From entering the hotel, we were greeted by 2 lovely receptionists. They were professional and very friendly. The check in was very quick and easy and on our way to our room in no time. The room was very clean and the bed was super comfy. The Bathroom was adequately stocked with fluffy clean towels and toiletries and hair dryer available. The hotel is within walking distance to the shopping mall and the $10 fee for parking, saved us from having to pay for parking in the city. Very convenient. A very nice stay. Thank you.

Schönes Zimmer, sehr sauber und mit allen notwendigen Ausstattung. Auch sehr freundliches Personal. Parkplatz ist groß und das Hotel hat ein Restaurant, das Abendessen bis 9 Uhr serviert, das ist wirklich handlich, weil jeder andere Essensraum ziemlich früh schließt.

Großes gemütliches Hotel in historischem Haus mit freundlicher Atmosphäre. Ein wenig kalt im Zimmer, aber insgesamt sehr gut Eindruck, würde hier wieder bleiben.

The standard room is old and not up to mercure’s standard The hotel has provided a free upgrade, its fair if that was a standard room facility. The staff are very well trained, but the standard room is not up to international hotel standard.

The Resort needs a make over. Stained carpet, curtains are sun eaten see through some patches, bathroom needs updating, sliding door to balcony doesn't close properly so wind whistled all night long. The TV didn't not work, next day it was working intermittently On the plus side it was clean, and the food at the restaurant was delicious.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Gartenblick, was eher ein Blick auf den Parkplatz war, aber trotzdem war es ein komfortabler und toller Aufenthalt. Das Auto konnte direkt vor dem Zimmer geparkt werden. Großes, sauberes Zimmer und Badezimmer. Die Dusche war sehr schön und das Bett riesig und komfortabel. Wir bekamen einen Toaster, Geschirr und Besteck zum Frühstück, was super war. Wir würden dieses Motel auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

Das Hotel liegt in einer schönen zentralen Lage mit einfachem Zugang zu vielen historischen Gebäuden, Restaurants und Informationszentrum der Stadt. Zimmer und Betten waren komfortabel. Sehr schnell und freundlicher Kundenservice Potenzielle Sicherheitsgefahr für Kinder mit sehr heißem Wasser in den Duschen. Das kontinentale Frühstücksbuffet war gut, und die Küche sowie das Personal halten mit dem Service Schritt halten. Es hat sicher bezahlte Parkplätze an der Stelle.

We had a really great stay. The whole area is just stunning, service also was great. Would highly recommend. We stayed in one of the ”pods”, those were quite small, but very comfy beds. I would imagine the bigger ones would be awesome

The staff upgraded our room upon our late arrival at night, the room was really nice and way better than our expectation. Bathroom was great too!

The hotel was clean the bed not very uncomfortable made for a bad night sleep. The rooms don't have alor of light and are dark
