich in Zukunft nach Urumqi komme

Ich bin hier, um dieses Lager zu wählen, das kleine Holzhaus ist sehr ruhig und komfortabel, die Landschaft des Lagers ist wunderschön, das Aktivitätsprojekt ist reichhaltig, die Frühstücks- und Abendessensgerichte sind viele Auswahlmöglichkeiten. Sie müssen nicht zurück in die Stadt des Countys und essen, hier essen Sie sehr zufrieden. Das Personal ist enthusiastisch und freundlich und die Dinge haben eine Antwort. Der kleine Hund im Lager ist jeden Tag so süß. Aber es ist eine schöne Nacht, wenn es nachts regnet, um die Flammenmusikfestival und den Sternenraum zu sehen. Es gibt die Chance, dieses Lager wieder zu besuchen. Ich glaube, es wird eine sehr gute Nacht sein.

Everything at this place is inspiring and catchy, in one way or another. Comfortably furnished, with a clean common space that has a nice bookshelf, a reading area, dining table and a soft furry couch. If there is one thing visible through the layout of this inn, it is that they take living with art with gusto, and this is an advantage for artsy guests. To top it all off, cat lovers would actually appreciate this place due to its feline thematics and the mascot cat Hanhan. For its price, it is a wonderful place for a stay in Urumqi.

Ich blieb für eine Nacht im Interkontinental und wünsche mir mehr Zeit hier. Das Hotel ist neu und in einer eleganten, aber exotischen Art dekoriert. Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig, mit einem komfortablen Königsbett und Wahlen für Kissen. Das Zimmer ist mit der üblichen Blanche-Line persönlicher Pflegeprodukte ausgestattet (aber die Haarschal ist immer noch ziemlich rutschig ...). Der Blick vom Zimmer ist wunderschön, die Yili-Flüsse und den kleinen Apfelsee mit den Bergen im Hintergrund überblickt. Die Exekutivlounge ist farbig und die Cocktail-Stunden-Buffet war lecker (auch wenn es keine riesigen Alkoholwahl wie einige andere Exekutivlounge gibt). Die Lage des Hotels ist etwas entfernt, aber es ist perfekt für jemand, der um den Yili-Floderpark und/oder einen schönen langen und friedlichen Fahrrad-/Fahrradfahrt wünscht. Der Fitnessbereich ist klein, aber er erfüllt die grundlegenden Bedürfnisse (Hat Dummkopf, Kreuztrainer und Laufbahn, aber keine Bar-Klocken oder Rack). Der Pool sieht fantastisch und groß aus, macht es ideal für Freizeit und Training. Schließlich, und vor allem, für meinen Aufenthalt habe ich das harte Personal hier wirklich geschätzt. Sie haben meinen schon wunderbaren Aufenthalt perfekt gemacht. Ein großer Schrei an das Concierge-Team, vor allem Leonard, der Concierge-Aufsichtsrat, sie sind aus dem Weg, mich zu helfen. Ich wollte Mitte der Nacht eine Gruppenbar besuchen und angesichts der Entfernungen und des Mangels an Taxis, Leonard, zusammen mit seinem Team, half mir, auf den richtigen Platz zu kommen und Leonard persönlich fühlte mich von der Bar um 3 Uhr zurück. Ich konnte eine tolle Nacht dankbar zu ihm haben. Nach dem Abreisen wurde mir auch ein schönes Gedenken, um einen perfekten Aufenthalt zu markieren (leider habe ich es auf dem Taxi wegen des Drehens hinterlassen!!! Für jeden, der nächsten Glücksreisenden, um es zu holen: Ich bin jaloux!).

Die Toilette ist sehr alt und kann nicht geschlossen werden. Es gibt auch eine Rauchkappe im WC, die nicht geräuchert wurde. Die Hygienebedingungen sind wirklich nicht sehr gut. Aber die Peripherieumgebung ist großartig.
