"Spent 2 nights at this hotel and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Locatated at the Albert Dock meant that you were pretty close to a lot of the attractions like the Beatles Story Museum. But coming from the railway station would take about 20+ mins by walk. The walking distance would not be ideal if you had large luggages. Even if you took the bus, it would only get you to the Liverpool One shopping mall, with another 7-8 minute walk to the hotel. The rooms were spacious and the kitchen was suited to our needs. They also had their in-house washers and dryers (without needing to cost extra) so that was very much appreciated. Would consider coming here again our next visit."

"Se suponía que a relajarme pero para empezar las fotos nada que ver con el lugar, unas camas todas aguadas , el piso todo descuidado, el sofá muy antiguo que no se podía hacer cama, se escuchaba la puerta cada ves que abrían los del otro flat en fin logré descansar hasta cuando regresé a mi casa ir ahí solo fue tiempo y dinero perdido."

"I had a really good experience, the apartment was clean but on the top of the bed was dusty which I am allergic to but the staff did the best job at the reception desk, overall best place to stay , I would definitely recommend it to everyone."

"Excellent location and a very spacious room. Theres a gym too. The service provided by the lady who checked us in was bad. She didn’t brief us on anything at all. Just processed it. Later that day, we sat at the cafe and noticed another Recep lady briefing a couple she was helping to check in. Talking about the gym, laundry area, nearest Tesco etc. On the first day at about 6 pm, I noticed my room was still cold and called the Recep. Unfortunately the same lady who checked me in earlier answered the phone. She just gave vague directions on how to on the aircon and I told her I already did that for hours and adjusted the temp to 26 but it was still freezing cold. She didn’t bother to help further even when I called two more time. Later at about 1 am, I woke up freezing cold and called the Recep. This time a guy answered and readily said he will come and check the air con for me when I told him the earlier gal didn’t help at all. When he came up, he realised that the aircon was on AC and not heating mode. And reset it for me. Thank God for him. Learnt from my phone that the temp was 4 deg that night due to some cold front and rain. I had suffered 6.7 hours of freezing cold because of the laziness of the other lady earlier. Not happy about it. Very unprofessional and unbecoming of service staff."

"Ich habe mich für ein wichtiges Treffen am nächsten Tag vorbehalten, der Service war gut und die Antwort auf die Anfragen ist zügig. Die Lage, die im Allgemeinen gut ist, nahe dem Meer, der Kathedrale, dem Stadtzentrum und dem Bahnhof, ist genau oben von vielen Pubs. Die Musik war die ganze Nacht mit aufregenden Rhythmen spielen, so dass ich nicht schlafen kann. Zu laut, nicht wirklich glücklich mit diesem und wird nicht wieder buchen. Auch, wenn ich einsteige, gibt es einen Fehler fliegen und ich habe Angst vor Insekten!!!! Das Bett macht mich süchtig."

"The room is about 25 mins walk to the Albert Docks so a reasonable location. We did have a slight issue with check in as we weren’t sent and check in info even though we’d emailed for it.  The room has what you need for one or two nights stay.  Our only criticism was how uncomfortable we found the mattress on the bed, so we didn’t sleep very well."

"The apartment is very close to the train station about 4 mins walk. Inside is bright, clean and comfortable very suitable for family and friend gathering. Highly recommended!!"

"Stadt Studios, Rodney Street, ist eine hervorragende Lage in Liverpool - leicht zugänglich für kulturelle und städtische Attraktionen. Das System für den Zugang zu dem Grundstück funktionierte gut, da die Zugangscodes rechtzeitig kamen und recht einfach zu benutzen waren. Das Studio war schön und warm, komfortabel und sauber, mit guten Kücheneinrichtungen. Das einzige falsche war, dass die Dusche nicht funktionierte, obwohl es viel heißes Wasser gab. Da wir nur eine Nacht verblieben, haben wir keine Hilfe mit diesem, da wir nur sehr spät am Abend herausgefunden. Wenn wir länger verblieben wären, hätten wir die Hilfenummer kontaktiert, und ich bin sicher, etwas getan. Wir würden diesen Ort noch einmal nutzen."
