Всегда готов помочь решить любой вопрос,а какие он готовит роллы на мастер классах! Отличная, слаженнна работа команды теплохода и отдельный респект работникам ресторана и Шеф повару . Такого разнообразия и крутой подачи блюд не часто встречаешь. 5 блюд на ужин- это великолепно! У нас была каюта повышенной комфортности с панорамными окнами, личным балконов, джакузи .Проживание в этом каюте не передать словами, нужно лично ощутить всю прелесть 👍. Красота и могущество Халонга, прекрасная, комфортабельная каюта, разнообразная программа тура на 3 дня - все это оставило радость, восторг, умиление от этого волшебного круиза! В восторге от этого путешествия! Сразу после заказа со мной связался представитель компании и мы договорились о трансфере в Халонг из гостиницы Ханоя за 550 т донгов за человека. Организовано все отлично, корабль симпатичный, номер хороший. Кормят вкусно и очень много. Из активностей поездка на остров Титова, можно подняться на смотровую верхушку, также на острове можно купаться, плавание на бамбуковых лодках через небольшу пещеру и по скрытой бухте, еще одна пещера, мастер класс приготовления спринг роллов, рыбалка, пещера (в фото программа). Каякинг отдельно, 50 долларов с человека. По сути, одни сутки, но очень активные. Дополнительно помогли мне организовать трансфер в Ниньбинь из Халонга. Все очень понравилось: номер, обслуживание, программа. Номер небольшой, уютный, все есть, кроме чайника). Свой балкон. Горячая вода, халаты, зубные щетки/гель для душа - все отлично. Вода -2 стеклянные бутылки, наполнить можно через стафф без ограничений. Алкоголь за доплату, коктейли по 160 донгов, в happy hour 190 тыс за 2 коктейля. Чай 50 тыс донгов. Сок, шейки за доп. плату. Вайфай только в обеденном зале, так себе, мобильный интернет тоже ловит плохо - острова экранируют. Лодка плавает и иногда останавливается, ночевка на якоре среди скал, вокруг красота неземная. Стафф отличный. Была в начале апреля: днем 20-24, но вечером прохладно. Было не солнечно, не туманно - просто облачно. Но все равно очень красиво.

I participated in this three-day, two-night trip alone with my two children. Before the trip, the online service staff informed me that it was suitable for children and assured me that I could enjoy the journey. The communication and transfers from Hanoi to the cruise ship were excellent! We arrived in Hanoi at 07:00, but were exhausted and rested in a cafe. Even though we changed our pick-up location on the same day, the luxurious shuttle bus still safely transported us to the pier. During the trip, I am very grateful to all the staff on the Le Journey Luxury Cruise, especially Mark, who took care of us for three days and two nights, and Owen, who took us to Viet Hai Village on the second day. They were thoughtful and provided us with a sense of adventure while ensuring our complete safety. I loved the Lan Ha Bay itinerary, including cycling through the fields, experiencing the amazing fish foot massage, kayaking freely in Lan Ha Bay to explore caves, and walking on the fine sand of the mysterious white beach. Thank you! The cruise room was spacious, comfortable, and fragrant! We could fully immerse ourselves in the beautiful scenery of Ha Long Bay and Lan Ha Bay. The sailing was comfortable, and I loved the cruise route selection, which allowed us to get closer to the beautiful scenery and escape the hustle and bustle. The food on the cruise was also excellent! Whether it was the buffet at lunch, the set menu at dinner, or the set menu at Viet Hai Village, everything was delightful and full of surprises! I highly recommend the Le Journey Luxury Cruise three-day, two-night itinerary for families with children. The activities, such as cycling in Viet Hai Village and the fish massage, made it an unforgettable adventure for the kids!

Dieses Zimmer ist wirklich großartig. Zunächst ist das Bett 🛏️ groß und komfortabel, sodass die Leute sich sofort entspannen können. Zweitens, die Klarheit und Komfort des Zimmers macht mich beeindruckend, es gibt kaum Probleme mit den Wurstrümmern, die mich in Sicherheit genießen können. Darüber hinaus ist die Klimaanlage im Zimmer effizient. Ob es heiß ist, kann ich die Temperatur im Zimmer genießen. Insgesamt ist es eine tolle Unterkunftserfahrung. Ich werde dieses Zimmer sicher an meine Freunde empfehlen.

Es war ein tolles Hotel, weil es Spaß gemacht hat, mit einem Shuttleboot, das rund um die Uhr verkehrt, zur Insel hin und her zu fahren, und man vom Balkon aus die wunderschöne Landschaft der Halong-Bucht sehen konnte. Ich hatte Vollpension gebucht und war sehr zufrieden mit der Vielfalt an vietnamesischen Speisen und Früchten, die zu allen drei Mahlzeiten pro Tag angeboten wurden.

We booked the hotel because Best Western Sapphire Hotel cancelled us at last minute with no reasonable excuses and the hotel is close to Van Don Intl Airport. It is fairly new hotel and not anywhere close to amenities. They have big plans for Ha Long Bay, but maybe in 5 years, this hotel will be popular. We were directed to a local cafe with local meals. It was great! Fried chicken!!! Then when we walked back to hotel, we asked for ice. Instead of 2 glasses, we received a pitcher of ice. The breaksfast was so nice. Wished they would asked how our eggs would be cooked though. We checked out and our taxi was waiting for us. Only took 10 minutes to arrive at Van Don International Airport.

The cruise is very nice and clean. The room is spacious and has very nice view. The service is good. They have activities for guests to enjoy like kayaking, cooking class, and dark and bright cave visit. The food provided is somehow decent for me comparing to the price I paid. For 2 days 1 night, they provided a buffet lunch, a set menu dinner and light breakfast and brunch on Day 2. But overall, it was a good experience.

Not a 5 star hotel more like a 4. Food and attention to detail just not there. Pros - gorgeous hotel very modern and new got free upgrade to a larger room with a great view of halong bay however was a bit misleading as you can hear all the music very loudly in our room as it was two floors down from the pool bar so think they just needed to fill it haha. Gorgeous view from the rooftop pool too. Staff were nice and helpful despite the large language barrier thank god for google translate beds very comfy and room clean. Also our room had a bath and separate shower which was great as most hotels don’t Cons - food was shocking we ordered a few different things as there’s not much in the area and we were knackered most evenings after long days exploring honestly don’t know why we kept ordering haha it’s our own fault but everything was bland and tasteless and SO expensive like £6 for some unseasoned chips £7 for a frozen burger £8 for some fried rice with 0 taste. So disappointing every time we got something the cocktails are expensive too and very basic not horrible but just basic something you’d expect in a 3 star all inclusive resort. Then just little things that make it a 4 not a 5 like the food tray being left outside our room for hours on end, there being loads of sticky fingers prints on touch points like the elevator buttons / toilet doors. Didn’t ruin our stay at all we had a lovely time at the hotel just wish we’d eaten elsewhere Also would suggest to stay on the other side of the bridge if you’re coming to halong bay as this side is super dead and quiet not a lot of shops or anything to do.

Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Der Balkon des extra gebuchten Zimmers mit Meerblick bietet eine tolle Aussicht und die Hardware-Ausstattung des Hotelzimmers ist sehr neu und gepflegt. Der Check-in an der Rezeption verlief sehr schnell und der Service war großartig. Manager Pham Thanh Nam half mir nicht nur beim Einchecken, sondern stellte mir auch begeistert die Hoteleinrichtungen vor. Er bestätigte mir auch, dass es kein Problem gab das Zimmer und stellte die Zimmerausstattung vor. Das Hotel liegt auch sehr günstig zu den umliegenden malerischen Orten und in der Nähe gibt es auch köstliches Pho Bo, zubereitet vom einheimischen Lao Andy. Es war ein perfektes Unterkunftserlebnis. Ich werde es wieder buchen, wenn ich in Zukunft nach Halong City komme!
