"I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff were extremely kind, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. Even though I am a foreigner and there was sometimes a language barrier, they were very patient and always tried their best to assist me.
The location is also excellent, only about 100 metres from the beach. The nearby beach has many activities and is very lively. The hotel also has parking, and the staff helped me arrange everything related to the car.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this hotel. I would definitely stay here again."

"Das Schlafzimmer ist klein, es gibt eine Kleidung. Es gibt ein Wohnzimmer und eine Küche, die gut ist, obwohl ich nicht die Zeit habe. 床品乾淨無異味，加上兩個大梳化床，足夠各自奢侈的獨立睡

I’ve stayed with this hotel several times already and they’ve always been a great value-for-money option. However this time it felt less like that bcs they put me in building 6 which requires quite a walk through a sloped walkway to the lobby, to the nearest chairlift, to the basement parking lot, and to shops/restaurants (and it was very inconvenient doing it while carrying your bag/equipment). So if you get building 8/9, good. Other than that, you’re gonna have an unwanted exercise.
The reception desk was a bit of hit-or-miss. The previous time I stayed here there was a kind, competent lady (Ms. Bella) at the reception; but this time the guy who was there took quite long to check me in and didn’t bother to explain anything other than my room number (luckily I’ve stayed several times already so I know where the breakfast is and what time, which direction to the different buildings, what to do to get free parking, etc).

Nicola RobbPerfect weekend escape from Beijing. Right on the slopes 2 bed apartment was excellent with a great Mountain View. Hotspring clean and quiet breakfast buffet included. 3 min walk to hire ski gear and gondola access. So easy. Downside was limited kitchen facilities a microwave or toaster would be great. Also more options for dinner or snacks would be good only hotpot or next door buffet but you can eat in the ski area canteen. Transport is easy by high speed train and a free shuttle bus meets the train. The staff were very nice so helpful. Already planning another stay.

One of the best hotels in the area, if not already THE BEST!
Being a rather critical hotel reviewer, it was hard for me to find any specs that could be an issue. Check-in was extremely easy and pleasant, travelling with a child, the front desk people paid a lot attention and made sure everyone is happy!
I think the hotel staff made all the difference for this hotel to standout. I need to specifically mention a staff member who made our stay especially enjoyable, Jessie Dong, who went out of her way to make sure all our requests were met and resolved.
All in all, we miss our stay in this hotel and will definitely come back!

Auch dieses Mal war das Zimmer wieder sehr sauber. Das Bett war makellos und der Service exzellent – es wurde fast alles erfüllt. Der Beamer war fantastisch und unterstützte 4K Ultra-HD. Das Zimmer war sehr gut schallisoliert und das Bett unglaublich bequem. ⌯oᴗo⌯
P3: Die Bettwäsche war zerknittert, was bedeutet, dass Laken und Bettbezüge tatsächlich für jeden Gast gewechselt werden.
