"Super close to the airport. Excellent for transit. The airport transfer service is complimentary and reliable. Driver made clear instruction on pick up so that it was smooth. Transfer to the airport was arranged on arrival to the hotel. The room is big with high ceiling. There is nothing to complain about the room. Just there is no supermarket / restaurant near by the hotel."

"Wir bleiben hier nur einen Tag nach unserer Ankunft aus Punta Arenas, bevor wir nach Mandschu Picchu weiterreisen. Da sich zu viele Obdachlose in der Nähe des Hotels aufhalten und das Hotel nach Geschäftsschluss geschlossen bleibt, wird es die Tore abschließen müssen. Mit freundlichen Grüßen"

"It was OUTSTANDING, everyone at this hotel provides the best service a 5 Star hotel can give. From the concierge all the door people, the front desk, to the RESTAURANT where I had the BEST salmon Salad ever, (I asked to please put on the grill my raw salmon and it was late at knight, they were closed, they where cleaning) and they pleased me any way, I even asked if I could take it into my room, and they gave me Room service. I LOVED THIS HOTEL!, I will highly recommend it to EVERYONE"

"Das Hotel wurde 1820 gebaut. Es war der berühmteste lokale Architekt der Zeit. Es hat einen guten Geschmack von einem ruhigen Hotel. Wenn es den alten Geldwind mag, kann dieses Hotel nicht laufen 🤩 alte Elektronik verwenden. Im Barrestaurant im oberen Stock können Sie den Berg Santa Maria und das erste Hochhaus Südafrika noch weit entfernt sehen. Die Andenberge sind schön, wenn Sonnenaufgang und Mond aufsteigen. Ich lebte hier acht Tage, alle Mitarbeiter kennen mich, sehr freundlich zu mir, das Frühstück ist auch sehr großartig, die Bar im oberen Stock bietet auch gutes Abendessen. Das Hotel befindet sich im Kulturzentrum von Santiago, umgeben von Restaurantbar-Supermärkten, grundsätzlich berühmte Attraktionen kommen, Die Berge von Santa Madeira sind in der Nähe eines großen Restaurants im Hotel, und Sie können die Landschaft der ganzen Stadt mit einem Auto auf den Berg sehen. Das Hotel ist nicht weit von einem Kunstmarkt entfernt, und es verkauft einige interessante kleine Sachen. Das Hotel ist ein riesiger offener Park, der auf der 1900-Jahresbahn gebaut werden kann. Der Park wurde entlang der Straße gebaut. Etwa zwei Kilometer. Das Ende der linken Hand ist das National Museum."

"This is a good hotel to stay in Santiago, great location, clean/prompt room service, fairly new facilities. But not yet living to the claim of ”the best” hotel in Santiago from my experience. I travelled with my family of 2 seniors, 2 adults and one 2yo toddler. I booked two rooms for two nights - delux king with view (1110) and club level king (1704). After check in, the experience is flawless: prompt room service, extremely friendly and accommodating staff and modern facility. Not to mention the views! However, pre/post check-in experience needs some polishing and made my experience imperfect: - staff did not help at all when we arrived: no one helped us at all when we arrived in a uber (black) with 2 big luggage and a crying toddler at the hotel door. there is a bellboy holding someone elses' luggage and a security-looking guy in black suit standing there near our car. But no other guests they needed to attend to. They both just stared us from when we get out of our car, trying to grab the toddler that's running around crying, getting two big luggages from the trunk until half way into the revolving door. No one opened/held the car door, or even asked if we needed any help, they just stood there staring at us for the whole period! (maybe we were underdressed for the best hotel?) I almost thought their job was not to help guests out of their cars but apparently not the case with other guests. - check out took so long and no special consideration for guests in a rush:They made a mistake in my final bill so I had to go through the line and talk to someone instead of dropping off the keys. even though I mentioned I have a flight to catch I still had to stay in the queue with other guests that are checking in. I was delayed by a good 20 minutes.... there was a long line but only 3/4 counters were used though there are plenty of staff. Everything else was perfect. But being one of the most expensive hotels in Santiago I certainly expect a better experience with the above two points."

"Das Frühstück ist durchschnittlich, die Bewertung von Ctrip ist nicht konsistent, das Zimmer ist wirklich groß genug für vier Personen und es gibt ein Wohnzimmer. Obwohl die Anlage etwas alt ist, ist sie gut geschützt, aber der Duschkopf der Badewanne ist nicht beweglich, was nicht sehr gut ist. Die Einstellung des Personals an der Rezeption war wirklich gut und diskriminierte die Chinesen überhaupt nicht."
