Will I stay here again? Absolutely yes! It's flawless and by far the best hotel i have stayed in China and in my life. Firstly, when i stepped in, the front desk lady (小慧）was so friendly and patient to bribg me through the check in process smoothly and professionally. She patiently explained all the details and services available such as free meal services delivered by robot to room, free airport shuttle, breakfast timing and free laundry services. Secondly, when stepped into the room, the room was so modern, sparkling clean and hi-tech. There was no foul smeel and smoking smell. Fruits (banana and madarain oranges) and some snacks were provided for free. The curtain can be open or close eith a press of the button beside the bed. The warm pressure and temperature are just right and functioning well almost instantaneously. The toilet bowl is also high tech and equipped with sensor and remote control that can heat up your cold butt in cold winter and wash your butt after your business. Thirdly, there's a cute little robot that can accurately deliver meals to your roon! So cool! Lastly, the breakfast buffet was sumptuous and amazing. Also the best i have had staying in China. Many varieties from small xakes, pastries, dim sum, vegetables, noodles, rice, salad, tea leaves, coffee, fruits, yogurt, juices, porridge and etc. The dining ambience is also relaxing and nice although it will be perfect if smoking is disallowed there. Finally i also wish to extend my thank to the other frontdesk ladies who were on duty onthe night of 2 Jan 2024 and 3 Jan morning as they were also super friendly, polite and attended to my queries well. I offered a small tips of 10 yuan but they turned down as they insisted they are not supposed to accept tips. I am sad but still they are doing their job professionally and i am impressed. ❤️💜💖💙💛💚🤍 Truely a 5/5 stars hotel. Thank you.

This hotel is wonderful, beds and rooms are very comfortable and spacious. The staff were exceptional kind, especially Claire Shang, who was working at the front desk. She speaks fluent English and a number of the staff know English as well. Every time I have family or friends visit me, I get them a room at this hotel. Can’t recommend it enough. Plus the breakfast is cheap but yummy, and you can order specific dishes you want like an omelette or scrambled eggs. Plus local Chinese dishes. Also they have a cute robot that can bring amenities to your room if you need them.

This hotel has an ideal location on Qindao Road. It's also close to Jianghan Pedestrian Road. The hotel staff was friendly, helpful and attentive. We had a very comfortable stay. The hotel was clean and the rooms luxurious. They gave us free gifts and upgraded our room for free when they saw our family size. It was a very comfortable experience. Will definitely come again. The surrounding environment is great for pictures, so bring something fancy that you might want to take a professional photo in 🤗 (not required, but would be a plus). Oh, the smart room was also a plus. The AI robot could turn on the light and A/C, close the curtains and order extra slippers or anything we needed from the receptionist. Highly recommend this hotel.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Es liegt oberhalb der U-Bahn-Station Qishuilou. Die Fußgängerzone Jianghan Road und der Garden Expo Park sind nur vier oder fünf Haltestellen entfernt Das Einkaufszentrum Paris New World erreichen Sie bequem zu Fuß in etwa 10 Minuten Ein altes Fünf-Sterne-Hotel mit relativ alten Einrichtungen und gutem Service. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und auf den oberen Etagen angeordnet. Unten gibt es einen kleinen Park mit einem großen See, was gut ist. Die Marke Jinjiang ist ziemlich zuverlässig und die Lage ist sehr gut. Freunde, die Spaß haben möchten, können es ausprobieren.

Die allgemeine Hygiene des Hotels ist sauber und ordentlich. Dieses Hotel ist ein neu eröffnetes Geschäft. Die Zimmerhygiene ist makellos. Ich bin ein Mensch mit etwas Sauberkeit, aber ich habe keine Hygieneprobleme festgestellt. Die Hygiene sollte fünf Punkte bekommen. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist sehr enthusiastisch und es gibt kostenlos frisch gemahlenen Kaffee. Man spürt, dass das Management dieses Hotels großartig ist und die Mitarbeiter sehr enthusiastisch sind, Sie zu begrüßen!

Excellent stay in a prime location – highly recommended The Radisson Red Hotel in ***** is an outstanding four-star hotel located very close to the main pedestrian area. Within just about 200 meters, you reach the lively shopping street, and from there it is a pleasant 15–20 minute walk all the way to the river, where you can find ferry services and sightseeing boats. The location is simply ideal for exploring the city on foot. The hotel itself impresses with excellent service, a high level of cleanliness, and a modern, welcoming atmosphere. Everything feels well-organized and comfortable. A special highlight is the breakfast. It is truly remarkable, offering a wide range of options. There are plenty of European choices such as toast, butter, jam, cheese, and sausages, along with freshly prepared eggs just the way you like them. In addition, there is a rich selection of Chinese dishes, all presented in a very pleasant and stylish setting. One small area for improvement is the English capability of the in-room AI system. While it is innovative and clearly trying to assist, it does not always fully understand commands, which can occasionally lead to minor frustration—for example when adjusting the temperature, controlling the TV, or opening the curtains. However, given the pace of technological development in China, this will likely improve very quickly. Overall, this is an excellent choice for anyone visiting *****, combining comfort, location, and quality at a very high level.

Der Hotelverkehr ist sehr bequem, die Straße ist direkt am U-Bahnhof F. Die Umgebung ist leicht und elegant, der Duft des Halles ist sehr gut und es gibt ein Gefühl, zu Hause zu gehen und sich zu entspannen. Das Zimmer ist über 26 Stockwerke und die Landschaft des Fensters ist sehr gut. Fernseher ist sehr groß und kann auch ein Bildschirm werfen. Die Service-Einstellung ist auch sehr gut. Das nächste Mal wird Wuhan auch Priorität haben.

Sie kümmert sich konsequent um alles, bevor ich ankomme. Es bedeutet wirklich viel, auf diese Weise verstanden und betreut zu fühlen. Jedes Mal, wenn ich etwas von der Frontabteilung brauche, reagiert das Personal sofort und mit echter Güte. 來的時候是淡季，在雲浮半山連住了三天，離開之前站在露台上看着山間的晨霧 還想着時間來得及的話再去香溪源轉一圈！！ 設施：全實木傢俱、與室外完全聯通的酒店大堂餐廳、俯瞰整個木魚的觀景露台、酒店正門對面的巖石瀑布（從香溪源直接引水過來的人造瀑布） 環境：能看出老闆犧牲掉酒店的一些功能為了讓酒店更融入周圍，入住這三天在露台上每天都能見到不同的鳥 服務：前台小姐姐和包車師傅都是當地人，無論啥時候都有求必應，晚上我從香溪源徒步回來小姐姐就站在門口打招呼，還能順帶了解一些當地風土； 香溪源景區門票4張: 香溪源神中神！三晚冒雨穿了4趟！景區直通酒店正門旁的小路，對於在城市中的高壓牛馬來説徒步一趟身心愉悦！！ 總結: 如果經濟時間寬裕，每年住一次雲浮半山可解心中煩悶，對山澗溪流和蕨類植物愛好者不用多廢話，來就對了！
