Es ist noch ein neues Hotel, daher bietet es angesichts des Preises ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.　 Gegen den Lärm der Klimaanlage kann ich nichts tun. Gute Lage. Gut für Wasserhähne. Es ist völlig in Ordnung, wenn Sie nur über Nacht bleiben möchten. Die einzigen Annehmlichkeiten sind jedoch ein All-in-One-Shampoo.

There’s no ocean view. Unless you hang off the small balcony that faces a wall. No Jacuzzi, no Onsen, and no smoking zone as advertised and instructed upon arrival. I was cooking bacon and, although I couldn’t hear any alarm, I had security staff insisting they enter the property to check. Fine. 5 minutes later, despite trying to eat, I had to ask them to leave when one of them wanted to take a photo of my meal. That’s intrusive, because it’s unnecessary, and I couldn’t wait to leave the building after that. The location is good, close to the shops and restaurants, the new museum being built, and 5 minutes away from the only open space, a vacant lot, the town as allocated as a smoking area. Unfortunately, it’s covered in cigarette butts and trash and from the moment you arrive the local girls stalk you. Awkward. This was fine for 4 days but not somewhere I would want to stay for longer or live.

Kein kostenloses Flaschenwasser auch bei Ankunft. * Kühlschrank ist vor unserem Aufenthalt nicht sauber. *Synk und Stoß sind auch nicht gereinigt. * nicht genau das gleiche wie gepostet. Der Ort ist immer noch gut, wenn Sie nicht so sensibel sind mit all den oben genannten Dingen. Wir haben immer noch geholfen, unseren Aufenthalt zu genießen. 😊

I had a pleasant stay at the place that I booked. The room was clean and well-maintained. Some of the staff are polite and friendly. The amenities were excellent especially the pool area and the location was convenient for getting around. Overall, I had a good experience except for the receptionist who accomated us on July 1, 2026 at around 4pm. She’s not approachable and not friendly at the same time. She didn’t bother to smile upon welcoming the guest to the hotel. I hope she’ll be friendly next time when accomodating her guest especially she’s dealing with people in the front desk.

Ich kann bleiben, ohne irgendwelche Unannehmlichkeiten zu verursachen, weil es Küchengeräte gibt. Der Wasserdruck in der Wanne ist etwas schwach, aber Sie können ohne Probleme einen Wäschebad nehmen. Sehr gut

There was a cockroach, but in all kinda clean. Beside 7eleven, but walking time is around 10 mins. The contingent is not high class at all. You have a pool but no sun-beds.. The TV glitching for response, but good there is Netflix! And to find out WiFi password and login you can only in the auto message. So if you’ve got no internet, then you can’t reach to connect to WiFi.. Good thing they responded at night. Bad thing I couldn’t get login and password for good two days, only response after all with a screenshot that it was in auto message. So there is like two different people managing responses. One fast and good, another rude and slow. So left with mixed emotions after all. And! Don’t forget you will have charge for any small thing like if you don’t remove your shoes, if you didn’t switch off the ac and stuff. The check out is BEFORE 11am! Not 12pm. Be careful. Another thing, there is nothing beside. You will need a car or motorbike every time you wanna go somewhere. On the territory many securities which is really good! That’s like, if you okay with insects and low class surrounding - you will be good 👍 Also, there is nothing beside far two cafes, which I don’t recommend. The food was awful in the one that is left side. And on the right side there is ladyboys servicing. In general it was okay/good. Just was scared from the big cockroach 🙈

Das Zimmer, in dem ich etwas mehr als eine Woche verbracht habe, ist perfekt für preisbewusste Reisende. Es bietet gutes WLAN, ein gutes Bett, eine Warmwasserdusche, einen sauberen, großen Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher und Mikrowelle, eine elektrische Kochplatte, Töpfe und Pfannen. Kostenloser Zugang zum Fitnessstudio und zum Swimmingpool. Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich ein Waschsalon und zwei Cafés. Alles, was man braucht! Bei Fragen oder Problemen sind die Vermieter vor Ort und helfen gerne weiter. Eine echte Empfehlung.

The unit feels new and well-maintained, with a cozy and modern interior. It comes with fast WiFi and Netflix, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The fully equipped kitchen with complete appliances is perfect if you prefer cooking your own meals. Towels and basic guest kits were also provided, which made the stay even more comfortable. We also appreciated having access to the swimming pool and gym. The pool was spacious enough to enjoy without feeling crowded. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with, making the overall stay smooth and hassle-free. Overall, this is a clean, well-equipped Airbnb with great amenities and a convenient airport location. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice ~ Nicht weit vom Flughafen Mactan entfernt. Am nächsten Tag geht es zum Flughafen super bequem und in der Nähe ist es sehr bequem. Restaurant, Bar, Massage und so weiter können Sie bis zum ～～ Es ist sehr bedauerlich, dass das Hotel etwas spät ist. Ich bin nicht am Strand gefahren, ich möchte das nächste Mal gehen.

I had a pleasant and relaxing stay at Crown Regency Residences Cebu. The room was spacious, comfortable, and provided everything we needed for a convenient stay. I also really appreciated how accommodating, friendly, and helpful the staff were throughout our visit. The hotel has a peaceful atmosphere, and the location is convenient for getting around Cebu City. The swimming pool and other facilities were also a nice addition, especially when you just want to relax after a long day. Overall, I think Crown Regency Residences offers good value for money, especially for travelers looking for a spacious and comfortable place to stay. We enjoyed our experience and would definitely consider staying here again when we visit Cebu. Highly recommended!
