For the accommodation, I paid a total of €199.13 through Trip.com. This consisted of €185.13 paid online in advance and an additional €14.00 paid locally. However, upon our arrival at the accommodation, we were unexpectedly asked to pay an additional €66.20. This additional charge was not clearly disclosed to me during the booking process on Trip.com. In particular, there was no clear indication that we would be required to pay an additional €66.20 upon arrival. I ultimately paid the €66.20, even though I did not agree with the additional charge. The reason was that we were already at the accommodation and needed somewhere to stay. I did not want to risk being denied access to the apartment and being left without accommodation. I also informed the host/property manager at the time that I would clarify the matter with Trip.com afterwards. I therefore request that you investigate this matter and provide a full refund of the additional €66.20, provided that this fee was not properly and transparently disclosed during the booking process. I would also like you to clarify: * Why was the €66.20 charge not clearly disclosed during the booking process? * What exactly was the €66.20 charge for? * Why was this amount only requested upon arrival? * Was this additional charge actually permitted under the terms agreed between Trip.com and the property? Please provide me with a written explanation and arrange a refund of €66.20. I would also like to make clear that I paid the additional amount solely because I was already at the property and did not want to risk being left without accommodation. My payment should therefore not be interpreted as acceptance that the charge was properly disclosed or valid under my original booking. Thank you for investigating this matter. Alomost perfect but “Check in Guide” As guests who just booked the hotel several days ago, we didn’t receive an email about how to find the hotel. So we used google map. But got lost nearby. Thus, we decide to share our experience to help potential guests. Firstly, when you find this little square with a statuette(picture 1). You can go across the little bridge then turn left. Don’t walk too much. The hotel is just near the bridge. Actually we spent around 30 minutes walked around this place. But seldom people knew this building’s location . And we got cold because of October’s weather in Venice. In short, after going across the bridge, you should turn left and almost immediately turn right. The gate of hotel is close to “Campiello Diego” and a bar. Unluckily, the phone number on Trip.com is wrong. So we find a number on the door and add the front desk’s WhatsApp. The front desk replied immediately, and we finally got the pin and entered the room. The room is new. And the view is beautiful. Unless the “finding hotel” process, we like this hotel. BTW, the restaurant attached is very good. Waiters are helpful and generous there. They will treat you appetizer, dessert and two little cups of alcohol. Their spaghetti is good. Hope our information can help you~

Da wir nur einen Tag in Venedig blieben, entschieden wir uns für einen Aufenthalt außerhalb der Hauptinsel, um unser Gepäck problemlos unterbringen zu können. Ich habe das große Glück, dieses Hotel gewählt zu haben, es ist ein Apartment-Hotel mit Küchenutensilien zum Kochen.

Die Lage ist sehr bequem, der Fußweg kann wichtige Attraktionen, den Hafen, das Restaurant und das leckere Gelato erreichen, das Zimmer ist groß und bietet viele Einrichtungen, die Sie selbst waschen können, Reis zu nehmen, aber das Willkommenspaket gibt nur einen Waschball und einen Waschmaschine, Die Service-Miss sagte, dass wir vier Nächte offenbar nicht genug hatten, und sie war schließlich sehr stark und sagte, dass wir nur einen Waschball sehen, der nicht waschen kann, wenn wir nachts zurückkehren... Das macht den Hotelservice zugänglich. Das ist ein Schatzhotel, unsere drei Familien haben hier zwei sehr angenehme Nächte verbracht. Das Zimmer ist großzügig und sauber, die Einrichtungen sind komplett, und bietet auch viele kostenlose Obst, Getränke und Getränke, sogar Champagner und Schokolade. Wir kochen hier auch sehr bequem. Awesome accommodation! Great bed! Saubere Toiletten. Absolut empfehlen!

Die Lage ist gut. Zimmer ist groß mit gebratenem Holzgeur. Aber kein Aufzug. Sie müssen die Brücke mit schwerem Gepäck auch von der Bahnhof überqueren. Wir haben schöne Willkommensgetränke aus dem Kühlschrank täglich mit Bier und Saft. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich und hilfreich, um uns Informationen über die Stadt zu geben.

While the accommodation was fine the checking in process left a bit to be desired. We booked the Cannaregio II Apartments but actually stayed at the Venice Apartments. I don’t know if we ended up in a better standard of accommodation but it was closer to restaurants, etc. Notwithstanding it wasn’t the accommodation we thought we were booking and as a result I left my travelling companion at the wrong location while I checked us in and we had to walk further than was needed. I also felt like I got a bit of attitude from the reception staff when I was checking in.

Excellent property. Spacious apartment, two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen. The accommodation is on another island from the tourist attractions of Venice. On this island there are cozy restaurants and shops within walking distance, but to get to Piazza San Marco, you will need 15-20 minutes by vaporetto. There is no reception in the apartment, so the check-in process is done by sending personal data by e-mail. After a dozen warnings from the booking system not to send personal data by e-mail, I was a little nervous when the hotel staff asked me to do so.
