"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were warm, helpful, and attentive, and the breakfast was excellent. It is skii-in hotel that provides exclusive skiing services such as lockers, coaches, ticketing and rental of skiing equipment., very convenient. We loved the hot pools outdoors, such an experience when you soaked in -ve degree in winter.
We must mention the excellent work of the housekeeping crew, especially Mdm Ziv (妥金娥)，she helped to setup our sofa bed, patiently fulfilling our request such as extra bedsheets, blankets, pillows, drinking water and down to small details such as heat packs that she will ensure that we have enough. Keep up the good service!"

"Ich habe mich nicht enttäuscht, wenn ich das Zimmer in diesem großen Balkon betrachte! Ich mag dieses grünen Berglandschaftsgebiet sehr, ich werde wieder leben! Der Service ist sehr gut. Als ich in die Tür kam, gab es ein großer Schlag, und drei Jungs kamen, um mich zu töten haha 😆 Die Umgebung ist gut, so dass die Insekten mehr Insekten beachten, dass die Tür geschlossen ist! Sehr schön. Beijing ist zu heiß. Es wird wieder kommen! Fahren ist sehr bequem. Der neueste Luge-Ski in der Landschaft von Zhuangshan ist auch sehr lugeig. Die vier Saisonen sind etwas weit von dem Tanz entfernt, aber die Landschaft auf der Straße ist super gut, nicht schüchtern! Wenn man sagt, ist der Berg am wenigsten. So if you get building 8/9, good. Other than that, you’re gonna have an unwanted exercise.
The reception desk was a bit of hit-or-miss. The previous time I stayed here there was a kind, competent lady (Ms. Bella) at the reception; but this time the guy who was there took quite long to check me in and didn’t bother to explain anything other than my room number (luckily I’ve stayed several times already so I know where the breakfast is and what time, which direction to the different buildings, what to do to get free parking, etc)."

Also more options for dinner or snacks would be good only hotpot or next door buffet but you can eat in the ski area canteen. Transport is easy by high speed train and a free shuttle bus meets the train. The staff were very nice so helpful. Already planning another stay."

GastnutzerDas Hotel war super, ich kann nur fünf Sterne geben. Es war sauber und ruhig, einfach perfekt. Ein chinesisches Restaurant und ein Supermarkt befinden sich im Erdgeschoss – sehr praktisch. KFC und McDonald's Pizza Hut sind nur etwa eine Minute vom Apartment entfernt. Das Hotel ist schön, der Baustil ist ansprechend und die Inneneinrichtung erstklassig. Der Service war hervorragend, 100%! Ich kann es jedem nur empfehlen, es ist ein wirklich schöner Ort. Nach drei Tagen habe ich meinen Aufenthalt um einen Tag verlängert und ein weiteres Zimmer gebucht, das auch sehr schön war. ❤️❤️🌹🌹🌹🌹

Zuerst fühlte ich mich sehr zufrieden, das Zimmer ist sehr groß, es gibt Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer, Küche, Wandmalerei mit wunderschönen Dekorationen, es gibt Skischleifen im Wohnzimmer, kann man auch die Schneelandschaft sehen und sehr komfortabel leben.
Es gibt noch viele Mangel an Service und Einrichtungen, die einige Tage lang aufhalten. Der Geschmack im Badezimmer ist immer noch vorhanden. Das Warmwasser des Warmwasserspeichers ist nicht genug, um einen Menschen zu waschen. Es dauert mindestens 40 Minuten, bis es warmes Wasser wartet. Das Zimmer hat kein Telefon, um die Rezeption zu kontaktieren, und der Fernseher kann nicht geöffnet werden. Die Sanitärreinigung bedarf einiger Dringlichkeiten, und die Rezeption spiegelt die Feststellung wider, dass es morgens feste Reinigung geben wird, und bis nachmittags gibt es noch keine Reinigung.

Das Resort ist schön und bietet viele Aktivitäten wie das Sehenswürdigkeiten Kabelwagen, Wasserpark, Familienfreundliche Gebiete, Go-kart-/Motorrad-Tracks und Spielfelder für Kinder. Das Hotel ist ausgezeichnet und das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Ich empfehle sehr, hier zu bleiben!
