Ich habe für eine Geschäftsreise ein Executive-Zweibettzimmer gebucht. Das Zimmer war groß und die Ausstattung neu. Auch Lee von der Executive-Lounge rief vorab an, um sich vor dem Einchecken nach meinen Bedürfnissen zu erkundigen. Das ist etwas, was viele Fünf-Sterne-Hotels nicht tun Das habe ich nicht. Es ist so lobenswert! Auch das Frühstücksbuffet am Morgen ist recht reichhaltig. Die Lage ist auch von der Nanjing Nanliangzhan Road aus sehr gut. Ich bin sehr zufrieden! PS: Ich habe vergessen, die Handy-Ladebuchse wegzuräumen. Nach dem Auschecken habe ich Lee kontaktiert, um bei der Suche nach der Housekeeping-Abteilung für eine Bestätigung und beim Zurückschicken zu helfen. Es war sehr rücksichtsvoll. Ich werde beim nächsten Mal wiederkommen!

Ausgezeichnet. Ein Hotel, das 2026 neu eröffnet wurde. Während meiner Reise nach Nanjing habe ich mir einige Hotels über Online-Reisebüros angesehen und dabei auf ein ansprechendes Design geachtet. Dieses Hotel lag in der Nähe der U-Bahn-Station, mitten im Stadtzentrum, war recht groß und hatte erst 2026 eröffnet – daher habe ich es ausgewählt. Ich war positiv überrascht, wie gut es war. Es ist eine Seltenheit in einem Gebäude: groß, preiswert, mit guter Klimaanlage, Frischluftzufuhr und ruhiger Atmosphäre. Es gibt einen Aufzug, einen Bar-/Kinobereich und die Gemeinschaftsräume sind sehr gut gestaltet, geräumig und bieten gute Luftqualität und viel Tageslicht. Es ist wirklich ein Glücksgriff.

Five-Day Stay in Nanjing Check-in Experience We arrived early at around 6 AM due to the difficulty of booking train tickets during the holiday season. Although check-in was at 3 PM, the staff kindly accommodated us with an early check-in for an additional fee. Accommodation We stayed in two types of rooms during our visit: Single Room - Spacious and located in a peaceful, quiet area of the property. RV Room - Situated near the camping area where families and friends gather around a large bonfire for singing, BBQ, and games. **Ratings** Staff: 8/10 - Friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. Shuttle Service: 10/10 - The driver was exceptionally pleasant and always smiling. Since my daughter has asthma and walking long distances is difficult for her, we frequently requested shuttle service between locations. This was especially helpful as ride-share drivers typically drop off at the entrance, which is quite a walk from the rooms and facilities. Breakfast: 10/10 - Excellent variety of traditional Chinese dishes. They were accommodating when my husband requested takeout. Cleanliness: 10/10 - Both rooms were clean, including the beds, towels, and bathrooms. As my daughter’s asthma is triggered by dust, I was pleased that the rooms were clean enough that she didn’t experience any sneezing or symptoms. We all slept well for the entire five days. **Things to Consider** It’s highly recommended to have your own car, as the property is quite far from the city center. If you enjoy nature and outdoor activities, this place is ideal. Activities include: - ATV rides - Fishing area - Playground (note: adults are charged rather than children, so it’s more economical for only one adult to enter) - Small animal area featuring rabbits, ostriches, and llamas (15 RMB entry) - Train ride (30 RMB) The coffee shop has a wonderful atmosphere and aesthetic appeal, making it popular for photos. The property itself is spacious and perfect for leisurely walks. There’s also a temple nearby, approximately 20 minutes away by car. **Challenges We Faced** My daughter developed a fever and experienced diarrhea during our stay. When I called the front desk for help, the staff member wasn’t very accommodating and suggested my husband go buy medicine. This was difficult for us as foreigners who don’t speak the language well. I felt sad and helpless, especially when we couldn’t get any taxis or cabs to pick us up. We wanted to take her to the hospital, but no cabs were available. However, the next morning, a staff member spoke with me who was extremely kind and accommodating. They even offered to drive my daughter to the hospital, which I declined because we needed to catch our train and she was feeling better after taking medicine. They drove us to the South Railway Station and thoughtfully gave my daughter bags and drinks. It was a very kind gesture that we truly appreciated.

I am absolutely in love with this hotel! First of all, the hotel is located inside the scenic spot. One of the staff called me in advance to arrange a time to pick me up at the entrance of the scenic spot. My Chinese is not good so normally it's very awkward for me to speak over the phone in Chinese but she was very patient with me which I appreciate. Not only did she escort me to the hotel but she also carried my luggage for me. The decor inside the hotel has a beautiful, rustic asthetic which matches the feel of the ancient town. I really like table and chairs in my room, overlooking the pond. The pond also has koi fish and turtles! It was a beautiful touch that added to the overrall feel of the hotel. I loved these little details such as theovely traditional Chinese tea set (with a variety of complementary loose tea leaves), and the stylish coffee mugs. Unfortunately I came to Zhouzhuang during a severe typhoon which caused a leak and power cut in my room, so when I alerted the staff, they immediately gave me a new room. They even helped me pack my things so I can change rooms as soon as possible. The new room I went to was equally as beautiful. Not only is the hotel beautiful but it also has great amenities. Both rooms I stayed in had a stone bathtub which were both very deep -you could float it in! If you come here, I would recommend you bring some bubble bath with you like I did for maximum relaxation. I also made good use of the pool. The pool is a little small and a bit too shallow for an adult, but you can still have an enjoyable swim. Lastly, the tea room and cafés are also a nice addition to the hotel. My second room didn't have a table and chairs like the original one I booked, so I went to the tea room to eat my breakfast. It's also a cozy and comfortable room just to relax in if you're feeling lazy. As I have mentioned throughout this review, the service is second to none. Not only did the staff help me get to the hotel, but after I checked out they also carried my luggage and escorted me to the taxi. Throughout my stay I was offered fresh fruit and coffee several times, and as I mentioned earlier, I was immediately helped when I had to change my room. Whenever I struggled to communicate in Mandarin, the staff would try their best to speak English or would be patient with my hesitation or mispronunciation in Mandarin. This is probably the best ever service I have experienced on my travels. In summary, it's a beautiful hotel, in a convenient location with great facilities and helpful and kind staff. Not only will I come back again (and with my family next time) but I will recommend all my friends and colleagues to stay at this hotel if they ever plan to visit Zhouzhuang.

I had such an enjoyable stay. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming service. I felt a sense of excitement that I haven’t felt at many other hotels or resorts in Nanjing. One highlight was watching the staff perform a K-pop dance—it was a fun and memorable surprise! As a foreigner, communication was smooth and easy. All the staff spoke both Chinese and English fluently, which made everything more comfortable. Checking in alone with my two young children was a bit challenging, but I’m especially thankful to Kelly at the front desk for her kind and thoughtful help. I’ll definitely be coming back again! .

Das Hotel besticht durch sein elegantes, modernes Design mit einem ausgeprägten künstlerischen Flair. Der Duft in der Lobby ist wunderbar und hebt sofort die Stimmung. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und hell, mit einer schlichten, aber dennoch raffinierten Einrichtung. Das Badezimmer verfügt über eine saubere, separate Dusche und Toilette und ist komplett mit Pflegeprodukten ausgestattet – sogar Wattestäbchen sind vorhanden – die Liebe zum Detail ist bemerkenswert. Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend: Die intelligente Raumsteuerung ermöglicht die einfache Anpassung von Licht und Klimaanlage per Knopfdruck, und die komfortable, druckentlastende Matratze bietet genau die richtige Festigkeit und lindert sofort Reisemüdigkeit. Dank des exzellenten Services und der umfassenden Ausstattung werde ich dieses Hotel bei meinem nächsten Besuch in dieser Stadt definitiv wieder wählen.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. It is located right in the city center, making it very convenient to get around. There is a shopping mall directly connected to the hotel, so finding food and dining options was very easy. The hotel is very family-friendly. We stayed on the top floor, and the view was absolutely amazing — we could see both the sea and the mountains. Our child loved it so much. However, for guests who are afraid of heights like my husband, this might not be the best choice, as it is probably the tallest building in the city. Although the hotel looks like it has been open for many years from the outside, the interior still feels modern, clean, and well maintained. The rooms are comfortable, and the facilities are very convenient. Breakfast offered a good variety of international options. Overall, we had a great experience and were very impressed with our stay.

Pros: Amazing location close to Shajiabang. Serene and calming environment. Very fashionable  facilities that are spotless. Very good food. The takeout robots are awesome and when they are over-capacity, the front desk brings you the food Friendly and attentive staff  The fancy hairdryer and the warmed toilet seat was amazing. Shower pressure was impeccable  (but you take these things for granted at 4 star hotels...) TV software is very good, and you can easily stream stuff Cons: No English Signs / No communication with staff. Translation app helps a bit , but there were some misunderstandings and a difficulty to find the hotel lobby as there was no clear signage. Very good intentions though from staff, and you can't expect everyone to speak English. But having at least one person speaking English, as well as having billingual signs everywhere are important to ensuring that foreign guests feel more comfortable without having to always reach for their phone Different understanding of privacy: the housekeeping always knocked despite having Do Not Disturb on. I had to be mindful of them, which kinda stressed me.  2nd floor lake view feels exposed. My room was facing a public walking path into the reserve, and although not much traffic was happening, people could see me. Ideally the windows can be tinted to prevent this. Wifi is slow and not able to meet needs. Limited at around 10 MBPS (without vpn) and always buffered, but was good for basic stuff Bad soundproofing. You can hear what is happening in your neighbors  Constant alarm sound from the door latch. If you open your door while having it on, it makes a very loud alarm sound that is good because it deters crime, but it's annoying to hear it on accident while other people have the same issue. at lots of times Weird floor plans. at 2nd floor where the rooms are, you can get lost very easily. same at first floor which I accidentally went into the restaurant. Smell of smoke coming when AC is off from other rooms. perhaps more smoke detectors can be placed to deter this while fining violators, as well as isolating the AC system per room a bit more...

Food: Frühstück war verschieden, mit westlichen, asiatischen und lokalen. Wir hatten Abendessen im Haupthaus mit ******* Einstellung Menü und es war ein gutes Angebot, da die 2-Personen-Verhandlung genügt, um 4 zu essen und schmeckt ziemlich lecker. Lage: Es ist ein Resort, so dass Sie die meisten Zeit auf dem Resortplatz verbringen werden. Wir haben 3 Tage 2 Nacht gebucht und die Zeit war genug, um alles zu erkunden. Niedrige Landschaft. Ausstattung: Nur wenige Aktivitäten wurden in unserem Paket abgedeckt, so dass es von Ihrem Paket abhängt. Das Paket war verwirrend und wir wussten nicht genau alle Aktivitäten, die kostenlos oder extra waren. Die Empfangsstelle bei der Eincheckung hätte das alles erklären sollen, wenn sie angenommen wurden, aber vielleicht sind sie nicht ausgebildet, oder vielleicht, weil unsere Unterkunft bei Pinecone als 4 Sterne betrachtet wird, so dass sie ein niedrigeres Personal von Qualität benutzt haben. Alles kostenlos ist ein bisschen lahm und der Service war schlecht, außer für die Handwerksfrau, die uns tatsächlich eine Wechat-App für das Hotel gezeigt hat, wo kostenlose Aktivitätsscheine gefunden werden können. Sie haben das Aktivitätsgebiet so outsourced, dass es wirklich schlechte Entscheidung ist, weil es das Markenbild aufgrund der Service-Ebenen verletzt. Für Hotelpersonal, tiefen bis zu den Shuttle Damen, die Sie anrufen, von einem Ort zu einem anderen zu kommen. Sie sind schnell und schnell. Dienst: Die Personalkontrolle war professionell, aber nicht warm. Wie bereits erwähnt, ist der Aktivitätsbereich outsourced, so dass die meisten Mitarbeiter kalt und erscheinen hart, außer für die Handwerksfrau, die eigentlich angemessen war. Aber angesichts dieses Resorts und der Art des Gastes würde ich das wirklich schlecht halten. Reinigkeit: Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber, ein wenig verbraucht (siehe Bilder der Wand), aber es fühlt sich ziemlich sauber.
