Super tolle Lage! Etwas schwer mit Tür öffnen und Internet aber es geht 

HiSuite Rome has two kinds of accommodation: regular hotel rooms and two or three small two-bedroom apartments, each with separate entrance. As we are a family of five (two parents and three children aged 16, 7, and 1,5 years), we got an apartment. The apartments are located in a separate house just opposite to the hotel reception on a narrow and truly authentic street in the old center of Rome, in a few minutes' walk from Piazza Navona. Each apartment has an entrance door with a codelock, which opens into a living/dining room with a kitchenette complete with a fridge, a coffee machine, and a toaster. One of the two bedrooms is one level above, another is one level below, underground (and without natural light), all three levels being connected with staircases. From the photos in the hotel website it was not clear that the apartment is organized in as many as three levels (although the staircase was of course clearly visible), but this is a nice detail adding much to the cozy character of the space. Note however that living in this space involves using stairs a lot. Both bedrooms are equipped with shower and toilet, and there is one wardrobe with a small safe upstairs. The tasteful decoration of the apartment, as well as the hotel's lobby, deserves special mention, and every morning it was delightful to see the beautiful Baroque frames of windows just opposite to ours. The hotel is apparently owned by a family, and the owners were really friendly and thoutful. We kept contact via email and WhatsApp with Laura, Giulia, and Mike (Michele?), and this experience was pleasant and memorable. The hotel team helped us book comfortable and reasonably priced transfers from the Fiumicino airport and to the Termini train station, and both taxi drivers were punctual and dependable. We had an early inbound flight, and the hotel provided us with early check-in free of charge (without us asking for it). On the day of checkout our luggage was kept until the taxi arrived in the evening. The hotel also provides to its guests a memo with a useful selection of eating and cultural addresses, and Laura readily gave lots of practical advice regarding visiting the city's attractions. HiSuite Rome does not have breakfast room, but there is a cafe next door. We however did not use it, because it was nice to have our own breakfasts at our place. All in all, our experience with HiSuite Rome is perfect. They provide normal service that you expect from a hotel of this class, but do everything with much attention to detail, in a thoughtful, friendly and dependable manner that goes beyond what's expected. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wishing to explore Rome from a nice and historical location, and will check their website first should we be coming to Rome again.

Das Zimmer ist klein. WLAN ist vorhanden. Das Badezimmer wird von beiden Zimmern gemeinsam genutzt. Shampoo, Seife, Handtücher und ein Föhn sind vorhanden. Das Zimmer verfügt über einen Kühlschrank, ein Kochfeld, eine Spüle und Geschirr. Ich war Mitte Dezember dort, und die Heizung funktionierte nur im Badezimmer. Die Temperatur im Zimmer selbst ist auch ohne Heizung angenehm.

Ich habe hier auf meiner Alleinreise übernachtet. Das Zimmer war geräumig und hatte eine wunderschöne Decke. Es liegt direkt am Bahnhof Termini, und selbst auf dem Kopfsteinpflaster Roms wurden die Rollen meines Koffers nicht beschädigt. Ich hatte dieses Hotel gebucht, weil ich nachts ankam und es bahnhofsnah war, fühlte mich aber unsicher und hatte Angst. Die Tür öffnet sich normalerweise mit einem PIN-Code, der aber nicht funktionierte, sodass ich nicht hineinkam und durch das Restaurant nebenan ging. Es ist nur wenige Gehminuten vom Kolosseum entfernt und die Lage ist unglaublich praktisch für Sightseeing! Wenn Sie also als alleinreisende Frau planen, nicht nach 21 Uhr das Hotel zu verlassen, dann kann ich es wärmstens empfehlen!

Wir kamen mit unserem Kind spät in Rom, aber der Gastgeber gab sehr detaillierte Anweisungen und eine fundierte Unterstützung für die Eincheckung, so dass wir sicher und ohne Schwierigkeiten in der Lage waren zu überprüfen. Dank des Gastgebers konnten wir unsere Reise in Rom bequem und angenehmen beginnen. Obwohl es sich um ein Hostel handelt, war unser Zimmer überraschend geräumig und die kleine, aber gemütliche gemeinsame Küche war sehr bequem zu benutzen. Das Aufzugsystem schien zuerst etwas kompliziert, aber sobald wir die Regeln verstanden und befolgt hatten, war es perfekt sicher zu benutzen und wurde tatsächlich ein lustiges und einzigartiges Erlebnis. Die Lage war auch ausgezeichnet. Es gibt Metrostationen in beiden Richtungen in leichter Reichweite, was es sehr bequem zu erreichen, die wichtigsten touristischen Attraktionen. Die Nachbarschaft selbst fühlte sich sicher, angenehm und komfortabel, was besonders beruhigend war, wenn man mit einem Kind reist. Dies war ein wunderbarer Ort, um zu bleiben und eine tolle Möglichkeit, mit unserem Kind unsere erste Reise nach Rom zu beginnen. Dank des freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Gastgebers konnten wir unsere italienische Reise mit so wunderbaren Erinnerungen beginnen. Wir genossen wirklich unseren Aufenthalt!

Der Balkon und das Frühstück waren alle großartig. So war das Lounge-Gebiet. Allerdings gibt es keine Moskito-Bildschirmen im Zimmer und im ganzen Hotel. Einige Flügel waren auch im Zimmer. Es war auch sehr dunkel. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht gut. Die Reinigung könnte viel besser sein. Das Personal war nett und das Frühstück endet um 10:30 Uhr, viel später als einige andere Orte. Keine späte Checkout. Die Küche war schön, aber wir haben es nicht verwendet. Es gab auch eine Mikrowelle. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und nett. Über einen Hof, wo die Studenten scheinen zu liegen. Das Bett war komfortabel und die Lagerung war mehr als genug. Das Badezimmer war großartig. Es ist viel ruhiger Bereich hier als im Zentrum von Rom noch so nah, dass sehr wandelbar sein kann. Ein paar Restaurants um nahe spät. Es war sicher in der Nacht. Internet groß. Personal sehr hilfreich und freundlich. Vatikan und Castel beide dort. Brücke auch. À carrefour Supermarkt um die Ecke sowie ein Ort zum Kauf von Bustickets. Die Gepäcklagerung ist groß. Der Aufzug ist sehr klein und geht nicht auf, es sei denn vom Boden.
