Удобное расположение, от жд вокзала 10 мин пешком. В апартаментах ест кухня, тарелки, столовые приборы, для готовки только кастрюля, сковородку не нашли. Персонал отзывчивый, по запросу принесли утюг и разрешили оставить вещи. В комнате не хватает вешалки, чтобы верхнюю одежду повесить и всего только 1 стул. Но супер вещь - есть электрический полотенцесушитель, после дождливого дня посушить вещи то, что надо. Отель рекомендую, своей цене соответствует

Da wir nur einen Tag in Venedig blieben, entschieden wir uns für einen Aufenthalt außerhalb der Hauptinsel, um unser Gepäck problemlos unterbringen zu können. Ich habe das große Glück, dieses Hotel gewählt zu haben, es ist ein Apartment-Hotel mit Küchenutensilien zum Kochen.

Este no es un hotel sino habitaciones dentro de un edificio que no tiene recepción y está cerrado. No cuentan con nadie que te pueda recibir. Ten en cuenta que si llegas antes no tendrás quien te reciba maletas para almacenarlas mientras es el check-in. Como opción te ofrecen guardar tu equipaje en otro hotel que se encuentra a 10 minutos caminando, el cual es de más baja categoría, considera cargar tus maletas de ida y vuelta a ese hotel. Tampoco se muestran considera cargar tus apertura para un check-in más temprano.

Apto limpo, todo climatizado (ar condicionado central). Possui 2 quartos, desse modo é preciso compartilhar o banheiro e cozinha. Isso não foi um grande problema, conseguimos utilizar o banheiro sem muitas dificuldades. Banheiro limpo e funcional. Quarto bem grande com camas grandes. Localizaçao boa para fazer os pontos turisticos à pé. Unico incoveniente foi ter que fazer o check in em outro endereço.

雖然從火車站出來要走 10-15 分鐘，還要經過幾個橋，但是值得。它是公寓式酒店，一室一廳，開放式廚房，你能想到的家用廚房電器都有，洗衣機也有，微波爐，烤箱，洗碗機，咖啡機，烤麪包機，應有盡有。沒有客房服務，自己打掃乾淨廚房就行，如果不打掃會收取清潔費，我們自己打掃了。然後最最關鍵的是，附近步行 1 分鐘有一家超市，葷菜蔬菜都有，我們買了蔬菜自己廚房裡燙一燙，撒鹽和黑胡椒，蔬菜吃爽了，然後葷菜就買各種生的醃肉，直接吃或者煎一下，都調過味的。麪包和披薩，意大利餃子，麪包和蛋糕，水果，都有，有一天晚上我們就自己買了吃的，滿足了一下中國胃。哈哈。

Situato in una zona industriale un po' lontano dal centro, auto necessaria. La struttura è nuova, pulita e molto funzionale; tutto funziona con un codice che viene fornito al check in, c'è anche la possibilità di parcheggiare in garage inclusa nel prezzo. Personale molto gentile e disponibile.

Alomost perfect but “Check in Guide” As guests who just booked the hotel several days ago, we didn’t receive an email about how to find the hotel. So we used google map. But got lost nearby. Thus, we decide to share our experience to help potential guests. Firstly, when you find this little square with a statuette(picture 1). You can go across the little bridge then turn left. Don’t walk too much. The hotel is just near the bridge. Actually we spent around 30 minutes walked around this place. But seldom people knew this building’s location . And we got cold because of October’s weather in Venice. In short, after going across the bridge, you should turn left and almost immediately turn right. The gate of hotel is close to “Campiello Diego” and a bar. Unluckily, the phone number on Trip.com is wrong. So we find a number on the door and add the front desk’s WhatsApp. The front desk replied immediately, and we finally got the pin and entered the room. The room is new. And the view is beautiful. Unless the “finding hotel” process, we like this hotel. BTW, the restaurant attached is very good. Waiters are helpful and generous there. They will treat you appetizer, dessert and two little cups of alcohol. Their spaghetti is good. Hope our information can help you~
