Alomost perfect but “Check in Guide” As guests who just booked the hotel several days ago, we didn’t receive an email about how to find the hotel. So we used google map. But got lost nearby. Don’t walk too much. The hotel is just near the bridge. Actually we spent around 30 minutes walked around this place. But seldom people knew this building’s location . And we got cold because of October’s weather in Venice. In short, after going across the bridge, you should turn left and almost immediately turn right. The gate of hotel is close to “Campiello Diego” and a bar. Unluckily, the phone number on Trip.com is wrong. So we find a number on the door and add the front desk’s WhatsApp. The front desk replied immediately, and we finally got the pin and entered the room. The room is new. And the view is beautiful. Unless the “finding hotel” process, we like this hotel. BTW, the restaurant attached is very good. Waiters are helpful and generous there. They will treat you appetizer, dessert and two little cups of alcohol. Their spaghetti is good. Hope our information can help you~

Da wir nur einen Tag in Venedig blieben, entschieden wir uns für einen Aufenthalt außerhalb der Hauptinsel, um unser Gepäck problemlos unterbringen zu können. Ich habe das große Glück, dieses Hotel gewählt zu haben, es ist ein Apartment-Hotel mit Küchenutensilien zum Kochen.

Die Lage ist sehr bequem, der Fußweg kann wichtige Attraktionen, den Hafen, das Restaurant und das leckere Gelato erreichen, das Zimmer ist groß und bietet viele Einrichtungen, die Sie selbst waschen können, Reis zu nehmen, aber das Willkommenspaket gibt nur einen Waschball und einen Waschmaschine, Die Service-Miss sagte, dass wir vier Nächte offenbar nicht genug hatten, und sie war schließlich sehr stark und sagte, dass wir nur einen Waschball sehen, der nicht waschen kann, wenn wir nachts zurückkehren... Das macht den Hotelservice zugänglich. This is one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. You get an apartment as opposed to just a room, so you have a lot of space. The apartment is very modern, chic and clean. There are free drinks and food provided in the room, and the hotel also provided a free hotel of brut as a gift! The staff is so friendly and helped us with dinner reservations as well. They also helped in booking a glass tour for the next day. If you come to Venice you should book here :)

Das Hostel wurde aufgrund des italienischen Zugstreiks beschleunigt.. Die Rezeption war so freundlich, die Größe und die Sauberkeit des Zimmers waren die besten! Leider war die Fenster-Sound-Isolierung etwas bedauerlich. Insgesamt ziemlich zufrieden, ist dies ein Hostel, um wieder zu buchen!

While the accommodation was fine the checking in process left a bit to be desired. We booked the Cannaregio II Apartments but actually stayed at the Venice Apartments. I don’t know if we ended up in a better standard of accommodation but it was closer to restaurants, etc. Notwithstanding it wasn’t the accommodation we thought we were booking and as a result I left my travelling companion at the wrong location while I checked us in and we had to walk further than was needed. I also felt like I got a bit of attitude from the reception staff when I was checking in.

Excellent property. Spacious apartment, two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen. The accommodation is on another island from the tourist attractions of Venice. On this island there are cozy restaurants and shops within walking distance, but to get to Piazza San Marco, you will need 15-20 minutes by vaporetto. There is no reception in the apartment, so the check-in process is done by sending personal data by e-mail. After a dozen warnings from the booking system not to send personal data by e-mail, I was a little nervous when the hotel staff asked me to do so.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr bequem, im Zentrum der Stadt, zu Fuß vom Bahnhof 5-8 Minuten. Zu Fuß von der Kathedrale der St. Mama 3-5 Minuten. Alle umgeben von der Geschäfte. Das Hotelzimmer ist sehr gut konfiguriert, das Badezimmer ist auch sehr sauber und sauber und neu dekoriert, ich bin sehr zufrieden. Da das Hotel ein altes Gebäudezimmer ist sehr klein und der Aufzug sehr klein, aber es gibt eine Geschichte mit Mona Lisa von Da Vinci. Mona Lisa wurde 1911 gestohlen, das 20-Zimmer dieses Hotels versteckt und wurde letztlich von der Polizei gefunden, der Französisch-Loch-Palazzo zurückgekehrt. Das nächste Mal werde ich dieses Hotel auswählen.
