"Das ist mein erstes Besuch in Irland und am ersten Tag bleiben wir in dieser App. Als ich zu früh angekommen bin und die Kontrolle in der Lobby geschlossen wurde. Aber wenn ich WhatsApp zur Registrierung, sie recht auf dem Weg geben mir eine große Hilfe. Gacr und Matel sind so freundlich und hilfreich. Sie nehmen einen frühen Eincheck für uns und schätzen wirklich ihre Hilfe bei mehr über die Stadt. Sehr empfehlen diese Appt zu bleiben. Es ist sauber, direkt im Stadtzentrum und Sie können zu den meisten Stadtszenen und Restaurants gehen. Glady"

"We had an overall great experience at this hotel. It is in a quieter area of Dublin but there is plenty to see and do just a short walk away including Trinity College, the National Museum of Ireland galleries and within 15 minute walk of most major attractions. They also had good connections to the airport using the Dublin Express Bus that had quite a few stops nearby. There are some very good restaurants a short walk away from this hotel and the Leap Card can get you pretty good public transportation around the city. The hotel has studio style kitchenette apartments. We were surprised with how well equipped the little kitchens were which included multiple cooking utensils and pots. They had a Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, mini fridge (stocked with some milk), microwave/oven and a mini dishwasher. Dishwasher tablets, dish soap, sugar, salt, pepper and a few other things were conveniently included. We made ourselves breakfast each day we were here which was easy to do because there is a Tesco Express and possibly the best bakery in Dublin just around the corner with Bread 41. The room was pretty good with plenty of outlets and even though it was a bit small there was enough space for our two large suitcases and bags. They have a small seating area with a table, a large flat screen TV, good WiFi and good lighting. The bathroom was pretty good too but we weren't a fan of the partition because it does not cover the full shower area and it was easy for water to get out of the shower. They have an all in one body wash too. The room was mostly quiet but we were there on New Year's Eve and there was one lady who had a very loud complaint in the hallway around 3 in the morning for around 15 minutes. The staff are very kind and helpful. They had no room left in their luggage storage when we arrived so they allowed us early check in which is usually 20 Euros. They have a WhatsApp ”AI” chat that you can request service through and we used it for extra towels that came up pretty quickly. The hotel has some amenities including a small restaurant/bar that has some food and coffee and paid laundry machines. Breakfast here costs 15 euros if you pre-book but if you want it the morning of it is 17 Euros. The one thing we found tricky about the hotel is that we had to use the elevator to go up and down even though we were on the first floor because all the stairwells are locked up for safety/fire protocol. Overall, a good stay for our first time in Dublin and we would consider staying here again or recommending to friends and family with similar interests to ours."

"Ich reservierte ein Königsbett und ein Sofabettzimmer. Das Zimmer schien zuerst recht geräumig, mit einem Kochfeld und einem großen Bett. Nachdem wir hingeschlafen, merkten wir, dass es tatsächlich zwei Betten zusammengefügt waren, mit einem kleinen Lücken im Mittelpunkt. Die Matratze fühlte sich auch weich auf einer Seite und fester auf der anderen, was es unbehaglich machte. Das Sofabett ist nicht sehr sauber, wie ich ein Haar unter dem Kissen gefunden. Die meisten Einrichtungen sind verfügbar, aber es gibt nicht genug Platz, um persönliche Gegenstände zu bewahren. Es gibt nur einen kleinen runden Tisch und zwei Stühle. Neben dem Bett gibt es einen sehr kleinen Tisch, und das Badezimmer hat keine geeignete Konter oder Lager für Toiletten oder Kosmetiknlich ein paar Hügel für die Anhänge Kleidungso es ist während der Dusche ungünstig. Die Mitarbeiter waren insgesamt ** hilfreich**, und die Ein- und Auscheckung waren ** schnell**. Aber da ich in der Stadtzentrum gelegen bin, fühle ich immer noch den **preis für die Probleme, die wir erlebt haben, etwas hoch**."

"Broc House Suites ist eine fantastische Wahl für alle, denen es nichts ausmacht, etwas weiter vom Stadtzentrum entfernt zu sein, da es eine 30-minütige Fahrt erfordert. Die geräumigen Zimmer machen das jedoch wieder wett. Die Möglichkeit zu kochen und alle notwendigen Annehmlichkeiten zur Hand zu haben, ist ein definitives Plus."

"Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento e nel complesso mi sono trovata bene. Anche se piccolo, è molto accessoriato: presenti macchinetta del caffè con cialde per i giorni di permanenza, bollitore, pentole e frigorifero, quindi comodo anche per chi vuole cucinare. L’unica vera pecca è la totale assenza di un armadio o di uno spazio adeguato per sistemare i vestiti. Per qualche motivo molti hotel pensano che vivere con la valigia aperta sul pavimento faccia parte dell’esperienza urbana. La posizione è ottima, centralissima vicino al castello, e permette di raggiungere facilmente anche Temple Bar a piedi la sera. Grazie alla posizione abbiamo visitato comodamente tutta Dublino. Unica nota negativa riguarda la prenotazione tramite  Trip.com: alcuni servizi indicati sul sito non erano realmente disponibili, come la colazione a buffet da 10 €, e inizialmente il numero di prenotazione non risultava nel sistema dell’hotel."

"Hotel very central. Found the room extremely clean, quiet en great for a restful nights sleep. The kitchenette was an added bonus for when we needed to be up early so we could grab some breakfast. Staff were very attentive and helpful at all times."

"Liebte den Aufenthalt und die Empfängerin war sehr hilfreich und freundlich. Ich denke, sie verdient eine Lohnerhöhung für die Geduld, die sie während meines Aufenthalts gezeigt hat. Sie ist eine große Empfängerin. Sie hat schwarze kurze Haare und die Empfängerin am Morgen mit blondem Haar war auch groß "

"Das Hotel hat eine großartige Lage, aber die Schlüssel für das Zimmer sollen an einem anderen Ort abgeholt werden, der ziemlich weit vom Hotel entfernt ist. Das Personal soll mehrsprachig sein, aber als wir um Hilfe riefen, um die Schlüssel zu bekommen, hatten wir Pech und hatten jemanden am Telefon, der mit Englisch zu kämpfen hatte (in Irland ...). Der Ort ist insgesamt sehr sauber, aber die dekorativen Kissen scheinen nicht gewaschen zu werden. Es ist in Ordnung für einen kurzen Aufenthalt, nicht für einen langen, da es keine Garderobe gibt. Nirgendwo kann man etwas aufbewahren oder zumindest das Gepäck abstellen. Auch die Küche hat Besteck und Tassen, aber nichts, um sie zu reinigen. Für diesen Preis hätte ich etwas mehr Liebe zum Detail erwartet. "
