Booked non-smoking room. Was given rooms on level 9th floor, which is a flexible floor where guests can smoke. I have asked what if there’s still smoke smell, the receptionist convince me that they ozone the rooms so shouldn’t have any smell. Room only ready at around 4pm (check-in starts at 2pm). Once i went in, the cigaratte smells was so strong, the staffs immediately sprayed deodorizer. Left the room, come back at 10pm, same smell. Called the service, no reply, called again to receptionist immediay ask to change room. They wanted to ozone the room again. It’s freaking 10pm, mind you. The guy ozone came and asked me whether i wasn’t aware with the floor flexibility. Mind you, i am paying for NON SMOKING ROOM, NOT FLEXIBLE ROOM. This hotel is a joke.

The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High-quality room and high-quality service. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bogor. Keep it up.

Love Ayola Hotel Cikarang. The room is adequate for 2. Amenities are limited but enough for basic needs. We love the small gym, although some equipments need to be replace/fix. The AC in our room is cool and we are happy with it. We shall be back if we happen to be in the area.

The stay was comfortable, and the rooms and bathroom were relatively clean. Pick the grand deluxe room facing golf course for best view. However, exploring the nearby areas on foot can be challenging due to the narrow roads, so taking a Bluebird taxi is the best option for getting around. I especially loved the heated infinity pool, which stays open until 9 PM—a great way to unwind. The only downside was the limited vegetarian and vegan-friendly options on the restaurant menu.

Ein Nachtaufenthalt reserviert, da wir so erschöpft waren von Bandung zurück. Anmelden bei 8.30 p.m. und das Zimmer war bereit. Ich hatte 2. Stock Schlafzimmer es besorgte mich, dass der niedrige Stock laut sein wird. Der Empfangsmann versichert mir, dass es nicht laut werden in der Nacht, da das Zimmer gegenüber der Straße steht. 15 Minuten in dem Zimmer hörten wir eine sehr laute Musik vom Boden unten, zeigt sich, es gab Party im ersten Stock. Ich habe mich beschwert und glücklicherweise haben sie mich zum 6. Stock bewegt. Sie geben mir sogar einen Komplimentarschokolade. Die Service ist insgesamt gut und das Zimmer ist sauber. Sauberkeit und Service sind das wichtigste. Unfehlbar ist der Onsen für einen Monat unter Wartung, so sollten Sie zuerst überprüfen, bevor Sie das Hotel buchen.

Ein großes Lager, gut vorgestellt mit professionellem freundlichem Personal. Frühstück und Restaurant Einrichtungen sind gut. Der Pool und der Fitnessraum sind großartig.

Twice time to this hotel really enjoy, clean really recomended if u guys stay 1-2 day in cikarang

The hotel was going through renovation works. I asked for non smoking room, but the room smelled of cigarette smoke. Even the corridor smelled of smoke. When I increased the fan speed of the aircon, the smoke smell intensified. I had a hard time trying to sleep. The toilet flush was faulty and continued flushing. The hotel prides itself as an environmentally friendly establishment but when asked to borrow cutleries, the staff informed that they do not loan such items. These practices will encourage guests to use disposables. Breakfast spread was average. Tried to call staff for assistance with luggage for check out but line was busy for 10 min. Brought down luggage on my own for check out.

Das Zimmer ist für ein 5-Sterne-Hotel ziemlich klein. Das Bett ist auch klein wie nur 0.8m (für ein Zwillingbett) Sieht nicht wie ein 5-Sterne-Hotel ehrlich... nicht wert den Preis, den ich sagen kann.

Inrecommend you guys to include breakfast in trip as it is really affordable and nicee. They serve breakfast buffet with with variety option. Tolonglahh stayy sinii best experience ever!!!
