For the accommodation, I paid a total of €199.13 through Trip.com. This consisted of €185.13 paid online in advance and an additional €14.00 paid locally. However, upon our arrival at the accommodation, we were unexpectedly asked to pay an additional €66.20. This additional charge was not clearly disclosed to me during the booking process on Trip.com. In particular, there was no clear indication that we would be required to pay an additional €66.20 upon arrival. I ultimately paid the €66.20, even though I did not agree with the additional charge. The reason was that we were already at the accommodation and needed somewhere to stay. I did not want to risk being denied access to the apartment and being left without accommodation. I also informed the host/property manager at the time that I would clarify the matter with Trip.com afterwards. I therefore request that you investigate this matter and provide a full refund of the additional €66.20, provided that this fee was not properly and transparently disclosed during the booking process. I would also like you to clarify: * Why was the €66.20 charge not clearly disclosed during the booking process? * What exactly was the €66.20 charge for? * Why was this amount only requested upon arrival? * Was this additional charge actually permitted under the terms agreed between Trip.com and the property? Please provide me with a written explanation and arrange a refund of €66.20. I would also like to make clear that I paid the additional amount solely because I was already at the property and did not want to risk being left without accommodation. Alomost perfect but “Check in Guide” As guests who just booked the hotel several days ago, we didn’t receive an email about how to find the hotel. So we used google map. But got lost nearby. Thus, we decide to share our experience to help potential guests. Firstly, when you find this little square with a statuette(picture 1). You can go across the little bridge then turn left. Don’t walk too much. The hotel is just near the bridge. Actually we spent around 30 minutes walked around this place. But seldom people knew this building’s location . And we got cold because of October’s weather in Venice. In short, after going across the bridge, you should turn left and almost immediately turn right. The gate of hotel is close to “Campiello Diego” and a bar. Unluckily, the phone number on Trip.com is wrong. So we find a number on the door and add the front desk’s WhatsApp. The front desk replied immediately, and we finally got the pin and entered the room. The room is new. And the view is beautiful. Unless the “finding hotel” process, we like this hotel. BTW, the restaurant attached is very good. Waiters are helpful and generous there. They will treat you appetizer, dessert and two little cups of alcohol. Their spaghetti is good. Hope our information can help you~

Die Lage ist sehr bequem, der Fußweg kann wichtige Attraktionen, den Hafen, das Restaurant und das leckere Gelato erreichen, das Zimmer ist groß und bietet viele Einrichtungen, die Sie selbst waschen können, Reis zu nehmen, aber das Willkommenspaket gibt nur einen Waschball und einen Waschmaschine, Die Service-Miss sagte, dass wir vier Nächte offenbar nicht genug hatten, und sie war schließlich sehr stark und sagte, dass wir nur einen Waschball sehen, der nicht waschen kann, wenn wir nachts zurückkehren... Das Hotel liegt etwa 10-15mins vom St Marco Square und 25 Minuten vom Bahnhof entfernt, aber es gibt noch viele gute Restaurants und Gemüsegeschäfte. Das Hotel verfügt über einen privaten Pfeiler, der Wassertaxis erlaubt, die extrem bequem zu landen, besonders wenn Sie schwere Gepäck haben und nicht wollen, um viele Brücken zu Ihrem Hotel zu gehen und nach oben. Excellent property. Spacious apartment, two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen. The accommodation is on another island from the tourist attractions of Venice. On this island there are cozy restaurants and shops within walking distance, but to get to Piazza San Marco, you will need 15-20 minutes by vaporetto. There is no reception in the apartment, so the check-in process is done by sending personal data by e-mail. After a dozen warnings from the booking system not to send personal data by e-mail, I was a little nervous when the hotel staff asked me to do so.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr bequem, im Zentrum der Stadt, zu Fuß vom Bahnhof 5-8 Minuten. Zu Fuß von der Kathedrale der St. Mama 3-5 Minuten. Alle umgeben von der Geschäfte. Das Hotelzimmer ist sehr gut konfiguriert, das Badezimmer ist auch sehr sauber und sauber und neu dekoriert, ich bin sehr zufrieden. Da das Hotel ein altes Gebäudezimmer ist sehr klein und der Aufzug sehr klein, aber es gibt eine Geschichte mit Mona Lisa von Da Vinci.
