Super tolle Lage! Etwas schwer mit Tür öffnen und Internet aber es geht 

HiSuite Rome has two kinds of accommodation: regular hotel rooms and two or three small two-bedroom apartments, each with separate entrance. As we are a family of five (two parents and three children aged 16, 7, and 1,5 years), we got an apartment. The apartments are located in a separate house just opposite to the hotel reception on a narrow and truly authentic street in the old center of Rome, in a few minutes' walk from Piazza Navona. Each apartment has an entrance door with a codelock, which opens into a living/dining room with a kitchenette complete with a fridge, a coffee machine, and a toaster. One of the two bedrooms is one level above, another is one level below, underground (and without natural light), all three levels being connected with staircases. From the photos in the hotel website it was not clear that the apartment is organized in as many as three levels (although the staircase was of course clearly visible), but this is a nice detail adding much to the cozy character of the space. Note however that living in this space involves using stairs a lot. Both bedrooms are equipped with shower and toilet, and there is one wardrobe with a small safe upstairs. The tasteful decoration of the apartment, as well as the hotel's lobby, deserves special mention, and every morning it was delightful to see the beautiful Baroque frames of windows just opposite to ours. The hotel is apparently owned by a family, and the owners were really friendly and thoutful. We kept contact via email and WhatsApp with Laura, Giulia, and Mike (Michele?), and this experience was pleasant and memorable. The hotel team helped us book comfortable and reasonably priced transfers from the Fiumicino airport and to the Termini train station, and both taxi drivers were punctual and dependable. We had an early inbound flight, and the hotel provided us with early check-in free of charge (without us asking for it). On the day of checkout our luggage was kept until the taxi arrived in the evening. The hotel also provides to its guests a memo with a useful selection of eating and cultural addresses, and Laura readily gave lots of practical advice regarding visiting the city's attractions. HiSuite Rome does not have breakfast room, but there is a cafe next door. We however did not use it, because it was nice to have our own breakfasts at our place. All in all, our experience with HiSuite Rome is perfect. They provide normal service that you expect from a hotel of this class, but do everything with much attention to detail, in a thoughtful, friendly and dependable manner that goes beyond what's expected. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wishing to explore Rome from a nice and historical location, and will check their website first should we be coming to Rome again.

Находились в данном отеле с 13-18 ноября 2025 года !Стойка регистрации работает круглосуточно, русско говорящие сотрудники Gemma , прекрасно владеет языком , решает вопросы по благоустройству ! Завтраки замечательные, фото прилагаю , в номере есть шампунь , гель для душа ! Есть кухня на которой мы готовили , очень удобно! Недалеко от отеля находится супермаркет Carrefour! На завтрак делает замечательный кофе Виктория , русская девушка! Есть особенность в отеле - это кондиционер, он работает от стационарного оборудования, типо умный дом ! Мы жили в 503 номере , случайно была не закрыта дверь и ночью было очень холодно, но вопрос наш быстро решили , пригласили мастера Луку и он отодвинул шкаф и все герметично закрыл , следующие ночи было комфортно тепло ! Рядом находится Ватикан , очень удобное расположение отеля ! Но хочу предупредить, что приезжайте со стороны автобусной остановки собора святого Петра , автобус 62,64! На метро не стоит ехать !!!!!Со стороны метро очень Крутая лестница и с чемоданом очень трудно подняться! Поэтому лучше со стороны остановки автобуса, фотографии указала ниже как заехать ! Все в шаговой доступности!

Ich habe hier auf meiner Alleinreise übernachtet. Das Zimmer war geräumig und hatte eine wunderschöne Decke. Es liegt direkt am Bahnhof Termini, und selbst auf dem Kopfsteinpflaster Roms wurden die Rollen meines Koffers nicht beschädigt. Ich hatte dieses Hotel gebucht, weil ich nachts ankam und es bahnhofsnah war, fühlte mich aber unsicher und hatte Angst. Die Tür öffnet sich normalerweise mit einem PIN-Code, der aber nicht funktionierte, sodass ich nicht hineinkam und durch das Restaurant nebenan ging. Es ist nur wenige Gehminuten vom Kolosseum entfernt und die Lage ist unglaublich praktisch für Sightseeing! Wenn Sie also als alleinreisende Frau planen, nicht nach 21 Uhr das Hotel zu verlassen, dann kann ich es wärmstens empfehlen!

Günstige Lage des Hotels, ganz in der Nähe des Trevi-Brunnens, bequemes Bett, Hotelpersonal überwiegend freundlich. Es gibt eine kleine Küche (Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, Spüle und Kaffeemaschine). Nachteile: Es gab sehr wenig Licht im Raum, wirklich nicht genug. Die Fenster unseres Zimmers gingen zur Straße, es war klein, aber dennoch sehr laut (bis 2 Uhr morgens). Wir kamen früh am Morgen an, sahen, dass viele Zimmer leer waren und das Reinigungspersonal bereits im Einsatz war, uns aber nicht früher einchecken wollte.

Insgesamt war es gut, aber es gibt ein paar Momente, die die Eindrücke vernichtet haben, und vor allem diese sind Momente der Freizeitorganisation. Also, am Tag vor der Abwicklung habe ich keine Anweisungen zur Abwicklung erhalten, und ich wusste nicht, wie zu handeln, wo die Schlüssel zu nehmen, ob jemand mich treffen wird, zumindest das Telefon des Administrators (Action! ). Als ich ankam, ging ich zum Gebäude an der Adresse, das Telefon in der Gutschein. Es war nur eine Eingangtür ohne Empfang. Keiner antwortete auf das Telefon in der Gutschein. Aber das Zeichen vor der Tür wurde die Telefonnummer, antwortete das Mädchen, aber sagte, sie arbeitet nicht mehr in diesen Wohnungen, sondern gab die aktuelle Telefonnummer an Mikael, ein Mitarbeiter oder Gastgeber. Es war gut, dass er schnell reagierte und alle Details weiter gesendet. Ich habe mein Gepäck verlassen und später gepackt. Die Gelegenheit, mein Gepäck zu verlassen Diese war der Hauptvorteil der Wohnungen! :) Als ich wohnte, traf ich Mama Mikaele, die überhaupt nicht Englisch spricht, leider. Deshalb konnte sie wahrscheinlich nicht erklären, wie man den Aufzug nutzen, und dass im Falle von Problemen mit der Eingangtür, kann es durch Code geöffnet werden. Als wir um 23:30 Uhr angekommen waren und wir den Schlüssel nicht öffneten, schrieb ich / rief Mikael wieder, er sandte den Code. Und schließlich hätte es früher ausgesandt werden können, und dann hätten wir keinen Stress.

Fünf Minuten zu Fuß vom nächsten Station, 20 Minuten zu Fuß vom Vatikan, aber die Umgebung ist nicht kompliziert, und ich kann nachts langsam schlafen. Das Rezeptionspersonal ist kein Einwohner, aber Sie können sich sicher sein, dass sie Informationen von WhatsApp-Nachrichten im Voraus erhalten. Trotzdem empfiehlt der Touristen, die Aufenthaltsverfahren während des Aufenthalts des Rezeptionspersonals zu behandeln. Neben mittleren Kühlschranken und kleinen Küchen verfügt das Zimmer auch über einen Geschirrspüler. Es gibt einen Tisch. Die Reinigung scheint alle zwei Tage stattfinden zu können. Es gibt einen Supermarkt in der Nähe. Rom ist sehr teuer, daher wird empfohlen, dass diejenigen, die gereinigtes Frühstück wollen, das verwenden. Die Leiter scheinen sich nicht bewegen zu können, wenn die Tür nicht richtig geschlossen wird, so dass sie manchmal nicht während der Unterkunft verwendet werden können.
