Super tolle Lage! Etwas schwer mit Tür öffnen und Internet aber es geht 

HiSuite Rome has two kinds of accommodation: regular hotel rooms and two or three small two-bedroom apartments, each with separate entrance. As we are a family of five (two parents and three children aged 16, 7, and 1,5 years), we got an apartment. The apartments are located in a separate house just opposite to the hotel reception on a narrow and truly authentic street in the old center of Rome, in a few minutes' walk from Piazza Navona. Each apartment has an entrance door with a codelock, which opens into a living/dining room with a kitchenette complete with a fridge, a coffee machine, and a toaster. One of the two bedrooms is one level above, another is one level below, underground (and without natural light), all three levels being connected with staircases. From the photos in the hotel website it was not clear that the apartment is organized in as many as three levels (although the staircase was of course clearly visible), but this is a nice detail adding much to the cozy character of the space. Note however that living in this space involves using stairs a lot. Both bedrooms are equipped with shower and toilet, and there is one wardrobe with a small safe upstairs. The tasteful decoration of the apartment, as well as the hotel's lobby, deserves special mention, and every morning it was delightful to see the beautiful Baroque frames of windows just opposite to ours. The hotel is apparently owned by a family, and the owners were really friendly and thoutful. We kept contact via email and WhatsApp with Laura, Giulia, and Mike (Michele?), and this experience was pleasant and memorable. The hotel team helped us book comfortable and reasonably priced transfers from the Fiumicino airport and to the Termini train station, and both taxi drivers were punctual and dependable. We had an early inbound flight, and the hotel provided us with early check-in free of charge (without us asking for it). On the day of checkout our luggage was kept until the taxi arrived in the evening. The hotel also provides to its guests a memo with a useful selection of eating and cultural addresses, and Laura readily gave lots of practical advice regarding visiting the city's attractions. HiSuite Rome does not have breakfast room, but there is a cafe next door. We however did not use it, because it was nice to have our own breakfasts at our place. All in all, our experience with HiSuite Rome is perfect. They provide normal service that you expect from a hotel of this class, but do everything with much attention to detail, in a thoughtful, friendly and dependable manner that goes beyond what's expected. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wishing to explore Rome from a nice and historical location, and will check their website first should we be coming to Rome again.

Wir haben vom 13. bis 18. November 2025 in diesem Hotel übernachtet! Die Rezeption ist rund um die Uhr besetzt, und Gemma, die russischsprachige Mitarbeiterin, spricht fließend Russisch und kümmert sich um alle unsere Bedürfnisse! Das Frühstück ist wunderbar (ich habe ein Foto beigefügt), und im Zimmer gibt es Shampoo und Duschgel! Es gibt eine Küche, in der wir selbst gekocht haben – sehr praktisch! Ein Carrefour-Supermarkt befindet sich in der Nähe des Hotels! Victoria, eine Russin, macht wunderbaren Kaffee zum Frühstück! Das Hotel hat eine Besonderheit: eine Klimaanlage, die mit fest installierten Geräten betrieben wird – wie in einem Smart Home! Wir wohnten in Zimmer 503, und die Tür war versehentlich offen gelassen worden, sodass es nachts sehr kalt war. Das Problem wurde aber schnell behoben. Wir baten Herrn Luca, den Schrank zu verrücken und alles dicht zu verschließen. Die folgenden Nächte war es angenehm warm! Der Vatikan ist in der Nähe, daher ist die Lage des Hotels sehr günstig! Ich möchte Sie jedoch darauf hinweisen, dass Sie von der Bushaltestelle Petersdom mit den Buslinien 62 und 64 anreisen sollten! Nehmt bloß nicht die U-Bahn! Die Treppe von der U-Bahn ist sehr steil und mit einem Koffer kaum zu bewältigen! Nehmt lieber den Bus. Unten findet ihr Fotos, die euch den Weg zeigen! Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar!

Ich habe hier auf meiner Alleinreise übernachtet. Das Zimmer war geräumig und hatte eine wunderschöne Decke. Es liegt direkt am Bahnhof Termini, und selbst auf dem Kopfsteinpflaster Roms wurden die Rollen meines Koffers nicht beschädigt. Ich hatte dieses Hotel gebucht, weil ich nachts ankam und es bahnhofsnah war, fühlte mich aber unsicher und hatte Angst. Die Tür öffnet sich normalerweise mit einem PIN-Code, der aber nicht funktionierte, sodass ich nicht hineinkam und durch das Restaurant nebenan ging. Es ist nur wenige Gehminuten vom Kolosseum entfernt und die Lage ist unglaublich praktisch für Sightseeing! Wenn Sie also als alleinreisende Frau planen, nicht nach 21 Uhr das Hotel zu verlassen, dann kann ich es wärmstens empfehlen!

Dies ist das einladendste Apartmenthotel, in dem ich je übernachtet habe. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Als wir abends Lust auf Fisch und Meeresfrüchte hatten, empfahlen sie uns gute Restaurants. Da sie sich Sorgen machten, dass wir sie nicht finden würden, begleitete uns der nette Herr sogar dorthin und reservierte einen Tisch für uns. Sie waren wirklich unglaublich herzlich und ihr Service war außergewöhnlich aufmerksam. Das Apartment ist sehr sicher; man benötigt eine Schlüsselkarte, um hineinzukommen, und die Türen werden verschlossen, wenn niemand da ist. Der Zimmertyp ist perfekt für Familienreisen geeignet, und die Sauberkeit ist tadellos. Die Lage ist hervorragend, direkt neben der Engelsburg und dem Vatikan. Es gibt sogar einen Wartebereich mit Ruhezonen, Essbereich und Duschen im Untergeschoss. Da unser Flug Verspätung hatte, konnten wir uns hier in Flughafennähe bequem ausruhen. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls gut; besonders das Obst und der automatische Pfannkuchenautomat haben mir gefallen. Nochmals vielen Dank an die hilfsbereiten Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption; sie waren wirklich unglaublich zuvorkommend. Das Apartment ist unglaublich einladend und freundlich. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren unglaublich freundlich und haben uns jedes Mal geduldig bedient. While the space was compact (typical for central Rome), its clever design maximized functionality. Though not mentioned in the listing, we were pleasantly surprised by the quiet neighborhood despite being within walking distance to major attractions like the Colosseum and Trevi Fountain. If you prioritize cleanliness, responsive support, and a central location, this rental is a fantastic choice. Perfect for travelers who value efficiency and a stress-free experience in the Eternal City!

Günstige Lage des Hotels, ganz in der Nähe des Trevi-Brunnens, bequemes Bett, Hotelpersonal überwiegend freundlich. Es gibt eine kleine Küche (Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, Spüle und Kaffeemaschine). Nachteile: Es gab sehr wenig Licht im Raum, wirklich nicht genug. Die Fenster unseres Zimmers gingen zur Straße, es war klein, aber dennoch sehr laut (bis 2 Uhr morgens). Wir kamen früh am Morgen an, sahen, dass viele Zimmer leer waren und das Reinigungspersonal bereits im Einsatz war, uns aber nicht früher einchecken wollte.

最寄駅から歩いて5分、ヴァチカンまで徒歩20分ほどの立地ですが周辺は騒がしくなく、夜もゆっくり寝ることができました。 フロントスタッフは常駐ではありませんが、WhatsAppのメッセージなどから事前に情報をくれるので安心です。それでも観光客はフロントスタッフ滞在中のチェックインをお勧めします。 部屋にはミドルサイズの冷蔵庫、ミニキッチンの他に食洗機もあります。テーブルもあります。清掃は2日に一回のようです。近くにスーパーマーケットなどもあります。ローマは物価が高いので朝ごはんは軽くすませたい方にもお勧めです。 エレベーターは扉をきちんと閉めないと動かないようで、滞在中たまに使えませんでした。
