Dies ist ein Loft, ein Schlafsofa, ein Doppelbett und ein Einzelbett.Nach der Buchung bei Ctrip fand ich heraus, dass es Platz für bis zu 2 Personen bietet.Als unsere dreiköpfige Familie eincheckte, forderte uns die Rezeption auf, 30 Euro zu zahlen pro Nacht, was akzeptabel ist, schließlich schreiben Sie für 2 Personen. Das Hotel liegt hinter einem Tor, also ruhig inmitten des Trubels, ganz in der Nähe des Bahnhofs, drei bis vier Minuten zu Fuß, dort gibt es einen chinesischen Supermarkt und ein chinesisches Restaurant Tür. Es gibt nur eine Wanze. Ich wohne in Zimmer 216. Ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob es nebenan ist oder nicht. Sobald Leute die Treppe im Zimmer im zweiten Stock hinuntergehen, sind die Vibrationen und Geräusche laut! Es ist wirklich ein Konstruktionsproblem! Wirklich aufwachen. Der Service an der Rezeption ist ziemlich gut.

Saubere großzügige Zimmer, gutes großes Bett und Bad, schlichter angenehmer Stil, nette Mitarbeiter, Tiefgarage vorhanden. Wir baten darum dass unser Auto unten abgestellt wird da wir Wein und Öl im Auto lassen wollten, hat super geklappt. In die Innenstadt kann man zu Fuß laufen wir haben uns aber Räder ausgeliehen im Hotel. Über die Homepage gebucht, bekommt man einen Tag gratis. Sonst 15 Euro für einen ganzen Tag und 10 Euro für einen halben Tag. Der Spa Bereich sieht auch sehr gut aus. Die Dachterrasse war unser Highlight als wir ankamen. Speisen und Getränke kann man seine eigenen dahin mitbringen. Den Whirlpool haben wir nicht genutzt. Zum Sonnenuntergang fanden wir die Stimmung auf der Terrasse am schönsten. Man kann 24 h rauf. Frühstück servieren sie zur Zeit im Zimmer. Haben wir nicht ausprobiert da wir zum Essen lieber die Stadt erkunden. Nespresso haben wir zwei Kapseln in der Küche gehabt. Wenn wir wieder hier her kommen könnte ich mir sehr gut vorstellen wieder hier zu übernachten. Wir haben auch eine Nacht verlängert weil es uns so gut gefällt.

We were looking for an affordable space for our 4 day stay in Florence and this was perfect. We had a very spacious room with a great view! Staff were incredibly kind and provided excellent recommendations. Tram and main train station of Florence was walking distance which was very convenient. There was a laundromat across the street that was easy to use which was very helpful and a couple of coffee shop options nearby for the early Morning. If you’re looking for something convenient, spacious and affordable this is a great option.

The hotel couldn’t be better. Participants have their own apartment which comes with a fully equipped kitchen. Even if you are on your own, pop for a one bedroom for a extra room. This is especially nice for a long stay. I had a room on the ground level. It opened up to the patio which has a nice sitting area and tables and chairs. I often took my lunch out there, or a drink after a hard day touring in historic Florence. People do smoke out there, but not very much. The rooms are clean, clean, clean and there is housekeeping service every three days. Linens are bright white. The property is located a block away from the T2 Tram Line which gets to the historic area in about 10 minutes. I would stay here again.

Non ho mai avuto tempo per recensire il mio soggiorno qui, ma ci tenevo a farlo. Abbiamo passato un bellissimo weekend a Firenze, il nostro appartamento era Accademia, situato all'ultimo piano di un palazzo moderno da poco ristrutturato. Stanza stupenda, perfetta anche per 3 persone poiché dotata di un divano letto al secondo piano. Letto comodissimo, bagno bello e pulito diviso in due zone da una grande vasca jacuzzi che funge anche da doccia, dotata anche di led per la cromoterapia e che affaccia sulla stanza in quanto vetrata, ma volendo più privacy si può tirare giù la tenda facilmente. Ci siamo organizzati telefonicamente per il check in, un signore gentilissimo ci ha spiegato come aprire il portone e ci ha accompagnati alla stanza, siamo stati omaggiati di una bottiglia di vino locale dei dolcetti tipici. Il giorno del check out ci hanno fatto tranquillamente lasciare le nostre valige in una stanza poiché avevamo il treno tardi, davvero apprezzato. Uscendo dal portone, a destra con pochi passi si arriva all'antico vinaio, poco affollato rispetto agli altri, a sinistra invece, infondo alla via, c'è piazza duomo, quindi centralissimo, perfetto per girare sempre a piedi. Lo consiglio vivamente, torneremo volentieri !!

I regret to say that our recent stay at Camplus Guest Firenze in Florence was a complete disappointment, and I feel compelled to share our experience to warn others not to stay here. To start with the positives, the room size was adequate and the bed was comfortable. The modern decor was also appealing, and the cleaning standards were satisfactory. However, the negatives far outweighed any positives. Firstly, despite being upgraded, our room on the messanie 1A floor suffered from appalling noise pollution from the common area as there was no wall separating our room from the common area. As the building primarily caters to students, the noise levels were unacceptable, disrupting our sleep and causing discomfort throughout our stay. The students should feel free to make noise in their common area, I just don’t know our superior double room (we even bought an upgraded room) was placed there for paying hotel guests when this is clearly an issue. The most alarming issue was the shared balcony, which posed a serious security risk. On the second night, we were awakened by loud music and discovered a group of people smoking and partying directly outside our room on our own portion of the balcony. This invasion of privacy and lack of security left us feeling unsafe and vulnerable. Despite raising the issue, and the situation was not properly addressed and upon checkout the staff member tried to make it out that the group were on another area of the balcony, which I was upset about as I looked out the window and I saw with my own eyes the group directly outside our room on our balcony. They also asked why we didn’t tell them to go away ourselves but as not speaking good Italian at all, we felt unsafe approaching a group whose language we don’t speak. Furthermore, the breakfast experience was uncomfortable, as we felt out of place among the other students. Overall, our stay was marred by feelings of insecurity, discomfort, and sleep disturbance. Despite paying a significant amount for our stay, the service and amenities did not meet our expectations. Moreover, management's lack of response to our official complaint email is concerning. Despite offering a mere 50% discount on our next stay within the year, which we declined as we do not plan to return to Florence within that timeframe, they have refused to offer any compensation for our current stay. In conclusion, I strongly advise against staying at camplus guest firenze in Florence. Our experience was unacceptable, and the lack of proper response from management only adds to our disappointment. Please reconsider before booking your stay here.

Wir waren eine sechsköpfige Familie, die sich die Suite mit drei Schlafzimmern im ersten Stock teilte. Die Zimmer sind ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen und müssten hier und da etwas ausgebessert werden, aber alles hat gut funktioniert. Die Badezimmer wurden schön renoviert. Das Frühstück nebenan war gut, denn wir hatten endlich einen Latte, der von uns selbst zubereitet wurde, statt dieser ekligen automatischen Maschinen. Wenn sie an diesem Ort ein paar kleinere kosmetische Verbesserungen vornehmen würden, könnten sie viel mehr verlangen. Das einzige Problem, das wir hatten, war der Versuch, unsere Wäsche in der Gemeinschaftswaschküche zu waschen. Die Trockner waren sehr langsam und einer funktionierte überhaupt nicht. Am Ende mussten wir zu einem Waschsalon gehen, um unsere nassen Klamotten abzuholen, damit wir rechtzeitig unseren Flug antreten konnten. Die Lage war großartig, da wir zum Dom und vielen Restaurants liefen. Zuerst dachte ich, dass der Ort etwas skizzenhaft aussah, aber nachdem ich in Neapel war, fühlte sich diese Gegend super sicher an. Aufgrund der Lage und Größe der Zimmer würde ich auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten.

Ruhe, Toskanafeeling mit Design und Flair. Wir waren zu viert und haben die beiden Standardzimmer gebucht. Beide sehr fesch. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich, das Design und die Architektur modern, das Frühstück mit guten regionalen Produkten. Michele ist ein sehr guter Koch. Schön ist auch der Aperitif in der Poolarea. Der Pool ist sowieso sehr fein und im Sommer wichtig. Du bist in 1,5 Kilometer zu Fuß im Zentrum von Florenz - entlang des Arno. Sehr schön!

5 star for the value for money and how lovely staff were! Three friends and I booked this hotel as it was good value for money and had everything we needed. It’s really not too far from Florence centre, approximately 10 minute journey for €1.50 each journey. The staff were absolutely lovely and really helpful. Room had everything we needed; very clean, spacious, had a balcony and good shower room. Despite it being close to the tram stop, we all had really good nights sleep and literally could not hear any noise.

Being a frequent traveler and owning our own vacation property, we pay particular attention to detail of the places we stay. This property far exceeded our expectations and our hopes. Perfectly located minutes from anything you could possibly want to do, extremely clean, highly upgraded and new looking, with all the amenities needed for a very comfortable stay. From the moment we made the reservation, our host, German, was at our service. He responded right away, and set up to meet us personally, at the time convenient for us to check in. He was so helpful with all of our questions and needs! We would highly recommend this property! And we can't wait to come back for another stay! Book it today, you will be happy you did!

Right next to the reception, and directly below some of the apartments there is a restaurant that has live events on Saturday evenings with loud music, DJ with microphone and people dancing, cheering, clapping etc (basically like in a club/disco). We had the bedroom directly above this restaurant so we could hear everything and feel the vibrations when we put the head on the pillow. There is no reception after 7 PM but they have an emergency number that we contacted on WhatsApp to sort this out. The hotel declined all responsibility and said they can't do anything, and when I asked why they rented directly above the restaurant/disco they were rood and condescending. The party in the restaurant kept going till 3 AM when it ended up with a fight between customers right outside, below our window and next to the parking spaces for the hotel guests! When checking out we complained about the parties and the attitude of the person responding to the emergency numbers, and it turns out that they knew about the parties, and they described it as some noise and it would be a little later in the evening. There was nothing they could do except apologize, but I wonder why didn't they make any complaints for the noise to the police to ensure the comfort of their customers or at least contact the restaurant to stop at a decent hour (especially since this is a restaurant they are recommending when you check-in and on the information in the room). Surely there were solutions so that we could have been able to sleep in the room we paid to sleep in, but apparently they did not care.

Die Umgebung ist wunderbar. Ich sah den kleinen Tempel morgens im Garten. Der Manager ist stolz, dass er vier neue Babys dieses Jahr geboren hat. Im Augenblick fühlt sich die Menschen in diesem Ort als ein wunderbarer Geist, der besonders für kreative Ideen, Werke und Ergebnisse geeignet ist. Jeden Morgen öffnete sich ein Fenster, und die frische Luft auf der Hügel ging ins Zimmer, das menschliche Verstand klar, inspiriert und neu, eine gute Wahl, vorübergehend von der Schließung der Schranken zu verlassen. 8.00 Uhr Frühstück, nicht Selbsthilfe, muss dem Manager einen Tag vorab sagen, was zu essen ist. Sie sind bereit, jeden Tag, wenn Sie in das Restaurant gehen, sehen Sie das Frühstück komplett auf dem Tisch und der Service ist an der Stelle. Auf der Wand des Restaurants sind die Bergsteigen, die der Onkel des Managers handgefertigt hat. Jeder wird nach der natürlichen Form des Resins als kleines Tierbild gemacht, die Augen ausschalten, flexibel und sehr attraktiv, und es wird gesagt, dass es über viele Menschen kaufen. Die Lage, die Möbel und die Einrichtungen im Zimmer sind feindselige Stimmung, einige retrospektive Stimmung, alte Gegenstände sind sehr beruhigend. Sicherheit und Gesundheit, keine Sorgen. Die italienische Temperatur im Dezember sah zehn Grad an, aber es war kalt draußen, die Wärme im Zimmer war sehr gut, die Erde war warm, die Füße können gehen. Hier haben viele chinesische Touristen aufgenommen. Die Manager lebten daran, zu lernen, welche wichtigen Gewohnheiten und Präferenzen Menschen in verschiedenen Provinzen in China haben. Aber sie fand, dass es viele chinesische Beschäftigte gibt, die nicht verstehen, was sie sehr schmeckt. Sprache ist kein Hindernis, es ist wirklich eine Geduld, hier spüre ich mich. Ich hoffe, ich kann das nächste Mal noch eine Weile lang leben.

Die Lage, die Möbel und die Einrichtungen im Zimmer sind feindselige Stimmung, einige retrospektive Stimmung, alte Gegenstände sind sehr beruhigend. Sicherheit und Gesundheit, keine Sorgen. Die italienische Temperatur im Dezember sah zehn Grad an, aber es war kalt draußen, die Wärme im Zimmer war sehr gut, die Erde war warm, die Füße können gehen. Hier haben viele chinesische Touristen aufgenommen. Die Manager lebten daran, zu lernen, welche wichtigen Gewohnheiten und Präferenzen Menschen in verschiedenen Provinzen in China haben. Aber sie fand, dass es viele chinesische Beschäftigte gibt, die nicht verstehen, was sie sehr schmeckt. Sprache ist kein Hindernis, es ist wirklich eine Geduld, hier spüre ich mich. Ich hoffe, ich kann das nächste Mal noch eine Weile lang leben.
