Rooms very basic, our room had a broken sink with 3x cracks in it, but did have clean bed linen and towels, shwer was hot....aircon was good, kitchenette ok.? no kettle so used a pan. The male staff member that checked us in was rude and unhlpfull. Apparently all rooms in this place had.. ###” recently been refurbished??🤣🤣 ” ### poor soap dispensers 1 of which was broken😅😅....***. ” think green washing up liquid for soap ” **** and the cheapest of toilet roll.... We were here (all 128 of us for the Andre Rieu concert)....3x coaches..in total in this and the sister place/ hotel the Genova. My /our breakfast was poor and you had to go to reception for a ” ticket for breakfast 🤣 ” then leave the hotel and go to the tapas bar next door??....whats all that abou? Breakfast was €5 apparently...1xcoffee, 1 xjuice and 1x crossiont or 1x tostada😂 it was a joke really 😣😂😂....no bar in hotel? It was more like a hostel really...not God value for money...asvwe were within a group package it's difficult to work out costings for our stay 8th to 11th February 2022? Costs next week are approximately €67- €75 per night.....all in all not a happy person, would have not booked had we been coining independently. Would I stay here again/recommend? Not a hope in hell.

Zuerst war der Ort nicht leicht zu finden, da es nur eine kleine Tür in einer Allee war. Sobald Sie es gefunden haben, war es ok. Die Wohnung war nicht genau wie in den Bildern, aber es war immer noch groß. Es gab einen Aufzug (Gott sei Dank!) und das Gebäude war ziemlich ruhig. Das Apartment befindet sich direkt im Zentrum, 10-minute Spaziergang von Plaza España und 200 m von den Metrostationen Gran Via und Chueca, und viele Restaurants und Geschäfte. Beachten Sie, Sie erhalten den Code der Wohnung nur, wenn Sie Ihre Online-Check in und zahlen eine Einzahlung (für Schäden und Dinge) online. Wenn Sie nicht angemeldet sind und nicht Zugang zu E-Mail haben, kann es eine Frage sein. In meinem Fall habe ich meine E-Mail nur einmal oder zweimal pro Woche geprüft (die für Einzahlung verpasste offensichtlich) - aber am Ende funktionierte es gut.

My apartment had three large windows overlooking Calle de Atocha and Paseo del Prado -- what a view! The constant flow of cars, busses and people was mesmerizing, while the sound was quieted by the excellent window glass. The location couldn't be better, with a metro stop outside the door, bus stops nearby, and the Atocha station an easy walk away. The staff was quickly responsive to the one problem I had, and the daily clean was a nice feature. Couldn't recommend more!

Es liegt ganz in der Nähe des Flughafens, aber die Wohnung bietet keinen Shuttleservice zum und vom Flughafen (Oktober 2023), daher ist es recht praktisch, dort zu wohnen, aber es ist immer noch ziemlich unbequem, dorthin zu fahren Es liegt in der Nähe des Stadtzentrums und verschiedener Sehenswürdigkeiten, daher empfehle ich nicht, zum Vergnügen hier zu übernachten. Das Frühstück ist recht reichhaltig und das Brot ist köstlich.

Había reservado en este alojamiento antes del cierre perimetral que hubo en Febrero. Se ocuparon de mi reserva guardándomela hasta entonces, aunque deberían de tener la opción de reembolso por causa de fuerza mayor, y, a la hora de volver a reservar, fueron muy pacientes conmigo y me cambiaron todo a las fechas que yo quería con las mismas condiciones. El apartamento estaba IMPECABLE, todo ordenado y con todo lo necesario (plancha, tabla, secador, champú-gel, toallas, utensilios...) Lo único que remarco de aquí y más bien por ellos, es que pongan utensilios de silicona, porque los metálicos estropean mucho las sartenes y al final les saldrá más caro. La ubicación es INMEJORABLE, en el centro prácticamente de todo con la boca del metro a 3 minutos literalmente. Hay supermercados, sitios para tomar algo, buenos restaurantes... De todo. En todo momento el equipo de SLOWSUITES fue muy amable y paciente, tanto en mi llegada (las tablets internas estaban caídas) como a la salida, en donde tienen para guardar equipaje y te explican cómo hacerlo para que puedas seguir paseando tranquilo hasta que sea la hora de irte. Me encantó todo, ¿se nota mucho? ¡Pues eso! Repetiré.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Es ist ein ruhiger Ort mitten im Stadtzentrum. Es liegt ganz in der Nähe der Puerta del Sol und des Königspalastes von Madrid. Die U-Bahn-Station Opera ist in der Nähe und es ist auch bequem, in die Ferne zu gelangen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und die Matratze war sehr bequem. Es gibt einige Restaurants in der Umgebung, in denen man essen kann.

Our experience in this hotel has been top notch from check-in to check-out. We booked one of the Studio suites with a view (TIP 1: Book directly on the hotel website to have this option) on Christmas morning and sent a note to the hotel that we will arrive late, I was surprised how fast they replied and mentioned that it wouldn’t be an issue. On the day of our trip we filled a pre check-in form to make our check-in faster. We arrived at the hotel around 22:30 via the Metro (TIP 2: If you are carrying luggages and using the Metro use Plaza de España when arriving and Principe Pio when leaving, that way both routes are downhill), check-in was smooth and fast, upon arriving in our room we were welcomed with a bottle of wine and sweets! The view from our room is awesome! It’s like staying at a luxury hotel without the sky high price! Initially I was afraid that it’s in the outskirts but no! It is actually the best place to be! Behind you is Templo de Bod, in front is the Royal Palace, Plaza de España on the side, Opera is 5 minutes away, Sol is around 10 minutes on foot. This area is peaceful at night and have a relaxed vibe during the day. You wouldn’t need to ride the Metro a lot because everything is accessible easily. The hotel is family friendly and a good choice for persons with disability. Parking is also just beside the hotel for those travelling by car. One thing I’d really like to commend are the ladies and gents in the Breakfast area. They make sure the food are replenished even during the late hours in the morning, they don’t make the latecomers hurry so everyone gets to enjoy their breakfast and most importantly they make a connection to the guests! They greeted everyone and understood and remembered their preference. I love when I see this in any hotel, this is the type of hospitality that makes a hotel really good. In the New Year breakfast, it was understandable that everyone was coming in late, the energy was very relaxed, the breakfast manager greeted everyone who came in, and even asked one person (it’s just you today? -this type of understanding and remembering guests is amazing). She was very nice to everyone! I love it. When we visit Madrid again, this is the only hotel we will book! Thank you to all the hotel staff for making our Holiday stay wonderful.

Mein Aufenthalt bei Bob war sehr angenehm. Zu Beginn habe ich mit dem Check-in ein wenig gekämpft, da ich nicht mit ihrem vollautomatischen Service vertraut war, aber einmal erkannte ich, wie das alles funktionierte, ging alles reibungslos. Ich mochte, sie hatten eine Partnerschaft mit einem gut ausgestatteten Fitnessraum, so dass ich während meines Aufenthalts dort trainieren konnte. Lage ist sehr bequem und nachdem ich herausgeprüft, lassen sie mich meine Gepäck für den Rest des Tages in ihrem Lagerraum halten. Ich würde wieder bei ihnen bleiben und ich empfehle es wirklich!

The Garden Suites son unos apartamentos muy completos con una ubicación perfecta para conocer la ciudad. Están decorados con mucho gusto y tanto los muebles como los accesorios son de muy buena calidad y, además, tienen servicio de limpieza diario. Son muy luminosos porque hay muchas ventanas a unas calles muy concurridas pero disponen de unos magníficos estores que se pueden controlar a voluntad y se descansa muy bien. En nuestra estancia (planta 1 y 4) no tuvimos problemas con los ruidos del exterior.
